The following podcast is a Dear Media Production. Hello, welcome to or welcome back to China to care if you're new here. Hello, my name is Ashley. I am laying in bed right now. Today is going to be a really chill episode. I woke up not feeling the best, feeling really anxious today. So I'm laying in bed. If you can hear any like corners, car noises or birds. As I say sometimes in episodes where I record in bed. Sorry about that. I never really know if you can hear until after I edit the episode, but today was definitely just like a lay in bed and record the podcast kind of day. I think I get in my head a lot thinking that each episode has to be like this deep think piece and it has to be a topic where I'm giving you advice and telling you how to do X, Y and Z. And I don't want that pressure on myself and I don't think you guys want that either. I want there to be episodes like this where it's just chill and we're just talking, just having some girl time. And I am just giving you some of my favorites. When you hear this, it's going to be the first week of June, I believe, which is crazy, that we're already in June. But I know that the first day of summer technically isn't till the end, the end of June. But after Memorial Day weekend, it's summer in my mind. I feel like Memorial Day weekend is the first weekend of summer. So now that it's summer in my mind, I just wanted to do a really fun feel good episode. Sharing things that I do or I will be doing to glow up this summer. And I want to share my summer maintenance routine and just recommend you some new products and give you some ideas. These are just things that make me feel good and look good. Just because I do these things and you don't, let's say it doesn't mean that you need to or you're not doing enough. These are just tips for the girlies who want to level up and are looking for a new routine or new products or just want to switch things up. And just because I'm saying these things doesn't mean I do them all the time. Like, there's some days I wake up and I'm like, I'm not changing out of my shirt that I wore to bed. There's some weeks where I'm like, you know what? I'm not going to do this whole maintenance routine because I'm not doing anything and I don't care. So I broke it up into skincare, hair care, my makeup routine, things that I do that are kind of like high maintenance, that keep me low maintenance and then supplements and then my go to Food and Movement for the summer for any of the products that I do mention. I'll have a link in my bio or the show notes for my Amazon storefront and my ltk. I already made the Amazon storefront link for you, but I'll have all of those linked in the show notes so you can shop those or just like find the kind of products I'm talking about. With that being said, let's get into it. Besties. Here are my summer maintenance routine glow up products and favorites. Starting off with skincare for in the shower. My shower routine is basically the same year round, but during the summer I'll make sure to exfoliate. I'll shave my legs and when I shave my legs, I use men's shaving cream and a men's razor. Otherwise I feel like I don't get a good shave. I don't know why men's razors are so much better than women's. Like even if you buy an expensive women's razor, it's still not as good as like a crappy men's razor. It makes no sense to me. So I use those. Like that's how I get the best shave possible, the cleanest shave possible. And then immediately out of the shower. I hate moisturizing my body. Like I will really only do it if I am going somewhere or I'm wearing shorts or I actually care that day. But a little hack that I've been doing to like keep my skin moisturized without having to put moisturizer on is right when I turn the water off and my body's still wet, I'll put body oil all over my body. I just hate the feeling of getting out of the shower and putting moisturizer on when my body's like not completely dry. And I hate waiting for my body to dry off to do that. So when I put body oil on, I don't have to wait to dry off. I just put it on my body wet and it doesn't feel greasy because I think the water absorbs the oil. I don't really know the science behind it, but it dries differently than the way that it would if it was on your body dry. And this just keeps my body feeling soft looking glowy. And then once my body's dry, I'll put on 10 skin. And this is just a serum. I think it is. It literally smells like Rubbing alcohol. But it's supposed to get rid of like ingrown hairs, razor bumps. So I'll put that on my armpits, my bikini line, my legs, anywhere I shaved. And I swear to you, when I use this, no razor bumps nowhere in sight. I'm not gonna lie to you. When I put it on, it does sting. Like it doesn't feel good, but it's so worth it because my skin's so soft. Moving on to my tanning routine. So during the summer, I don't like to self tan. I'm not gonna say that I never do it because there are situations where maybe I'm going to a wedding and I'm not feeling the most tan and I'm like, wait a minute, I would look a lot hotter if I had a tan. And I and I'll fake tan overnight, but I just feel like when I do put fake tanner on, it's like a layer of protection on my actual skin. So when I go outside to tan, I don't get as tan because it's like protecting my skin, which is nice, which is great. Like you should wear spf. But if I'm tanning, I'm trying to get tan. So