B
Hi, everyone. I'm with Adrian, my ski instructor from Courchevel, France. And now we are at the Jungle Park, Mallorca. We're reunited. He taught me how to ski, and now he taught me how to do the Jungle Park. And we love you. Yes. Welcome, Morgan Stewart McGraw, aka Boobs and Lubes.
A
I love you.
B
I love you. Thank you for being here.
A
I'm so happy. Are you kidding? I literally said, this is happening. Rain or shine, I'm gonna chew my tick tock, tick, tock, tick tac.
B
You know what clip? I watch it. Well, you know my friend Julia, of course.
A
She goes, I love her.
B
Yeah, she. She literally. She doesn't freak out over anyone. She called me today, freaking out. She's like, you don't. I know. I'm like, no, Julie, I understand. I watch rich kids at Beverly Hills.
A
No, no, no.
B
But she sends me the clip of Instagram gate.
A
What was Instagram gate?
B
Where Dorothy blurred your face out.
A
Okay, so let me tell you what happened with this. I. This came up recently, so I saw it on my TikTok.
B
I would have been that, too.
A
I was so livid. But, like, she was ahead of her time because, like, the blurry, like, face moment is, like, happening.
B
But why did she blur your face?
A
She didn't. She did not blur my face. She took a photo we all took, and I was a little out of frame. I was moving. This is 10 years ago, and people still talk to me about this, but it's so relevant today. So at that point, we weren't as advanced as we are in terms of like. Like, themes on Instagram. So I was like, my face is blurry. Why did you post that? I don't know. It was fine.
B
Yeah, but I get it.
A
But you know what I mean? But now it's like, if you're in motion, you're cool.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And we share a mutual friend. Roxy, of course.
A
She just came on my show.
B
She. Roxy kills me. She is the funniest, underratedly, one of the funniest people I've ever met in my life. I know Little Quips.
A
She goes there.
B
She goes there. She'll, like, we'll be standing somewhere and she'll little quip in my ear and I'll be like, roxy. I know.
A
Also, we, like, Roxy and I go so far back.
B
Well, you're born and raised la.
A
Born and raised la. Roxy and I have been literally. I mean, we obviously are not now, but we're close. But we were best friends when we started Rich kids for literally 10 years until we started the show.
B
Really?
A
Yeah. We were very close. We were like sisters. And so we always kind of have that sisterly bond, no matter what. But Roxy is, like, low key. You're right. So fucking funny. So fudgeing sharp. And, like, we'll say, like, we call her. She's kooky. Let's call her.
B
We have to call her. I died for you. She's gonna say, where was my invite? Yeah.
A
Hello, you're on speaker. Do you know who I'm with right now? Guess with one. I'm with one person. But guess. One with three people. But guess. I have no idea. Come on, just guess. We're mute. We have mutual friends. J. Name. J, A. J, A. Roxy. Come on. Jesus Christ. We were talking about how quick you were for five minutes.
B
Roxy, it's Jake.
A
Hello.
B
Yes.
A
Okay. Jake.
B
Love you. Love you. Love you, Roxy. And you've met Bijou, of course.
A
Yeah, I know. Can you even imagine that? It's crazy.
B
Little Bijou. She's such a little dive. Sorry. She was that to Cap. Marching around.
A
I know, I know.
B
I was like, oh, my God, the name. Yeah, she be. She carries her little purses. I'm like, roxy. She's like, I know, I know.
A
But that's Roxy. That's how Roxy is.
B
I know.
A
Roxy's like a feisty little pit bull, huh? What sign are you?
B
I know what sign you are.
A
I know. It's on. You are, too. And I shouldn't. I do know this. You're not a Scorpio.
B
I am a Scorpio.
A
I love Scorpios. I'm Gemini.
B
I'm Gemini Rising. Gemini Moon.
A
Oh, that's why this goes so well.
B
Yeah.
A
And I am. I love Scorpios. My best, best, best, best, best guy friend in the entire world is Scorpio. Are you November? Scorpio?
B
October.
A
October what?
B
27th.
A
No, but let's. Okay, so you're a Scorpio. So you would do really well with Capricorn or fellow Scorpio. Capricorn's really good for you.
B
Really?
A
Why? That's Just like a really compatible sign for you. My dad was a Scorpio. My mom's Capricorn. They were like soulmates forever. And Every Scorpio and Capricorn duo I know love each other. They're equally loyal. Scorpios are really loyal, but they will never forget if you fuck them.
B
Yeah, I don't.
A
I know.
B
My Julia is a Capricorn.
A
There you go.
B
And we fought like. I know the hyenas, like, scream. Go. We go low. The lowest of the lowest.
A
And you come right back.
B
We come right back in 10 minutes.
A
Okay. So what are we looking? What's our age range?
B
I like older. I like third. Well, you're gonna. Everyone's gonna come at me. No, no.
A
Say no.
B
I like mid-30s.
A
Okay, 30s.
B
Mid-30s, late fort. Mid-30s, late 30s.
A
What's the oldest? So would you.
B
I would go 50.
A
Okay. That's a big range. Okay. I think we need somebody who's in the industry but not front facing.
B
Yes.
A
Somebody who's brilliant.
B
Yes.
A
Somebody who you. Somebody who you also are. Like, I wouldn't have thought, but it's really this way.
B
Right. You know, someone who's like, you're so stupid. But, like, I love you.
A
But I love you. Yeah. Maybe like, not an agent, but somebody like, in. Somebody working.
B
I wouldn't hate an agent.
A
Yeah. But, like, I. I think that's gonna happen soon. And I don't think you're gonna live in this place long.
B
Really?
A
Not that I'm a witch, but I just. I think we're, like, coming to a close.
B
No, I think you are, and she thinks you are.
A
I think we're done. When you told me this, I was like, we're. This feels like this place has, like, a certain energy for, like, when things started to come up and I think we're transitioning out of it into a
B
higher level, I just resigned. But I can always leave.
A
I don't know. Things will happen we'll have to watch over.
B
I just got a place in New York.
A
There you go. Okay, so I felt something. What am I, like, selling myself as? Don't email me and call me about this shit because I'm not good at it.
B
Speaking of writing, though, you just brought back boobs and loops for Substack.
A
I did. I'm making so much money off substack. I fucking love substack.
B
What?
A
You should start a substack.
B
Is it like, OnlyFans for writing?
A
Basically. Basically, yes, it fucking is. Like, I also think, like, my time is money. That is my mantra. Now, like, I used to just be like, I'll go here. I'll do this. Absolutely not. Everybody's, like, impersonating me or taking something from me, which I'm very flattered by, but I need to be fudgeing paid.
B
Right? And you're getting paid a lot on substance.
A
You get. I mean, you can. You do it behind a paywall. Like, if you had a substack, you could be like, this. This is what I'm eating this week. But, like, people would have to pay to, like, see what you're eating.
B
I should journal. You should on substack.
A
Oh, my God. Are you kidding? Like, let's say you were writing a book. You'd have to sell that. Like, you can do it on substack. Substack. I cannot. And they are not paying me to say this, but I am.
B
I believe you.
A
It has really been the best thing I've done. That was when I was on Rich Kids. I was, like, too drunk to even know what was happening.
