We hustle for meaning. We don't hustle from lack. We hustle for love. We don't hustle from survival. We hustle for humanity's thriving. We hustle toward healing the ancestral programming of fear and step into a new understanding of safety in the body. To receive this shift isn't going to only heal your life. It's going to make you a whole lot richer too. This is the Spiritual Hustler podcast. Well, hello my beautiful spiritual hustlers and welcome back to the podcast. I am so excited to be here talking to you guys about this. This is actually a couple weeks ago I put out a request from my on my Instagram stories from for my community to tell me what you guys want to hear me talk about. I obviously tune into what I think you guys want to know, but it was really beautiful to see so many responses and they were, they were really kind of all over the map and at the same time there was a lot of commonality amongst many of your desires. And there was this one particular request that really inspired me because it was such a big question and it was, you know, around of course, what we do here on the podcast, spiritual Hustling, when we are women who step into our power, who know our values, you who know our worth, who really know how to make moves and make money, but doing it in a spiritual conscious, awake, embodied feminine way, like that's what we talk about here on this podcast. So if you're new, welcome. Hi, I'm Jessica and if you're not new, welcome back. And if you haven't yet started following me on social media, I'm over there on at Jessica's Wig and I love to hear from my community around how the podcast is connecting. I see so many of you sharing about it. Come say hi, drop me a dm. Let me know how these podcasts have resonated with you. Whether it's my solos or my interviews, I am very active in my DMS I really pay attention to my community there. I don't really look at it like an Instagram following. It's not. You are all women with hearts and souls and dreams and missions behind those little tiny screens. And what you have to say and how you feel really matters to me. And it's why I do what I do, literally, for you. So how can I do it better if I'm not talking to you guys? And that's just the most powerful place to. To do it over there in the gram. At least I think it is. I'm having a lot of fun over there on that app these days. And speaking of feedback, as well as coming into my dms, I would love it if you have not yet left a review on the podcast. Apple is the place to do it. Five stars, A couple sentences. It goes so, so, so far. And I actually have like a ton of Lotus Way flower essences that I gifted by that incredible brand. I am Deep Sisters with the founder Katie Hess. She's actually been on the podcast before, but because I work so closely with the brand Lotus Way, I have and their official sponsor of the show, I am going to gift, let's just say up to 10 women this month who leave reviews on the podcast. Apple podcasts, five stars, Couple sentences and how the show has impacted you. You screenshot that review. DM it to me over on the Gram, because that's where I hang out. And most likely I'll respond and I'll say, hey girl, what's your address? And I'll send you a Lotus Way flower essence straight from Meteor. If you're listening to this, I'm currently spraying myself with expansive presence Oromus, you guys, this stuff is legit. I have the oils, I have the tinctures, I have the essences, I have the sprays. I've got it all. I'll pick one randomly for you. My winner. I'm going to choose up to 10 this month and all you've got to do is leave a review. 5 stars. Apple podcast screenshot it to me. DM it to me on Jessica's W I collect your address and we all get to win, including Lotus Way, because you should get this brand in your hands. So all this to say, my community matters to me, to my soul. And back to a couple weeks ago when I shared. Hey guys, I'm so interested to know what you guys want me to talk about. This question came through. What we're going to unpack today. Because so many women want to grow their revenue. We all want to make more money. We all want to step into more abundance. We all want to be in true overflow. And the way that you scale your business, your revenue from six figures a year to multi six figures a year to seven figures a year to multi seven figures a year, yes, it requires certain strategies and systems and structures and roadmaps and that can all be in place. But really it comes down to your capacity to hold that growth and your energy that can match that growth. So we're going to talk about what it takes energetically to grow from 6 to 7 to multi 7 figures in revenue. Because when I, when I saw this question come through, you know, I really sat with this and thought and reflected of course, on my own journey. And there wasn't always a time in my career where I was making multi seven figures in revenue. There was a point in time when I was making no revenue and I had no sense of abundance whatsoever, let alone a strategy. And the sense of abundance and worth and value came, yes, in tandem with how I was sharpening as a business leader. But looking back, it was always the unlocks in who I was becoming that allowed me to continue to hold that level of wealth, not necessarily what I was doing. So I've broken this evolution down, okay? I've broken the shifts, the energetic shifts that need to take place truly, in order for you to become a six figure business owner to a seven figure business owner to yes, even a multi seven figure business owner. And I was reflecting back on the trajectory of my personal career. This was sort of the order that it went in. But I don't want you to compare your journey to mine. I want you to really think about where you are on