KMOX's Michael Calhoun visits with Dustin Allison, CEO of Arch to Park Equity Fund. That group has purchased the Kiener Plaza parking garages along Chestnut Street in downtown St Louis. Allison says they plan to evaluate both garages and want to invest to return retail to that 2 block segment between 7th and Broadway.

KMOX's Sean Malone explores a new drone-based delivery system in St Louis that could be delivering locally in as soon as, 'a couple months,' says Jessie Poole-Strang, the Communications Lead with Wing. The company operates out of Wal-Mart parking lots. Poole-Strang says their drones are mostly autonomous, with cameras only pointing down to avoid obstacles and protect privacy.

Mike Isaacson, Artistic Director and Executive Producer at The Muny in Forest Park says, 'there's something about moving and leaving home,' that is tied to our identity, as told in 'Meet Me In St Louis.' Steven Fitzpatrick Smith, owner of the Royale on South Kingshighway, is not only resurrecting the long-dormant sister city relationship between St. Louis and Galway, Ireland, but he's MOVING there. At least for a year to work on a master's degree. Why Galway, why sister city relationship and what about the Royale? He talks it over with Debbie Monterrey.