what I'll do in my tanning routine is when I'm in the sun, I'll use an SPF all over my body. I'm not really particular about what spf, just whatever I have and then a face SPF for my face only because I don't want to break out. And then I will put on a self tanning oil or the Maui Bay browning oil. But you have to be really careful about that because if you leave it on or if you're in the sun for too long, like if you're in the sun for hours, like let's say you're at the beach and you apply that, you are going to get crispy. So you just have to be careful with that. But if you're trying to get tan, Maui Babe is the way to go. After I'm done tanning, I'm home, I've showered, I like to put aloe on my body, specifically anywhere I burnt. And I've really been enjoying getting an aloe plant from the store. It's literally like $2 at most. And I'll rub that all over my body. And I'll also put on after sun by Maui Babe. And that's like a after tanning lotion. And it's supposed to, supposed to turn your burn into a tan and just kind of ensure that you don't peel. There was one summer I went to Florida with my friend and I baked my skin and I have never peeled like that in my life. Like, I really don't peel, I think, because I have olive skin and I try my best to put SPF on, but I baked my skin and my skin was up after that. It was so uncomfortable, it was so ugly, and. And I just don't ever wanna do that to my skin again. So I'm really particular now about what I put on my skin when I am tanning. And then just a few random skincare essentials of mine. During the summer, in the morning or even after I tan, I like to ice roll my face. It's just like a little roller and you stick it in your freezer and then it's really cold. You know what an ice roller is? I don't need to explain that to you. Right. It's an ice roller. You roll it on your face. It just like cools your face down, it depuffs you, and it feels good. I'll also use my light therapy mask on the yellow light setting. I got the one from Skin Gym. So it has yellow light, red light, and blue light. I think red light is for acne and then blue light is for, like, anti aging, and then yellow is for, like, glowing skin, I think. And that's what I do pretty much every morning or whenever I remember to do it. Before I got that mask. I have this face sculptor. I don't. I forget what the name of it is, but it's not on Amazon, so I'll link it in the show notes. But it's like a gua sha, like, shaped like a gua sha, and then it vibrates, it's heated, and it has red light therapy. So I'll still do that if I feel like my face is puffy or I just want to look a little more snatched or I don't know if I'm just in the mood to do that for my actual skincare routine. I'm gonna keep it so real with you. I don't use a lot of products. You know, I get a lot of PR and I work with brands and I'm so lucky to try out products. And I have really liked products. And I'll only promote products to you that I think are deserving and that are good. But there's only a few that are in my everyday rotation that I go back to every single time that I swear by. And that is Noxima, which is. Which is my face wash. I've been using it my entire life and it's so cheap, it's like $4, maybe $6 at the drugstore that I'll use the Gold Bond neck and chest firming cream. And that is supposed to be just for your neck and chest. I use it as a face moisturizer because it's meant to firm your skin. So like why wouldn't I want that on my face? And and again, hasn't broken me out. My skin's super soft. I love it. But that's it. Like that's really all I do. For skincare. And then to smell good, I have been using an aluminum free deodorant. You know, I've always been an aluminum girly. I've always been a girly who buys the cheapest deodorant that you can get. Because in my opinion, it's like I just wanna smell good. I don't care about the name brand, I don't care how expensive it is. I don't care if people know what I'm using. Like no one's coming up to me and smelling my armpits and if they are, then that's their problem. Like I really don't care. I've never really cared about deodorant, but I've also always had pains in my armpits. My lymph nodes usually swell up really bad and I don't know if it's because of the deodorants I was using and having harsh chemicals on my armpits. But I will say now that I've switched to I think I'm using salt and stone. I'll again I'll have it linked. I don't have those pains anymore, so I can't say that is the reason. But I do think it plays a part. So I love that. And it smells like a clean man. Like, not like cologne. I don't smell like a man. It smells masculine clean. The way that I described it when I made a video about it is when your man takes a shower and you could smell his like body wash and stuff on his skin. That's the way it smells. And it's amazing and I love it. Moving on to hair care, I chopped my hair off about two months ago and I have a bob right now. And it's kind of crazy that it's been two months because my hair has grown so much. But the main reason why I chopped all my hair off is because I've never gotten to experience the bob during the summer. I've really never gotten to experience the bob. Before this year, I've never gone as short as it is right now. But I just thought summer's the perfect time to have a bob. Like I'm gonna be in the water, in my pool, in the ocean all the time. I'm not gonna have