Jimmy Fallon
From Studio 16, Rockefeller center in the heart of New York City, it's a Tonight show starring Gimme Fallon. Tonight joins Jimmy and his guest, Kate Hudson. Jeff Schroeder, Pace McCray, Kalita, Caitlin Palucio. And featuring Steve legendary, Ruth. Ruth. Catch that train, Jim. And now, here he is. Thank you. That's what I'm talking about. That's what I'm talking about. Oh. Welcome, everybody. This is Adam Jordan. We gotta get this show on the road. Some people have a plane to catch. Welcome to the Tonight show, everybody. Thank you for being here. Let's get to some news, guys. Eight years after the epic concert disaster that was Fyre Fest, tickets just went on sale for Fyre Fest 2. Yeah. Tickets are now on sale and some cost up to $1 million. Even the people who invested in Hoktua crypto think this is a bad idea. Do you remember the meal from the first Fyre Fest? Look at this. That was the meal. Don't worry, this time it's going to be different. The cheese will now be completely melted. But Fyre fest creator Billy McFarlane seems pretty optimistic this time around. Watch this. We might have a professional skateboarder do a demonstration. You might have an MMA champion teach you techniques in the morning and you.
Kate Hudson
Say, we might have. Are any of these for sure haves.
Jimmy Fallon
Are they booked? So I think what makes Fire so cool is that we are selling the experience of Fire.
Jeff Probst
I want to be one of the.
Jimmy Fallon
First festivals that can sell out with no artists.
Kate Hudson
But you do have them booked.
Jimmy Fallon
We're announcing the artists over the next few months. So I'm not in charge of booking the talent. So the answer is no. No one is booked. It's like if Coachella promoted their festival with tbd. Tbd, tbd, tbd, tbd. Some political news. There is mass confusion among federal workers after Elon Musk said that he was giving them another chance to justify their jobs or be fired. But the White House is now saying that responding to Elon's request is voluntary. It's confusing when you walk into the White House and say, who is in charge? Everyone just shrugs like they're working at lids. Meanwhile, everyone's talking about this. Yesterday, Trump was photographed with what looked like a giant bruise on his hand. Take a look at this photo. Either that's a bruise or he was testing different makeups at Sephora. It's not great when you have the same medical symptoms as a banana, you know? Meanwhile, I saw that Joann Fabrics was going out of business and closing all of its stores. Yeah, now your mom knows how your dad feels about Hooters going bankrupt. Well, some entertainment news, you guys. Last night was an all new episode of the Bachelor. One of the most dramatic scenes was a big confrontation between. Between Dina and Carolina. Now, if you missed it, don't worry, because here to reenact that scene with actual lines from the show are the Roots, his own Tariq and Quest. Love, guys. All right, thanks, Jimmy. Tonight, I'll be playing Dina, a 31 year old attorney from Chicago who's confronting Carolina. And I'll be playing Carolina, a 28 year old public relations producer from Puerto Rico who's getting confronted by Dina. Okay, great. Whenever. Whenever you're ready. Take it away. I don't want to pretend to be happy that I'm not getting a one on one. Well, it's especially disheartening to me, Carolina, when I advocated so hard for you, only to then see you act like a little damsel in distress. Then you grabbed Grant today. I did not grab him. Do you not have free will? Like, could you not stop a conversation? Do you not have that free will? No. Okay then. Amazing. It's the lack of accountability for me. And I stood up for you for an effing reason. And you sit here and say you don't care. When did I say that? You literally just said you don't have free will. And then you decided to monopolize Grant's time. I did not know that it was going to start raining. Dina, I can't account for the weather gods. Like, I have a soft spot for you, okay? I had a soft spot for you. And then you act like you don't care because no matter what, I. No, no, no, no, no, no. Carolina, you grabbed him. But I did not grab him. Oh, my God. He grabbed you. You grabbed him. Does it matter?
Tate McRae
It does.
Jimmy Fallon
Well, actually, I have to go. Are you gonna talk to Grant? Because that would be crazy. I guess I'm crazy evil. Oh, my God. There you go. That is unbelievable. That is fantastic. Questlove and Tariq, everyone, right there. That is code, huh? Oh, my goodness. Wow. Well, guys, due to the bird flu, egg production has hit a nine year low. Yep, thankfully. I just saw an ad for a new product that I think should help. Take a look at this. Bird flu got you gooped up this winter. Introducing the only medicine on the market made especially for birds. Theraflu. Just listen to some happy customers.
