Unless you want to break your neck. You've got to saddle up, you've got to connect with the animal. You've got to prepare your body and hoist yourself up and hang on to ride. And the way that you are going to ride this energy, which really is the year for feminine leaders to. To truly create their own lanes, each and every one of us. Not just me, not just the women that you follow on Instagram, not the women that you read books that touched your heart. Great for them, great for all of us. But truly, this is your year where you create your own lane. There is space for you, sister, but you're never going to find that space unless you fucking make that space. It's massive. You guys, this is a beautiful segue. Every Thursday, I drop a tiny little key off of my cosmic keychain, inspired by the tattoo of the key on my heart. This was the whole inspiration for this series. And each and every week, I bring you a different key that helps you unlock all of the bullshit locks that have been keeping you stuck and too safe and too small and too in fear that has been limiting your highest potential to live out your highest timeline. Like, that is the game that I am playing on this show. And thank you for playing the game with me. All right, so today we're going to talk about unlocking your spirit allies. And really, I saw this. Obviously, I was on a theta journey, but actually have been working with the spirit allies on my land for the last two months. I had a really crazy experience the week that I moved into my house. I, like, started making massive accidents. Like, not peeing my pants, you guys, accidents. Like, making like, I dropped a glass, like, shattered glass all over my kitchen. I spilled champagne all over my sofa. On the first night we moved in, I tripped and fell on my stairs and, like, spilled black coffee and busted open my knee. Like, I spilled black coffee all over my white stucco stairs, and my knee was bleeding. It was so fucked up because I'm not a klutzy person, and the coffee was my last straw. There were a couple other things that happened. I just was making, like, a mess. I was making all these mistakes and accidents throughout the house. And when I tripped and I fell and busted my knee open, I stood up, I looked up, and I was like, okay, you have gotten my attention because these spirit guides on my land, like, they weren't fucking with me, but they were trying to get my attention. And I hadn't asked for permission to be honest, as awake as I like to consider myself to be, as reverent as I am to mother earth. We built this house on this five acres of indigenous Cherokee Chickasaw land in Tennessee. And I failed to recognize that there were guardians of this land that I am meant to be in relationship with now that I live here. And so what I did is I went outside and I made an offering, and I sat out there for, like, an hour, and I talked to them, and I prayed and I cried, and I came into right relationship. And I haven't had an accident since. In fact, now I talk to them all the time. I see them I hear them, I feel them. I ask them questions. I hear them asking me questions. This might sound crazy to all of you, and I'm sure it doesn't, because you're here and you've been with me on this journey and you're probably like, yep, I do that too, but that wouldn't have happened. And there is a sense of peace and there is a sense of rootedness and there is a sense of connection that I feel not only to these spirit guides every day, but to my heart. That the more and more I attune to these unseen realms, the more alive and high vibration I feel, the more open I feel to channel information that is meant for me, that is guidance. Now, I could have tripped on my staircase, busted my knee, cried about my black coffee staining my stairs, and just kind of went about my day. But what did I do? This is important. This is the whole theme of this podcast today, is slowing down to listen so that we can partner with the unseen. This is about creating partnership and relationship and to really normalize this intuitive intelligence that we all have as actually a strategic advantage that you get to take with you into your business and into your life and into your relationships and to your growth as a human being and as an entrepreneur. You guys, I think you probably should go listen to that podcast if you didn't already. She was incredible. But, you know, some of us feel like we're crazy or like this isn't real or we can't trust ourselves, or if we talk about it, we're going to be judged. But every single powerful woman that I know today that is really making moves and making money and making an impact and living in her bliss, they exist, are all partnering with something unseen, Whether they call it God, whether they call it intuition, whether they call it spirit guides, allies, or just simply instinct. Now, I really want to frame spirit allies as this supportive intelligence. We all have guides. We all are walking through the earth in different environments. I happen to live on, you know, forest land, but you can connect to this in a city. It requires you to move beyond your ego mind and to really understand that you have a higher self that has higher wisdom, that is connected based on your ancestral DNA, to an energetic guidance of universal intelligence that is wanting to make itself known to you. And so many of us are absolutely cut off and unconscious that it even exists. And if you do know that it exists, you don't trust yourself to actually communicate. And I want to reframe this, because none of us are channeling random things. Like, if you get a ping, if you get