Well, hello my beautiful spiritual hustlers and welcome back to the podcast. I am your host, Jess, and I am so excited to be with you here on yet another unlocking episode. Every Thursday here on the show, I come in with a tiny little key off of my cosmic keychain. I feel like you guys can say it with me now if you've been here a minute. From my heart to yours to unlock all the locks. Because we've got a lot of locks called programs and self limiting beliefs and disempowering thoughts and some probably not so healthy and productive behaviors that are keeping us fucking stuck. Just keeping us locked up from living out our true potential and being the badass, brilliant, beautifully abundant, beautiful woman of the new earth that you came here to be and to enjoy being. Okay, that's what we're doing here on the Spiritual Hustler podcast is taking the keys one by one each and every Thursday that I hand to you. That has been a key that I've needed quite often, if not still, that is helping me unlock mine. So we're sisters here on this podcast. You know, I talk about that word sister with a capital S, not with a little S. But I really want to thank you all for being here and truly trusting the conversations that I bring to you. Whether it's with my incredible guests that I have on the podcast, whether it's the brands that I recommend on the show, whether it's my own personal stories, whether it's my asks for you to leave reviews and I Send you a Spiritual Hustler sweatshirt. I'm still running that promotion. If you do leave a review on the podcast, five stars on Apple, Apple specific couple sentences. It's important you leave a couple sentences, screenshot that review, send it over to me on DM and on Instagram, and chances are I will will grab your home address and send you a Spiritual Hustler sweatshirt or beanie or lightworker hat, depending on my mood. It's all just to say thank you for being here, being devoted to this podcast, because I am so devoted to you and, you know, I really want to be real with you. It needed to start, it had to start this podcast, this initiative, this effort to put myself out there, if you will, to be in devotion to myself, to my dreams, to my vision, right? And I believe that when we get the dream, when we get the hit, it's because we care and we're passionate and we want to stand out and stand up in the world in a way that is meaningful, and there is nothing wrong with that. But because of our conditioning, because of all of our fucking trauma, because of maybe our many past failures, that devotion gets really convoluted with a frequency of proving. I don't doubt that anyone listening genuinely believes in what they do and knows that it matters and it's coming from the heart. And we're going to have an evolved conversation around proving today because I do believe that this is a conscious community that knows who the fuck they are. But we get tripped up, just like I do. And if I go back to my prover self in my 20s, she looked a lot different than I prove herself in my 30s. And here I am in my 40s, and I've really alchemized that prover within me, but she's still there. I'm not here to bullshit you guys. Like, there's a part of me that, of course wants to get the accolades and feel successful and stick the landing and have people cheer for me and feel safe and belonged in a room full of new women that I have never met before. I mean, we're human, but I really want us to reexamine proving today, to release the need. Like, the awareness can be powerful just to have it, and the acceptance of it can also be powerful. But when we need to earn our worth, unconsciously, it runs our entire lives and it can destroy our entire lives. I speak from experience, so I want you to just ask yourself if you're being really, really, really honest, whether it's in your business, whether it's in Your relationships, whether it's every single time you post an Instagram caption or reel or you go to a party, how much of what you're doing right now is actually about proving or has proving energy to it? Are you proving that you're attractive enough, smart enough, worth paying, worth choosing? And here is the mind about proving. And I've, I can say this because I've been her for very long time. The more you prove without true awareness of it, the less you actually feel safe. It's this perpetual vicious cycle. Okay, you guys, here's the truth that most female entrepreneurs never hear. Your nervous system is running your entire business, your entire life, not your mindset. So you can have all the vision and all the strategy, but if your body is carrying chronic stress, inflammation or pain, everything is always going to feel harder than it needs to be. And this is where Microflow comes in. Now, this brand, I swear by Microflow, it has changed my entire life. It's founded by root cause health expert Christy Nal, and Microflow creates the cleanest micro dosing supplement on the market. Okay? It's 100% percent organic, third party lab tested, Raiki infused and intentionally formulated for women. Now, each blend is designed to support brain heart coherence, your nervous system regulation and neuroplasticity, which helps you at the end of the day shift out of survival and into sustainable growth. And here is what's