Tate McRae
It cleared up my sinuses and stopped my runny beak.
Jeff Probst
I've never flown higher. And my wife says I've stopped snoring.
Jimmy Fallon
Oh, I knock on back your juggling about 20 old woke Theraflu for birds or people, whatever. The FDA is gone. Aw, isn't that interesting? And finally, a French cheese company set a world record by cooking 4,800 pounds of cheese. Fondue cheese will now be stored for three months and then served on white bread at fyre fest too. We have a great show. Give it up for the roots, everybody. The man at man. The blind. The blind and wait a c. What? What a show we have for you tonight. She's a very talented actress who produced and stars in the highly anticipated new series Running Point, which begins streaming on Netflix this Thursday. Kate Hudson is here tonight. It's very funny. Great. And then he is the Emmy winning host and executive producer of Survivor. Oh, that's my favorite show. Season 48 premieres tomorrow night on CBS. This is the season. Oh, this is the one. Yeah, I already heard. This one's gonna crush. No, it's my favorite show and my kids are into it too. Really? Yeah. Now we're so we're. We're up to season eight now. Oh, eight. No, they want to watch every night. I saw Winnie the other day. I go, we were about to leave and she was just, she was like, she was doing this. And I go, what are you doing? She goes, I'm practicing for Survivor. She just. We left her there. We just. We gotta build up those muscles. Yeah. But anyways. Premieres tomorrow night on CBS and streams on Paramount. Jeff Probst is joining us this evening. My fave plus, she's a multi platinum selling pop artist whose new album so close to what is out now. Tate McCray is here. Stick around. We'll be right back with Kate Hudson. Say hi to you. Our first guest is one of our favorites. She's an Oscar nominated actress who produced and stars in the highly anticipated new series Running Point which begins streaming on Netflix this Thursday. Please welcome Kate Hudson. Kate Hudson, welcome back to the show. Hello. We have so much to talk about.
Kate Hudson
There's so many things.
Jimmy Fallon
Congrats on the new show. Thanks. I think last time you were here you were telling me about it and you were like, dude, it's super funny. Running Point on Netflix. But before we get into that, the last time you were here, you were a musical guest on our show with your new album called Glorious. Oh, yeah. And you crushed it, buddy. You crushed it. You were so good.
Kate Hudson
That was now in reflection. That was just one of the best things ever. Just also that it was you and we had that experience together, I was like, oh, my gosh.
Jimmy Fallon
Were you nervous? Because I didn't want to get in your head and go like, Kate. I mean, this is. Cause that was your debut, and you crushed it. The Internet was like, Kate Hudson could sing.
Kate Hudson
It was fantastic. I was. Yes, I was nervous, but it was more of excitement that I had made this album and that it was happening. And it's like learning a totally new muscle and, like, playing in rooms where some sound so amazing. And then you play in another room and you're like, oh, my God, this is terrible. Like, I can't hear anything. It's like. So it's just a whole new energy.
Jimmy Fallon
You play Webster, huh?
Kate Hudson
I played Webster Hall.
Jimmy Fallon
Come on. What do you think?
Kate Hudson
It was the best show.
Jimmy Fallon
It was so fun. It's amazing.
Kate Hudson
It was great.
Jimmy Fallon
You just released a deluxe version of the album, by the way. It's available right now for Valentine's Day.
Kate Hudson
Two new tracks.
Jimmy Fallon
Two new tracks.
Kate Hudson
I did want to. It was sort of in honor of my mom. I wrote this song that was called Right on Time, that is, like, for.
Jimmy Fallon
The gorgeous, the great Goldie Hawn. And we love Goldie Hawn.
Kate Hudson
And this song I love called Desert Warrior, which I had. I couldn't put it on my actual album because it didn't sort of fit in, but I love playing it live, so I put it on the deluxe.
Jimmy Fallon
Did your mom know that you wrote a song about her?
Kate Hudson
No, but I did play it for her, which at first she was confused. She was like, is that about me? And I was like, yes. And she was like, oh, my God. And then she played it again and listened to it and got very emotional. But just recently, I did this thing which was so terrifying, which was I played. I sang live on what's called BBC2 piano, and it's like, right to radio, so there's no taping or anything. And I played it with the full BBC orchestra.
