This is the Spiritual Hustler Podcast. Well, hello and welcome back to the Spiritual Hustler podcast, my beautiful spiritual Hustlers soul fam, Lightworkers, divine feminine creatures of the new earth. I am so excited to be bringing you this weekly series every Thursday where I am handing you the keys to unlock more truth, more power, more beauty, more joy, more peace, more money in your current consciousness and reality. And today I want to talk about self love. We've heard this term, this has become like one of the biggest buzzwords over the last, I don't know, couple decades of personal growth and spiritual development and relationships and life itself. And yet I feel like the struggle to truly unconditionally love yourself is such a climb, it's such a journey to really meet that part of you hold it, grow it, cultivate it, walk through the world with it. And that is what I want for all of you. That's what I want for me. And, and it's never going to be a straight line, but what I want to share today are a couple instances, stories and moments that are keys that you can hold in your heart, that you can put in your proverbial pocket and walk through your days, referring back to and really remembering. Because this whole series, this whole podcast, this whole platform, my book, the Light work, all of the work that I do inside my business is really about remembering. It's about remembering who we really are and what we came here to be. The game we came here to play. And it's so much more and it's so much bigger and it's so much deeper than we've been programmed to believe. So this unlocking is all about the deep program. And we've got to talk about self love. We've got to talk about honoring the gifts of who we are, the one of a kind nature, of our own unique magic. And if you're like a lot of the women that I coach, a lot of the women that I work with, a lot of the women that I'm friends with, that is really freaking hard to put yourself first, to love yourself first, to give yourself radical permission to be the main character of your own life. And I was coaching, actually a client just a couple days ago and we've put together this beautiful strategy. She's launching a brand new business. She's sort of been under the radar for the last couple of years and there is no one like her. She is one of a kind, just like all of us are. And everyone in her life constantly tells her that. And in order for her to really get her business off the ground and to truly get clients to make money and feed her family and follow and pursue her dreams of moving and of building a house and eventually retiring like earlier than she wants to, she has to put herself out there. She has to let the world know that she is the main character of her own life now because she's been running a career that has kept her very behind the scenes. And part of that strategy, which was, you know, masterful, if I don't say so, myself included, her needing to be on social media a lot. Now, social media is its own sort of beast of what that takes to, I guess, do it right and have a solid platform around using social media. That's not what this is about. And I said this to her in my coaching session. I was like, I can build you the most beautiful strategy, but what I really am here to help you do is unlock the belief that you deserve to be seen. And if you don't step out into the light, you're not only doing the world a disservice, but you're missing out on the opportunity to create value for the people who need you the most. And there are people out there who maybe aren't as talented as you or as experienced as you or as truly earnest as you in the work that you do that are getting the clients that need you, but they're just willing to be seen. They've just opted into making the decision to be the main character of their own life, at least on the Internet. And I really cannot tell you in the I don't know. 10. Fifth. Well, I've been an entrepreneur for, oh, my God, 20 years almost. I don't even want to say that out loud. The 10 years I've really been in the personal branding, marketing, social media space. That is the number one issue that, that every single client I've ever worked with actually has. It's not that they don't know the perfect strategy, that they're just afraid to become the main character of their own life. They're afraid of what people are going to think. They're afraid of rejection. They're afraid of being too much. And I'm here to tell you today on this episode that you are allowed to be too much. You have to be too much in order for you to not only be successful, but, but to be in your highest vibration. And when we're in our highest vibration, we become magnetic. And we don't have to hustle so hard and we don't have to put out multiple pieces of content a week online. We don't have to build the perfect strategy at all. We move through life with a new frequency and our lives become filled with synchronicity, become filled with serendipity. Alignment is a frequency of magnetism. And when we're playing small and hiding, it keeps our vibration low and muted. And one of my favorite terms is vibe up or vibe out. So speaking of vibration, as your vibration increases, people are either going to be able to rise with that frequency, that vibration that you are now amplifying and stepping into, or they're going to be threatened by it, whether