To start of this season we are talking to Aaron Reynolds from Elite Orthosport in Los Angeles California. In collaboration we recently published an article in the September issue of IJSPT regarding advances in rehab and return to sport after Achilles repair. We discuss all aspects of early to late stage rehab, especially things that have changed over the years with rehab and this procedure. A lot of good information in this first of a 2 part episode.