Jimmy Fallon
Oh, my gosh.
Kate Hudson
And that was really special because my mom's dad, my grandpa, was a professional violin player, and so classical music and orchestra. So to play that song, I'm so proud with. Oh, my mom just lost it. So that was nice. Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
Congrats on everything. Congrats on the album. I was doing a little research about your singing career because I've known you for a while, I know you can sing, but this is kind of a full circle moment because your first Hollywood credit ever was recording music for a film.
Kate Hudson
Oh, yeah. Yes. It's true. Well, I sang in the chorus of Home Alone 2 There you go. It really was. And also, it was like, it was my first. I realized, like, that was my first professional job, was singing. So wild.
Jimmy Fallon
Wait, but were you in Home Alone, too?
Kate Hudson
No, no, I'm just on the soundtrack. So I went in and we. Our chorus sang. You know, there was a chorus there, I think, on the day, but I was not cast as a chorus. No, they didn't want me. But I got to sing. And I still get residuals, like, every once in a while. I get, like, 10 cents.
Jimmy Fallon
There you go.
Kate Hudson
From Home Alone. Sing.
Jimmy Fallon
That's unbelievable. What are you doing?
Kate Hudson
I frame them.
Jimmy Fallon
You should just frame them. Yeah, I was in Home Alone, too. I was on the soundtrack. Yeah. I've been known you since Almost Famous. We were in a film together. And of course, everyone remembers. I was in that. And. Thank you. Hold your applause. I was in that film.
Kate Hudson
He did his great Mick Jagger.
Jimmy Fallon
Thank you. 25 years.
Kate Hudson
25 years.
Jimmy Fallon
What happened? I know what you're talking about, but I don't know if you saw this, but super bowl weekend, Almost Famous was trending.
Kate Hudson
Oh, my God.
Jimmy Fallon
I saw it because Taylor Swift wore the Penny Lane coat.
Kate Hudson
This was very exciting.
Jimmy Fallon
Yes. This is.
Kate Hudson
She wore the Penny Lane coat. And then there was this whole, like, Easter egg thing.
Jimmy Fallon
Oh, there's always.
Kate Hudson
With Taylor swift with, like, 13s because.
Jimmy Fallon
Because, yeah, Almost Famous came out on the 13th. September 13th, 2000. No big deal. No one's counting. And the Beatles song Penny Lane was released on February 13, 1967.
Kate Hudson
It's getting kind of weird.
Jimmy Fallon
Taylor's favorite number is 13. What is she telling us?
Kate Hudson
I just have this thing with the Easter egg thing, which I don't get, because, well, like, I feel like I want to do it. Like, I wish my life I could do those kinds of things and put that much effort into, like, little secret things that people could read. But I feel like it would be exhausting.
Caitlin Palufo
Like, after a while, you're like, oh.
Kate Hudson
My God, I can't. I can't drop another Easter egg.
Jimmy Fallon
You just tell everyone what's happening. Exactly. I want to talk about running pointe. Yes. Congratulations on this new series. It's on Netflix. Thanks. You're great in it.
Kate Hudson
It's so fun.
Jimmy Fallon
It's also, Mindy Kaling is involved with this as well, who's super funny.
Kate Hudson
She's a writer, creator, and she was the writer on the Office. And Jeannie Buss, who's the president of the Lakers, the Los Angeles Lakers, went to Mindy years ago and was like, I really think my life is A comedy. And. And I'd love if you'd be interested in doing it. And Mindy's like, ugh, yes. And then here we are five years later, and Jeannie kind of gave us this great, you know, story.
Tate McRae
Yeah.
Kate Hudson
But she also was, like, really gave us all this freedom and was so great and has such a great sense of humor. So we got to, like, really play in this world of professional basketball. And I get to play the first, you know, a version of the first woman to ever really lead, you know, a professional basketball team.
Tate McRae
So it's cool.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah. And do. Do you know much about basketball?
Kate Hudson
Yeah, I mean, I. I do now.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah. You do now.
Kate Hudson
No, I love basketball. I mean, I'm. I'm from la and so the Lakers are, you know, a thing. You go up going to Laker games, you know, and so I know basketball. My best friend played basketball growing up. And so I know a lot about. I just don't know, like, the ins and outs. I don't, like, follow basketball. Yeah, you don't need to. But now I kind of feel like.