B
Were you drunk all the time?
A
Yeah. Yeah, we were. Well, I was just going out every single night. All the time. Yeah.
B
Was it fun filming that show?
A
Yeah. I mean, look, filming a reality show is actually a lot of work, and people are like, well, what do you do outside of the show? That's my job. It was a lot. Like, we had to film, like, five scenes a day. It was exhausting. We had to, like, travel all over. I mean, it was amazing, but it was like, you had to perform. People think it's so easy to just, like, have a camera and just. No, there's, like, storylines you have to follow. Like, it was a lot.
B
Was the Instagram thing, was that, like, the producers being like, you should get mad about this, or were you legit mad?
A
I think I was mad, which in hindsight, is the dumb.
B
Can I tell you, though? Like, I'd be mad.
A
I was like, why, is my face blurry?
B
No, I'd be mad, too. I. I mean, I thought that was. I thought you were kind of ahead of your time with that one.
A
I think I appreciate it. Now I look back and I'm kind of like, well, a. I really not watched it. Like, I don't remember so much from the show because it was just such a scary time. Glam wise and face wise and everything wise. So, like, I was in. I'm such a different person from that time, but then also the exact same.
B
Yeah, well, that's why people love you.
A
Thank you. Yeah. But it was a good time. It was just a lot.
B
I Need to ask you, is that Aqua Night? Yeah, I want one so fucking bad.
A
My husband.
B
Oh, it's gorgeous.
A
Well, you have a beautiful watch.
B
Thank you. But I want the aquanaut.
A
This is. Yeah, you should get one in a navy.
B
That's what I want for the summer.
A
Yeah, for the summer. Chic. Oh, I have a guy.
B
Send me your guy.
A
I will. And he should send me flowers if I send you to him.
B
But I am more passionate about my bags these days.
A
Really?
B
So it start. It all started in Japan.
A
Okay.
B
And I went to Amore gentlemen. And I was like, do you have a Birkin? Like, just, like, looking around, like. Yeah, yeah. They showed me this one Birkin. But, like, it was, like, regular strap. Like, it couldn't go over the shoulder. And I don't know. I didn't know anything about Bergens, aside from the fact that at Hermes, they were impossible to get. Like, you had to get, like, whatever. I was like, do you have a shoulder strap? And they pull out, like, thinking. Because they don't make those anymore, right?
A
It's hard.
B
But they pull out this chocolate brown Birkin 45 with a shoulder strap.
A
Whoa.
B
From the year 2000. I put it on. I said, that's it.
A
That's it. You know it. You feel it. It.
B
I said, that's it. I called everyone. Not one person said, don't buy that.
A
Yeah.
B
Even my mom was like, oh, my God, I hate you.
A
But get it, get it. I'm in a reinvention phase with bags. Like, I want cool, funky bags. Like, I've been wearing a Row beach bag for the last, like, five weeks. I literally just threw this on because I was like, I guess I should wear this for a little bit, right? I got a Birkin. This was my last bag I was gonna buy myself. It was a brown crocodile, 30, glossy, gorgeous. I, like, basically, like, couldn't breathe. And I was like, this is it. Like, we're putting the topper on the bag collection. You don't need any more Hermes bags unless there's something that's really special or comes in, like it's meant to be. Bought it in France. Brought it home. Stolen out of my house two days later.
B
Oh, I heard about this. Yeah, Julia told me. She goes, morgan got robbed twice. And she said it was the worst thing that ever happened to her.
A
I was camping with my kids for their school, like, camping trip. And we got a call from security. We had security. He fell asleep in the front of the house. I don't want to talk about it. We'll move Past that point, I've just now gotten past it. And they smashed through my store and they went into our bedroom, ransacked my husband's watches. This is happening a lot in the area, unfortunately. Like, it's happening all the time. Like, basically everyone I know has gotten robbed, so. And we have this glass case of bags that was in my office that they didn't touch. Cuz I think they probably would have thought there was like an alarm or something attached to it, but. But they took like a lot of bags and a lot of stuff.
B
How miserable were you about it?
A
I was on the way home. I was like, just furious.
B
Like, crying or just like fucking angry?
A
Angry. I was angry. I'm not gonna cry over an item. Like, I'm just not. At the end of the day, I'm
B
just like, now I'm fucking pissed.
A
I'm pissed. It's a violation. Also, they didn't take the box with them for the new Birkin that was on the floor. Like, have some respect. Like, if you're gonna take a brand new bag that's impossible to get, like, take the full package. Also, I saw the video of them climbing over my gate in the middle of the day, but it was the middle of the day and they had like six bags on each arm and they tossed them over the gate onto the driveway. And I'm like, you are so disrespectful. Like, hop politely because you've just scratched the box. Kelly. I just got like, right. It was like, literally just like trash on the floor.
B
Were your kids like, mommy, what happened?
A
They didn't know, thank God, because they had broken, like, a door that they don't see. And they went into our bedroom.
B
They would be scared.
A
But then they. And of course. And then they came. Other people robbed us again. And then my security caught them on the hillside. I know. And then that was when they took all my jewelry. But we got it.
B
You got it back.
A
Thank God. It was funny because there was one specific yellow diamond bracelet that I had that like, my husband had got me. It was my favorite one. And I was separated from the rest that we had recovered. And I was so upset about it. And I was literally rummaging through a door, like a week later, A drawer a week later. And I saw these, like, stacks of letters that my dad had written me. And I was like, oh, you know, this is such a bummer. Put them away. And to the right of the letters, the. The bracelet was curled up like, coiled up like a snake. Right to the right of it. And I had looked through that drawer and I'm not kidding, like five times to find that bracelet.
B
Wow.
A
So it was like a very meant to be moment. But yeah, it's awful getting robbed.
B
Do you believe in like those like meant to be signs?
A
I'm such a sign person. I'm like huge on energy. Huge on signs. I think everything happens for a reason. Nothing is by accident. I'm like almost too woo woo sometimes where I'm like, are you really turning into this person? But like I eat pizza and drink coke. Like I'm not like, you know, eating plants and shit.
B
I think like that's a, it's a way to like accept life. Yeah.
A
100%. And I feel that way all the time. Like even like the fact that like I've obviously lost my dad, I lost my brother. But I do feel like this sense of them every day and being able to like communicate with them and I, I, you know, like you've seen Clueless, Obviously.
B
Yeah.
A
To compare my dad's death to Clueless. But when she's like, oh, she walks by the painting of her mom and she's like mom got. You know, like I still talk to him like that. But all of those signs, I like look out for signs all the time.
B
I think so though. But like grief is so. Grief is so crazy. It's not. There's no correct way to 100% grief. So whatever however you grieve is, that's your like grief is so. It's like, it's, it's. It's just you're part of who you are. It's. No one's grief is. It's like a fingerprint. No one's grief is the same. You know what I mean? So like the way you grieve isn't going to be the way someone else grieves you. Talking about it could help somebody, but it's not going to be their exact situation. Right.
A
100. And even as I was going into the conversation with you about my dad and the voice in my head was kind of like, okay, you don't need to like bring this up again. But I'm like, this is something that has happened to me that's gonna be something that's forever happened to me.
B
Right?
