This is the Spiritual Hustler podcast. Well, hello my beautiful spiritual hustlers and welcome back to the podcast. I am your host, Jess, and as always, you guys, I'm so excited to talk about all the things that we get to talk about here on the show. If you're new, welcome. If you are not new, welcome back here on the podcast. Every week I bring you interviews, solos, unlocks that really unpack the having a female human experience and pursuing a dream, being a hustler today, building a brand, building a business, building a team, building revenue and how to really anchor into our spiritual experience our own divinity, our own unity as a conscious collective, to make sense of how we do that without killing ourselves, burning out so that we can burn brightness and be new Earth feminine leaders who are here for the divine feminine rising to reclaim our sovereignty and our power and our magic and our sensuality and our joy and our abundance as women. Okay, that is what we are up to on this podcast. And each and every Thursday, I come in with a tiny little key off of my cosmic keychain.
C
I really see it, you guys.
A
I can totally see it. It's like absolutely iridescent and filled with like sacred geometry and cool colors. It's like a big circle with a bunch of keys that dangle and it sounds like sound B. Anyway, I am handing you key after key every Thursday that hopefully unlocks something that might be stuck, something that might be sticky that is keeping you from living your highest potential, from really knowing your own truth, loving yourself fully loving yourself exactly where you are and Listen, I'm just. This is my honest, humble opinion. You can shortcut and learn how to build a business. You can learn how to build a brand in an accelerator and a container with a framework. You can shortcut your way on how to grow on Instagram by taking a couple classes and learning how to play the game of the algorithm. You can shortcut how to create a
C
product, write a sales page.
A
You can even shortcut manifestation. You can be quantum and, like, go up into the quantum field and after cheat code when it comes to playing that game. But there is one thing that you cannot shortcut. Being a master at what you do. Mastery has no cheat code. Being a master in your space, which is different than being an expert. And I'm going to talk about that, is a lived experience over lots of time. And we have become so obsessed with speed today that we don't know how to sit in the very uncomfortable process of our unbecoming and therefore our becoming. We want all of the certainty. We don't want to earn it. We want to feel like a master because we feel we've survived enough life to actually become one. There's a bit of an entitlement to it. And I really want to remind us of one of my OG thought leaders, Malcolm Gladwell, who talked about this concept of 10,000 hours. And what people misread in that message is that he says, if you want to be an expert, if you want to be a master at something, you've got to do it 10,000 hours. And while I think that's true, it's not the whole picture, because it's not just 10,000 hours doing the thing. It's the hours that include failing at the thing, doubting yourself during the thing, getting so humbled while you do the thing, starting the thing over and over and over again, being misunderstood in the thing, losing money in the thing, breaking down in the thing, and healing in the thing. Mastery is not just repetition. It's repetition plus reflection. And then that experience gets integrated, and then you become embodied. And I know that there are women listening right now who are truly masters. And you know that you did not become a master because you were the smartest person in the room. You became the master because you stayed in that room longer than everyone else did, because everyone else got too impatient or uncomfortable or pissed off or freaked out to actually stay there. I have a lot of women in my community who are building their businesses from their kitchen, who just left their corporate job, who are year one and are looking at women at year 15. And asking themselves, what's wrong with me? Nothing is wrong with you, sister. You're just in your apprenticeship. And let me tell you, there's something so beautiful about that. I can go back to the moments that I started three businesses. I started three companies all in different industries. The first was an online magazine. The second was a marketing and branding agency. And the third business is my current coaching business in the online world. And if I can point back those first, like six months to two and a half years, like in the very, very, very early stages when I was building it from coffee shops and my tiny little shitty apartment in Chicago that I was paying like 750 bucks for. Literally this was my first business, the Simply Be agency. I started it with my co captain, sister in life. Alexa was my first employee that I could barely pay. And we rented this space out of this shitty office and we were in this black hole box of with no windows that smelled and the floor was broken. I mean, the desks were not even put together right and they were wobbly and chipped. Like, I go back to those moments and I relish those moments. They were so magical. They were exquisite. Those apprenticeships formed me, they have stayed with me. And sometimes I wish I could go back because it was so simple.
C
All right, sisters, who is ready for their next level in 2026?
A
And what if your next level in
C
your business did not come from pushing harder? I know it's the year of the horse and we're all here for the momentum, but actually sinking deeper with your own body. Now, if you're a female entrepreneur who leads with intuition, creativity and heart, I have no doubt that's you because you're here. Then my obsession, one of my favorite brands on the entire planet, Microflow was made for you. Now, Microflow is the cleanest, highest vibrational magic mushroom micro dosing supplement on the market. It is 100 organically grown so you can trust its frequency. It's third party lab tested, Reiki infused and intentionally formulated by renowned root cause health expert Christy Nalt. Now it's also get this, the first cycle syncing micro dosing protocol and specifically made for the female nervous system because we are different women 28 to 30 days out of the month. If you feel me and how you create, how you lead and how you build your business changes with your cycle and the moon. So the Exude and Surrender bundle are my favorite. It's a perfect place to begin. Exude supports the first two weeks of your cycle when you're feeling radiant and expressive and your Heart is open. This is ideal for the seasons of visibility and creation and leadership. And then you switch to surrender, which invites more softness and nourishment and deeper inner connection. And this is where your intuition and clarity get reborn. Now, together, they help you drop way out of your head, back into your body and into the kind of feminine flow where your best ideas and your boldest decisions come through. Now, if you're ready to go even deeper and into ceremony, healing and higher consciousness, then I'm going to recommend the Theta blend, which is infused with sacred Egyptian blue lotus and opens the doorway to 7D Awareness. You've just got to trust me and try it. Micro doing is not about bypassing, okay? It's about coming home into your body, into your truth, and into your feminine power as a woman in business. And we need microflow this year more than ever. So explore the full microflow line@microflowhealing.com and use code JESSICA10 for $10 off of your order. Even when I started my coaching business, it took me a minute to feel like, you know, I built this career of 18 years in the industry of a female entrepreneur. But like, now I'm going to go teach other women how to be female entrepr. I had to flex my trust in myself. I had to train. We have forgotten that there is so much power in being the student. How sacred it is to be humble, to be hungry, to stay open, to be willing. You do not need to be a master yet you don't. All you need to be is the kind of woman who's devoted to becoming one. We love to worship people at the top without understanding what it costs to get them there. And we fail to recognize that every master has their own fucking shadow. Has her own fucking ego, has her own need for validation. Her fear of perfectionism and up and tendency to sabotage herself, we all had to go through that. Nobody becomes extraordinary without surviving. The parts of themselves that, that they didn't know, they didn't like until it was revealed to them. This is the path of the master. It is a full on initiation over years and decades and decades. And there is no person on this planet, whether you devote your path to becoming a master at your craft or not. That goes decades and decades without grief, without reinvention, without mistakes, without humiliation and a ton of healing and a ton of practice. You know, one of my mentors and good friends is Marian Williamson. I've really gotten to know her and she is such an Incredible person. And I know her story. I mean, she started in her 20s, going around the world preaching the course in miracles when everyone thought she was crazy. She spent decades studying and writing multiple books and failing and stumbling and getting her heart broken and rebuilding and refining her voice because she's a person like all of us. And now she's Marian Williamson. Brene Brown spent years researching shame and vulnerability before she ever was on a Ted Talk. She didn't hit that stage till she was 50 plus. Maya Angelou lived so many lives, she

