They get to bless you and me with their brilliance. And every Thursday here on the podcast where we unpack the spiritual side of who we are as spiritual beings, having a human experience and the business side of what it takes to really boss up as a woman on this planet, to build a business that is in alignment with your soul while it makes you a ton of money. That is really what we're here for on the Spiritual Hustler podcast. All of the above. And we also every Thursday take a very special key off of my cosmic keychain in this unlocking series that I can hand to you to unlock more purpose, vitality, beauty, self, love, connection, abundance, fulfillment, joy, freedom, limitless quantum power in your life. That's what we are also up to on this podcast. And every Thursday we talk about a different key that can help you unlock more of that. And I would be remiss if I didn't talk about what we're going to talk about today. This is a question I get all the time around my work, around my business, around my life and how I'm constructing it. And that's the question of how does your divine feminine essence and truth fit with the masculine part of you? And is it all about just being in your feminine? And what about the masculine? And do you just live in the feminine all the time? And the answer is absolutely not. I think that there is, to be honest, some over glorification, over indexing on the feminine in kind of my space, that there's a way that a lot of teachers and coaches talk about it, that make it the holy grail, pun intended, of what your life should look like if you're in a female body. And it should all be all feminine all the time. And I honestly could not disagree more. I really value the masculine and how important it is to calibrate, harmonize, bring together in sacred union within ourselves both of these energies so that we can truly activate into who we're meant to be. Because there is a truth. Every single woman talking to you holds this divine duality within her, the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine. In her body, in her psyche, in her voice, in her message, and her leadership, her power, her impact, her abundance, her fulfillment, her alignment expands when these two energies dance in harmony. So I'm going to invite you to bust the myth that one is better than the other. This is not about choosing one or the other, but unlocking sacred union inside of you as the key that will not only heal your business, your life, your body, but the world. Because I do believe, as above, so below. And when we are doing this work in a microcosm called our own lives, we impact the macro. So. So don't take for granted the fact that you are doing this work, that you're listening to this conversation, that you're on the path that you're on, because it's really fucking important. I digress. All right, let's talk about the pendulum. Because most of the women that I coach in my community are either on one side of this pendulum or the other. They're either way, too, in their masculine overdrive, where they are overvaluing productivity. In fact, they're addicted to being productive. They are performing. They are burned out as fuck. And they do not feel truly connected to themselves, let alone their work, which is just creating this perpetual groundhog's day for them in their businesses. And then there are the women on the other side of the pendulum, my feminine overdriven girlies who are so creative and so in their magic that it's keeping them too floaty. They aren't really grounded in their businesses, their strategies, their focus. They're creating, as a result, a lot of chaos unwillingly in their businesses. There's a bit of Martyrdom. I see. And emotions like that's just all feeling and often getting stuck in this like waiting to be chosen energy. And the truth is neither the masculine or the feminine is wrong. Like we shouldn't criticize ourselves if we are hyper productive and we get a lot of value out of doing that and it's effective. We certainly shouldn't criticize ourselves if we're big feelers and sensitive and empathic. All of that's beautiful, sacred in its own right. But to be imbalanced is where it gets unsustainable. So I'm not talking about the masculine or the feminine today. I'm talking about the sacred union of both. That said, we have to calibrate the masculine in our businesses in order to reach more of that sacred union as well as the feminine. So the balanced masculine in our businesses look like systems that support us, not suffocate us. Being discerning enough to say no. Draw boundaries, protection, leadership. That's the masculine vibration of saying no from sovereignty, not fear. This is about having true clarity and direction without domination or that energy of competition and scarcity and survival decisions that are made from service, not our shadow of our ego. And so some quick tips and thoughts on how you can really activate more of this masculine energy inside of your business and inside of yourself. I want to just first of all encourage you. I'm going to be really straightforward here, but I want you to practice being uncomfortable, speaking your truth, asking for what you want. I was just on a podcast yesterday and I