actually happening. Microflow helps quiet the default mode network in your brain. It's the autopilot it in your mind while activating neurogenesis so that you can build new pathways wired for creativity, clarity and resilience. This is why thousands and thousands of people who've used Microflow has said that it is the one thing that has drastically, clearly, evidently changed their life. And now Microflow has introduced a brand new blend that I am also obsessed with called Rapid Relief, which is the next evolution of holistic pain support. Now, Rapid Relief works with your body, not against it. It supports your innate healing intelligence so that discomfort can finally resolve at the root without harsh downstream effects. Think of this as like your new one stop shop. Midol, Advil, Tylenol. But better because it's formulated with Microflow magic, micro doses, regeneratively farmed CBD and ancient botanicals. I've used it every single week since I've got it. It helps calm inflammation, so soften tension and restore the flow back into your body. Now, for female entrepreneurs navigating long days, nervous system overload or burnout recovery. You guys cannot not have rapid relief in your medicine cabinet. Start with the Exude and Surrender bundle and add rapid relief when your body needs extra support and explore Theta for deeper, somatic and ceremonial work. If you are ready to increase your capacity by upgrading the technology of your nervous system, then you've got to get down with microflow. Get the whole bundle. Get the whole stack. It will be the most lifechanging tool you could possibly, ever, ever work with. Visit microflow healing.com and use code JESSICA10 for $10 off of your order. That's microflow healing.com and use Code JESSICA10 for $10off of your order. And so I'm really inviting us in this conversation in the spirit of the Fire Horse. By the way, sisters, this year is only getting started. I don't know about you, but the fire is burning away. It has been so real. It's amazing actually. I love this frequency. It's so clarifying the fire and what I want this episode to clarify for you without shame, without any self judgment where proving is showing up in your business and your life right now. I'll give you some examples of where it showed up for me for most of my career. Are you over explaining your value to clients because you don't feel like you've got the receipts yet, right? We all start from zero. No one has receipts until they do, right? So we feel like we've got to over explain or over justify or overcompensate that we're worth the money or worth the opportunity or worth investing in. We're worth being seen when we get the client or we get the opportunity. Proving looks like over delivering and over giving on that opportunity proving. It's often a very quiet, constant inner desire for validation from your audience, from your peers, from your friends, from your family, from your clients, from your team. I could go on. It's often a feeling of I have to earn my place. I have to earn my seat in this room. I'm in the middle of coaching all of these beautiful women inside of the Feminine Frequency Business school right now and I am here to activate all of them as CEOs. And I've heard women say, well, I still have to pay my dues or I'm in a room full of men and you know, they don't take me seriously. So I've got to act a certain way or yeah, but I'm not making any money yet, so I have to like call myself a CEO. Am I really a CEO yet? It's the shrinking and it's the apologizing and it's the shape shifting in proximity to other people's power, what we perceive as their power. And of course, it shows up as choosing people in our lives, whether that's team members, partners, friends, clients, where we have to win their love, their affection, their approval. And I think we're all just little girls. And I say this with so much compassion towards all of us who probably didn't really feel like we belonged, probably didn't feel like we were chosen, probably didn't feel safe, probably didn't feel protected. So we grew up proving that we could do it ourselves. And it became a survival pattern. So many of us were taught that love is earned and that worth is conditional and that we're only a good girl if we get A's. For me, it was like getting the lead in the play because I was such a horrible student. I'll never forget I had the worst grades, you guys. Like, I was a straight C student in high school. And my dad would like, go to my high school and my middle school and like, talk to the teachers and be like, something's wrong with you. My daughter is smart. Why are you giving her a seat? It was so real, you guys. And I love my parents, you know, and it wasn't until I found like the theater department and the arts department that I. Maybe I wasn't getting good grades, but I was getting the lead in the play and how proud my parents finally were of me. That sense of worthiness being conditional, that our safety only comes from approval. And this energy is running the show for so many of us. And why it's so pervasive and why it feels so heavy and why it feels so sometimes impossible to break is because we're running away from lack. We're running away from dying. We're running away from threats get from being