The King of Clipperton Island : Victoriano Alvarez

Victoriano Alvarez  There were about 100 people living on Clipperton Island when Mexico stopped sending supply ships. With the residents cut off from the rest of the world, lighthouse keeper Victoriano Alvarez declared himself the King.