said the most successful people in life are the ones who simply ask for what they want. I also would want you to consider building a calendar that honors your body. Now that might sound counterintuitive, like this is where we get into our feminine flow. But structure true frameworks, calendar blocks, sacred lines in our day to day. Allow us to lead from this place of sacred union, this place of true harmony in our lives. Delegating from our power, not from guilt or overwhelm or again, ego is an incredible important part of our businesses to flex like true leadership. And this is what we work on in my feminine frequency business school and a lot of my retreats and my masterminds. But I would encourage you to really come up with a 90 day plan of aligned action. This is your mission map where you are finding actual milestones, things that you want to accomplish over these next three months that you can measure that are true benchmarks of success and put them into a plan. Write it down, put it into a deck, write it on a Whiteboard, I don't care. But to really get granular with what your vision looks like in action. Milestones and KPIs are some of my favorite terms in business. Milestones are those qualitative benchmarks you can check off once completed. Like I want to write a book, I want to launch my new website, I want to create my new logo, I want to get three clients in the door by the end of the month. Those are milestones. KPIs are typically more quantitative. Key performance indicators is what that stands for where we're putting in place true, measurable data in our business. Like, I want to grow my mailing list by 20%. I want to increase my Instagram following by 10%. I want to increase my pipeline of new leads in the door for my next launch by 30%. So this is is what the balanced masculine can start to look like, feel like, sound like, come to life as in your business. Now let's talk about the balanced feminine in business. Okay. This is about the balance, okay? It's intuitive led decisions that are still grounded in reality. So it's not like I got a message from Spirit that I should launch a crystalline when I don't have any experience in product marketing or building an e commerce shop. Like intuitive decisions. You yes, the feminine that are balanced, that are grounded in reality. Pleasure as a business strategy is huge. I believe have to unlock joy in our businesses to be balanced and the feminine can lead us there. Creative chaos is always so incredible. I love those creative brainstorms. Whiteboarding, making a mess, working on my book proposal, brain jamming with my team but not getting lost in the chaos of it, but really being held in my own inner safety. That this is just a brainstorm. This is just throwing mud at the wall. This is something I'm not going to attach myself to and that allows me to be even more creative and so, so important to learn in our balanced feminine to receive without apologizing for it. So how to activate this is to really begin the week with a ritual or every single day with a ritual. I personally use microflow. I've talked about this a lot on the podcast I work with, Surrender and Exude. These are microdose psilocybin mushrooms, sub perceptual that I take every single morning mornings. 0.1 grams. I state what I'm grateful for, I ask the mushroom to support whatever I'm calling in. I ask for it to help me with specific things and I release what is no longer serving me. And truly that one sacred technology of the psilocybin mushrooms has been a true game changer in balancing both the feminine and the masculine within my body. So whatever ritual you do, whether that's with microflow or not, is just to start your days with sacredness. I would ask you to tune into your body, not your mind, to lead your marketing. The voice of the brand, the visuals of the brand, the vibration of the brand. I believe that branding is one of the most feminine things we do in our businesses, and it has to come from your creation, your birthing, and really leaning into that power as a woman in creating your branding is so much fun and so juicy and creative and setting goals that feel good first, not based on someone else's yardstick of success that you didn't even make up somebody else did, but what feels good to you. Start there, and then you can engineer the how. So I want to leave you with this real truth that when you balance these forces inside of yourself and make this a practice, you become a living tuning fork for the planet. This integration isn't just your calibration of your own life, but for the collective, it isn't about just leaving a legacy with your business. It's about leaving an energetic imprint of how this planet was always meant to thrive, which is sacred union. So let us not sisters, be women who hustle to prove anything. And at the same time, let us not be the priestesses who float away to escape. Let us be both the sword and the rose, the spine and the soul, the divine masculine and the divine feminine, integrated, harmonized, sacred vessel called you. There's so much power and ease on the other side. I promise. All right, I love you all so much. I will see you on the next episode of the spiritual Hustler podcast. Bye, guys.
