much of a chore just the simplest thing is. Specifically shaving. Obviously can no longer see below my stomach so I didn't have to bring a mirror into the shower with me. That's just really fun and I didn't really didn't need that view. But I have no other choice now. I literally had Taylor come into the bathroom the other day. I literally made this man put lotion on my legs because I was like I am so out of breath. And God bless him because he literally did not him blink an eye and was just like saluted and got pumping. I saw a video of a girl and she was talking about how dark her butthole got and then she went and looked at her butthole and her butthole was very pigmented. I'm not gonna look at mine. I don't need to have that visual. The word nesting truly just sounds like the sweetest delicate it's nesting time. Just like folding the little onesies and putting the socks away. Nesting is a manual labor the hot topic is push presence. There's a baby coming out of me. I deserve something, but I don't really know what to pick. Like, how do you pick? And do you pick or do you put your faith in your spouse to pick the push present? We do not give pregnant women enough recognition for the sacrifice that they put their bodies through. And anyone is discrediting how you may feel physically, how you may be feeling mentally, how you may be feeling emotionally. I give you full permission to Tell them to piss off in whatever language you prefer. Lemon drops. Welcome back to another episode of the Squeeze. Things have grown a little bit and changed since the last time I sat down one on one with you for a little solo episode. I am now almost done with this pregnancy, which is so crazy, praise God, because I'm feeling it. And I've reached the stage of readiness. But I figured we were a little overdue for a one on one chat, so I wanted to have a little time with you today to share kind of what's been going on. My pregnancy thoughts, life updates, and basically just things that have been popping into my mind over the last couple months. So I'm very much into my third trimester now, and I'm at the point in pregnancy where I wake up every day and look at myself in the mirror and think there's no way I can get bigger than this. But then my belly keeps growing and this baby keeps growing and it just keeps happening, which is so crazy that the human body can do this. Like, the fact that my child is just like chilling in here and she can come out and be totally fine is crazy. Like, there's a human in there, which obviously, duh, Taylor, that makes sense. But I, like, can't. Like, that is still such a crazy concept in my brain that there is a full blown human in there. Like, it's just crazy. And as you know, my social media page has really just become engulfed with all of the pregnancy funny videos, the pregnancy hacks, the postpartum hacks, the. All of the tips and tricks and tools and everything that you need becoming a new mom or having another baby. And I'm not gonna lie, it is a bit overwhelming because I am constantly being like, do I need this product? Should I get this? What if my baby doesn't do this? And all of these thoughts. And I honestly just have to keep reminding myself that I really won't know until this baby is here. And yes, you can plan in the sense of like, you know, have the bottles, have a pump, like whatever you're planning on doing, not even just in regards to breastfeeding, but like, even, like the swaddling, the pacifiers, the sound machine, like, everything. Have a plan. And also know that if it doesn't work out, then your baby wants to go a different direction, then that's just. That's okay. That doesn't mean something's wrong. That just means, you know, we all have our opinions. That's in a weird way, a baby's opinion. And they maybe don't like whatever bottle or whatever sound they have going on and they want to change it up. So I think just I have to keep reminding myself, going into birth and going into actually caring for a newborn child, that I can have a plan, and it's good to be prepared. But at the same time, if my plan doesn't go as planned, that is absolutely, totally all right as well. The biggest difference, I have had a hard time coping with. With everything, actually. There's quite a few things, but honestly, the hardest one is showering and specifically shaving. I get so out of breath. Doing, like, an everything shower takes so long. I can't obviously can no longer see below my stomach, as you can potentially tell. So I didn't have to bring a mirror into the shower with me. That's just really fun. And I didn't really didn't need that view. But I have no other choice now but shaving my legs. Even just trying to get your leg up to shave it. And then after you get out and you got to put all the oils and the balms into this, then you gotta blow dry your hair. I literally had Taylor come into the bathroom. Bathroom the other day. I texted him, and I was like, I need help. I literally made this man put lotion on my legs because I was like, I can't do it. I am so out of breath. And God bless him, because he literally did not even blink an eye and was just, like, saluted and got pumping and was such a help. But it's crazy how much of a chore just the simplest thing is. Also doing the dishes now because I can't, like, reach over the sink because my belly's in the way. That is. So it's such, like, a crazy concept to think about. And also it does tire me out. So I guess I'm not too mad about having to have Taylor do the dishes. Oh, and speaking of videos on the Internet, I have seen a couple videos that have made me question things. And I want to know if you moms out there have also dealt with this, because it slightly has me concerned. I saw a video of a girl, and she was talking about how she saw a video about a girl