to put heat on it. I'm not really gonna have to style it. And like, just the idea of laying on the beach, getting a tan, my hair wet from being in the ocean and it not touching my shoulders. Sounds fabulous. I just think if you're considering cutting a bob, the summertime is the time to do it. Because during the winter, I don't necessarily feel my prettiest all the time. I'm not always the most tan. I just feel like winter is my ugly time of the year. It's kind of like hibernation. So let me tell you, if you already feel ugly during the winter, it's not the time to cut a bob. The summertime is the time to cut the bob. And right now is summer. So do with that information what you will. But as for hair care, I wash my hair pretty much every day. Maybe sometimes every other day. And I know some of you are gonna be like, ashley, that's bad. You should be washing your hair once a week, once every two weeks. Maybe for you with the curls, with the pretty thick, thick hair. Some of us were not blessed with that. I have very fine straight hair. And if I don't wash my hair every other day, it looks greasy and I don't like how I look. So I wash my hair like every other day. But with that being said, once a week, usually on a Sunday, like my Sunday self care night, I'll go in on my hair, I'll put. Put oils in my hair, and I'll use this, like, hair massaging tool that I got from Tangle Teezr and just massage the crap out of my head while I'm putting the oils in. And then the next morning when I wash my hair, I'll do a scalp massage in the shower before I do my shampoo, a hair mask, and then my conditioner, and then wash it out. I used to be so bad about brushing my hair when I got out of the shower. I would use just a regular brush, like a. What are they called? Boar's head Bor. That sounds wrong. That sounds like a meat. I think that's like a salami. Boar's head is definitely a deli brand. But Boris brush, I don't know. Some brush that I got from Target, I would just go in on My hair while it was wet. And that's so bad for your hair because your hair is so fragile when it's wet. And I was just ripping my hair apart, so. So I switched to a tangle Teezer brush and it's much more gentle and it's so much easier to detangle your hair. So I'll use that to get rid of the knots and tangles in my hair and then I'll put my hair in a microfiber towel. And that again is just much more gentle on your hair. For my makeup routine, I think I kind of got it down to a science when it comes to what I wanna wear during the summer. Obviously it's not like this all the time. If I'm going out to a fancy dinner or if I'm going out with my girls, I might wear more makeup. But on a day to day basis when I want to wear makeup, if I want to look glowy. These are the products that I've been using and work really well with my face wash, my moisturizer, because I've noticed that there are some products that I really like, but they just don't mix well with other products. And all of these go together really well. And I think it's because they're all liquids or creamy and not so much powder. For chapstick, I use the Brazilian Kiss Lip Butter by Sol de Janeiro. And I don't know if anyone else has this issue with Sol de Janeiro, but there's some products I can use and then there's some I can't like. I can use this lip butter, I can use their bum bum cream, I can use their perfumes, but I can't use their sunscreen, their body oils. And there's something else, but when I was in California, I used their SPF because it was gifted to me and immediately hives all over my body. And I thought it was from heat rash because it's so hot and there's so much sun in the desert. But when I got home I tried to use it again and the same thing happened and I got a heat rash or not heat rash, just a rash everywhere. So I got rid of those. I can't use those, but they. This works perfectly and it makes my lips feel so soft and I just feel like the taste of, taste of it, the scent of it is so summery. Sol de Janeiro, overall, so summery. So I love using that. Next I'll go in with obviously my moisturizer, but after I moisturize I'll go in with the Great Skin Instant Glow Serum by Marette Merit Moret. Don't know how to pronounce it. Moret or Merit Beauty. And this is just like a really glowy, sparkly oil based serum. And I put it on my face, my chest, my neck. Makes me look like a glowy goddess. For my base, I've been using a tinted sunscreen by La Rose Posay. I always say that wrong. I don't know if it's La Rose La Rocher La Rocher Posay. But before that, I've always used the CC cream by IT Cosmetics. That's so good. It's so creamy. But it is more heavy duty. It's more of like full coverage. This is just like a sunscreen. And then for bronzer, I've been using the Dew Bronze by, say, Dewey Bronze. Do Bronze. I wrote Do Bronze. I don't know if that's actually what it's called. I think it's a new product. But it's a creamy contour and it has a really good applicator. It's like the applicator on the E L F Cosmetics. Halo Glow, the really thick one. You know what I'm talking about? So I really like that. For concealer, I also use Saie. I use the Slip tint Radiant All Over Concealer. The only thing I'll say about that is it is a little on the oily, greasy side and it will build up under your eyes. Like I'll crease a lot because of it. But I don't really mind that during the summer because everything just kind of blends together