National Interest Waiver (NIW) is for non-immigrant individuals (living in or outside the United States of America) with an advanced degree and individuals of exceptional ability. Things we should know before applying:

You can do it!
Determine what you want to do if you get your approval; this will help you to write your justification letter.
Have a list of five to ten people who can write recommendations for you. High-profile individuals like Professors, Clergy, and top professional who you have learned or worked with and who will be willing to write a recommendation on letterhead and add their resume.