talking about how dark her butthole got. And then she went and looked at her butthole, and her butthole was very pigmented, and I'm not gonna look at mine. I set that boundary with myself because we don't need. I don't need to. I don't need to have that visual. But I did learn that that is a symptom A symptom, if you want to call it something that can happen during pregnancy, which is just. It's a. It's. Yeah, it's not. I'm. I don't need to know. I don't need to know. We're not going to find out. But I did learn that and I also saw for the first time what pumping looks like. I had never like actually seen Pumping which saying it like, obviously I know what happens and like how the machine works, but I had never actually like seen it and that kind of scared me. So that was slightly startling. And I did send it to the bump clip girls and I was like, did we know that this is what happened? And they were equally as shocked because obviously we know like how, how a pump works. But like actually seeing your nipple be suctioned like in a tube is one of the most wild things. So the Internet did scar me a little bit with that. But I have been seeing a lot of videos of moms just being like for the first few weeks you just gotta focus on mom sleeping and recovering and baby sleeping and eating. Those are the two tasks that you have to do. And it makes it sound a little more digestible to me, which is great. But then the other part of me is like the. I'm like I'm coming home with a human. Like this is just crazy to think about. I don't know. Pregnancy has just really had me in, in my thoughts and feels as most women are during their pregnancy. I think because it is such a, like such a pivotal time, obviously especially as a first time mom, you're life is truly just about to change so much. So I really feel like I've been in my feels and in my thoughts a bit more than I normally am. So a little bit of an update. I did take my glucose test, I failed it and then I had to do the three hour. Thankfully I passed. But that three hour test truly is no joke. That was like, that was not fun and that was quite hard. Especially because I'm the type of pregnant person that needs food and is nauseous if I have not eaten food. Um, that has some. That is something that has kind of just like stayed throughout my pregnancy. Um, and so that was really not fun to have to do that and was quite hard. Um, but I did learn a valuable lesson. When you take your glucose test, be mindful of what you're consuming before you drink the bottle and go to your ob. Because I was not being mindful and I really let my pregnancy cravings take over for breakfast that morning before I went to my OB's office, I'm gonna be really honest with you. I had a hot dog and a Haley Bieber smoothie from Erewhon. I don't know what I was thinking. Clearly I was not. I ate both of those before I went in and took this glucose test. And I drank the glucose drink after it and no duh, I'm gonna fail that test. So if you are pregnant and you have not taken your glucose test yet, I would highly advise you to not eat a hot dog or drink a Hailey B. Haley Bieber Erewhon smoothie before you do so. Because although it may taste good, you will fail your test and then you will have to fast and do the three hour test. So that was a quick learn for me. Yeah, that, that, that was a. That was a. I missed. I missed the bar on that one. I wasn't really paying attention. I let my cravings get the best of me. But hey, I enjoyed the hot dog and I enjoyed the smoothie, so all's fair. My makeup routine has gotten so much more simple lately. And honestly, that was completely intentional. Something I think about a lot lately is just how much has changed for women when it comes to healthcare access. And one of the biggest ones is something I'm so genuinely excited about. Opill is the first over the counter daily birth control pill. No prescription, no doctor's appointments, no health insurance required. You just walk into the store, pick it up or order it online just like you would anything else that is genuinely such a big deal. So many women have spent years dealing with insurance, red tape or long waits to get an appointment or just not having a doctor they felt comfortable talking to about this stuff. Opill removes all of those barriers completely. And before anyone wonders, this is not some new unproven thing. This is a pill that has been prescribed by Doctors for over 30 years. It's backed by more than 50 years of science, it's fully FDA approved and it's safe and effective. The only thing that's changed is that now you don't need a mental step to get it. It's also really easy to use. You take one pill at the same time every day. It starts working after 48 hours and you can start or stop it at any point. You can find it at most major retailers in store and online. So it's genuinely available wherever is most convenient for you. And honestly, what I love most is that it just puts the decision back in women's hands. You don't have to wait for a referral or hope your insurance covers it, or plan around your doctor's availability. When you're ready, you can just go get it. That kind of independence over your own health care is something I think every woman deserves. And O pill is making it real. Preventing pregnancy is as easy as oat pill. Read all label information Use as directed Summer does something to my skin that I really wasn't prepared for. Between the heat, the sun and honestly, just being pregnant and having my body change in so many ways, I've become very intentional about how I take care of my skin. Body oil has become a non negotiable step for me and OIA's Underia algae body Oil is the one I keep reaching for every single day. This is a product I have been using for years and I actually have it on my belly right