Jimmy Fallon
I have to have to be into it. Yeah. How do we set up what the show's about?
Kate Hudson
It's about a dysfunctional family that runs the biggest basketball franchise, and it's really a family comedy. It's me and my three brothers, and I'm put in charge of the team through a moment of insanity, and I have to sort of prove that I am worthy of this position.
Jimmy Fallon
And it's a great cast.
Kate Hudson
Really, really awesome cast. Everyone's so funny and all, like, capable of having their own shows. So the fact that they came and did this with us was just the best.
Jimmy Fallon
Kate Hutton Running Point begins streaming on Netflix this Thursday. Stick around. Woke up in the darkness at 12:17. It's shot. Our next guest is the Emmy winning host and executive producer of Survivor. Season 48 premieres tomorrow night on CBS and streams on Paramount. Look, it's a card game. Officially. Ooh. Please welcome my man, Jeff Probs. Welcome back to the show. I got so much to talk to you about Survivor. I loved hearing you say, winnie's watching my daughter. Both daughters love you, but Winnie wants to be on Survivor. She loves you so much. The whole family loves you. But we watch you every single night.
Jeff Probst
Just a few more years, she'll be old enough.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah, yeah, exactly. Well, season 50. Now you're getting ready for that. This is called in the hands of the fans. Yes. And I'm excited about this.
Jeff Probst
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
The fans control the gameplay.
Jeff Probst
Yeah. We're gonna Let the fans vote throughout season 48. There'll be times you can vote on key elements of Survivor 50. So we're basically saying you all tell me you could do it better. Here you go.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah, exactly. Everybody always thinks they can. Yeah. I thought we can get a head start tonight on letting the fans decide. Okay, so everyone in the audience has a voting clicker next to you or under your seat. I can see from the confusion that, yes, you have them. I'm going to read a possible suggestion for Survivor 50. You guys in the audience will vote on whether or not that suggestion should happen.
Jeff Probst
Are these real game elements we're going to do?
Jimmy Fallon
Yes. Oh.
Jeff Probst
Oh, okay. Talk about. You can see.
Jimmy Fallon
We should have asked you a fan. Yeah, we should have asked you first. Yeah, yeah. Can we do this?
Jeff Probst
I trust you, dude.
Jimmy Fallon
Okay, good. Thank you, bud. All right. Ready for this?
Jeff Probst
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
And I'll have my own answers, too, but there you go. In season 50, should Jeff Probst be a Survivor contestant instead of the host?
Jeff Probst
Oh, man.
Jimmy Fallon
I have opinions on this. Okay, I made my vote. Does everyone make their vote? Yes. Yes. All right, the votes are in. Let's see the results. Oh, my God. Everyone said yes. Okay. I voted no.
Jeff Probst
Okay. Oh, you did?
Jimmy Fallon
Yes.
Jeff Probst
Why?
Jimmy Fallon
I think that you're the best host on television. Aw. Well, I don't think the show is the show without you. Without you, there is no Survivor.
Jeff Probst
Okay. Can I do a poll?
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah. What do you think if I.
Jeff Probst
You don't even need a clicker for this. Just a round of applause. If I were to appear on Survivor in some fashion, should Jimmy host while I'm appearing? Just saying.
Jimmy Fallon
Ok. Just saying. Ok. Really? Oh, my. I would totally. Oh, what are you doing? Yes. I would totally do it.
Jeff Probst
I don't even know what this means.
Jimmy Fallon
I don't know what this means, but I would do it. Really?
Jeff Probst
Yes.
Jimmy Fallon
I would do anything with it. Are you kidding me?
Jeff Probst
Ok.
Jimmy Fallon
I love the show so much. I don't know what that means. Am I on Survivor? What happened? All right, all right. Did you think you'd be a good contestant? No. Yeah, I don't think so. I don't think so either, right? No. But you are an excellent host.
Jeff Probst
Well, thank you.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah. I think you're great as a host. Very good. Why wouldn't you be good?
Jeff Probst
I'd be annoying. I think. I think people would get under my skin and there would be. I'd count to four and instead of getting to 10, I'd say. I'm just going to say it and you know that's part of it. You gotta be able to, like, keep it together.
Jimmy Fallon
You have to keep it together. All right, how about this one? Here we go. Should season 50 of Survivor take place in a cold weather environment?
Jeff Probst
Oh, this is a no brainer.