didn't publish her first books until she

was in her late 40s. Elizabeth Gilbert was writing books for years that went nowhere before she wrote Eat, Pray, Love Back to Brene Brown. I actually remember her saying that she knew that her moment would not come until after the age of 50. Like, I remember hearing that somewhere. She's like, I knew I wasn't going to peak until my 50s. Can I just say how liberating that was to hear that? And I hope that lands in your heart because life is long. And what if your timeline is perfect? What if you are not behind at all? What if you are becoming the Master in real time? And if you want to become a master, then you have to stop chasing hacks. You have to stop thinking that there is a shortcut, a fast track, a tip guide teacher that's going to have all of your answers. You have to start chasing devotion. Read the fucking books, attend the seminars, join the rooms, listen to their podcasts,

study the people who have walked further

than you and humble yourself to them. Not because they're perfect or they have all of your answers, but simply because they can remind you of what is possible when someone stays committed long enough. If you are in the apprentice phase, relish in it. Be the sponge, be the student. Become obsessed with your craft. Real reason why mastery cannot be rushed. I've seen it in the women and the men that I consider Masters a sole invitation to be a Master. The universe is not just asking, can she do this? It's asking, can she be the woman who can hold it? Can she stay rooted when she is praised? Can she stay devoted when no one is clapping for her? Can she keep showing up when the results are absolutely invisible? That is the real curriculum of the Master. And we are living in a system that is telling you that if you don't hit six figures this year, that you're never going to make it. If you don't grow your following this year by 50%, no one cares if you don't get your roi on your investment in your latest container in eight weeks, then the container isn't working. You are in rehearsal. You're in an initiation. You are earning the depth that your future work will require in this messy middle. If you are still learning and still making the mistakes, if you are still waiting for your quote unquote moment, it's coming. It's only going to come if you don't give up. The greatest masters in the world aren't the most brilliant. They aren't the most talented. They aren't certainly the most perfect and healed. They're simply the most devoted. So I hope that this eased some anxiety and that you reframed maybe the people that you pedestal. Maybe it helps you to reframe your entire timeline so that you can take a big, beautiful, deep breath and trust that you're going to be one of the greats. You're going to be the master of your field because you're willing to stay devoted to the very long path that it takes to arrive there. I love you all so much and I will see you on the next episode of the Spiritual Hustler podcast. Bye, guys.
Episode: Unlocking Mastery: The Devotion and Depth Required in a World Obsessed with Speed

In this solo episode, Jessica Zweig redefines what it truly means to achieve mastery as a woman entrepreneur in today's "hustle" culture. Jessica draws from her personal experiences, the journeys of iconic female leaders, and spiritual principles to encourage listeners to embrace depth over haste and devotion over perfection.