A
So it's, it's obviously more current because it's fresher. But like it's going to be that I'm always going to mention and I don't need to feel bad about it.
B
And like talking about it the way you talk about it makes you feel better.
A
Yeah. 100. It was like. And that's the truth. Like, that. That bracelet came out of fudgeing nowhere. I looked through that drawer. I'm not kidding. No less than five times. I'm like, where the fudge is it? And it was right there next to a stack of letters that I had just been looking through. So.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. But yeah, it's just. That's the thing. The thing about these bags is, like, they're beautiful, they're fun to get, but, like, if one day somebody takes them, like, it's fine.
B
Okay. Love that.
A
It's fine. It's really annoying.
B
I had it at one point.
A
It's. Yeah.
B
I have the photos to prove it.
A
Yeah, it's just like, it's. Yeah.
B
Yeah. Oh, Morgan, what are you therapist about? Wait, actually, quickly. You hate parmesan cheese.
A
I hate cheese of all kinds.
B
Why?
A
I like pizza. This is very annoying.
B
Yeah. You just said you like pizza, but Julie was like, you have to tell her that. Ask her about. She just said that she hates parmesan cheese.
A
I don't like parmesan cheese on anything. I don't let my kids have it on anything. Sorry. Don't cut it. And I like. Like, I will have pizza, but I will not have, like, Caesar salad with parmesan and cheese on it.
B
I hate Caesar salad.
A
Okay, But I will also not have, like, feta or any other kind of cheese. I will not have cheese in my burrito. Or, like.
B
No, no, but you like pizza.
A
Pizza. But, like, specific pizza. Like, I can't have, like, I can't have, like, a foreign.
B
What about the truffle pizza at Toscana? No, what, you don't like, that's the best pizza in L. A.
A
First of all, I hate truffles.
B
What?
A
Hate that bullshit that everyone's like, truffles, like, is so lame.
B
No, you're lying.
A
I hate truffles.
B
Why?
A
I think they smell like armpit. They're gross.
B
Okay.
A
I don't like truffles. I'm not into truffles. I'm not into parmesan cheese or really any cheese, But I'll, like, have a quesadilla too, sometimes.
B
Okay, I love a quesadilla, but, like,
A
I'm not like, no crumbly cheese, no blue cheese, no feta.
B
I hate blue cheese.
A
Yeah. Like, none of that shit. No.
B
Okay. You're born and raised in la.
A
Yeah.
B
What's an L? A restaurant still here that stood the test of time.
A
They're all gone.
B
Do you remember House?
A
No.
B
They're gone.
A
See, like, this city right now is going through something. We need to come. We need to come back.
B
We will.
A
I think we're coming back soon.
B
We fudgeing.
A
Well, I agree. Are you going to stay here? You're going to.
B
I'm going to stay here. L. A is the reason I am who I am. When I was a kid in New York, I was like, get me to L. A.
A
Really?
B
I will never turn my back on L. A. I love L. A. She loves L. A.
A
Are you a New York native?
B
She's Atlanta.
A
Okay.
B
But, like, there's something about this city that if you crack it, it's the best. It is the. I'll talk to Sophia about this. She goes nowhere.
A
Better. Nowhere better.
B
Nowhere better. She'll go anywhere. She'll go nowhere better than Los Angeles.
A
It's honestly, like, the weather. Like, you can't beat the weather. Like, even though, like, we're like, I'm not in the best time, like, there is something sparkly in the air. And when it was in its prime. 2014, 2050. How long have you been here?
B
Not since 2018. I was born here, and then I moved to New York, so.
A
So in the city.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay, 2018. We were still doing pretty well, and.
B
But I was. I was broke.
A
Yeah. But, like, I don't even think that's the thing. You don't even need to have money.
B
I know. You just need to know people. Yeah.
A
You need to. And also, you could literally just go to the beach and get a fudgeing smoothie.
B
I was driving down the pch.
A
Yeah.
B
With my best friend Ryan yesterday or two days ago, and we were playing the Strokes Vampire Weekend.
A
Nothing better goes down.
B
And I was just like, this is it.
A
This is it.
B
Yeah, I'm looking at. And it was sunset. We had just had Cafe Habana for dinner.
A
Whoa. I have not been there in. Okay, all right, we gotta go.
B
It was great.
A
Yeah, it is.
B
So do you remember when the Mr. Chow was at Malibu Country Mart?
A
What? They closed there, too?
B
It was miss. That's like a cursed location.
A
That is a weird location.
B
No, it's like, it was mess. It was Mr. Chow, and then it was something else. And now I think it's Lucky's.
A
Okay. I feel like Lucky's is gonna do well there.
B
I think it has done well. And then there's also Clark's.
A
Now I know I need to go to Clark's.
B
Clark, let's go together.
A
Let's go together.
B
I'll go. I'll go with you. To Clark.
A
Can I tell you, I've told my husband we need to take the kids five times, and he's, like, rolled his eyes and we need to go there.
B
No, the vongole at Clark's is my. I'll.
A
I'm not leaving. Don't. I'm not leaving. Vongoli is my favorite pasta.
B
I love vongoli. I don't fuck with clam, but I love the sauce on it because I like. Like an olio. Olio.
A
Okay. We just made it for dinner last week, and my assistant had to get peppers, and she's like, they only have green peppers. I said, absolutely not. We need red.
B
Yeah, you need red.
A
You need. It's a part of the dish. My husband was gonna be like, okay. I'm like, no.
B
What? No, there's no point. There's to be, like, a little spicy.
A
Oh, nothing better. You know who used to have the best? San Ambrose.
B
Really?
A
Yes. They. They're.
B
They're opening in Brentwood.
A
I know. And Beverly Hills.
B
Do you think they're gonna. It's gonna be the same.
A
I. I really wish it wasn't happening.
B
Why? The one in New York hits every time.
A
I mean, I've been going there for longer than I care to admit, and I just feel like. I don't know. It was such my New York spot. Why is it coming?
B
That's how I feel about Cipriani.
A
Yeah. Like Chipriani here. Like. I know.
B
Like, dick.
A
I know.
B
And I'm not afraid to say that.
A
No.
B
I dragged me out of there once because they thought Julia fainted in the bathroom, and I went to go check on her.
A
Sorry.
B
She. I don't know why. She fainted. She fainted and I went to go get her.
A
Okay.
B
I went to go check on her, and I went to go to the girl's bathroom, and I was like, are you okay? He's knocking on the door, and I'm like, okay. And I opened the door, and I'm like, she fainted. He grabs me by my neck. Drake drags me down the stairs and throws me out on the street.
A
Can I tell you something else that's really random? That's not even close to what you just said, because that's horrific. But my mom has made reservations there, and every time they're like, we don't have your reservation. And they're like, who's going? They're very rude to her. And, like, you can't be rude to Susan. That's crazy. It was him. Yeah. Rude to her. She's like, I'm done with this fucking place.
B
It's also, like.
A
It's weird.
B
It's weird. I'm only going to Cipriani in New York or in Vegas.
A
So wait, let me ask you a question. So you grew up in the city and then you obviously came here, but then you're going to New York. How often are you going New York? A lot.
B
I'm going. I go, like. I go for, like, two weeks out of the month.
A
And you still think you're going to live here?
B
I think I'm bicoastal.
