As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, entrepreneur, and advocate, Nina is deeply passionate about erasing the stigma around mental health. She has been featured in The New York Times, Goop, Oprah Daily, BET, ESSENCE, Marie Claire, and SHAPE, and has shared her expertise on TED, The Jennifer Hudson Show, and The Tamron Hall Show.

Beyond her clinical work, Nina creates opportunities for connection and reflection.