Jimmy Fallon
No.
Jeff Probst
The answer's no.
Jimmy Fallon
No. What are you talking about? The votes aren't in yet. The audience decides. The hands are in. The fans. Let's go. Here you go. The votes are in. Let's see the results. They said no.
Jeff Probst
See, they get it.
Jimmy Fallon
Why?
Jeff Probst
Who wants to see cold?
Jimmy Fallon
I do.
Jeff Probst
Wait, people are just gonna walk around, Cameras are gonna start breaking.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah, I guess so, right? It wouldn't be as.
Jeff Probst
Yeah. Think of your crew right here shooting this show. Are we gonna go to Antarctica together and just shoot Survivor?
Jimmy Fallon
Yes, of course we're gonna go to Antarctica and shoot together. Have you ever thought about it?
Jeff Probst
We have, actually, and we really did kind of think through. It's just there's something about watching people work and build a shelter and catch fish.
Jimmy Fallon
There's so much to do. Yeah, it's too. Yeah, yeah, you guys are right. You know what? You're doing. All right. How about this is the last one here. Should season 50 of Survivor be all celebrity contestants?
Jeff Probst
Oh, there's a theme here to this.
Jimmy Fallon
I don't. I'm gonna go. Unless this is sealing my fate. I would never. I don't think I'd be all right.
Jeff Probst
I hope this is a yes.
Jimmy Fallon
Come on, audience. What do you think? What? Come on. This is crazy.
Jeff Probst
Oh, somehow you have to be involved in Survivor 50. I think your Aud just said as much.
Jimmy Fallon
Really? I would do anything. I would love to be involved. You know, I'd do anything. I have your email. You'll probably regret giving it to me.
Jeff Probst
No, you send. I send you the craziest ideas.
Jimmy Fallon
The last one.
Jeff Probst
Was it the last one? Don't share it because it is kind. He just pitched me again on an idea he's pitched me many times and this time the pitch was pretty good.
Jimmy Fallon
It's a banger. This one's not bad, right?
Jeff Probst
It's pretty good. Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
And I'm psyched about this, by the way.
Jeff Probst
Oh, this is super fun.
Jimmy Fallon
Finally, a card game. Yeah, but this is.
Jeff Probst
It really is Survivor.
Jimmy Fallon
This is official, though. Yeah. You got involved. Involved with this one?
Jeff Probst
Yes, I designed this with this company, Exploding kittens, which has.
Jimmy Fallon
I love exploding kittens.
Jeff Probst
And for real, if you're a Survivor fan, that is Survivor. We got it right. I'm proud of it.
Tate McRae
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
Good. I cannot wait to play this with Winnie, with my whole family. Let's talk about season 48.
Jeff Probst
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
You were telling me backstage you go, jimmy, get ready. This one's.
Jeff Probst
It's a great.
Jimmy Fallon
It's great.
Jeff Probst
It's really good. I mean, the premiere is gangbusters. Out of the. Out of the.
Jimmy Fallon
Tomorrow night. Tomorrow night on cbs. I don't want spoilers.
Jeff Probst
No, there aren't any spoilers, really. I mean, there's no point in giving it. It's just. It's a very good season. We're lucky. We have a loyal audience like Winnie, you know, like your girls. When you get into it, you kind of get into it. And this season delivers. I'm happy about it.
Jimmy Fallon
I think there's so many levels. You think it's about the gameplay, but it's not. It's a mental game as well. And then people, there's people aren't eating and they're not sleeping and you're fighting sleep, being deprived of sleep and you start making weird snap decisions. It's phenomenal. It is the best show.
Jeff Probst
I love you. You're so good.
Jimmy Fallon
I love it, bud. It is so good. He's the best to ever do it. Jeff Probst right here. Season 48 of Survivor premieres tomorrow night on CBS and streams on Paramount. Plus we'll be right back with Tate McRae. Come on back. Our next guest is a multi platinum selling pop artist whose brand new album so close to what is out now. Everyone please welcome Tate McCrae. Tate McRae. So close to what is the Albia. Ow. I know. The best. Congratulations on the new album, by the way. Number one in 33 countries when it came out and it was also the biggest debut for a female artist on Spotify so far this year. Congratulations. Come on, buddy. Have you been able to take it all in? Are you enjoying it? Do you understand how big it is?