rejected and from being alone and from being casted as not good enough. I mean, that activates some of our deepest survival mechanisms versus being women who are moving toward our own truth. And I know that you're here on all of these episodes, the Spiritual Hustler. We're here to truly activate not only are most highest timelines and the most fun we've ever had, but to really stand in our worth and our wealth and so be women with money. Because I say this is the mantra of the show. When women have money, women have power. And when women have both, this world becomes a better place. And that's my real mission here on this planet. Sidebar. But you cannot build an abundant life in any regard from the Frequency of Pick me. Okay, so there's a reason why over 49% of women report burnout who are running their own businesses. And that's just the women that are talking about it. It is an epidemic. Because we are so hooked into this perpetual cycle of proving, it creates misaligned clients in our businesses. We attract people who need the convincing, who don't understand our value, who we over deliver for. It leaks our power. When you hand your authority away to convince anybody to work with you, it creates this real shaky sense of trust within yourself. When you rely on external validation or things to go your way, or clients to always be happy, or your post to always perform, or your parents to understand what the fuck you do for a living, all of this shakes us up. Not to mention the real possibility of having, if we're entrepreneurs, inconsistent income depending on the month. But this is the unlock, sister. This is why you came today. In the new paradigm of spiritual hustlers, we don't prove anything. We become the woman who says, let me show you why I'm worthy to. I know who the I am from. Oh, I wonder if they'll like me. To the woman that's like, do I like this? From the question how do I get in this room? To the woman that says, yeah, this room rises when I'm in it. That is the invitation, that is the unlock that I want you to remember today. So how do we do this? It's simple. But before I break down how you can integrate this, I just need you to hear from the bottom of my heart, I was going to save this to the end, but I'm just going to say it now. Please hear me when I say this because someone said this to me and the way she said it changed my life. You have nothing to prove. You have nothing to fucking prove. I will say it once more. You have nothing to prove. I want you to feel that in your body and as you feel that in your body and as you start to integrate this after today's episode, all you have to do, this is so simple, this is so effortless, is to simply notice. That's it. Just catch the moment. Where am I trying to earn this? Instead of choose this, just start to bring a witnessing to your amygdala brain that wants you to react, to survive. And if that's the moment that it happens and you're in that frequency, it's okay, just notice it. I want you to practice regulating best that you can. Trust me. I'm in therapy right now working with emdr. This is easier said than done. But a simple breath, a simple pause, a simple decision to respond to something versus react. The client's all pissed off. The person wants to drop out of your mastermind. The podcast didn't pick you. The post bombs. You think you need to delete it. Just don't. Don't send the message back in the moment. Don't delete anything. Don't post anything for the love of the goddess, or don't pitch anything from a state of urgency. Just come home to the truth that you have nothing to prove. And then I would journal on this, I would move from that self devotion back to the top of this conversation because I do believe that devoted women are needed to be out there, to be pursuing a dream, to be seen, to take risks, to do the hard things. And it's scary and we're up against a lot of unknowns. But the devoted women knows that she was chosen to do the work that only she came here to do. And she doesn't have to prove that. She just simply needs to embody that. So I just want to leave you with one final truth. The rooms that you want to be in and the clients that you want to have and the love that you know you deserve and the growth that you're seeking to expand your impact and visibility, the money that is your birthright, none of that comes from how well you proof. It only comes from how deeply you trust. And you were never up for evaluation in the first place, sister. You were born worthy. You were born breathing. You were born you. And that makes you infinitely valuable. And sometimes we have to go through all of the timelines and all of the loops and all of the lessons and all the mistakes and all the breakdowns to break through to remember that. But when we truly do remember that and we stop auditioning to take up space, you become the greatest invitation for everyone that gets to be blessed. Blessed to be in your presence without you doing, saying, acting, or proving what a gift it is to be a woman of this new time, of this new earth that knows her value. What a gift. Thank you for being that gift. We need you. Thank you for being here. I love you all so much. And I will see you on the next episode of the Spiritual Hustle podcast. Bye, guys.