now. What I really love about it is the texture. It's rich but lightweight at the same time, which sounds like it shouldn't be possible, but it genuinely is. I put it on right after the shower while my skin is still damp and it just kind of melts in. There's no greasiness, no residue, and it's just that instant silky glow that I actually notice when I look in the mirror. The key ingredient is Underia seaweed, which is what makes this different from anything else I've tried. The Underia Algae Body Oil is an Allure Award winning bestseller for a reason. It's clinically shown to instantly improve the look of skin elasticity and deeply moisturize and you can genuinely see and feel the difference from just one use. For skin that feels dull, dehydrated or just not like itself. This is the thing, especially right now when the summer heat is pulling moisture out of your skin. Having something that works this fast and this well is everything. Osea's iconic award winning Undereo algae body oil is for skin that deserves more than lotion. I don't think we've talked one on one since. I know I've mentioned it in other podcasts, but I did really get into my Kindle this summer. I have become truly obsessed with it. I read the whole Off Campus series in like less than a month, which was really fun and I was sad when it was over. But I am a little, I am a little curious what they're planning on doing on the show because now reading the books, I'm kind of pissed at like how they did the show. Mainly because I guess I am a John Logan girly. I think that is, I think he's my favorite character and that book was my favorite. I think he might be my favorite. And Grace and him, I just like am obsessed with their little story. It's so cute. But so much of his storyline is changed in the show. So as the book girly, I'm pissed that they changed it because now I'm like, what are they gonna do? But you know, the first season turned out great, so I'm just gonna put my hope and faith in them that it's gonna be great. I mean, it's prime. They, I, they, they make great things, so I have faith in them. But I did. I did. I am a little sad about that one. If you guys haven't read the books, go read the books. They're great. But now I am trying to find a new book series to read that's like somewhat along the same lines. But I don't know why. We're really stuck on this hockey romance. Like, it just really is a trend and it makes me laugh because I feel like it's so random. But I am open to any and all suggestions of books, book series that I need to read because I need a new book now. I didn't read a book in July, which was really sad. So I'm hoping that this month I can get back on my Kindle and start reading. Actually, that's a lie. I did read a book and I haven't Finished it. But I've been reading the what to expect when you're expecting book. That's been my. That's been my main priority over this past month because the reality is really setting in. I do have a question, though. Lemon drops. What are registry items that you are like, must have like, this one item saved me during pregnancy. I know. I've talked to a couple of my girlfriends. One of them said the, like, cooling nipple pads for breastfeeding was great. Another one talked about her belly band. She was like, swore by it. So I'm wondering what is, like, if you have a product that is your go to, you absolutely needed it, or you didn't think you needed it, but you actually loved it during your postpartum, what is that product? Or even if there's one that your baby ended up loving that you didn't think they would love as much? I just want to make. I want to know because I love learning these things. And everyone's pregnancy is so different and everyone's postpartum and motherhood and all of that after the baby comes is so different. I would love any and all recommendations, please. Thank you. Because it's just good to know. Also, the hot topic is push presence. I feel like I'm stuck. I don't really know, like, there's a baby coming out of me. I deserve something, as we all do, but I don't really know, like, what, what to pick. Like, how do you pick women that I've had that have received a push present? How do you pick? And do you pick? Or do you put your faith in your spouse to pick the push present? Because part of me is just like, maybe like, I don't know, like, I feel like the quick answer is to be like, I want a bag or I want a diamond or I want a this, but I just. That feels like, that feels like not good enough. Not that, not. And when I say not good enough, I don't mean like, money wise, like, it needs to be more money, but I'm just like, how do you, how do you pick? Like you want something you use? Like, I'm kind of like, do I just ask for like the new Oura ring? Because I love my aura ring so much, but I need the new one. So I'm a little stumped there because I don't really want something extravagant. I'm not really like into like, gift, like those types of gifts, they kind of stress me out. But also like, hello, I'm literally giving up my entire body for my husband's child. I deserve something. So I don't know if there's any recommendations there. If you loved your push present, maybe something, like, more personal. I don't know, you guys let me know what exactly that would be. I'm at the point in my pregnancy now where. Where the time has come for me to do a maternity shoot. I may not be. I know I'm not the only person that is feeling this way or has felt this way, but I'm, like, apprehensive to do it. Not even because, like. Because I'm tired and it sounds like a lot of work. I honestly just don't. I mean, I've talked about this. I don't love my body right now. So I don't love how, aside from literally the part that is housing my child, I don't really like how anything else looks. And so the thought