A
I think I'm also bicoast.
B
I, like, I can properly say that I am bi. Coastal. I, like, really can properly say it. Morgan, what are you therapist about today
A
that my jeans are so tight?
B
They do not look tight.
A
They're tight. What am I therapist about? I don't.
B
Well, you came in complaining about a cupcake.
A
I. Because I had one cupcake and I woke up and I had to, like, roll out of bed. I was so swollen. So I was, like, irritated about that.
B
Where was the cupcake? Do you remember the cupcake place that had the giant cupcakes in New York? It was like, crumble for cupcakes.
A
No. What is that?
B
They would, like, give them at Soul Cycle.
A
Whoa. That seems like it doesn't make sense.
B
No, I. Well, Soul Cycle doesn't make sense.
A
Yeah, but why were we getting. Why are we on the spin class and then getting a cookie or crumble?
B
Because that was SoulCycle.
A
Okay. Yeah, no, I don't remember, but my husband. This is adorable. My husband made funfetti cupcakes with our daughter last night and our son. So they were, like, homemade. They were delicious. I had one. I literally woke up and was like. I couldn't even. I couldn't see for, like, the first two hours.
B
It happens. Are you gluten intolerant?
A
No, I.
B
You might be.
A
I might be.
B
You know, have you been to. Okay, let me ask you about some of the newer LA spots.
A
Okay.
B
Living room.
A
I. Okay. So I've had people literally text me being like, should I nominate you? You should join. And I just haven't, like, made my way.
B
So let me tell you what I love about it.
A
Okay, tell me, should I join?
B
Yeah.
A
Are you a member?
B
Yeah.
A
So you need to do the thing for me.
B
Okay, I will.
A
Okay, Done.
B
It's like half inside, half outside.
A
Okay.
B
Inside you go dance. Outside they bring you drinks and, like, you smoke cigarettes outside. Drinks. It's like a vibe. Louise and I went there for one. I think I'VE told the story a million times. Do it one drink. By the end of it, Louise was this way, literally, like, falling over. Like, we had the night of our life. Just ripping cigarettes, smoke, or drinking, going inside to dance when we want to dance.
A
Okay, so I need to join.
B
Yeah. Okay.
A
So is the food good?
B
Yeah, the food is amazing. That's really 10 out of 10. And they have an amakase bar.
A
Okay. Because here's the thing. I really. My tolerance for bad food. I can't do it anymore.
B
What's your favorite restaurant in La Ebaldi? E Baldi. Over Giorgio Baldi 100. Why?
A
Better food.
B
Okay. Really?
A
I mean, I like Giorgio Baldi when I want to be, like, adventurous and, like, drive all the way there. And it's, like, obviously very beautiful, and the food is obviously on par, but I just think Eat Baldi's like, a spot. Like, Roxy and I, we would go to Ebaldi all the time. It's just the most consistent and constant place that I've been going for years. I mean, I know I need to, like, make my way down to Silver Lake and do all that stuff and, like, go to places that, like, are everyone's raving about, but I just don't have the time.
B
Have you. What's your thoughts on El Pasteo?
A
I don't go there, and I never went there.
B
I like it.
A
It is good. But, like, there's something about the. I just read the vibe is, if I'm on canon, I'm going to Ebaldi. I don't want to say hi to every. That I knew in high school at Il Pasteo.
B
So Il Pasteo has this thing called a casa salad.
A
Yeah, of course. Hello. Amazing.
B
Yeah, it's to die for.
A
Also, they used to have a chopped, like, green salad with, like, endive, and they would add shrimp and mango to it. I don't know if they still have it, but that was really good. But every time I ate it, I was like, I also don't like this.
B
They have this pasta that they. They have this pasta. It's like the swirly, and it's sausage and broccoli, and, like, it's like olio olio, but with sausage and broccoli and swirly pop. It's like.
A
Okay, so. Okay, we need to. We'll do that Also, by the way, I love this mic.
B
You do?
A
Yeah. It's, like, thick and proper. No, this is easy. It goes with you. It's very stressful to have to, like, play into a mic that doesn't move right. I Also constantly move.
B
Yeah, constantly.
A
I'm like, forward, backward, sideways. Tell me.
B
One of my highest compliments I've ever gotten was from you.
A
What?
B
You complimented. You said outfit good. Oh, you said good outfit.
A
I can't. No. That's one thing about me. I cannot.
B
And I didn't realize how big of a deal it was. And all my friends called me and they said, morgan Stewart, just comment. Complimented your outfit.
A
Oh, my God.
B
It was. It was in. I was in Cannes and I wore a white Gucci button down.
A
Yes, yes, yes. That was a really good outfit. Yes.
B
And you said cute outfit.
A
Yeah, that was really good. I feel like it was so weird we hadn't met earlier.
B
I know. And then we saw each other at the Dior Cafe. Okay.
A
And now we're both going tonight.
B
Yes. Oh, my God. We're going to the Dior show tonight.
A
Did you get the key?
B
Of course I got the key. It's my new keychain.
A
Yeah, it's a cute key.
B
Let me tell you something about Jonathan Anderson. He will take a brand and put it to the top.
A
Yeah.
B
I love Since Loewe, like, he. He does it for me.
A
He's brilliant.
B
He's brilliant.
A
Yeah, it's.
B
I thought the book tote collection was brilliant.
A
Yeah.
B
The Dracula hoodie, all of it. But yeah, I'm really excited. Are you gonna go to the after party?
A
Yes, but, like, what is. Can we talk about the after party? Because I'm confused.
B
It's confused. It's bar Chateau. It's at Chateau Marmont.
A
I think I want to black out. But, like, who's. I just like. How are they holding this?
B
Ready? I'm ready to. After the show.
A
Yes.
B
Get in the car and start drinking.
A
Yeah. 100. I'm probably gonna have a cocktail before the show, right? 1.
B
Well, my issue is if I start it, my. It makes my cheeks really rosy.
A
Okay, but can't we take something for that? You also have, like, glam.
B
I have. I have a great team. Yeah, I have a great team. I have great stylist Cindy Lopez, A great glam.
A
I love Sydney.
B
You know Sydney.
A
Are you kidding me? Joe Jonas is my husband's best friend.
B
What? Why don't we do a big dinner? Yeah. Oh, my God. Louise, are you down?
A
Sydney is like, such a sweetie. Like, she's such a good girl.
B
Sydney also just like. No, she's, like, tuned. Fine tuned. My. I came in the other day. I. I never cry. And somebody on my team had to leave for another job. It was. It was so. Nothing personal. She just had a better opportunity. But she's been with me since day one, and I never cry, and I just love her so much that I just started hysterically sobbing. Ally, I love you. And I. She's, like, literally, like, believed in me since day one. Like, and I walked into the house, oh, my God. Hysterically sobbing. And I had to do a fitting for this commercial I was doing, and Sydney was in, and Cindy was doing it with me, and Sydney brought stuff. Like, she also, like, Sydney will, like, personal shop for me.
A
She's the sweetest girl, and I love her. And she's kind of only doing guys.
B
Yeah.
A
She's good at it, which I also think is really important. Like, you want to find somebody that, like, has their niche and knows what
B
they're doing and have it. Be a woman.