Podcast Summary: The Spiritual Hustler
Episode: Unlocking Feminine-Masculine Harmony: Why You NEED Both & How to Strike the Ultimate Balance
Host: Jessica Zweig
Release Date: June 19, 2025
In this enlightening episode of The Spiritual Hustler, host Jessica Zweig delves deep into the intricate balance between feminine and masculine energies within individuals, especially focusing on women entrepreneurs. The conversation challenges the prevailing notion that one must solely embrace their feminine side to succeed, advocating instead for a harmonious integration of both energies to achieve true alignment and abundance.
Jessica opens the discussion by addressing a common misconception in the entrepreneurial space: the overemphasis on feminine energy. She asserts, "There is, to be honest, some over glorification, over indexing on the feminine... making it the holy grail of what your life should look like if you're in a female body" (01:45). This perspective, she argues, can be limiting and does not acknowledge the inherent value of masculine energy.
Jessica emphasizes the importance of recognizing and integrating both masculine and feminine energies. She explains, "Every single woman... holds this divine duality within her, the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine" (07:20). By harmonizing these energies, women can enhance their leadership, creativity, and overall fulfillment. The sacred union of these forces not only benefits individual lives but also has a ripple effect, positively impacting the broader world.
The discussion transitions to the challenges faced by women when one energy is dominant over the other. Jessica describes a "pendulum" effect where women might swing too far into masculine overdrive or become excessively feminized:
Masculine Overdrive: "They're addicted to being productive... burned out as fuck" (17:35)
Feminine Overdrive: "They're so creative and so in their magic that it's keeping them too floaty... creating a lot of chaos in their businesses" (22:10)
She stresses that neither side is inherently wrong, but imbalance leads to unsustainability. The goal is to achieve a harmonious balance that leverages the strengths of both energies.
Jessica provides actionable insights on incorporating balanced masculine energy into business practices:
Systems That Support: Establish structures that facilitate growth without feeling restrictive.
Discerning Decisions: "Being discerning enough to say no. Draw boundaries, protection, leadership" (28:50)
Clarity and Direction: Set clear goals without succumbing to competition or scarcity mindsets.
Tips for Activation:
Practice Discomfort: "Practice being uncomfortable, speaking your truth, asking for what you want" (30:15).
Build a Body-Honoring Calendar: Implement structured frameworks to support daily activities.
Delegation from Power: Assign tasks without guilt or overwhelm.
90-Day Aligned Action Plan: Create measurable milestones and KPIs to track progress.
Shifting focus to feminine energy, Jessica highlights its role in fostering creativity and joy within businesses:
Intuitive Decisions Grounded in Reality: "Intuitive decisions. You know the feminine that are balanced, that are grounded in reality" (37:45)
Pleasure as a Business Strategy: Unlocking joy to maintain balance.
Creative Chaos Managed: Embracing brainstorming and creative processes without getting lost.
Receiving Without Apology: "Learn in our balanced feminine to receive without apologizing for it" (42:30)
Tips for Activation:
Daily Rituals: Start each day with a sacred practice to center oneself.
Tune into the Body: Let bodily intuition guide marketing and branding efforts.
Joyful Goal-Setting: Set goals that feel intrinsically rewarding, not based on external standards.
Jessica shares her personal ritual involving microdosing psilocybin mushrooms to balance her energies, emphasizing the importance of starting the day with sacredness and alignment.
Concluding the episode, Jessica reinforces the transformative power of balancing masculine and feminine energies:
"When you balance these forces inside of yourself and make this a practice, you become a living tuning fork for the planet." (48:20)
She envisions this integration as a catalyst for global healing and abundance, encouraging listeners to embody both the sword and the rose, the spine and the soul, as integrated vessels of divine energy.