your own path. And some of this might resonate. You might have already conquered a step, you might need to go back, you might not have thought about this quite yet. There is no real perfect linear process energetically from scarcity to abundance. It's, it's somewhat of a dance and a constant unfolding and unlearning. But this just happened to be what my ascension, if you will, was. But follow your own timeline and journey with this. Okay? So in order to energetically evolve from six to seven to multi seven figures in revenue, we've got to talk about proving, we've got to talk about ego, we've got to talk about hustling like the toxic hustle, we've got to talk about questioning, we've got to talk about negating, we've got to talk about maturity and we have to have to talk about the feminine so let's start with proving. I cannot tell you how many women I coach in my programs that are so deeply invested in proving themselves, okay. That feel that in order to be successful, be seen, get the client, launch the thing successfully, that the first hurdle that they're up against is proving their worth. And I want to tell you right here and right now, and I'm really hoping that this pierces through the microphone because I was that girl for a long time and I had a coach. I was listening. Consider me your coach right now. Consider me your loving podcast, free of, free of charge. But I'm here for you in your highest service, Coach. Okay? I'm coaching you right now. I'm just going to take a page from what my coach said to me. And she said it from the depths of her soul. She said to me, jessica, I'm talking to you. Who's ever listening your name. So hear it in your head. You have nothing to prove to anyone. I was like, yeah, yeah, okay, thank you. No, she, she looked at me again. She said, jessica, you have nothing to prove. You have nothing to prove to your parents. You. I'm talking to you now. You have nothing to prove to the market. You have nothing to prove to your previous boss. You have nothing to prove to your online community. You have nothing to prove to your competitors. That word doesn't even exist because there's only one you. You have nothing to even prove to your past self. When you truly hold that you really have value based on who you are, what you know, what you've experienced that no one else has that because there's only one you. And you are really on a open wide playing field of possibility. There's no yardstick, there's no linear metric that you have to hit. If you feel that way, it's absolutely made up in your brain. It's all a program and a construct that you somehow picked up from someone else's projection or what you've projected onto others that you don't have. And when we really start to see what an illusion it all is to prove ourselves, we activate into a different embodiment of our worth. And usually when you're at that six figure mark, you're still in proving stage because you haven't necessarily done the damn thing yet. And there's a lot of scarcity and fear that creeps up in that place. The energetic shift happens when you go from proving your value to holding your value. For example, when I started getting opportunities to work for corporate companies as a workshop facilitator, I was building my agency and big brands were watching what I was doing. And I got my first corporate reach out. This guy reached out to me from LinkedIn. He worked for a major Fortune 500 brand and he said, hey, I see what you're doing with personal branding within your agency. Do you think you could come in and teach a workshop? I had no idea what I was doing. I had never taught a workshop before and I certainly didn't know how much to charge for it. And so I put together the proposal. I felt into the fact that this was a corporation that had a budget and I sat with that proposal and I sketched out the experience. I had never done this before, but I knew that I could. I knew that based on what I had already been doing in my consultancy slash agency, that I had educational assets that I was executing within my one to one clients that I could translate into educational points in a PowerPoint slide and bring it to life in a eight hour experience. Like, I trusted that I had enough to offer in that, in that room. And I put a $10,000 price tag on it and I didn't have any proving energy whatsoever. I held it. There's a difference. And the more that I obviously got the business that said yes because that client didn't blink at that price tag, the more confidence it gave me that what I was bringing to the table had value and I got to set my price. Now I want to talk about the next thing that I mentioned, which is ego. Because as you start to make money and as you start to get these dopamine hits right of the transactions and the cash in the door and the signed docusigns, and you see the money hit your bank account like that's a dopamine hit, and you start to feel kind of like turned on, you feel kind of like hot. It's an addicting experience at times, actually. And you can get really empowered by it for real. Just laying out my cards here, and there's a teetering fine line when we're in a lot of abundance. And I found that when I was in that ego place, when I was kind of done proving and then the market started to validate me that I felt a little special, I felt a little extra powerful because I was making real money. And that is a very fleeting place to be. In fact, that is an incredibly fragile and tender place to be when you're in your ego and your power, which is so connected to your money. And that creates a sense of actual scarcity underneath it all, because you're holding tightly to something you're afraid you can't lose. Because now money means something so much more than it once did. It makes you