A
Yeah. Amen. Amen. But, yeah, no, we definitely should do a big dinner.
B
Yeah. Come on.
A
Either here or in New York. Because I feel like Joe's also all over.
B
Oh, yeah. Well, they're always she styles. Joe.
A
Well, I know. He looks great. The tour stuff looks great. The street style stuff looks great. She's doing all three of those boys.
B
I know.
A
Know. Have you met all of them?
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
They were, like, the first people I ever met in the industry.
A
Yeah, they're very nice boys.
B
They're lovely.
A
Yeah. They really are.
B
Being so famous for so long.
A
I know. That's the thing about them. Like, consistently famous to the same level is kind of crazy.
B
Crazy.
A
Like, that doesn't happen.
B
No, but for them it does.
A
I know.
B
Did you. Okay, this is completely off topic. Did you, like, party in LA hard in the early 2000s?
A
What's considered the early two? That, like, 2005.
B
Four or five? Yeah. Three, four, five. Like, did you ever see Lindsay. Do you ever see Lindsay Lohan at a club?
A
Yes.
B
Shut up.
A
Lindsay's like, the queen of the queens. I mean, I wasn't doing it that. That's very early on, but, like. Yeah, I mean, I feel like I've, like, been around. I'm literally. Yeah.
B
What's the club called?
A
Ledoux. Yeah, I used to go to Ladoo all the time. Ladou was so fun, but that was still, like.
B
You feel that l. A coming back ever, or do you think ever?
A
No, I think. Well, also, the thing is, is, like, when I hear people that are like. Like, when I was 20. Okay. When I was, like, 17 to 27, I was literally going out every. It was like, if you. Okay, let's say like, 21 to 25. It was a Different club every night and you were going fucking hard.
B
That doesn't happen.
A
And I feel like the youth isn't doing that now. Now everyone's like drinking coffee and getting up at seven to go to yoga.
B
Not New York.
A
Okay, good. Because I just, when you asked me if it's gonna come out, come back, I'm like, do the people want to do that?
B
People here don't. In New York, my friends are going out every single.
A
Well, I feel like I see that from Julia.
B
Yeah, Julia's going out every single night. Well, she slowed down a little bit, but Peyton has not slowed down.
A
I like Peyton.
B
I love.
A
Peyton's a little spicy and funny.
B
She's a little. She's a little Chihuahua.
A
Yeah. Yeah.
B
Peyton will getcha.
A
Yeah, I like her.
B
Yeah, I like that because she's it.
A
I think LA is gonna come back, but it's gonna really take like, because I also think the industry is so different now. Like before we used to have like a hold on the industry and like things used to get like only made here. I think things are diversifying and moving out. Also things are so expensive. So I just, I don't know it's gonna come back, but I just don't know if it's gonna come back to that level.
B
Okay, what do you think is like the trend of the summer that hasn't been announced yet? What do you think the color of the summer is and what do you think the trend of the summer is?
A
Okay, I think the color of the summer is navy.
B
Oh, okay. Tell me more.
A
I'm just like really drawn to navy. I think like dark, solid colors like that are like done very sophisticatedly, are like gorgeous. I think that's good. Like a navy one piece. Navy shorts. Navy, like cardigan, navy tank. Like navy.
B
I see that.
A
A lot of navy.
B
I've been saying orange, but I speak out of my ass.
A
I love orange. I love orange.
B
I speak out of my ass.
A
I get it. So do I. Navy. And I do feel like. What was the second part of the question?
B
A trend that hasn't like been discovered yet that you think is a trend of the summer.
A
Well, I'm just gonna say we're coming out with these flare khaki shorts that are going to be the trend of the summer.
B
Flare khaki?
A
Yeah. So cute. Kind of looks like a skirt. But they're shorts. They're so cute.
B
Okay.
A
And I definitely think things are just becoming like funkier, more interesting, more textured, more layered. Like different fabrics. Like it's just sort of like, girls are done with being minimalistic. They want to be, like, loud and bold and have fun.
B
Do you think the love story CBK was the end of that? Minimalistic? Like, that was, like, the final hurrah? Yeah.
A
I think it's easier to dress minimalistically because people are usually just, like, running out and they're like, I'm gonna grab this shirt with this pants.
B
Like, you have to be Kay. And everyone trying to be CBK is the reason CBK was CBK is because CBK wasn't trying to be CBK.
A
Yeah. 100%.
B
Do you know what I mean?
A
I got it, like, fudgeing, latched on and did it.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Do you know what I mean? It's like CBK was like. Like, in these. Like, you can't be cbk.
A
No. And also, like, again, right. Truly, like, the effortless nature that that woman walked around in. Like, I mean, even the clothes were so ahead of its time. Like, her knowing of fashion was something that, like, cannot be emulated. It cannot be studied. Like, no matter how hard you try. Like, even the stupid headband with the.
B
Yeah.
A
Ponytail. Like, that's bananas, because it's so nothing. But, like, I'm not putting a headband down with a ponytail.
B
It will only look good on her.
A
Yeah.
B
And it's.
A
And I also think she, like, got broadcast out to, like, a very young generation who didn't know who she was. And it was like. Like, oh, my God. But it's like, no, you can't. Yeah, we gotta stop. We gotta move on.
B
We have to move on.
A
I also think, like, girls need to just stop being like. Like, we all just need to live for ourselves, shop our closets, have a good time, and chill the out.
B
Right.
A
It's con. It's become, like, way too manic, way too stressful. Like, the shopping, the needing the things. I don't have this, like, it's minute to minute now, even to myself. I said to my assistant yesterday, I said, I'm not gonna buy clothes because I have so much stuff to the point where I don't know how to put things together anymore. Like, my creative brain has shifted, shut down, and I can't keep filling that hole with more clothes.
B
Oh, you can.
A
It's fun. It's new. But, like, I. I'm like, okay, this is. I'm getting warped.
B
No, no, no. I. I've been relying on retail therapy a little bit, and I clocked myself the other day, but I have been going to this vintage store that I. In New York And. And la. It's appointment only.
A
What's it called?
B
It's called Moth food.
A
I don't know what that is, but. Fabulous.
B
It's fabulous.
A
Yeah. Okay.
B
And this is from Moth Food.
A
Okay. Like, I. I have a vintage T shirt guy I'll send you to, by the way.
B
I love a vintage T shirt.
A
He's amazing. My husband gets, like, the best ones.
B
I get all my shit there from Moth food. Now, like, I just go. And we go. And they have everything. It's all curated. It's very well organized.
A
It's.
B
It's the best.
A
It's fun to buy things if it's adding to you, but I feel like I was just buying things in a dark hole on my computer and I'm like, I'm not wearing this.
B
I don't love it.
A
I hate online shopping.
B
I don't. I did buy this online and I was like, this might not fit. I turned to my best friend, I was like, if this doesn't fit, this can be yours. Because I'm like, this is a hit or a miss.
A
Yeah.
B
But like, online shop, there is something about picking something off the rack, emotional. I hate trying on, though.
A
So do I. And I. I'll buy things and I'll try them on and they won't fit and it'll be too late to return them.
B
Yeah. And then it's like, what now?
A
What what now? I hate that. Are we allowed to drink water?