Caitlin Palufo
I mean, it's been a crazy week, but it's been very overwhelming and exciting and I'm glad to be back in New York. This is my first ever late night show, so it's crazy.
Jimmy Fallon
I'm honored. You're the best. You've been here three times before performed and I was like, please come and talk to us. Cause I want to. We should all get to know you. You have a new record and it's crushing by the way. Look at the orange vinyl.
Caitlin Palufo
So cute.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah. Now this great producers on this, Ryan Tedder, Julia Michaels, two of my absolute faves.
Caitlin Palufo
They're the best.
Jimmy Fallon
They are the absolute best.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
But they're doing this Album, and then it gets leaked online.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
And then I go, wait, that's gotta be heartbreaking.
Kate Hudson
Yeah.
Caitlin Palufo
I mean. Yeah, it was devastating. I mean, I was sitting in the bathtub. I was sitting in the bathtub, and I get a DM from one of my fans, and they were just like, here's the link to the whole album. And it was, like, five weeks till the album was gonna drop.
Jimmy Fallon
One of your fans DMed you and said, hey, I got the link to the album. Sounds great.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
Thanks for letting me know. Yeah, I appreciate it.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah. So I called my mom, called my therapist.
Jimmy Fallon
I was just like, same person.
Caitlin Palufo
No.
Jimmy Fallon
Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sometimes your mom can be your therapist. Yeah.
Caitlin Palufo
Two different calls, but, yeah, I mean, it's just hard because I feel like it's, you know, takes away all your control as an artist. I feel like the way you deliver your art is you want it to be exactly how you want it to come out. So, yeah, it was devastating, but I feel like we turned it around and added some more songs.
Jimmy Fallon
You went back in the studio.
Caitlin Palufo
I did.
Jimmy Fallon
You go, I'm gonna switch. I'm turn this around and make this into a positive. Yeah.
Caitlin Palufo
I think that's the only thing you can really do in a situation like this, is just take advantage of it.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah, it turned out it worked. I mean, people obviously love it. I mean, we heard a little Sydney Sweeney in the opening track.
Kate Hudson
Yes.
Jimmy Fallon
Ms. Possessive. Yeah. And how'd you get Sydney to do the album?
Caitlin Palufo
Well, okay, it's crazy, because I actually. My episode that I was on last year, she was doing the couch here. So that's when we first saw each other in the hall, and we were.
Jimmy Fallon
Like, this is the magic of the Tonight Show.
Caitlin Palufo
It was literally how.
Jimmy Fallon
This is how it happened.
Caitlin Palufo
It was here, and we both kind of knew each other. We kind of waved, like, said hi. And then Glen Powell, who I do Pilates with sometimes he just connects.
Jimmy Fallon
Wait, wait, stop, stop, stop. I'm so sorry. We have to go back to this.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah, we do Pilates.
Jimmy Fallon
A lot of people want to do Pilates with Glen Powell. This is kind of fun.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah, it's really fun.
Jimmy Fallon
So you're talking to Glen Powell. You're doing Pilates with him. Yeah.
Caitlin Palufo
And he.
Jimmy Fallon
And you're doing, like.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah, I mean, you're doing that.
Jimmy Fallon
And you go, hey, what's Sydney Sweeney's number?
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah, exactly.
Jimmy Fallon
And he says, yeah, I'll hook you guys up.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah. He connected us. And then Sydney was such a legend, she just sent me, like, 10 versions of this Little voice memo thing. And it was like three days before the release, and she was like, the absolute best for doing it, so it was so cool.
Jimmy Fallon
You also have a song called I Know Love, which features. Which features your boyfriend, the kid, Laroi. Yeah. Yeah, we love. What's it like to work together and get in the studio together.
Caitlin Palufo
It was a little nerve wracking. I mean, we've never. I mean, the first time we ever sang in front of each other was actually at my MSG show last year.
Jimmy Fallon
Really?
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
I guess you wouldn't, right? You're hanging out with each other going, hey, check this out.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah, it's just. Yeah, no, I mean, you just, like, fake sing in front of each other all the time. So, like, even when we were at our show, like last. Last year, we were sitting in soundcheck, like, are you gonna sing first? Like, literally, we just had never done it before, so it was the same kind of situation in the studio. We were just.
Jimmy Fallon
Did you start laughing or were you just like, hey, you sound good?
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah, I was just like, can you, like, not listen?