cool, it makes you powerful, it makes you special. It makes you free. And how I continued to not only expand my revenue, but really expand the integrity of my business, which is my reputation, which was my culture, and why I attracted the best talent and how I was able to come on stages and on social media and on this microphone and be in my authenticity. Because I did work to keep my ego in check with my own coaches and my own therapists and my own friends and my partner, who I was willing to go to on a continual practice basis and say, I, I need you to give me feedback. And also coming back to and attuning to my why, which was never to be powerful and make a lot of money, but to make a huge difference. And so the antidote to ego is service. And people can feel that. I talk about this in my book, the Light Work, one of the eight divine feminine embodiments of wealth, according to me. And the light Work is there's a whole chapter I have on money and one of my favorite of the 8 is service that you can't sell from your mind, you can't sell from your ego, you can only sell from your heart. That's why it's called service. Selling as a service. It's not an act of the mind. It's the. It's a vibrational act of love and side note, and a really good one at that. Our hearts, according to science and heart math and Joe Dispenza and all of the data that's been out there and research on the heart, the physical organ of the heart is the biggest, strongest, most powerful electro magnetic force field in our bodies. Keyword is magnetic. So when we continue to drop in as we expand in our wealth, in our success and never lose the plot as to why we're doing the thing in the first place, which is to help people, which is to help people win and grow and break through and shine. Like, I have the chills now, as I'm just saying that, like, you can't fake that, right? And so this is the constant energy, hygiene and maintenance that we have to continue to do on ourselves. Who we be, not what we do as our business continues to grow. Now I want to talk about hustling. Like here we are in the spiritual Hustler podcast. And of course I've reframed this word into a positive and it is because I still hustle. But I spiritually hustle and there is such a different vibration. So let's talk about the toxic hustle, the masculine, patriarchal, gripping, convincing, proving, going, burning ourselves to the ground. Energy that just doesn't really leave space for magic. I'm coaching someone right now. Who is she? She is the magic. She kind of knows it, but she's really in a lot of swirl and, and she's basically reacting to every little thing that inspires her and is going to launch this one thing, but then gets distracted with lower hanging fruit revenue. She's like, well, maybe I'll just do this instead. And then she's coming to me with an idea for like a massive VIP high ticket thing. But she hasn't yet formulated her core offering yet. And I, and I'm just like, sister, just take a breath and Sidebar. She's getting sick all the time. Her body is really talking to her, telling her to slow down. And she knows all of this. She's super self aware. And it's the hustle that I can so relate to. I can't tell you how many times I got sick in the seven years I was running my agency. It was sort of a core part of my story was I would push, push, push, launch something and then I'd crash and I would get super sick for weeks. And that is just, as we all know, not a sustainable way to not just grow a business, but to hold wealth. And so we really have to energetically get into our bodies, slow down enough to listen to them, create a conversation with them. I also talk about this in my book, the Light Work. I have a whole chapter on body, your sacred vessel, and what it means to build a right relationship with your body. And very few of us actually ask our bodies to tell us what they want, how they feel. We don't slow down enough to even ask the question, let alone listen, until our bodies are screaming at us for our attention. By flaring up with an autoimmune disease or endometriosis or the flu or, or a broken bone. I mean, if you go back and you look at the trajectory of your career and how it's been associated with your health, chances are you were pushing yourself past the brim of what you were able to really hold. And that doesn't make you a bad, weak, lazy entrepreneur to slow down. And it was in fact, when I really started to slow down. And this wasn't until about the year 2023, where I put better boundaries in place, better structures and systems around my calendar, hired tighter support staff to put around me that I got back into the dreamer identity again and got to vision what we were going to do next. And my cup was so full that I was able to pour back into my business in a completely new energy. And so the hustling, when I speak of hustling like I can, when I meet a girl and she's in hustle energy, I'm. I just look at her and I want to give her a big hug and a gift certificate to a, a sauna and a massage and some really good like nourishing tea and an eye mask and tell her to go sleep like that and earth and put her feet on the ground and when she's done and look up at the sun like those things matter. That is really where we need to start. It is that essential to take care of your body if you are going to hold growth because it's going to stretch you and it's going to require more of your time. And if you can truly see yourself as a queen that needs a castle, that needs a moat of water around it, that needs a guard and a drawbridge so that the queen can stay on her throne, connecting to spirit, calling down all of her divine downloads as only the visionary CEO can. If you make that a part of your life, you are going to energetically expand