of, like, posing for a camera just does not sound appealing. But I know that if I don't do it, I'm gonna be really upset that I didn't capture the moment. I think. I think I probably would be upset. So I'm kind of at this place where I'm torn on what to do because I don't wanna be photographed the way I look. But I know that. I know that I'm gonna regret it if I don't do it. But just being real with you guys, that's kind of where I'm at right now. And I think a lot of women probably have felt that or are feeling that right now as they're approaching the time that they would do one. And I think my advice. I mean, granted, I still haven't done it, so we'll see if I take my own advice. But I think what I'm going to do is just do a very, very simple something. You know, prop up a sheet and have a friend of mine come over and take some photos of the bump and of Taylor and I. Something just very simple so that I can have those moments. And then if you don't like the photos, you just don't need to look at them. That's what my girlfriends have been telling me. Like, take the photo, and if you don't like it, don't look at it. Because one day you will love it and you will be so thankful that you took those photos. So that's kind of my, like, rock and a hard place right now with my body. So I wanted to share that because I know that I'm not the only one that's probably feeling that way towards taking photos with their skin Out. And I have been doing a lot of nesting lately, which is so funny because the word nesting truly just sounds like the sweetest, like delicate little, like it's nesting time. Just like folding the little onesies and putting the socks away. Nesting is a manual labor. I don't know who coined the term nesting. It is. It should be something that sounds way, way, way more harsh and intense and painful because it is literally just manual labor. I don't know what comes over. I mean, I'm already a person that likes to quote, unquote, nest. Even before I was pregnant, I love going through things, I love cleaning out stuff, but it is just like a whole new level. And then you think that you can do everything and then an hour into just like cleaning out your bathroom drawers or cleaning out whatever it is, you, you're exhausted and then you decide you want to move the couch so you're trying to pick up the couch. It is just, it's manual labor the entire time. And it also for someone, if you're like me, I am a doer and a very high achieving person. So every day I'm like, I'm going to do this, this, this and this. And then I will feel complete. I will feel like I accomplished what, what I needed to that day. And I have not been able to do that at all. Like I'm going to be so for real right now. Even getting makeup on and clothes on for that matter. And sitting here filming this episode took so much out of me and took so much willpower to do. But I've been really wanting to do this episode and sit down with you and chat and it's just crazy how hard pregnancy can be for people that are such high achievers or very goal oriented because you reach a point in your pregnancy when you actually just like physically and mentally cannot do it anymore. I will hit like three, four o' clock and just be completely drained. Like I will not have the emotional, mental, physical capacity to do the simplest of things. Recently for me, that has been my phone. I have been so anti phone. It's like I feel bad because I, you know, have two missed calls from my nana. I need to text her back. Like, I have been so anti phone and I just can't even like look at it. That's, that's been like the biggest thing for me or I think the most overwhelming because it just requires so much brain and thought. So I mean, I'm sure you guys have noticed I'm not as active on social media. I have not been posting as much because I just have been, you know, taking some time off, which is great too. But also I just can't. I can't. Phone and socializing, I think is a lot for me because our phones are, even though it's not in person socializing, our phones are a form of socializing. So the phone has been really hard. Getting back to people has been really hard. And then I feel really bad that I haven't gotten back to them, but I don't have the willpower to pick up my phone and do it. And then it's just like this vicious cycle. And then once a week I'll sit down and I'll reply to everyone, but then they'll reply back and then I'll have to do the same thing again. So it's just like this cycle that I'm in and I'm really just having to give myself grace with it because the people that have text out to me, they know, they know where I'm at in life. They know what's going on here and they understand what's going on. And if they don't understand, then they will someday understand. But I have to really just protect my peace and what's going on in my brain and how I'm feeling. And it's been hard for me, which I think people that have the same. I mean, even if you're not goal oriented, pregnancy is still hard. I'm not discrediting that. But when you are such like a task, I'm literally looking at like a goal sheet I have on my desk behind this camera. When you are such a task oriented person and you can't complete those tasks, you feel even more defeated than you already do when you are pregnant. So it's just this like cycle that I've been in that I've been trying to work on as we're nearing the end here, which has become easier because I also physically can't do things anymore and physically just get so much more tired and my body makes it very, very, very clear when I need to stop. Like, my feet are like literally so swollen and I have had lots of little medical things come up this pregnancy. And so I've really had to be like, tay, you gotta chill out, like, you gotta calm down and you gotta sit on your