a hit, if you get an intuition. Like, I tripped on those stairs, and I stood up. It was like I could have been making it up, but I heard them. They were like, we've been trying to get your attention. I felt it in my body, and I heard it in my mind, in my conscious mind. And because I simply trusted that I was strengthening my own ability to receive any next clarity or message that I would get the next time. This is not about controlling, like, what's coming through and trying to manufacture anything. This is about staying in coherence with your human self and your higher self. Because at the end of the day, you actually already know. Spirit allies don't make decisions for you. They help you hear what you already know. I knew that I entered this house two months ago when I moved in. And I was concerned with all of the wrong things. Will the wallpaper come on time? Will the dimmers make it on time? Why isn't the shelf perfect? We need to make sure we have the perfect pots and pans. I don't know if I like these sheets in this room. Should they be in this room? I was so concerned with the material 3D that I was missing the magic of this entire space that I've decided to call my home, which is the land. And even though it was confronting, I knew that in my subconscious, I had actually some weird shame around it. It was so deep that I didn't actually even want to look at it. Because I was like, this is a side of you, Jessica, that you really like, no one really should see. Like, I don't like this part about myself. I was really looking at the wrong thing. I was paying attention to the wrong things, and I knew it deep down. And so spirit allies aren't there to tell you something necessarily new. Like I said, they're here to help you hear what you already know. And so if you're in a season or a pattern of overthinking, of hustling, of being the type of woman who needs the proof before I trust anything. Maybe you ask for signs, but you don't actually listen for the answers. And when you hear them, you ignore them. Or maybe you're forcing outcomes all the time instead of just slowing the fuck down and listening. And much of this has to do with our dysregulated nervous systems, because when we're dysregulated in our bodies, we can't typically receive subtle guidance. And when we get the clarity, it usually comes in when we're ready, when we feel safe. And if your body doesn't feel safe, your intuition often goes quiet. So I'm not asking you to go trip on your stairs and crack open your knee to get the message. There are some practical, embodied, empowering things that you can do every single day to open yourself up to the unseen realms. And I'm not here to tell you today on this podcast what your unseen realms are made of. That's between you and spirit. The only way that you're going to connect to your spirit team and your allies and the guides and the beings that exist around all of us. You guys, we are living in one tiny dimension out of multi dimensions is to simply get still and ask. And when you're asking, ask better questions. Don't ask for, like yes or no questions, but ask for alignment. Is this true? Is this an alignment to my highest service? Is this in alignment to the highest service of the person that I am potentially struggling with? And to really start to lean into what I call your personal signal language. Like, do you see repeating themes? Do you get somatic hits in your body? Are there synchronicities like 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3 3, 3? Are you seeing dragonflies everywhere? Person with the same name everywhere you go? Is there emotional resonance when you get those hits? And then it's on you to follow that nudge and to really trust that when you connect to your unseen guides and the unseen realms. And we're going to talk about this on day three at the feminine wealth ignite. Your alignment saves you time forcing anything and trying to figure it all out on your own. And thinking that you have all of the answers costs you money and it costs you energy. And so I really am inviting us all into this year of the fire horse. A whole new grounded CEO level authority. The kind of CEO authority that is a spiritual af. And she is the type of woman who makes really clean decisions. She has less burnout, she experiences better timing, she's got stronger boundaries, she's got more magnetism. And she stops chasing and she starts receiving. And this impacts everything, not just who we hire and what we charge and what clients we attract. Knowing when to pivot and knowing when to stay the course. This level of intuition and connection to the spirit realm creates so much Momentum in your business. Yes. But it also opens up your ability to connect and co create anything you want in your life. So I just really want to normalize this experience, if you have felt it, of being guided. We're always being guided all the time. You don't need to be a psychic. You don't need special gifts, you don't need to go get a training, you don't need to be certified in Akashic record or psychic medium channeling or whatnot. You just need trust. You need presence and you need practice. And so I just want to leave you with this question because it's the question that I ask myself all the time. And it's like, what if what I want, what if the guidance that I need, what if the message that I've been looking for is right here within my mind, within my heart, within my soul, within my field. And the next step to getting that answer, to getting that guidance, to getting that direction, to getting that knowing, to getting to that trust is simply learning how to listen.