and be able to hold so much more command and power, like beautiful power in your business, to guide it with clarity and peace. And that is really what is required for you to be that, to be your baseline as your business continues to scale. Now, I want to talk about questioning because even when we get past proving and we are in our beautiful, beautiful hearts of, of service and we are grounded in our bodies, there's going to still be opportunities and moments that come up where you set a big goal. Let's say you're like, I want to hit a six multi, six figure, seven figure launch or I want a six figure client agreement or I don't know, Facebook just called me and they want me to do a workshop and I have no idea what to charge. And it's like the questioning, okay, the questioning will still arise. It's that flutter in your stomach. I, I know exactly what this feels like. Where you're like, am I really gonna get a 75, 000 offer from this brand partner and do I really deserve. It's like this flutter, okay, where we almost feel like it's too big for us or it's too bold for us or we're not worthy of it and it's getting really used to that flutter as a gift that is pushing you outside of your comfort zone and capacity to hold money and hold growth and hold what you're worth. And instead of questioning yourself, I want you to look at that flutter or feel that anxiety come up. Really, that's what it is. And what I do is I almost look at it as like a separate person, like a different version of me, like an actual avatar, almost like a little Disney character, if you will. And at least that's how it looks in my. My soul. It's like animated. She's the nervous one. She doesn't have bad intentions, but she's the one that has the anxiety, not you. And you just need to say thank you. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for trying to take care of me. Thank you for trying to keep me safe. And I am going to hold this opportunity in my full power instead and know that I am worth it. And you, little avatar from a Disney movie is just a fleeting moment. Because what we often do as women when we start to grow and really expand, we clench and we question. The questioning creates the clinch. And the more you're able to identify that sensation in your body energetically, the more comfortable you're going to become. Holding with full authority your value and just say yes. Thank you. I was expecting that $75,000 from a brand partner to come through. Oh, I was expecting a multi six figure book deal. Oh, I was expecting to hit my highest launch I've ever hit before in my career. Thank you. I'm. It's already done in the field, as I often say, and it's just a matter of stepping in now. I know that sounds kind of woo, and this is what we're breaking down today is this trusting in your self, your higher self, your future self, so that you can energetically go from 6 to 7 to multi 7. I really do believe that everything we want is already done in the field. It's already done in another quantum version of our reality. We just have to step into it. But today's episode is really breaking down those micro moments and energetic shifts on a micro level that allow us to continue to move forward into that future. I want to talk about two final things when it comes to what needs to energetically shift, and these are big. Now I want to talk about negating responsibility and maturity and the feminine. So I see so many women do this. In fact, I worked for years with men and women in my Simply Be agency chapter where we served close to a thousand clients in seven years. And now I'm coaching hundreds of women. There's this why me? Question that always comes into the space, like, who am I to? And I have always said, who are you not to be? Why not you? Because nobody has what you have. And wherever you may be on your trajectory in your career, if you're just starting something for the first time, if you're in the middle of a pivot, if you're wanting to get to the next level, get a book deal, launch a big platform, launch your own podcast, pitch yourself to be a speaker, aggressively grow your business from 6 to 7 to multi, 7 to 8. We have these limiting beliefs like who am I to? How could. Could I really? Why me? How? And I am here to simply say that you have what I consider to be, not because I'm biased, but because I believe in science. A one of a kind, snowflake DNA, like there's no other you on the planet. It's a miracle, actually. And by virtue of the fact that no one has your DNA like your ancestral codes, but no one has where you grew up by the family you were raised by and the schools you went to and the education you did or didn't get to the work experience, to the relationships, to the heartbreaks, to the failures, to the learnings, the lessons, the accomplishments, the certifications, the education, the specialties, the books you've read, the podcasts you've listened to, the movies you've watched that have inspired you, the friends that have taught you things in micro conversations, the meme that just inspired you like no one has what you have. You don't need to write a book, you don't need to have a podcast, you don't need to be on a million keynote stages, you don't need to have a big Instagram following to charge what, whatever you want to hold your value to be seen in the world as the expert. I'm sorry, you just don't. I don't. Well, I believe, of course, there's equity to build around perception and your personal brand. That's perception. We're talking about personal empowerment, energy today. And that's something I see women negate all the time. Their own unique blueprint and journey. That's your biggest, hottest commodity, nothing else. And when we step into that, our revenue grows. It's just what happens now. I