And the whole point of the Spiritual
Jessica Zweig
Hustler podcast, the whole mission of the show is an invitation back to that truth because I forgot it for so many years. I'm talking most of my life. I was deeply stuck in the belief that if I wanted to be successful, if I wanted to have money, if I wanted to have freedom, it all had to be hard. And then I ended up burning my whole body to the ground. Was diagnosed with situational depression, Couldn't leave my house for months at a time when the world from the outside in, thought that I Was on top of my game, never had felt more inauthentic in my life and ended up going on a year long healing journey, ended up selling the business that I was running at the time to come out and tell this story in my podcast. Yes, on my platform, in all of my programs and conversations that I have with with real life women where it matters the most off of the Internet. And I really believe that what we're going to talk about today is the heart of this mission. And whether you're new to the show or you're not new, welcome, welcome back. This is a podcast where we talk about all things business, yes, the hustler.

in service of the divine feminine. And when I talk about feminine energy versus masculine energy, you guys, I'm not even really talking about men versus women. I'm talking about systems and values and frequencies and the feminine is an essence of so many things, but ultimately of beingness where the masculine is the doing and we need both. I am here to celebrate the sacred union of these two energies inside of our bodies, inside of our communities, inside of our companies, inside of our governments, inside of our planet. And it starts with us. And we have to really re examine as women how we are going about our own lives, how we are treating ourselves, how we are doing the thing that we say we love to do and how it's honestly making us feel on a daily basis.

key from my cosmic keychain and I hand it to you to unlock all the locks that have been keeping you stuck, that has been keeping you safe, that has been keeping you limited and that has been keeping it hard. So we're unlocking that today and we're going to talk about ease because there is so much normalization in the struggle to the point where we hear the word ease and it feels like suspicious,
Podcast Sponsor/Advertiser
it feels like a bypass.
Jessica Zweig
And I'm really going to name where that struggled belief comes from. We came up, or at least our parents came up and we've adopted many of their traumas and their conditioning as children of those parents in the industrialized age mindset where productivity equaled worth. So we all became grown ass well meaning women entering the work world and we were celebrated for hustling. There was a huge moment of like hustle culture that if you worked your ass off, if you were busy all the time, that it was some sort of badge of honor. And that led us all into burnout. Back to the divine masculine versus feminine not being people. It's about systems. The most pervasive system of them all is the patriarchal structure, which is rooted in force and control and domination. And of course, the religious undertones that so many of us have grown up with, that if you suffer, it's righteous. It's so many fucking programs. And we've believed them unconsciously, we have believed that pain is the price of doing anything meaningful. But the subtle layer isn't just what we have been taught consciously by the priests and the school teachers and our parents, but it's what we're constantly absorbing in the unconscious. It's the conversations that we don't even know we're tolerating. It's the content that we can't help but consume. It's the people who we stay in close, energetic proximity to that bring us down that reaffirm those beliefs. And so many of us are looping, completely unaware that we are actually choosing the struggle and unconsciously recreating it over and over and over again. And there's a deeper layer to this. Our nervous systems, our bodies have become so accustomed to pressure that we've become addicted to it. Working hard, feeling like it has to be hard isn't just a belief, it's actually an addiction. It's so rooted in our subconscious bodies and identities that we believe, without even really naming it, that if it's easy, it's not going to work or it won't last. And we just have to call out that we don't just live in this program, we are perpetuating the program.

And you hear me talk about on this podcast, the New Earth. Like when I think of the New Earth, it's not a fantasy. It's not some far out world one day someday that like Eckhart Tolle wrote a book about. It's a frequency. It's a conscious way of perceiving and relating to reality. When I use the term New Earth, I think of fifth dimensional consciousness, which is not an out there world. It's in front of your nose right now. It's in your eyes when you look at yourself in the mirror. It's in the interaction you have with your barista at the coffee shop. It's your conversation with your partner. It's the way that you respond to conflict, not react. It's in every thought, belief, interaction that you have, in every single moment of your life that is led from the heart. That is 5D consciousness. It's right there. Simple as leading and acting and believing thoughts that are rooted in love versus the third dimension which is led by the mind and the ego and ultimately fear. And so unlock ease. This is not easy work, actually. It's not about bypassing. It's about constantly, consistently, actively, consciously choosing to live from the intelligence of the heart. And there is an important nuance here. Like the heart does not mean living completely pain free and never experiencing any type of suffering. Like our hearts break, our hearts grieve, our hearts feel vulnerable. Our hearts do experience great levels of pain, but the heart is ultimately designed for love, not suffering. And that is why in many ways, when we do experience pain, when we do experience grief, if we truly allow ourselves to go all the way in to those experiences and don't suppress them, avoid them, lock them away, our hearts actually grow and expand and the depth of who we are becomes more embodied and authentic. Because life has moments where it humbles us, right? And we get to meet that moment with our full vulnerability. We come out on the other side more passionate, empathetic, loving people. Ease, sister, is never going to be the absence of effort. You've probably done a lot of deep work on your healing and now you get to live in a place of alignment. You get to live from a place of consciousness and presence. That is what I call flexing our heart muscle on a daily basis. Where you train your own capacity for ease through more gratitude, more joy, more connection. These are technologies.

This is a practice.

There is so much that needs to go into coming back home into your heart. The nervous system is always going to be a huge part of how we trust life to let go and let it be easy. I'm a huge fan of EMDR and somatics and all of the healing modalities that we have to do to rewire our bodies and brain to increase our capacity for ease. But at the end of the day,
Podcast Sponsor/Advertiser
you still have to choose.
Jessica Zweig
No one can regulate your perception of what something is or isn't. Hard, easy, good, bad, total drama, or totally irrelevant. Like no one gets to choose that perception but you. I ask myself as much as I humanly can on a regular basis, what if it was easy? What if this didn't have to be so hard? And I will tell you, every time I sit with that answer, not only does my body feel lighter, but a whole new timeline and possibility gets revealed. The only way that I can actually embody that is if I come back into my heart inside of a regulated nervous system that knows that ease is not about earning, it's about allowing. And the moment you choose it, and I'm telling you it takes a moment, it's an instant. Like I said, every thought, belief, action, interaction is a co creation of a completely different reality. Every moment you choose to let it be easy, you start living in a completely different world. So let that be your mantra. In 2026. What if this gets to be easy instead of it being hard versus telling yourself this has to be hard. And when you do this work on you, sister, you don't only heal your life, you don't only heal timelines, generations backwards and forwards. You heal every single person that comes across your energy field. That is how we change the world. By shifting our own frequency, choosing new thoughts, trusting life has got our back, and choosing to lead from the heart when the world has conditioned us to lead from the mind. That is the most revolutionary thing I think a woman can do. And that revolution gets to start today. I love you all so much, and I will see you on the next episode of the Spiritual Hustler podcast. Bye, guys.