Episode: Unlocking Proving: The End of Earning Your Worth
Host: Jessica Zweig
Date: April 2, 2026
Jessica Zweig leads a raw and empowering solo episode focused on dismantling the pervasive need to "prove" oneself—especially as women entrepreneurs—and unlocking a new paradigm of self-worth. She invites listeners to move beyond self-judgment, over-delivering, and seeking external validation, anchoring instead in deep self-trust and feminine devotion. With her signature blend of vulnerability and fire, Jessica shares personal stories, practical guidance, and courageous reframes for those caught in the “proving” cycle.
Defining Proving: Jessica highlights how many ambitious women, despite genuine passion and devotion, get tangled in an unconscious need to prove their worth—whether in business, relationships, or through online presence.
“Because of our conditioning, because of all of our fucking trauma, because of maybe our many past failures, that devotion gets really convoluted with a frequency of proving.” (04:00)
Proving as a Survival Mechanism:
Drawing from her own experience, Jessica examines how the "prover" energy evolves through life stages but remains present, often rooted in childhood conditioning around love and achievement.
“We grew up proving that we could do it ourselves. And it became a survival pattern. So many of us were taught that love is earned and that worth is conditional.” (15:40)
The Nervous System’s Role:
Jessica stresses that our nervous system—not mindset or strategy—is ultimately driving business and life outcomes. Chronic stress or a dysregulated system intensifies the urge to prove.
“Here’s the truth… your nervous system is running your entire business, your entire life, not your mindset.” (06:33)
“Are you over-explaining your value to clients because you don't feel like you have the receipts yet? … It's the shrinking, it's the apologizing, and it's the shape-shifting in proximity to other people's power.” (11:24–12:21)
"There’s a reason why over 49% of women report burnout who are running their own businesses...because we are so hooked into this perpetual cycle of proving." (17:58)
On Self-Acceptance:
"Please hear me when I say this because someone said this to me and the way she said it changed my life. You have nothing to prove. You have nothing to fucking prove. I will say it once more. You have nothing to prove."
—Jessica Zweig (20:29)
On Shifting Paradigms:
“In the new paradigm of spiritual hustlers, we don't prove anything. We become the woman who says, let me show you why I'm worthy to, I know who the fuck I am ... this room rises when I'm in it.”
(18:36–19:14)
On What Follows Awareness:
"Just catch the moment. Where am I trying to earn this? Instead of choose this, just start to bring a witnessing to your amygdala brain that wants you to react, to survive. And if that's the moment that it happens and you're in that frequency, it's okay, just notice it."
(22:03)
“All you have to do… is to simply notice. That’s it. Just catch the moment.” (21:58)
“A simple breath, a simple pause, a simple decision to respond to something versus react.” (23:01)
“You were never up for evaluation in the first place, sister. You were born worthy. You were born breathing. You were born you.” (25:31)
Jessica’s rallying cry is clear:
“You cannot build an abundant life in any regard from the frequency of ‘pick me’... None of that comes from how well you prove. It only comes from how deeply you trust.” (17:58; 24:20)
She urges listeners to stop auditioning for belonging or success, to recognize and embody their innate worth, and to bless the world simply by being the magnetic, authentic woman they already are.
The entire episode is a call to transmute striving for worth into confident, embodied presence—fueling a healthier, richer, and more aligned business and life.
If you resonated with the deprogramming of “proving,” Jessica urges you to practice these small shifts daily and to trust that your mere existence is validation enough.
