Let's talk about the power of berberine for blood sugar control and for moving you into a state of insulin sensitivity. Now, what does that mean? So when you are insulin resistant, we can look at your fasting insulin number on labs and see that's above a six. You can look at your glucose, your fasting glucose on your labs is that above an 85.