B
It's so funny. You are not the first to ask that.
A
I mean, I also ask it on my own show because I'm like, well, it's weird because. But also, if you're sitting for an hour, people drink, they look at their phone like it's crazy to have an uninterrupted conversation for a whole hour. I know, and trust me, I'm like, I'm sitting in my podcast now, and I'm like, oh, my God, this is so long. And I'm having anxiety.
B
I know, but I don't feel that way with you.
A
I read you very well.
B
I. Yeah.
A
Did you know you're going to be famous?
B
No, but I've always wanted to be.
A
But. So did you kind of know?
B
No, I. No. I worked at a record label.
A
I know, but I, like, felt like. I feel like people who become famous know they're going to become famous.
B
I never knew. I. I've always wanted it. I've been desperate for it. Desperate. Like, anything for it, but. And I've always been quite open about that.
A
Which is why. Yes. Which is why it happens. It's always the people that are like, I guess I'll do that. Oh, creepy. No, Own it.
B
Own it.
A
Own it or don't do it.
B
I want it. Yeah. I want to make people laugh. I want people to clap for me. I want to be entertaining. I want to entertain you.
A
I want to do all those things as well.
B
Are you ready to get into tell me what's wrongs?
A
Oh, yeah. I don't even know what this is. I can't wait.
B
Okay, so these are the pussies right in. And they tell us what. What's wrong? And we give them advice.
A
Okay.
B
I'm scared, so you'll be great for it.
A
Okay, good. Can I sit like this? Because I need to.
B
Yeah. Shoes are those. They're gorge.
A
Chanel, there's no soul on the.
B
Do you ever wish Chanel made men's or do you think it would take away.
A
We don't need to do it. I think, like, there's certain things, but no, I don't think Chanel needs to make men's.
B
Okay.
A
It's a very feminine brand to me.
B
I know, but, like, I tried some on in Chanel the other day, and I was like, this could work. Okay.
A
Like a blazer.
B
Like, but it was like, $10,000. 100% and, like, I can't do that to myself.
A
Yeah, not for this. No, totally.
B
As a gen zer, I'm actually stressed out about everything all the time.
A
Okay. I mean, I'm a millennial, and I'm stressed out all the time too, so
B
it's politics, but also just my peers in this generation, etc. Etc. Thing is, I'm already in therapy, and my therapist isn't the best at handling this topic since she's far older and cannot fully relate. We've been together for a very long time, since early high school. So she's also kind of family at this point. What do I do here?
A
Bye. Time to break up. Just broke up with my therap therapist. It was too long. I. I really like her. And, you know, you get. The thing about therapy is that you get stuck in it and you don't want to have to re. Explain your problems to a new person. Yeah, it's very convenient. But if you're literally having an issue that your therapist cannot relate to, it is time to move on. Whoever wrote that already knows that, by the way.
B
Yeah, I just got. I just. I'm, like, soft breaking up with my old therapist, and I'm starting a new one. This new one is amazing. Amazing. I had the best therapy today.
A
Girl or boy?
B
Girl. Older. Older. And, like, she's incredible because she just. It's not about understanding generation to generation. I mean, it could be, but it's really not. Like, she, like, kind of hit the nail on the head with me today. Yeah, she, like, hit the nail on the head. I was really upset about something someone had wrote about me.
A
I get it.
B
And she was like, well, what happened after that?
A
And I was like, oh, I love a follow up.
B
And I was like, well, I was very upset. And she said, okay. But then, like, did your podcast do well? I did. More people watching. And I was like, yeah, a lot more people watch. And she said, so if you could go back in time, would you have less people watch?
A
Oh, she's like, leading you to water in a very clear way, but, like, also making you.
B
And I was like, no, I guess I. I wouldn't.
A
Yeah.
B
And she was like, so there's your answer.
A
See? Yeah. When. When they put too much information out and you're having to sift through and be like, well, just tell me.
B
Yeah, that was a good way. She was like, palms. She makes me put my palms up like this. She's like, you can't deal with the past. You can't deal with the present or the future. You only think of is the present. Palms. Palms up, guys.
A
Palms up.
B
Take me.
A
That's the name of the. That's the name of the episode. Palms up. I love. That's my tradition. I, like, name the episode for the host.
B
Because usually they're like, can I come on your show?
A
Let's. Let's lock it in. Let's lock it in It.
B
I want to spend every second of my life with you.
A
No, I would love it so much. And we will have a totally different.
B
Well, I need to go to dinner with you and Roxy.
A
Let by the.
B
Because she. No one makes me cackle like that way. That woman does. I know Alice and I die for Roxy. Like, every time we go to an event, we're like, we are so excited to see Roxy.
A
You know what's interesting? And not to bring up the signs again, because we. She just came on my podcast and we had. So Roxy's May 21st on May 22nd.
B
Is she Taurus?
A
She's of Gemini. We're both Gemini, but we're literally a year apart. We have, like, a soul connection. And I just found out that she has Aquarius placements, and I had never known that. You know how she's just kind of like. Like, it's a little loopy doo. Like, I'm like, this makes so much sense.
B
Like, she's not loop to do.
A
She's like, she's sharp as attack, but she's a little. Just like, I don't care. Like, it's.
B
Yeah. Like, you see in an Instagram gate, she's sitting there.
A
Yeah.
B
But you can tell she was on your side, right? You could tell the second that that ended, she said to you, I'd be pissed too.
A
Yeah. I mean, also, like, the fact that these things are coming back up now. No.
B
The Instagram is funnier than I recall.
A
I know.
B
I was watching that and I was, like, actually cackling. I said it to Louise. She goes, I've seen it.
A
I don't even remember where we were.
B
You were in New York.
A
Okay, see, I didn't even know that.
B
Yeah. I'm starting a new job as a nurse, and it's a lot like I knew what I was getting myself into, but I've never dealt with stress in hours like this. What are some great ways besides this pod? Oh, my God. Thank you. To help me de stress when I'm coming home from work, especially on late nights. Tv.
A
Tv. Or smoke a joint or drink a lot of water. I don't know.
B
A joint and a television show. Go into a television show with it. Go to Shondaland.
A
Shondaland is what we need to do.
B
Visit. Get a passport to Shondaland.
A
Yeah. It's not a euphoria for you?
B
Like, we go to Shondaland. There's Scandal, how to Get Away with Murder, Grey's Anatomy, Bridgerton, which I've never seen, but I've heard it's great.
A
I haven't either. Yep.
B
Shondaland will take you to places that you don't know exist. You will fall. Because also, what I've noticed about Shondaland, now that I've seen so many of her shows.
A
Yeah.
B
She casts theater actors. They're all theater. They're all. They all come from theater backgrounds.
A
Like, she's, like, talented.
B
They're coming from, like, off Broadway. Broadway shows. Like, they are. Like, they. Like Viola Davis. Carrie Washington has a theater background. Like these all the people in Scandal. Like, I went to a play reading the other day. Kya did a reading at, like, one of, like, a playhouse.
A
Okay.
B
And the guy who wrote the play, I'm looking at him, I'm like, is that. How is Doyle from Scandal? And it was. And Tom from Scandal was in the audience supporting him.
A
Okay. Can I tell you something?
B
Yeah.