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah. Yeah. On March 18th, you're kicking off your Miss Possessive Tour. Now, this is. Tate. I've known you for a long time. This is the biggest jam ever. I mean, this is. You're playing arenas and it's all sold out.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah.
Jimmy Fallon
Are you kidding me? You crushing it. You are crushing it, right? Thank you.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah, I just. I mean, arenas have always been just my biggest. I also, like, never. I never thought anything got bigger than arenas in my head. So it was.
Jimmy Fallon
I don't think there is anything bigger than arenas.
Caitlin Palufo
Such a big dream of mine. And so that it's happening this year, I'm just so beyond excited and sold out.
Jimmy Fallon
Yeah.
Caitlin Palufo
I mean, we're doing three MSGs this year, which is crazy.
Jimmy Fallon
You're going around the world, you're going to Europe, you're going to the UK, you're going to Ireland. I mean.
Caitlin Palufo
Yeah.

Oh, my gosh. Hi. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. I'm so excited to be here, guys. I'm having a good year. I'll be honest. I recently lost £40. All right. Thank you. Thank you so much. But I wanna be clear. I'm not trying to lose weight to be skinny. I'm not trying to be thin. The goal is to get jacked. Okay? Yeah. See, the women always get excited and the men get scared. And that's the point. Yeah. I'm not trying to get a man. I'm trying to break them. I do. I look very different. Okay. I went from a size 14 to a size 4. All right. And thank you again, guys. I do. I look different? And women are so positive. They always know what to say. They're like, you look good then and you look great now. Some women think, I do ozempic. That is exciting. Yeah. I'm like, wow, you think I have health insurance? But men, Men, you guys have, like, a mental malfunction whenever you see a woman with a bicep. You don't know what to do. You're like, oh, that looks like mine, but it's on you. They just start giving me man compliments. Like, I had a good friend of mine, very close friend of mine, he came up to me, he touched my leg and said, wow, you have hefty ankles. I hope he's dead, hefty ankles. He's like, yeah, because they're thick. And I was like, oh, you think the issue is that I don't understand what hefty means? If my body reminds you in any way of a trash bag company, please keep that to yourself. Okay? Every morning now, I put on my socks and I go, hefty, hefty, hefty. Thank you, guys. I will say, the only man that was really excited about me getting stronger was my ex boyfriend. Okay. He loved it because he wanted the protection. Yeah. I was dating a short king, you know? Oh, yeah. I love a short king. They're the best. Although I believe the technical term for a short king is, uh, bu. He was very supportive. Very supportive. He started working out with me. He was like, you can't get all bugs, and I'd just be some little wimp. That's what he said. Okay. I would never call him a little wimp. I was like, honey, you are beautiful. Joshua where you are. He did not like that. But he did start working out, and he looked great. He got abs, he got bigger biceps. He looked really strong. I just didn't like it. Yeah. I learned something about myself. I am attracted to a little wimp. Yeah. Turns out I don't want a short king. I want a fragile prince. Yeah. I want a little asthmatic fella, you know? Yeah, just a little guy going, oh, no, I want a small guy with scarlet fever. You know? I want him haunting a hallway just like, oh, I do declare the papers heavy, Papa. No, that's what I like. He stopped being that. We had to break up. Although right before we broke up, I watched him have a hard time opening a pickle jar. That bought us three months. He was there for a while, just her, and I was like, maybe we can fix this. No. My sister, she wants me to settle down, start a family, but she's the opposite of me. She married the first guy she ever kissed and then immediately had two children. I know. I have kissed four different Christophers. Thank you. One of them spelled it with a K, but I count it. All right. No, she's just very classy, very put together. The opposite of me. She's one of those women who, like, drapes their jackets over their shoulders, walks with their purse like this. Yeah. Yeah. That woman showers every day. I wish I were classy. I wish I was that kind of woman. I'm not her. Okay. You can always tell the difference between a classy woman and a not classy woman when you go to a sporting event. Because the classy women, they'll get scanned, too. On the Jumbotron. Yes. And they know exactly how to act. They handle it with dignity and grace. They're like, oh, my God, I can't believe this is happening again. That's who I wish I could be. I'm not her. I'm the woman sitting next to her who's like, holy cow, Tina, you're on the big screen. Yeah. No man is looking at that screen like, hey, I think I want the one who's getting tased. She looks hefty. That's it for me, guys.
