Hey, my friend. Welcome to the War Plan Podcast. It's been a minute. How you doing? Did all your dreams come true yet? You still working on it? Hopefully they're starting to come true. I don't know. Yes. So I here's the plan. Going forward with the podcast, we're gonna make a lot more content. We have so much good stuff. So much good stuff. The reason I, I've been slow, two reasons. Number one, building a massive amount of stuff. So I've been very busy. Number two is you gotta think of it like this. And I want you to apply this to your business like this. Podcast is a form of marketing for our company, right? And marketing needs to have a slip and slide attached to it. And so the idea is with any kind of marketing you're doing locally or with any kind of business is there needs to be a process, a flow on where do they go next, what's the third step, what's the fourth step? And because our company is more of a startup, well, it used to be. We're transitioning now into a full blown company that's ready to scale. We have the slip and slides built, right? Like we have our offers, we have everything figured out, we have all this success happening. And so we're gonna get louder and start marketing more, which is awesome. So for you, a lot of small business owner operators, they feel really stressed out by marketing because if you get louder, it feels like you're punching yourself in the face because maybe you're the bottleneck of your business, for example. So it' in the busy season, you don't market and then in the slow season when no one wants your stuff, then you market and you're doing it backwards and wasting a ton of money, right? The idea is when you have the processes and systems, when you have the offers and the upsells, and you have everything locked and built and tested and proven, your final job really is just to market. You know, I always say that everything is marketing, marketing is everything. And that you as the owner of your business, really your Number one job is to be the marketer, the person that makes known all the cool stuff that you have for sale and how it helps people. And that's my number one job too. So that's kind of the update. And what's happening this week, if you listen to this before Monday, is I'm doing a 90 minute live presentation, kind of reintroducing myself to the world and what we've been working on. So for us, we've been four years, $3 million invested. I yanked my family to Texas to build this thing called War Plan, right? And it's evolved now to our its final form. And so you've probably heard, if you're on our email list, we're launching these local mastermind groups all over, I can say the world now, because we're launching local mastermind groups in Canada, in Dubai and the Netherlands. So we're international. And what it is for you, even if you've never thought of, you know, monetizing your experience or monetizing your expertise, just making money as a coach, consultant, mentor, teacher or trainer, even if that's never crossed your mind, the local mastermind thing is so freaking sick. It's so cool. And they're popping up really fast. And I'm not exaggerating, like they're popping up fast. People are having really quick success with it. And if you think about it, it's super logical. And whether you ever work with us to do it or not, let me just explain how it works so you can do it on your own because old school is killing it right now in this AI generation, if you want to call it that. We have like the biggest IPOs in the world with like Space X. And then Anthropic has an IPO coming up. I think GPT has a OpenAI has an IPO coming up. There's all this hype around AI and tech and automation, all this stuff, and in the midst of that, costs are going up. I'm sure you've noticed that. Am I wrong? Is it a yes or yes? Your costs are going up, right? So your insurance costs, your fuel costs, your labor costs, marketing costs are going up. It's more and more expensive just to survive. I saw a TikTok video. It wasn't TikTok. What am I talking. It was an Instagram reel. For some reason, reels are just all TikToks in my brain of a handyman yesterday and he's talking about how his customers keep telling him that he charges too much, but he's down like $15,000 year to date on his P and L. Right? He needs frap. One of you needs to go rescue that guy. But I just know a lot of people feel fatigued with the AI overwhelm, marketing costs going up. And then what are your options for like in person connection? You have networking groups and that's sort of it. Unless you buy some program from an Internet guru or you join Grant Cardone's thing and you go to Grant Cardone's events. But we know that that's not the answer, right? You don't need to be customer 2000 in some faceless thing where all they're trying to do is up level you and sell you to the next level. The next level. It's. People are over it, man. They're just fatigued with it. I know that you can feel what I'm saying is true because it's a fact. And so what's happening is in the midst of all that, people are connecting together and they're like, hey, let's just meet up a couple times a month and let's work on frapp together. Let's test new packages. Let's hold each other accountable in person, right? Some, some of the groups are meeting online for some of their meetings. But that in person element is so huge. And so a lot of small business owners, they never even heard of a mastermind. Like, what is that? Well, I can tell you what it's not. It's not networking. It's not the same as going to some boring BNI group and drinking bad coffee. And look, the people in networking groups are good people. It's just that model is flawed. It's from 1992. Tell me, tell me I'm lying. I know I'm telling the truth. And everyone in your town all has the same problems and none of them talk to each other. So the maidsmith and the karate studio and the local taco truck and the retail stores and all the service companies, all of them literally have the same problem. Everything's more expensive, the Internet is overwhelming and networking groups don't deliver. So this mastermind thing is an answer. And part of the reason why has to do with joint venture swaps. So, and I'll tell you on Monday, I'm going to break all this down. How the model works, how do you