anyways. For blush and for a lip tint, I use Benetint by Benefit. For eyebrows, I just like going in with an eyebrow gel, not really filling them in. And I've been using the brow glue by Nyx or Nyx Cosmetics. For highlighter, I've been using Moonlight Highlighter by Espresso. Espresso is so underrated. They came to me, I want to say, a year or two ago, I think like two years ago. And all their products are infused with caffeine and they really remind me of when Glossier first started. All their packaging is so chic and simple, but so cute. So I don't think in the US they sell in Sephora or Ulta yet, which is insane to me because I think they're incredible. I would honestly say they're like a top five makeup brand for me. They're in my top five because all their products I've used are so incredible. They should do a collab With Sabrina Carpenter, it's me, Espresso. And then lastly for lip, like what I use for lipstick, I'm not really a lipstick girl. During the summer I like a lip oil and. And I've really been liking the fat lip drip oil by Nyx too. They have so many colors but I think I have mine in news feed and it's just this really reddish pink color. So glossy, not sticky at all. Amazing. The next things I'm going to talk about are things that I do during the summer that are kind of high maintenance, but it helps me stay low maintenance. Like I don't have to do a lot because of these things. So once a month I'll whiten my teeth. You really shouldn't whiten your teeth more than once a month because I think according to my dentist, it breaks down the enamel and your teeth can be really sensitive. And if I do it more than once, even after the one time that I do, my teeth are really sensitive after. So I try to really only do that once a month. And I use the Luminex Lumino Luminex whitening strips and. And then daily I'll use this mouthwash. It's like the popular one that everyone talks about on Tik Tok. It's in a big bottle, it has different colors. Again, I'll have it linked on Amazon. I just can't remember the name of it, but I have the daily whitening one from them. So that just keeps my breath smelling good. My teeth looking good, looking white. For eyebrows, I tint my eyebrows at home. Right now I'm just using a semi permanent one just because I don't really mind my eyebrows being light. I kind of like the look of them when they are light. So when I want to darken them up a little bit, I'll use this semi permanent dye by Halley's. And then for lashes, I really like doing a lash lift at home. There is one that I swear by that I've used so many times from Amazon. I'll link it. It's so cheap. It's just kind of a pain in the ass to do on yourself because you can only do one eye at a time because obviously you can't see what you're doing if you do both eyes. And. And I've definitely fucked up my eyes from doing it because I've gotten the serums into my eyes and it burns. But your eyebrows, or not eyebrows, your eyelashes look amazing after doing it. But I actually this week I'm going to go get my eyelashes dyed and lifted for my neighbor because she has a med spa. And I'm gonna get it professionally done, so I'll let you guys know how that goes. But if you want to dye your eyelashes or eyebrows or lift them at home, I have a kit on Amazon you can go to. Or honestly, you can just go on TikTok and look to see what other people are using. Like, I know a lot of people use men's hair dye to dye their eyebrows and eyelashes. I just don't trust myself doing that. As for serums for your eyelashes and eyebrows, I swear by Babelash. I know there are so many other brands out there, like Grandelash. I've really only used Babe Lash. I think I've tried Grandelash, but I've really only stuck to Beyblash. And. And my lashes, when I. When I'm consistently using Babe Lash, they are so long. Like, there's videos I'll go back to, and I'm like, f. Like, I look so pretty, and I'm like, why do I look so pretty? And it's because my eyelashes look so good and they're so long and it really opens up your eyes. But the reason I'm not using Babe Lash right now is because it's a little on the more expensive side, but it. If you don't wanna spend money on a eyelash eyebrow serum, understandable. Castor oil works so good. That's what I used before switching to a serum. And then the last thing that I wrote down for high maintenance to stay low maintenance is getting a manicure every, I wanna say, three weeks, and then a pedicure, like, every month and a half. I just feel like with pedicures, you don't have to get them done as often as a manicure. Like, with your hands, you're talking with your hands. You're touching things. You're. If you're me, you're picking your fingernails and they just wear down. Whereas with your feet, unless you're doing some questionable things with your feet, which I don't judge, you know, do what you want to do with those feet with your dogs, but for the most part, your nail polish stays on for a while. I never liked going to the nail salon because I'm so antsy and impatient. I hate waiting, and I. And I also hate telling them when I don't like it. I'm. You all know I am a people pleaser, and I just hate being that person to be like, hey, know, you've been working on my hand for the last 40 minutes, but I hate it but lately that really hasn't been happening. I have my natural nails. I just get a gel manicure. I do natural colors. Like right now I have red on