James Harris

Wayne
It was a really stupid thing, and I deserve to be punished publicly.
James Harris
No, that's not what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying at all, bro. Why do you think. Why is that where your mind goes?
Wayne
Because it just seems like an inconsequential detail.
James Harris
Okay.
Wayne
I owe James.
James Harris
You used to be really good at lifting heavy. 16 years ago. 16 years have passed and you're back being good at it.
Wayne
No, definitely.
James Harris
It's like riding a bike.
Wayne
Yeah. In terms of, like, I mean, we're talking about very simple exercises. Nothing crazy here. And I. But to your point, I am feeling stronger. No, I am not as strong as I once was. Am I getting stronger? Yes. And then also the big thing for me, which, like, maybe is not the best thing in terms of, like, my exercise and diet, but, like, really trying to stay away from, like, carbs during the week and then obviously not drinking during the week. So those are kind of like the steps that have been put in play. That's the regimen that I am trying my best to stick to.
James Harris
So with the eating disorder.
Wayne
Well, yeah, one. Well, I've been like, it. I've loosened up. I've been eating a lot. Like, for example, on a day that we would be working from home, and I am hungry because of the exercise I've been doing. I'll make some eggs and then wait to have that meal, you know, later in the day. So that's not necessarily like the intermittent fasting or the one meal a day that, like, I think people have. Are used to me talking about on this podcast.
James Harris
How do you make your eggs?
Wayne
I like to do them over easy.
James Harris
Stainless steel pan.
Wayne
Yeah, but. And then, you know, I'll do, like, you know, salt, pepper, chili flakes. Sometimes I'll do a scramble. Soft scramble. I like that, too. And then just. Pam, now I know, like, maybe I should be using butter. I don't know. Hit me up. How should I cook eggs to stay healthy and make them delicious?
James Harris
Let me know.
Wayne
The underwear are supreme. Hanes. Yeah. Toss to you.
James Harris
All right. The boots are roa. We're going to get into why I'm not wearing my. The hiking boots that have been breaking in for two weeks. The sledder two had a slight hiking boot emergency situation. We'll get into it. I know what the socks are. Oh, wait, the name's right here. The is.
Wayne
Drum roll.
James Harris
Den home. Den home.
Wayne
Yeah, we need to.
James Harris
You know what these are.
Wayne
You need to fact check these because both Max and I could not fig amount. We should have just asked you, but now we should just get that. What. What's the spelling?
James Harris
Den home. Max, you can text me directly so we don't waste precious pod times spelling it out. The pants are Ora Le. Shout out. Ora Lee.
Wayne
Oh, yeah.
James Harris
Opening fashion week. Putting together just a beautiful collection for a few years in a row now. Honestly, I think that they have a shot at be at getting at snatching the title away from our legacy for brand of the year 2025 50s.
Wayne
Oh, yeah.
James Harris
Just in terms like recognition and like, people like understanding it and hopefully getting their hands on it a little bit. Maybe you read about it on the only sub stack that matters. Maybe you know that we've been with it, wearing it for a few years now. You know, they are what we talk about last week. It was last week with sunflower.
Wayne
Yeah. Everyone being like, yo, neck, yo. If you know, you know Sunflower dog.
James Harris
The shirt is MF pen. The leather hoodie glitch there is stussy, which. Let's talk about this for a second.
Wayne
This is a great piece, dude.
James Harris
Thanks, bro. So this was a grail. This came out, I think, last winter and missed out on it. It's a little pricey for sure. It's like, we're talking, like, rear fleece prices.
Wayne
She might be cheaper than a rear fleece.
James Harris
Yeah, you're right. You're right.
Wayne
And it's so good. They ran it back in different colors, I think this season.
James Harris
Well, I think that this hoodie's been like, this cut has been. I don't know about that. I think that they. I think that they've been running. I think it's been a staple piece in their.
Wayne
This wasn't the debut. Is your. Okay, Got you, got you, got you.
James Harris
No, and I think that they did a leather hoodie with the ol workshop collab.
Wayne
Correct.
James Harris
They did like a fake snake print that I picked up at ven Space when they did the stucy archive sale. It's been happening for a little bit. This was last year. Missed out on it. Sold out, like, immediately, seemingly. And then like, last as it's been cold. Maybe two weeks ago, I was leaving here, and I was. I don't know what it was, but I was just like. Sometimes I'll just, like, kind of, like, mentally go through, like, the holes in my wardrobe, and I'm like, yo, leather hoodie. Really want to leather. Like, what's up with that? Stussy green. Remember that? And every so often, I'll go on, like, stockx grail, try to find. Remember that it's on, like, StockX. Like, 1300 bucks. What?
Wayne
Yeah.
