Jeff has written several books on mind training & running and enjoys swimming in Swiss lakes year-round, even when that means cutting into ice to get in.

Jeff's background includes management roles ranging from start-ups to large multinational firms and 15 years of coaching mindset, mental toughness & leadership. His current work portfolio includes motivational speaking, team building, coaching and outdoors adventure therapy for clients going through treatment programs for addiction and mental health struggles.

Following decades of immersion in ultra endurance sports, Jeff now enjoys flying small planes, playing musical instruments and adventures in the Alps.