A
I've Never seen Scandal.
B
You've never seen Scandal?
A
I need to do it right.
B
The show Scandal is the greatest. One of the greatest shows I've ever seen in my life. I've actually seen Scandal three times. It is Julia's favorite show.
A
Okay. I'm. I am watching Scandal. Starting to.
B
You have to tell. You text me and Julia.
A
Yes.
B
In a group chat.
A
We're going to do numbers.
B
We'll do numbers after this. And because that's like, Julia and I that. Oh, and Peyton.
A
I feel like I need Peyton to like me.
B
Peyton loves you. And by the way, Peyton loves Scandal. We put her on to Scandal. It's the best show of all time. Gladiators and suits. You got to just get behind it. You will not be able to stop.
A
Okay. Have you seen Vlog Veep?
B
I'm on season two of Veep or three. It's phenomenal.
A
Phenomenal. We always rewatch.
B
It's very hard for me to get, like, a comedy show really has to, like. I. It's funny because I used to watch comedy as a kid a lot. Like, 30 Rock, how I met your mother, friends I was in and out of. But it was how I met Your mother and 30 Rock, for me that were like, really the ones.
A
And girls, girl, I'm gonna start re watching girls again.
B
Okay. But I can't start re watching girls until I finish her book.
A
I also feel like I obviously don't have ocd, but, like, I'm on high alert of everything all the time.
B
Yeah.
A
Like, I'm always like, I don't want to think that because it might happen.
B
Right. That's what that is, ocd, my love.
A
Oh, so maybe I'm a little ocd.
B
Yeah. But, like, I just called you my love.
A
No, I. By the way.
B
By the way, I've been using my love all day. I've been using my love all day. But people get really. People either love it or get angry about it.
A
But I'm also not, like, tapping on things. Sorry.
B
But no, it's not offensive. I do that. I used to do that.
A
And now.
B
You don't need to now my OCD has turned into much more of just like, like.
A
But do you have any, like, do you, like, can you just, like, shower? No problem. Like, you just, like. No, no, you have to.
B
I have a. Showering is actually one of my hardest things. Okay. And that's why I love my New York apartment so much, because the pressure is so good.
A
So I understand that pressure is very important.
B
It's very important, and it makes Showering better. And showering is hard for me because I have ocd. I'm. When the shower. And so basically the shower I have here, I have to turn on two knobs. I have to turn on the first knob and then the second knob. In New York, it's one knob.
A
One knob.
B
Okay. And it just, like, makes it easier.
A
And you have, like, a system, like you. Hair, first, body. For like.
B
No, no, no, it doesn't. Well, sometimes times, but I have. I have a system that I won't even say out loud because it's just like, for therapy. But, like, it's. Yeah, I have a system. I, like, have to think certain things. Like, it's crazy. It's crazy. People have no idea.
A
Oh, my God.
B
No idea.
A
Was this always the case?
B
Always. I knew it was bad in Covet. I couldn't get out of bed, and I said, okay, I need to get on meds because it was affecting my work once. It was affecting my work at the. Because I used to work at a record label once. It was affecting my work. I was like, I have a problem. I'm not let. Because I would let it up. Everything. I was like, I can't let it up. This. I know this opportunity is too good to be true. Yep, it was. I was very fulfilled and I was like, I can't this up. So I got on meds and I just switched my meds, and they're amazing.
A
Okay, good.
B
I need help choosing between two men. Oh. I have a thing for both of them, but not super interested in an open relationship. Well. What?
A
That was funny.
B
Or. Or even. Or even like polycules. Etc. Yeah, neither am I. One of them is very smart, relative, handsome, skinny kid who can cook and hold the conversation with me. The other is an athletic golden retriever. Lmao.
A
He sounds dumber.
B
Yeah. And the dumber ones are bad or worse in bed.
A
Yeah.
B
We all have three. We all three have the hot hots. And I want to make a decision on who to cuff for Summer.
A
That was a very poorly worded no, it was me.
B
We all. We all three have the hots, and I want to make a decision on who to cuff for Summer. What do you think? Not super serious. Just looking for a tiebreaker. Lmao. Go with the smart one that can cook. He'll.
A
But we all have the hots, meaning the three of them together.
B
I'm not understanding that.
A
I don't get it.
B
I don't understand that. I don't understand that. My thing is go with the guy who can Cook.
A
Go with the guy that can cook.
B
What a beautiful problem to have.
A
Also, she said he was skinny and fun. Didn't she say funny or something?
B
You know what? I think this is a gay man.
A
Oh, of course it is.
B
Yeah.
A
Why did we think woman right away? It was totally. It's totally.
B
This is a gay guy.
A
Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
B
Because it goes straight into open relationship. Yeah, I think this is a gay guy.
A
But then also, like, why are we cutting someone? They just don't want to deal.
B
Oh, my God, I'm, like, steamy for this person.
A
Yeah, I would totally just, like, keep that going.
B
Yeah. Have a messy summer. Charlie's releasing new music. Ariana's releasing new music.
A
Like, I was thinking about the tour on the way here, but also the thing is, if you cut one, you're just gonna want them to come back, so you might as well. If you're all three in it, you might as well just stay in it and watch Scandal.
B
I prescribe Scandal. She Them both. The whole time.
A
She. Oh.
B
Oh, my God. Sorry.
A
Okay, it's fine.
B
It's the but. It's the but. It's like the plot.
A
It's the whole point.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay.
B
It's amazing. I prescribe Scandal. Talk about a good love triangle. Have a love triangle, Summer.
A
I agree.
B
I. I mean, be messy. Be outside. Go in this. Like, go be outside.
A
Yeah. Two people and you're all into each other. I'm into it. Hopefully we understood that correctly because it was a little bit of a loop de loop.
B
No, I think we did.
A
Okay, good.
B
They're just deciding between, like, if you want to marry one, marry the one that could cook, obviously, and who's smarter.
A
You can't marry someone dumb.
B
Yeah, you can't.
A
That's it.
B
I haven't had a crush, a real honest to God crush, in years. Like, maybe since the start of college. I'm 26 and single and have been since, like, I said, the start of college. I just legit don't get it. I get attracted to people. Maybe we even hook up. And I want nothing to do with them within a week. Like, we gotta get this libido up. Help. I think you're avoidant attachment.
A
I think you need a therapist.
B
Also, let me play. Apparently is amazing for libido.
A
Let me play. Okay. Yeah. I mean, I. I definitely think we need to be, like, working from the ground up. Like, there's something going on there.
B
Yeah, yeah.
A
Therapist. Yes.
B
I got it, though. Having a crush makes the world so much brighter. Open up. I know my problem Is that my friend keeps dressing her toddler in the same outfits that I'm dressing mine.
A
I Whoa.
B
Wow, Nolan. Sometimes you really like. The thing is like, Nolan doesn't know. By the way, that was from another batch and I put it in with this one.
A
Nolan, you go.
B
I don't know. I just had a feeling that I
A
would fucking claw a bitch down.
B
At first I thought it was so cute, but now, six months later, it's just getting a bit obsessive. I want to say something to her about it, but I don't want to come across as rude. Help. It's hard because she's a first time
A
mother to help SOS get away from this woman. That is fucking crazy. I would lose my mind. My mom had a friend like that who dressed her daughter the exact same way as me. And then I've obviously had to like carry this burden my whole life, but I'm not kidding. That goes deeper than the clothes.
