Six Steps to Changing Bad Mindsets and Behaviors • The Todd Coconato Show Website: www.PastorTodd.org To support this show and ministry: www.ToddCoconato.com/give In this episode of The Todd Coconato Show, titled "Six Steps to Changing Bad Mindsets and Behaviors," Pastor Todd explores how believers can achieve lasting transformation by moving beyond surface-level attempts at self-improvement and addressing the root causes of their behavior. Emphasizing that life does not consistently rise above one's thinking, Coconato outlines six biblical principles designed to help listeners renew their minds and walk in freedom: Recognize and admit there is a problem: Transformation begins by looking inward, stopping the habit of blame-shifting, and asking God to reveal areas that need change. Become vulnerable and take ownership: Growth requires honesty; replacing excuses with personal responsibility is essential for maturity and healing. Seek proven facts and solutions: Rather than relying on emotions, believers should build their lives on the truth of Jesus Christ and His Word, utilizing biblical wisdom for specific struggles. Replace old thinking with new thinking: Since behaviors start as thoughts, listeners are encouraged to take every thought captive, rejecting lies and replacing them with God's truth. Practice new behaviors consistently: Lasting change is rarely dramatic; it is achieved through small, consistent decisions and the development of godly habits. Create accountability: Because growth is not meant to happen in isolation, surrounding oneself with mentors and peers who can offer loving correction is vital for ongoing progress. The episode concludes with a reminder that the Christian life is a continuous journey of becoming more like Jesus, with God faithful to complete the good work He has begun in every believer.

FORGED IN THE FIRE: YOU WILL NOT BE BURNED • Friday Service Website: www.PastorTodd.org To Give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give 1. The Fire Is Not Proof God Left You. It’s Proof He Chose You 1 Peter 4:12-13 (NKJV) “Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.” 2. The Fire Reveals What Is Real 1 Corinthians 3:13 (NKJV) “Each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is.” 3. The Enemy Meant to Destroy You, But God Is Refining You Zechariah 13:9 (NKJV) “I will bring the one-third through the fire, will refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘This is My people’; and each one will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’” 4. There Is Another Man in the Fire Daniel 3:24-25 (NKJV) “Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished; and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors, ‘Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?’ They answered and said to the king, ‘True, O king.’ ‘Look!’ he answered, ‘I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.’” 5. The Fire Cannot Burn What God Has Blessed Isaiah 43:2 (NKJV) “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.” 6. The Fire Burns Off What Doesn’t Belong Malachi 3:2-3 (NKJV) “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like launderers’ soap. He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord an offering in righteousness.” 7. The Fire Produces Unshakable Faith James 1:2-4 (NKJV) “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” 8. The Fire Is Producing Glory Romans 8:18 (NKJV) “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” 9. The Fire Creates Warriors Psalm 144:1 (NKJV) “Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle— my lovingkindness and my fortress, my high tower and my deliverer, my shield and the One in whom I take refuge, who subdues my people under me.” 10. Those Who Endure the Fire Will Carry Revival Romans 5:3-5 (NKJV) “And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”

It’s Time to Get Your Mind Right and Your Thoughts Focused • The Todd Coconato Show Website: www.PastorTodd.org To Give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give 10 Keys to Winning the Battle of the Mind We are living in one of the most distracted generations in human history. Never before have people had access to so much information, yet so many are confused. Never before have people been so connected, yet so many feel isolated. The battle for the believer today is largely a battle for the mind. One of the greatest examples of this in Scripture is Caleb. Twelve spies entered the Promised Land. All twelve saw the same giants, the same walls, and the same obstacles. Ten came back filled with fear. Two came back filled with faith. The difference wasn’t what they saw. The difference was how they thought. God is looking for believers who have a Caleb mindset in a generation of fearful spies.