they're conscious of it or not. Frankly, many times people are unconscious of what's happening inside of them and they're going to vibe out. And sometimes that's very painful, which is why I think so many women are terrified of becoming the main character of their own life. Because what's their husband going to do or what's their best friend going to say, or what's their community going to think? How will their clients feel about it? And I will tell you on both sides of the coin. When I started building my agency, Simply be Back in 2017, I was all about getting the business off the ground. And I got a bunch of really great clients at first. And then my business started exploding and I started stepping more into the light and my personal brand started to grow. And it was a really powerful strategy for me to get new business. And I had a couple clients as I was growing and building my team. And my team started taking care of those clients more directly, not Me, I had clients who were feeling frustrated that I was, yeah, making myself the main character of my own life, my own platform. And this is when I had, like, I don't know, six or seven clients at the very beginning days of my agency. And those clients, those clients vibed out. I was hiring beautiful team members. We were doing great, quality work. And I, as the CEO, was becoming more and more in my right seat, and Lane as the spokesperson. And that's what was the natural evolution of the business. And certain clients didn't like it. And so those clients vibed out. And then the course of seven years simply be served close to a thousand clients, none of which really had any issue with me being the main character of my own life in my business, in fact, that was the honey that drew them in like bees to want to work with me and my company, because I was a walking testimony of what's possible. And that's the other thing. When you give yourself the radical permission to love yourself radically, to become the main character of your own life, you give so many people permission to do the same. It's an invitation, it's an activation. It is an example of what's possible. And do you know how good that feels, by the way? Do you know how deeply, profoundly motivating the good reflections become that start to outweigh the negative projections that have nothing to do with you anyway? That creates a momentum for you, to encourage you to be even more who you are. That's the real unlock. And the last thing I want to say on this episode is it's really important to know that in order to be the main character of your own life, truly, fully, authentically, you have to be doing your own work to support the people in your life, stepping up and becoming the main character of theirs. I'm gonna get real vulnerable right now. Real vulnerable. But you guys have been here a while and you. You've read my book the Light Work. I actually talk about my best friend Megan in the book in detail on chapter seven on female friendships. And Megan and I had a codependent relationship for a really long time. And our childhood mother wounds were like jigsaw puzzles that, like, fit perfectly. Like, she mothered me the way my mother didn't mother. I sort of behaved like her mother did when she was younger. That created her a lot of safety. And so we just became incredibly codependent on one another and had a breakdown in our friendship a couple years ago, went to therapy together and have a new friendship today. The point is, one of the things that really started to activate me was Megan's decision having nothing to do with me, everything to do with her, to become the main character of her own life. And when that started to happen, as much as I supported her in doing that, I lost because I am a really good friend in my great act of friendship in supporting her, no longer becoming a people pleaser, finding her own path, choosing herself, stepping into the light, main character energy. I made a small deal, I don't want to say with the devil, but like I sacrificed, I lost. I lost something in my best friend. No longer making her world so much about me. And that was such a upgrade for me in my capacity to hold equanimity, to hold real sisterhood, reciprocity, love. And the more I loved her through that transition, the more I was able to love myself and honor the woman that I want to be. So I wanted to end with that. As we unlock self love today on this episode, but hopefully all year long and for the rest of our lives, that we absolutely have to be the main character if we want to truly live in authenticity and joy and magnetism. And there is no one like you. And if you don't take that stage, someone else is going to read your lines and you're going to feel even shittier about being in the back of the stage. But the real, real flex, I believe, of unlocking self love is celebrating when the people around you choose self love too, and not getting triggered by it. And then we all get to be the star and we all get to play the game together. And it's so much more fun when you get to ride alongside your fellow main characters and knowing in your full soul and body that it doesn't take away from your light, it only enhances it. And that is really the magic of self love. Go unlock it, sisters. Have a beautiful rest of your week and I will see you on the next episode of the spiritual Hustler podcast. Bye.