B
You think?
A
Yes. No, I know.
B
Is it like single white female?
A
Yeah, it's like literally, like no identity, no sense of self, like following you. And then could you imagine if I came to work every day and I was wearing what you were wearing? No, that's insane.
B
Yeah.
A
It's a crazy person does that. You need to run for the hills. I'm like, no, there's nothing.
B
Okay.
A
No, right, we're done. We're done. Wow, that is crazy behavior. Yeah, it's like one thing to be like, oh, we got the same sweater. Or once in a while you like come across the same things because you're shopping in the same places to literally have your daughter dress like her daughter every time. Bye, bye, bye, bye, bye, tata.
B
I accidentally sent a nude to the wrong person. Oh, awful. Of course it was meant to go to my boyfriend, but I sent it and waited for a response. After like three minutes, I wondered why he hadn't said anything and saw I sent it to a female co worker. Oh, at least it was another girl.
A
Still, how do you that up?
B
It's nice. It's not a guy. Yeah, but me and her aren't exactly close either. I have no idea if she saw it. She saw it.
A
What do you mean?
B
She prob did. Like, who doesn't read their text and we haven't spoken about it at work. Please. What the help. You have to just go up to her and be like, I know you saw my nude.
A
Well, first of all, also, if you can't, you like, you text somebody and nude. You have it like in your literal text messages. Text them back and be like, I am so sorry this wasn't for you. It's weird.
B
She left it have solace in the fact that she can't send that anywhere or else it's revenge porn and that's illegal.
A
That is illegal.
B
Right. So have. So. Yes, it's. I think it's a new law that was passed actually. And have solace in the fact that that is illegal.
A
Yeah. But I think she needs to just like text her and be like, I am so sorry. Because the girls probably weirded out.
B
Yeah.
A
Especially when you don't say anything because you're like, it. Was that meant for me? Are people fucking okay? What the fuck are we talking about? If I tits to somebody that I was working on my podcast that I wasn't friends with, I'd be like, they're great, but they're not for you. I'm sorry.
B
Right.
A
Come on.
B
Come on.
A
Hello?
B
Yeah, say something.
A
Yeah. Jesus Christ.
B
If my boyfriend and I make a mess on my comforter, if you know what I mean. Should he offer to have it cleaned?
A
Oh, Lynn, what are these questions? Okay.
B
My comforter doesn't fit in my washing machine and it costs like 35 to have it dry cleaned and I just cleaned it two weeks ago. I hinted how annoyed I was that I have to get it cleaned again. Again. But he didn't offer anything except for detailed solutions for me to get it fixed. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. If he's sticking it in you.
A
Yep.
B
He's cleaning up the mess.
A
Correct.
B
That is like my. I had a gay friend that was like, if. If a mess happens and he's sticking it in you. That is. And he is weirded out by that. That is a him problem. You should be so weirded out by him.
A
Agreed. 100. You should not be paying for that at all.
B
Recently, my best friend has not talked about anything other than boys me. And it's non stop every convo. It was fun for a sec, but now she doesn't even ask me how I am or anything. She just text me when she needs advice about it. Guy.
A
No one way. Friendship doesn't work. She's not invested in you. Like, unless this is a long term friendship and you care about fixing it. Like you have a direct conversation with them and be like, I don't feel like you're giving a about me. But other than that, like these things, once you're at this point, move on.
B
Yeah, okay.
A
Right.
B
Cut him off. Yeah, I guess. Right. Damn.
A
Yeah, it just. I feel like when people Know the answers to a lot of these questions. They just want validation.
B
Yeah, well, Morgan's here to validate you.
A
You're. Yeah, we're done with that friendship.
B
I just started seeing this man, and the other night he's outside my apartment blasting music at 3am pissed drunk. Oh, romantic.
A
Yeah.
B
He was asking if he could come in and hang, and I just slammed the door. Also romantic. The next day he texted me, you free tonight? Obsessed.
A
Oh, my God.
B
I asked him if he remembers last night. He had no idea what I was talking about. Sos. Oh, he has a drinking problem.
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah. So that's an issue.
A
Yeah, that is an issue. I wouldn't deal with that for too long.
B
Maybe just. No, yeah, the last one.
A
Oh, okay. Wow.
B
I mean, you're quick with it.
A
Yeah, I get it.
B
My boyfriend of five years, who was also my best friend for 12 years, recently broke up with me out of the blue. He emphasized that he didn't want to lose me from his life permanently because we have been friends since we were 13. However, I found out that a month after he broke my heart, he was already living with a new random girl.
A
He was her before.
B
Yeah. The only reason I found out was because of. Was because his new girlfriend caught him texting me. This prompted me to leave a couple of notes on his truck for he and his girlfriend. Girlfriend to find. I was just congratulating him on losing his job. Cunt. Love that. And that I hope his job hunting is going well for a loser like him. He tried and failed to get a restraining order against me for it. That's a crazy thing to get a restraining order.
A
No, no. There's missing pieces of the story. She's a little cookie. Cookie. And you lost me at the truck. I don't know what's happening.
B
Okay? I'm tired of still being so angry and heartbroken over a man that couldn't care less about me. Please prescribe me remedies. You should watch someone great and how to be Single.
A
I co. Signed that one.
B
Those are just. You watch them. They teach you how to be alone.
A
Yeah, I think that also, like.
B
Like, there's so. Yeah.
A
Exercise. Go for walks. Focus on your friendships.
B
I definitely think read Strangers by. Oh, what's her name.
A
Every time I forget, it was so good.
B
I need to read it.
A
I read it on the plane in literally four hours.
B
Did you turn to your husband and say, never do this to me?
A
I. He wasn't with me, thank God. But, like, I. It's. What's so scary about that? Not to make this so dark. But, like, that can just happen. Anyone to anyone at any time, regardless of any sort of situation. And I think it's. Yeah, it's very scary. That's why I always tell everybody, like, especially women, you need to have a sense of self. Your own income, your own job, and your own purpose.
B
Do you watch Housewives?
A
Yeah.
B
Are you watching Rhode Island?
A
No. Do I need to?
B
You gotta watch Rhode Island.
A
Okay. I'm so inconsistent with the Housewives.
B
You gotta watch Housewives. You gotta watch Rhode Island.
A
Okay, I will.
B
So, Morgan, what did we learn today?
A
What did we learn?
B
We learned clothing doesn't feel emotional holes.
A
Very well said.
B
Despite that. We would like it to.
A
Yes. It doesn't. And then also. To be creative.
B
To be creative.
A
What did we learn?
B
We learned that your color of the summer is navy.
A
Yes. Important.
B
Flared shorts.
A
Yes. And we learned that we can drink
B
water on a podcast. Yeah. There you go. Well, Morgan, I adore you.
A
I adore you.
B
And you're gonna watch Scandal.
A
That is. I'm literally.
B
You're gonna watch Scandal?
A
Yeah. To go do that.
B
I love you. And I'll see you at the show tonight. Yes.
A
I love you. So fun.
B
I love you.
A
Bye,
B
Sam.