want to talk about maturity and responsibility, because at the end of the day, as your business grows and you make more money, you are going to become more fiduciary, responsible for people. If you continue to grow, you'll need A team for protecting your own IP and trademarks, for protecting the confidentiality of your clients as much as you and your assets and ip. The, the stakes go up when you become a leader and are growing a big business. And there is an emotional and mental maturity that one must really revere in themselves to hold that level of growth and a deep responsibility to show up as a leader in her worth. Like, once you've sort of reached a precipice of success where you've built a team, you have maybe a board, you have vendors that are relying on you to pay them, you have a culture you want to uphold, you have a reputation and perception in the market based on your success you want to uphold. You don't really get to, I don't want to say have a bad day, but you don't get to show up anymore like a hot mess. You reach a new benchmark and there is a level of grounded sophistication, calm, clarity, authority, leadership that you have to embody. And once you kind of get there, you can't go back. And, and I find that to be incredibly exciting that I get to continue personally to stretch my capacity as a leader, to hold this entity, this organism that keeps getting bigger and more complex and nuanced and impactful and detailed. Like I grow so much as a human being, as an entrepreneur and it's challenging growth, it's. It's personal development. I say this all the time on steroids to be an entrepreneur and the flex and the identity and the role of leader is really what that comes down to. And so the more you're willing to step out of victim, step out of drama queen, step out of over emotional reactive girl and really come into your own energy as a queen woman who is running a business and minds her business and holds her weight in every room without ego, but with clarity and precision on what she is really trying to do in the world and creates a beautiful place for people to surround her dream. At the same time, that takes a level of maturity and responsibility and I think it's the most powerful place to sit. And the final piece that I want to address, which you've heard me talk a lot about on this podcast, so I'm not going to belabor the point too much, but you know, when you're at this point of like 6 to 7 to multi 7 and all of this is coming online, you are no longer proving, you're no longer questioning, you're no longer negating, you're no longer hustling, you're no longer Operating from your ego, you are fully embodied in the maturity of what it feels like, looks like and is to run a multi seven figure business. Because this has been my trajectory and here I am having more fun, having more space, having more flow, creating true magnetism and allowance in my life for my revenue and abundance to blow up beyond my wildest expectations. I'm saying all of this honestly in a lot of humility because I'm not here to humble brag about what's happening in my business. I'm here to really break down for you that this works. You see a lot of people online today talking about the power of the feminine flow and I'm one of them. But I also find there's a, a sense of aspiration to that, that, that feels almost too good to be true. And I'm telling you it's not. It actually works. It's actually the most powerful vehicle one can have as a woman in business to build her business around her life, not her life around her business. And when we do that, we have more space to play and dream and we don't feel like the need to be productive every single second of every single day. We are in a lot of co creation with the universe. We experience more synchronicities. We see affirmation that our work is reaching more people than we thought it could from the comfort of our homes. Is this frequency? It's why my business school is named the Feminine Frequency. Business school doors are closed right now and we'll be opening them up again later in this year. But it's because we have to live in that vibration for us to really, truly expand. And it's not a strategy, it's an energy, it's a consciousness. And if anything, it's our real identity as women to loosen the grip, let go and receive. And when you arrive there, and I wouldn't say I've arrived at all, I still dance. This is not a linear experience, as I said at the beginning of this episode, but I'm closer than I've ever been and I don't think there's an end or a destination. I think it's a constant unlearning and evolution of how to hold wealth and growth and expansion without ever killing ourselves again. That's at least my Northstar and what I'm up to and why I do this podcast, truly. So I hope that this conversation today illuminated all of the different ways to go within. Because when you think about 6, 7, 8, like what do I gotta, what am I missing? Who do I need to learn from. What's the strategy? What's the hack? What's the tactic? What's the framework? It's all within. It's all inside of you. The question which I loved so much was what energetically needs to shift to grow from 6 to 7 to multi 7? And this is what's shifted in me and so many of the women that I coach, actually. And I hope that you really took away something powerful for yourself because you can do literally anything you put your mind to, and the only one in the way of that is, is you. And I hope that you really, truly find the capacity to look within and change your energy. Because when you change your energy, you change your entire world. And that is a fact. And I got the receipts. I love you all so much. And I will see you on the next episode of the spiritual Hustler podcast. Bye, guys. It.