and I don't have them cut them very much. I just have them file them down a little bit into an almond shape and they look clean, they look cute. And it just makes me feel more confident. The next category I wrote down is supplements. I haven't really been taking many supplements because I've been drinking AG1. If you've heard my past episodes, I they were a sponsor for the podcast, which is incredible. But through working with them, I've actually been drinking AG1 and it has so many vitamins. Like every vitamin that you need daily is in a packet of AG1. I started drinking it for energy and just to stay motivated. I don't know if I've really talked about this, but for the past, like year and a half, I've had really bad brain fog. I've had a really hard time staying motivated. Like when I go to work, I just feel very tired and it's just hard to think or do anything. And I started drinking ag 1. I want to say month there 2. It must have been two months ago. Yeah, two months ago. And drinking that every day, I really do see a difference in my energy levels. I can get through the day without feeling like I'm crashing at 3:30. I don't struggle as much to think and do things. And then also just helps with digestion. I hate green companies that promise that if you take their greens you're going to lose weight and it's going to get rid of your bloating and do this and that. And that's why I never really got behind Bloom, because when I tried Bloom and it didn't really do anything and I know people swear by it, but I just didn't see a difference. AG1 doesn't do that, but it does help with your digestion. And through helping my digestion, I do see a difference in my bloating. Of course, I still bloat. Just like anyone, I still bloat, especially during my period, during my luteal phase. But I feel better down there in those parts. My bowel movements are amazing. Everything's good down there. And I've been using the AG1D3K2 drops. That's apparently supposed to help you with like fatigue, trouble sleeping, mood swings, which are all things I struggle with. And since taking that, I do see a difference in my sleep and my mood and just how I operate throughout the day. So maybe I was deficient in those vitamins, I don't know. Maybe it's placebo effect, I don't know. All I know is I feel good. I really am thriving. Like mood wise, I've been feeling really good. I'm in a really good place. Moving on to the last category, which is movement and eating. These are just things that I recommend for exercise, things I enjoy eating during the summer. I think it's important to move your body and eat certain foods depending on the season. Like there's some workouts that are just a little too intense for me during the summer. Like, I don't want to be breaking sweat when it's hot as hell outside. And there's some foods that I crave during the summer that I don't crave during the winter. During the summer, I want to incorporate more fruits and more vegetables and just eat lighter than I would during the winter. I think it's easier to move your body and eat healthier when you're doing it naturally. I don't want to force myself to eat certain things or do certain things when. When my body just doesn't wanna do it because that's not naturally what it's supposed to be doing at that time. Like, I don't wanna do hot Pilates during the summer when it's hot as hell outside. Like, I would rather go outside and ride my bike or go for a hike, go for a walk, go for a swim. Just do things that I can't typically do during the winter and things that feel good for me and that I wanna do and I'm more inclined to continue doing because I'm enjoying them. The same thing with food. Like, I don't wanna make myself a beef stew on a hot summer day just to sneak in a few vegetables when I can make myself a tasty smoothie bowl, something that I actually enjoy and makes more sense and is just as healthy. I really like having smoothies and smoothie bowls during the summer, especially because you can throw in things and not taste them. Like you could throw in spinach or collagen or whatever it is that you, you want to take but don't necessarily want to eat. And it's just so easy. My current fixation, and it's honestly my current fixation every single summer is a berry smoothie bowl with like blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries. Blend it up with almond milk. I'll sometimes throw in that collagen or that spinach and then I'll do coconut on it. Dark Chocolate and granola. And then if I have fried fruit, I'll put fruit on top. And it's so good. It's so good. It's my favorite thing to end the night with. Like, it's my nightly sweet treat. And it's so good. Like, I want one right now. I've also been obsessed with true fruit, the frozen fruit covered in, like, dark chocolate. Oh, my God. I don't know if this is a new thing. I'm addicted. I get the dark chocolate, raspberries, delectable. And then for my girls that don't love eating salads, you struggle with eating salads. This salad that I make every summer is so good. I know I keep saying so good, but genuinely, it's such a good salad. And I will only eat it during the spring and summer. It's spinach with strawberries, candied almonds. So almonds. But they have, like, sugar on them. Feta cheese or gorgonzola cheese, Red onion, cucumber, and a balsamic glaze on top. Oh, my God, it is so refreshing. I'm not usually someone who likes fruit in my