fill people in your group? How much can you charge? I'll give you everything, all the examples, the demos, the screenshots of like, really simplifying how to think about this. Because if you want to make more money and you like helping people. You are going to love what this opportunity has for you because you can make a lot of money doing it. Except it's not the gross kind of money. It's not the gross kind of you sign up for an MLM and your garage is half full of creams and lotions and you have to pitch your friends and family at Thanksgiving. No, no, no. This is. You go to other people in your town very casually and you're like, hey, I'm kicking around this idea. You know, things are expensive. You know, all I have is normies to talk to. I want connection with other business owners and I want to do some joint venture marketing. And let me tell you what that is. So before I even get into it, think about this. Literature swaps, interview swaps, scripting swaps, email swaps. Thank you. Page swaps, Shock and awe swaps. Okay? And there's more than that. There's all these types of swaps. What am I talking about? What I'm talking about is how a restaurant and a yoga studio, or a chiropractor and a. A gym, or this is a real one. How an H Vac company and a cupcake bakery can joint venture together to, to send customers to each other. And it's really true. And the way that they do it is really clever. It's a very local, hey, support, local vibe. You're not bothering each other's customers. It's something like this. So Michael Johnson, he's a FRAP chapter guy in our program. He's a H Vac guy. He used frap. You know, he, he did a bunch of pricing adjustments and grew his business to over a million dollars. I think it's close to two. And then he started helping other people. And what he's doing with these swaps is he went to a bakery and he's like, hey, can I give all of my H Vac customers like a free gourmet cupcake? And the guy's like, I don't know, that sounds kind of sketchy. And then after they talked about it, he's like, actually, yeah. He's like, can you pay my hard cost? It's only like 70 cents a cupcake. And Michael was like, yeah, sure, I'll pay. And then the bakery guy said, well, you know what? As long as they buy something else when they come in, I won't even charge you the 70 cents. And that's how it started. So then Michael sends out this email to his customers. He's like, hey, I appreciate you. And we're a Small family business. So I bought you a cupcake and you can go pick it up over at this place, right? And that sends foot traffic to the bakery, right? Now the bakery reciprocates and it's a, hey, get a free inspection on your H vac or however it works. And so that's one super simple example of a swap. And when you have a local mastermind and you have 10 or 15 or 20 people all thinking like this, meeting in person, building relationships and galvanizing those relationships into trust, right? Crazy stuff happens. And the cherry on top is that these people are paying you every month to be in your group. We have the entire system. We have the software, we have the playbooks, we have the scripts. We have proof. We have so much proof, it's stupid. It's flying in everywhere, and people are launching these things everywhere. So if that's interesting to you, just to release a podcast after being dark for a few months, more podcasts are coming. I'm going to be tactical. We're going to talk about all kinds of very applicable stuff just to help you and serve you. But this one has a call to action. I want you to come on Monday and hang out. It's a live webinar for about 90 minutes or so, and I'll answer questions on there. It'll just be me on my laptop, very casual. We're going to limit it to 300 registrants because usually about 30 or 40% of people that register show up. I'm looking for like 100 people to be on there, so hopefully we can do that. We're promoting it a little bit last minute because we've been building, but the time is now. I'm also going to share on there how gentleman that built a billion dollar company with a B. I showed him and walked him through this whole local mastermind model that we're doing this FRAP chapter thing. And he freaked out. And I'm going to reveal who that was and what happened. It was really, really cool. So what you got to do, though, is go to frapchapters.com register. That's it. FRAPP chapters with an S. Frapchapters.com register. It's free. We're not charging for it. And what I'm teaching in the first chunk of the webinar is how you can go do this on your own. And there's kind of three rules to it. And if you do it, you can do it on your own and never pay us for anything. And then I'll show you our offer and how it works and if you. If that makes sense. So come check it out. Hang out. If you got value out of this, share this with someone and blackout some time. It's at 8pm Eastern on Monday. As long as everything goes great, we'll probably do more of these, but it won't be live every time. So if you want to be live, hang out with me. That'd be cool. I can answer your questions. It's way better than watching like a recording later. Plus, the deal I'm going to make on Monday is the best deal ever. So go to frappchapters.com register. Yes, it's a call to action. Yes, I'm marketing to you, but actually say no to something. So you can say yes to this.

You don't want to miss it. The thing I don't want to happen is for you six months from now to get an invitation to conversation from someone in your town inviting you to join their Frapp chapter. By the way, invitation to conversation was one of the ninja trainings we give people that shows them how to fill up their group really fast. Like, like, like in less than days fast. It's really cool. So anyway, I hope to see you there. Take care. God bless. Hey, do you want to weaponize your brain and go all the way with profitability? Are you finally ready to apply FRAP to your business? Look, you might think you understand, but you don't. When you get in community, you get in proximity. Belief is transferable. There's power in these groups. Go to frappchapters.com and you can figure out if running a Frapp chapter is for you. And if not, join a FRAPP chapter because there's more power in community. If you're Ready, go to frappchapter.com.