butt, kick your feet up and relax. So I feel like I'm doing better at it. But recently the phone has been a big trigger for me and I think we really need to allow moms the space to protect their peace. No matter what shape or form that looks like while they're pregnant and, and postpartum as well. Because it truly is so important. Like your brain cannot, your brain can't keep up and we're not working with much brain up here. There's, there's loss of matter up there. And so this concept of protecting your peace while pregnant, I think we really need to lean into. And if you, you are a friend of someone that is pregnant, honor that and respect that boundary that they have set in place. Every kid I know comes back from summer a little different. Summer goes so fast. Like you blink and it's August and somehow it's already time to think about back to school. A new interest, a new confidence, a new sense of who they are. And one of the first places that shows up is in how they want to dress for the new school year. Ross is the place to make that happen and it genuinely has everything you need to pull it off. I remember one particular year when I came back from summer feeling like I finally had a handle on my own style. I knew what I liked, I knew it felt like me and I wanted that first day outfit two or that. So whether your kid comes back from summer as a full on athlete or total creative or completely reinvented from who they were in June, Ross has the pieces to make it happen. They have everything a kid could need to pull together their look for the new year, whatever that look is at 20 to 60% off retailers prices. And it's not just clothes. It really is the one stop shop for the whole back to school moment. Ross has school supplies, tech accessories, dorm room decorations for the college crowd, all of it. You can get so much done in one trip without the overwhelm of trying to figure out where to go for what. I also love that shopping at Ross is actually fun. There's something about the experience of finding the perfect thing at a price that doesn't make you wince. That just makes the whole trip better. You can get so much done in one place without having to run all over the town. You can come in with a list and leave feeling good about what you got. Which at this time of year is exactly the kind of win every parent needs. Find your Nearest Ross@rosstores.com Hydration is one of those things that sounds simple until you actually start paying attention to it. Like staying on top of it day to day makes such a noticeable difference in how you feel, your energy, your focus, everything. And when I started looking more closely at what was actually in the electrolyte options out there, I kept coming back to just ingredients. Their electrolytes are made with real fruit and organic coconut water with no added sugar, no artificial flavors, sweeteners or colors, and no sugar alcohols. They also formulated without synthetic emulsifiers, gums, anti caking agents or fillers. It's third party tested with transparent labels and if you're someone who reads the back of the package before you buy something, this is one that's going to make complete sense to you. They have two options depending on what your body needs. The Everyday electrolytes have a 3 to 1 potassium to sodium ratio, no overly salty taste and work great for the whole family. The performance electrolytes are for higher intensity days when you're sweating more and need more sodium. But what I love about both is they're thinking about the full picture of what your body actually needs, not just sodium. Potassium matters too. Just ingredients takes that seriously. Staying on top of hydration has become such a non negotiable for me lately and having something I genuinely feel good about reaching for every day makes such a difference. It fits into whatever your routine looks like, intense or easy and it tastes really good doing it. This one feels really personal to me right now because as someone who is expecting, I've been doing so much research on baby products lately. The amount of label reading, ingredient checking and general overthinking I've been doing when it comes to what I'm going to use on my baby's skin is a whole new thing. And I feel like that's just what you do when you care because the decisions feel so important. That's exactly why I've been so drawn to Honestly. They make baby essentials made for life's most delicate skin and the whole brand is built around this idea that parents deserve to feel genuinely confident in what they're using on their little ones. Honest holds every product to their highest standard. The honest standard thoughtfully choosing the ingredients they put in and the ones they leave out. Their baby products are also hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested and that combination, knowing someone else that has already done the work and held it to a real standard genuinely gives me so much peace of mind as a first time parent. Still figuring all of this out. As a parent, you want to feel like someone has your back when it comes to this stuff, and Honest genuinely does. I think what really sets honest apart for me is that it doesn't feel fear based or overwhelming. A lot of the conversation around baby products can feel really anxiety inducing, like you're constantly worried about making the wrong choice. And Honest just flow flips that it's less about what to avoid and more about feeling good about what you're choosing. That shift in mindset has honestly made me feel so much more calm going into this whole new chapter, knowing there's a brand I can lean on that has already done the vetting for me. Shop Honest on Amazon, Walmart and Target. So speaking of epiphanies and thoughts I've been having about our bodies and what happens to us during