The episode where Sarah brings us our new favorite type of story: a gay pirate love story. We have shipped a new couple, and this one is Anne Bonny and Mary Read. We learn that Boydston has a knack for pirate pickup lines, we plan to play pirates (but not the sexy kind), and we get to hear all of our lovely pirate accents return. Don’t worry, Lindsey is gonna sing for us because this story is basically Mulan at Sea. Pirate Romance is our calling, what can we say.Come say hi on our socials!Facebook- The Tipsy GhostInstagram- @thetipsyghostpodcastTikTok @thetipsyghost_podEmail us your stories at thetipsyghost@gmail.comShow your support when you subscribe, leave a great review & give us a 5 star rating—it really helps!

The episode where Boydston brings us the story of the 1855 Devil’s Footprints in Devon, England. The story is pure chaos, but first you must answer the question of what footprints would ruin your day? Lost? It’s ok, so are we, but don’t worry we’ll give you plenty of details (some may say too much) so you can accurately give an answer. Imagine waking up to animal prints left overnight in the snow all over the town. Is it Sataur? Pan? WereDren? How many creatures can we make up? TOO MANY. Don’t worry, we’ll give you the actual theories to this mysterious phenomenon, but we think our theory is best. The episode where we share our recent haunted investigation of the Historic Wolf Hotel in Ellinwood, Kansas. This place has been lovingly restored and is available for investigations. The coolest part? LOTS of underground tunnels, a dentist barber, a saloon in the underground tunnels that still acts as a bar, creepy dolls, and ghosts. We’ll share our night spent walking the tunnels and our new friend Pantrea.Come say hi on our socials!Facebook- The Tipsy GhostInstagram- @thetipsyghostpodcastTikTok @thetipsyghost_podEmail us your stories at thetipsyghost@gmail.comShow your support when you subscribe, leave a great review & give us a 5 star rating—it really helps!

The episode where Sarah shares the history behind one of the most infamous pirates to sail the seas. We know him, but do we REALLY know the story behind the man? No…in fact we’re gonna create our own storyline, just go with it. Meet Edward Teech, or as we all know him, Blackbeard. He was a ruthless pirate during the Golden Age of Piracy, but we’ll learn how he got started, his reign over the seas, his loyal Stede, and so many pirate accents and jokes. Listen, creative liberties were taken during this story, sorry in advance.Come say hi on our socials!Facebook- The Tipsy GhostInstagram- @thetipsyghostpodcastTikTok @thetipsyghost_podEmail us your stories at thetipsyghost@gmail.comShow your support when you subscribe, leave a great review & give us a 5 star rating—it really helps!

The episode where Boydston brings us a fascinating story about the mass panic that ensued after the 1938 War of the Worlds radio broadcast. Picture it: 1938, New Jersey. No phones, no Internet, you tune in for a relaxing night of listening to the radio, when all of a sudden the broadcast tells you aliens are invading the world. Cue panic. How would you know something is true without being able to fact check it with the Internet? This story is fascinating as we examine it 90 years later in the age of AI and social media, and the parallels are uncomfy to consider. As Boydston says: technology changed, but humans stayed the same. The episode where Lindsey shares the paranormal story of the mysterious Flying Dutchman. We all know the legend, but we’re going to learn how the legend came about, what actual historical facts surround the creation of the legend, and also throw in some science facts. The Flying Dutchman is said to roam the seas for all eternity, cursing anyone who comes in his path…with his laser pointer. Listen, we’re all just here to give Sarah some fun facts to impress people with while making up our own history at the same time.Come say hi on our socials!Facebook- The Tipsy GhostInstagram- @thetipsyghostpodcastTikTok @thetipsyghost_podEmail us your stories at thetipsyghost@gmail.comShow your support when you subscribe, leave a great review & give us a 5 star rating—it really helps!

The episode where we share our recent investigation of the Historic Commercial Hotel in Osceola, MO. If you live in Missouri, you know exactly where this small town is because of the famous cheese store. Welcome to the Midwest. This hotel has history dating back to the Civil War when Kansas and Missouri had some beef with each other. But it’s okay, they can be friends now, trust us. Anyway, although we did not get to investigate at this hotel, we did get to stay the night and have some fun with Rasputin dances, card games, and of course, shenanigans.Come say hi on our socials!Facebook- The Tipsy GhostInstagram- @thetipsyghostpodcastTikTok @thetipsyghost_podEmail us your stories at thetipsyghost@gmail.comShow your support when you subscribe, leave a great review & give us a 5 star rating—it really helps!

The episode where Boydston brings us some true crime that’s really more of a history lesson on the history of developing vaccines for diphtheria and smallpox and the biologics that made it possible. We’re gonna meet our new horse friend, Jim, and we love him almost as much as Sound. There’s a lot of science talk, so buckle up guys. This will all lead to the eventual passing of The 1902 Biologics Control Act to establish checks and balances for creating and administering vaccines. Welcome to Boydston’s rabbit hole, we’re all jumping in.Come say hi on our socials!Facebook- The Tipsy GhostInstagram- @thetipsyghostpodcastTikTok @thetipsyghost_podEmail us your stories at thetipsyghost@gmail.comShow your support when you subscribe, leave a great review & give us a 5 star rating—it really helps!

The episode where Lindsey shares a fun story that occurred in 2020 that many of us may have forgotten because that year was a dumpster fire. And to be clear, we mean 2020, NOT 1920. Just to be clear, in case you got confused. This is the story of the Utah Monolith and the mystery behind it. Where did it come from? Who put it there? Why is it there? If you ask the Sarahs: aliens. Duh. Add it to the list of things that happened to us in 2020: aliens made contact and we weren’t even phased. The episode where Sarah brings us the infamous story of our favorite villain: Grigori Rasputin. If you haven’t listened to her episode about the Romanov family, go listen and then come back to learn all about Rasputin and how his mini Rasputin got into a lot of trouble. There’s a lot of disturbing stuff here, so feel free to put your earmuffs on with Lindsey, especially when you find out where Raspy is today. There’s so much more to the story that “Anastasia” left out, and thank goodness or else this wouldn’t have been a kid movie. Come on a journey with us and Raspy!Come say hi on our socials!Facebook- The Tipsy GhostInstagram- @thetipsyghostpodcastTikTok @thetipsyghost_podEmail us your stories at thetipsyghost@gmail.comShow your support when you subscribe, leave a great review & give us a 5 star rating—it really helps!