salads. I actually think it's nasty, and this is the one exception, because it's that good. I definitely want to get better at eating more fruits and vegetables this summer. The issue I have with fruits and vegetables is I'm allergic to a lot of them. I'm allergic to a lot of fruits and vegetables. Only if they're raw, though. Like, if I cook them, they don't bother me. But if I eat an apple, a pineapple, a carrot straight out of the fridge, my mouth is itchy, my mouth is swelling. I don't feel great, but I still do it because I love a good veggie platter. I love some fresh fruit while I'm sitting on the beach, sitting by the pool. It's weird, though, because if I cook an apple to put in oatmeal, it's fine. Doesn't bother me. If I cook a carrot to put in soup, and it doesn't bother me. But if I just eat those straight up without cooking them, I have an allergic reaction, and it's not fun. It doesn't feel great. But do I still eat those fruits and vegetables? Yes, I do. But with that being said, I want to start having more fruits and vegetables this year. And while doing that, I want to start buying them from local farms and farmers markets near me, because that's something that I take advantage of, that I don't get to do during the winter. During the Spring. So with them popping up this summer, definitely want to go. And as I go, I'll share what I find with you guys on my socials. And then the last thing that I wrote down for this category is a gallon of water. On days where I'm moving my body, it is really hard to drink a gallon of water if you're not exercising. Like on days where I'm just laying in bed or working or out with my friends, it's very unlikely that I'm going to drink three large Stanley cups. It's so I have a 40 ounce Stanley because of my 75 hard challenge. I know that three of those 40 ounce or 40 ounces cups is a gallon. It's really hard to drink three of those when you're not moving your body. But on days where I'm going on walks and I'm going to the gym and I'm more active, it's more doable for me. So I try to aim for that. But overall, daily I want to drink at least two of those. I see so many people ask other people, like, what's your skincare routine like? How do you keep your skin so clear? Obviously a lot of it is genetics, but I also think it's drinking water. Like my skin when I'm drinking water is incredible. Like when I'm drinking enough water, my skin is glowy. I'm not breaking out. It looks amazing. And also when I'm drinking water, I'm less bloated and I'm less of a bitch. Like when I'm dehydrated, I'm just as bad as I am when I'm hangry. So I think drinking water might be the key. Like life hack, just drink water. Water might not solve all your problems, but it will make you hotter and less of a bitch. But that is everything for my favorite products, my essentials, my habits for this summer, please let me know any of yours. Let me know what your favorite summer products are, what your maintenance routine is, what you're doing. This summ. I'll have a Q A on Spotify, but if you don't use Spotify, you can share it with me on Instagram, on TikTok. I'm always looking for more things to add into my routine, new products to try, and I'm sure other people listening to this podcast are as well. So make sure to share those if there's anything that you swear by or that you're loving. Also, if you end up using any of these products or doing any of these things that I mentioned Let me know. Let me know if it works for you. Like, I made a video on TikTok a little while ago about unsexy products that I swear by. And I mentioned Noxzema and I mentioned the Gold Bond Neck and Chest Firming cream. And so many people have been like, oh my God, I've been using this and I already see such a difference in my skin. And I love that. Like, I love to see it work for other people. But just remember, just because these products work for me doesn't mean they're necessarily gonna work for you. Like, I've spent years listening and watching other influencers rant and rave about products they love and things that they swear by. And I went out there and spent so much money just to find out that those products didn't work for me. It's so important to find things that work for you. Like, there's so many products out there that I've tried that aren't kind of expensive and they just didn't do anything for my skin or they made my skin worse. And, you know, now I use a four dollar face wash and my skin looks really good and it's because it works for my skin. And other people might see that and be like, that's a terrible product. I used that. I hate that. Well, that's because it didn't work for you. And that's okay. But with all that being said, if you liked today's episode, make sure to let me know. Make sure to give Turnit to Care a five star review. And if you liked this kind of episode in particular where it just chill, just me sharing my favorite products and it's not so heavy as like a topic of me talking about like friendship breakups or relationship advice. Let me know that too. Because like I said in the beginning, I'm definitely hard on myself sometimes thinking that this podcast has to be one thing. And, you know, we're all friends here. You're my besties and I just want to share things that I'm into and that I want to talk about. So let me know. I love you, besties. Thanks for hanging out with me today and I will talk to you next Monday. Bye, besties.