pregnancy, I've really been thinking about this saying, because I have been saying it my whole pregnancy, that I can't wait to, you know, get my body back. I can't wait to this that the other. And I was in the shower last week and I really was thinking when women, when we say that, I don't think people actually understand that we don't mean just having, you know, our figure back or being what we looked like before pregnancy. It's. That's not what we're talking about. It's actually so much deeper than just going back to the pre pregnancy way or the pre pregnancy body. It's. It's being able to fit in your shoes again because your feet are little puff pastries and they're so swollen and they can't fit in your shoes. It means looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing the stretch marks on your stomach, your butt, your thighs, and you're just covered in these purple stretch marks and you're like whose body am I even looking at right now? They mean being able to sleep on their stomachs or even let alone sleep at all at any point throughout the night. They mean being able to go outside and just go on a simple walk or even walking up the stairs without being so out of breath from the extra weight that you're carrying. Being able to even just think straight again, being present and have a brain that can function and be quick and on sharp on top of things and sharp like it used to be before the pregnancy and just going throughout a day feeling emotionally stable and not feeling like it's the end of the world every other day or you're just emotional or you just don't feel like yourself. You feel like you're in someone else's body. That is what women mean when they say that they miss their old bodies. They want their pre pregnancy back. I have obviously heard women talk about missing, you know, what they were before pregnancy. And it is truly just so much deeper than the looks and being skinny and fitting in, you know, a size 25 Jean or whatever it may be. It is so much more than that. It's, it's being. I don't even like, know how to like. It's just like being able to actually, like, know who you are. Because I feel like half the time I look in the mirror and I'm like, that's not my body. Like, these aren't my thoughts. This isn't. There's so many things that are changing. And I think the thing that I'm now learning is in a sense, like, yes, you know, I can lose the weight and get back to whatever, but I really think there is, there is no going back to what my body, my mind looked like before pregnancy because there has been so much change. And there will be even more change once this little baby's out in the world. And I don't think women get enough credit for what we put our bodies through because it is truly just insane. I've gained 50 pounds. I have stretch marks, and I've never had stretch marks before. And they are bright purple on my pale skin. And you can imagine how I feel looking at that in the mirror. And my feet, I call them little puff pastries because my lower half has been so swollen I cannot fit in shoes. I either wear my Crocs or my little house slippers. And that's pretty much all I can fit into. And we do not give pregnant women enough recognition for the sacrifice that they put their bodies through. Even for the women that are out there that maybe haven't gained the 50 pounds or having gained all this weight or their body isn't changing like that. But maybe they're throwing up every day. Maybe they're mentally going through something, whatever it is, even if they physically don't look different to the extent that I'm talking about, we, we as women don't get enough credit for what we put our bodies through. And I really think that we need to give the pregnant women their flowers more because what, what we go through. And the crazy part is I haven't even gone through what most people say is the hardest part of this whole thing. Like, I haven't even had to have this baby come out of me yet. I've just been housing her Like, I haven't even reached the part of birth I'm not over. This isn't done. I haven't started nursing. So we really just need to let the pregnant women live a little more. We need to just applaud them and praise them and give them a little more respect, because what we put our bodies through is insane. And if anyone, if there's any pregnant woman out there listening or new mom that's listening and anyone is discrediting how you may feel physically, how you may be feeling mentally, how you may be feeling emotionally, I give you full permission to tell them to piss off in whatever language you prefer, because they don't know what they're talking about. And also, it's your journey. And maybe they don't understand, and that's fine, but they have no right discrediting your feelings. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. And I'm done. No, but really, it's just like, I've just really been in that thought process lately because I did not realize what women did to have a child. And now that I'm going through it myself, it is actually just. It's just wild. And I'm really proud of us moms out there. I'm really proud of us for doing this thing and then doing it again and then again and again. And I just wanted you to hear that for me, that I am very proud of you. If no one's told you yet today, you're crushing it, you're doing great. And if there's dirty dishes in the sink, it's fine. Your baby's crying, Take a deep breath. You got spit up and pee on you. It's totally fine. It's normal. Just take a moment today and be proud of yourself because you have gone through so much and you deserve a little pat on the back. So I'm very curious to see if this will be the last time I'm sitting down one on one with you before there's a little nugget here I don't think it will be. I feel like we can have one more.
