Well, hello my beautiful spiritual hustlers and welcome back to the podcast. I'm your host, Jessica, and today we are going to be talking about a topic on the podcast that has traditionally felt probably pretty dry and cold in corporate, but we don't do that over here. On the Spiritual Hustler podcast, we talk about all things magic, consciousness, spirit, connected, you could call it woo and business and success and money and growth and impact in a completely new frame, the feminine frame. So I'm so excited to talk about revenue, money projections, how we really, truly forecast how much money we're going to make, how to get there with a lot more soul and feminine strategy than most people are talking about or teaching. So welcome to the podcast. This is where we go deep on all of the above. And on Thursdays is my tiny little key, per the name Unlocking series where I take it off my keychain, hand it to you so that you can remember, remember, take all the disparate member pieces of your soul, confidence, beauty, self, love, abundance, magnetism, and recollect, reclaim, remember who you really are. So here's the truth. When you're a woman doing business in alignment with all of that, your truth, your values, your conviction, your nervous system, your revenue projections don't just become empowering because you've gotten clear on them. I'm gonna talk to you today about how to get there. They become sacred. So this is about unlocking the way modern women do numbers. And this is what we do inside of the feminine frequency. So if the spreadsheets have ever made you shut down, if forecasting has felt like a lie, or if you've avoided planning your revenue altog because it's felt too rigid or practical or patriarchal, this episode is here to flip the script. So I want to talk about why traditional revenue planning doesn't work for feminine businesses. Let's start with the obvious. Traditional revenue projections are built by men, for men, with linear assumptions, meaning the numbers assume that we must be machines in order to achieve them. That business must move in a straight upward line at all times or you're failing that. Your energy within your business must be static and constant in order to reach those numbers. But the truth is your body doesn't work like that. Your seasons don't work like that, and your leadership doesn't want to work like that. This is why so many women avoid their numbers. Not because they're bad at math, but because math has never been aligned with her truth and an FFBS feminine frequency business school. We call this Soul Aligned Forecasting. We map out your entire year, your offers and your energy, in a way that is rooted in your body, in your mission, and in your margin. We don't start with offers. We start with vision. What's the life that you're building? How much spaciousness do you want? How do you want to feel at the end of this year? And from there, we reverse engineer what offers really make sense this year versus next year versus the following year. What do they need to be priced at properly to create this lifestyle? And how many women or clients do you actually want to serve and at what level? And from there, we map the numbers. We get a strategy down that actually reflects your Soul, not one that burns you out for the sake of a vanity metric. And this is where women light up. They see their year, they see the path, they see the opportunity for possibility and reality. And they stop guessing. They have the clarity. They start leading from that frequency. So this is really the final piece which is really understanding the data. To be a feminine CEO, you have to hold the duality of both the divine, as I've been speaking of, which is so, so real and so important and so powerful. And the data requires you to have a P and L, a profit and loss spreadsheet. By the way, I create this for my feminine frequency business school students and, and they just have to fill it out. It's already coded and populated as excels need to be. And we plug in all of the different projected revenue streams, all of the different expenses, literally every single tiny dollar penny that is required to invest in your business in order for it to grow. And a really consistent monthly understanding of your profitability. And this really allows you to hold profit goals because it's right there in black and white while protecting your piece. It inspires you to aim high and yet stay grounded in the now and the reality of what's coming through. And of course, we develop an entire roadmap marketing strategy, customer journey content calendar plan that grows and expands and follows the path of your numbers. Because the most magnetic entrepreneurs that I know aren't afraid of their numbers. They partner with them. They use their numbers as a container for growth, not as a cage for constriction and stress. And this is where the feminine thrives. Structure that supports your genius, not suffocates it. Because your revenue plan should turn you on, sister. It should not shut you down. Because money is just the mirror of how boldly you are willing to dream. I'm going to say that one more time.
