They hate each other. Reed calls 911 because his wife called him to let him know that she was kidnapped and her life is at stake. And Reid could give a shit.

Yeah, he included, you know, like, there are. There was a note at the house with all these gunmen. The gunman's demands, including, if you call the police, I'll shoot you. So David is like.

And Reed did what people do, they call police because they don't know what. He didn't sound traumatized. But, you know, he sounded mystified, genuinely came across as somebody who had no idea what was going on.

Reed doesn't care. He does not want his wife to come home.

[Patrick Hines]

Now, Holly, the neighbor, is here to say that we all. We always banished our children to the east wing during parties. I'm kidding. She says, upstairs.

I wrote that down, too. And I gotta tell you, like, I beg Daisy to join our dinner parties. Like, I want the kids to be a part of it.

I very much appreciate that the kids are upstairs during the dinner party, but it's very. Like, we banished them to the east.

It's just why I. Like, I don't love that they're upstairs. I'm like, can your kids be a part of your life or no, I guess not. But she says, I'll never forget our son coming down the stair. Like, terrified son walks down the stairs, interrupting the dinner party to tell the parents that there are men in suits with big guns in the yard.

Yeah. And he's like, mom, there's like an actual SWAT team outside.

There's a SWAT team. Like, I think that that's the. She's like. And you don't come down unless there was a SWAT team in the garden.

I mean, the gag is that he's probably a very well behaved kid.

But we see the actual SWAT footage from when they busted into the house.

There was no signs of forced entry. Interestingly, there was a wedding album and some pictures that were open. And then we found a ransom note that was left on countertop in Quinn's handwriting.

So, like, we get the FBI, Tony, and Alex, and she's like, every single second counts, Tony saying, right. But Alex is like, I cannot stress this enough how rare this is. Yes, this never, never happens. And like, every FBI field office has kidnapping protocol, but again, yeah, it's very rare, so we rarely actually use it.

It's funny, too, because when we meet Tony, Tony's a woman, and she's the assistant special Agent in charge in Jacksonville. She gets one of those establishing shots where she's walking down the hallway in a business suit. I fucking love this. I love when we get a badass woman in a business suit walking hall. But my question is always, why do they participate in these? I'm glad they do. Maybe it's fun for them. Maybe they think there's, like, public interest involved in this. But I'm like, why? Like, I can never figure out why. Tony, a very, very smart woman with definitely better things to do today. Why is she here?

When Octavia Spencer calls that is a very good call.

Right? Well. Well, Also, the money bag has a tracker on it.

Yeah. Which is, like, so dumb. Like, that was the one thing they said don't do.

Yeah, but like, how you would going to.

I don't know, but, like, we're going to see the guy who picks the bag up, finds the tracker in no time flat. I mean, I guess by that point, Quinn's out of the car. Hopefully. But maybe not. And if she's not, she's dead.

Well, she's not out of the car. Like, Quinn's mom makes the drop, and now we wait. They say some guy comes out, grabs the bag. The kidnappers find the tracking device, they throw it out the window. The feds are following them anyway. And cue Nathan Fielder. I hope you're hungry for nothing, because this is a goddamn nothing burger.

But he's kind of. It was kind of amazing to me, because what happens is we hear the 911 call. The guys who picked up the bag. It's German tennis players who are in town on a tennis tournament who. Now hear me out here and tell me if you think I'm right or wrong. They absolutely realized there was money in that bag and were going to keep it until they saw how much because they went through the trouble of throwing the tracker out the window.

Yeah.

If you weren't gonna keep that cash, you wouldn't have even looked for a tracker. You would have opened. And the only reason they didn't keep

Yeah. Because this is the first time we hear from the Kid, this is the first. Like, apparently, Quinn's too busy to call and scream at these people.

First of all, you not getting the money is on you, kidnapper.

Also, why are you making demands for $50,000 and then you're going to shoot the collateral? Like, forgive my bluntness, right now, you only kill them when there's no chance of getting the money. I'm sorry to say it that way.

Like, you don't demand the money and then kill them. Like, that's not how it works. Once again, makes sense.

It's everybody's first kidnapping everybody. But then they're also wondering, like, does that gunshot mean she's dead? This is the first time we've heard from the kidnapper. Like, is that it? Like, are they going to dispose of the body and move on?

No. Then it's like, 12 hours later, 66 hours since the 911 call. Quinn makes her fifth. Count it, fifth phone call. And this time it is finally to the police.

She's in a warehouse. She's been tied to a chair with zip ties and duct tape. You have no idea what I've just been through.

And then suddenly, she stops blaming her husband because it Was all about her husband.

It's like. Then a few days later, she comes back and now like, it's absolutely not Reese fault at all.

Yeah. And so they bring him in. We learn his name is Jasmine Osmanovic.

He's an immigrant from Bosnia. He is an auto mechanic. He works at a body shop in Jacksonville. We're starting to hear some words we've heard from Quinn's story, like, body savvy shop. So at first, I think we're gonna like this guy because you're like, oh, God. Innocent victim. Like, what the hell is going on here? But he comes in for his police interview, and he's an asshole.

Yeah. And we see the video. So he's, like, cocky and arrogant, and he's like, quinn is just some random white lady. I don't know her. Because they're showing pictures of Quinn. He's like, she just looks like every other rich white lady in this town. I don't know her. I didn't abduct her. Like, the feds are like, this is all a big waste of time.

And the FBI is like, would it surprise you if I told you that I have more than enough evidence to arrest you for abducting and raping her right now?
