B
Very spooky.
C
Hello.
A
Hi.
C
This is two girls, one ghost.
A
Two girls, one ghost and lots of wine.
C
We're on location, baby.
A
Midnight merlot, Midnight margarita style. This is Corinne.
C
Hello.
A
And I'm Sabrina. We're your ghostesses. And this is a very, very special encounters episode. It's technically my forcing Corinne to spend time with me outside of her home. Your birthday wish for me to drink with you.
C
So what better place to drink than the bottle shop In Beverly, Massachusetts, a.
A
Local haunt, the best wines. And I found it serendipitously, I fully believe it. There was one day you and I were recording and you kicked me out.
C
I have things to do.
A
I was like, I have more work to do. I don't want to go home. I'm going to find a cool coffee shop in this area. And I found the bottle shop, which I walk in here and Alex, the owner is just sitting at the like desk at the drinking wine and reading a book. I was like, this is the vibe. We became friends. And what better friend than someone who owns a wine shop and so graciously.
C
Is allowing us to use the shop after hours. After hours, in the dark, late at night.
A
But yes, it's my birthday wish that we drink wine. And Alex prepared an entire wine tasting menu that we catered. Ghost stories around.
C
Yep.
A
So it is the classic wine and ghost story pairing, if you will.
C
Sabrina made this really pretty. She worked with Alex to make these.
A
So I texted you and I said bring the zoom, our microphones and a midnight merlot attitude.
C
Yeah. So I went into storage and I grabbed out the only floral dress I own, which is my maternity dress. And it actually fits quite nice.
A
I thought you were gonna say your midnight merlot attitude was in storage.
C
Yeah, it was. I had to Dust that baby off. I look like a hunchback because the dress is long sleeves and I tied it in a knot on my back.
A
You can't tell.
C
Wait, well, it's because you're still looking at my front. Look at the back.
A
Oh, yeah, yeah. No, she does can confirm that's what I'm looking at.
C
We might can can later we'll see how this wine hits.
A
We should be running around with a bunch of fragile wine bottles doing the can can. I would love to see that. All right, we're gonna make Corinne do that. So with that being said, cue the first wine.
C
Yes. Let us introduce Alex, the first wine Alex has prepared for us.
A
This is your moment. Don't mess it up.
C
Just if we were really good at visual effects. Picture smoke and then Alex appearing. Poof.
A
Say, hi, Alex.
B
Hi, Alex. We are gonna drink a Christina rose. This is an Austrian. Bright, juicy, fresh, Made with sweatgel.
A
Amazing.
C
Made with what?
B
Zweigel.
C
I don't know what that is.
B
It's a grape.
C
Oh, okay.
B
A fresh juice.
C
I'm learning about grapes now too.
A
We're learning a lot.
C
Beautiful.
A
Also a little bit about the bottle shop so that everyone knows.
C
Thank you.
A
It is a really cute little wine shop in Beverly, Massachusetts.
C
Not that little. There's a lot of wine here.
A
There is a lot of wine and. But it feels cozy.
C
The vibes are cozy.
A
Yeah, very cozy. There's also poetry. Like, all along this wall, there's poetry for sale. So highly recommend stopping by, checking out the bottle shop and saying hi to Alex, who says hi to Alex too. And you can do this ghostly wine tasting if you come into the bottle shop.
C
So thank you, Alex, for one of my favorite types of wine. A bright cherry fruit and playful acidity swirl together in this. Born of warm days and cool wind. A nod to hedge, witches, moon rituals, and women who speak to the land. And this story pairing is going to be about witchcraft and folk magic.
A
Oh, now we have to try the wine.
C
Yeah. Oh, yeah, I forgot we have to also drink. Chairs changing. I could tell I was gonna like it just by the end of it. And like the breath of it. Does that ever happen to you? Like where you if something's gonna be good or not?
A
I've actually had this brand before, but I've had their white wine also. Really love that. This is delicious.
C
Very good.
A
Read your story for us.
C
Okay. This was a good one. And I told you earlier, I was like, I'm so excited for the rose because the star I picked is Woo. All right. This is Called brujaria or just a two year flare up. Any guesses on what the flare up is medically?
A
Oh, it's a medical flare up. Yeah. Larger boobs.
C
That would be a great one. If you eat a lot of eggs.
A
It happened to me for a moment with the eggs and then they shrunk again because Dunkin Donuts got rid of or because Dunkin Sorry got rid of their veggie egg white bites.
C
See? Eggs make your boobs bigger. Hello, Ghost girls, it's me again. I just love your podcast. And me again is also named Alex. And surprisingly this is not bottle Shop Alex. Although I would love that to have been the reveal at the end. I just love your guys podcast. I was listening to your cursed af1 and I was like, ooh, I have another story for you guys. I haven't really told anyone the story because I'm not sure anyone would believe me, but I know that you guys will and so this is really exciting. Okay, insert smooth transition here.
A
We're still trying to master that.
C
Yeah. Two years ago, around September, I woke up with really bad aches all around my body. I brushed it off, thinking that maybe it was just my new job or stress. My boyfriend had just moved in, so I thought maybe he accidentally was laying on me and it was getting worse.
A
You know, that casual accidental being laid on situation.
C
I was no longer able to get up from bed without feeling like needles were piercing my joints. My fingers started to get bent and I was like, yeah, this is not normal. So I finally decided that I should go to the doctor and I described to them my pain. It's like someone has a doll of me and they're just pinning needles on it. That is what I said. Because my pain would just travel. One morning my foot would flare up and then the next morning it would be my neck. And then the next morning my whole body. So they took blood work and they could not find anything wrong, but they saw how inflamed my joints were and gave me a referral to a rheumatologist, which took a whole five months to even get in to see. Around this time, I got into three car accidents. I broke like three phones and I began fighting with my boyfriend about everything.
A
Oh, geez.
C
I got into a really bad place because I was no longer able to do the ADL's and I had to get a lot of help. I had to quit my job. I just turned 21. I couldn't party, I couldn't drink, I couldn't do those types of things with My friends, my mom and my dad were worried about me and thought someone did Bru Hariya black magic.
A
I love that this is a story where the parents immediately jump to that witches. Right? Rather than, oh, it's just your imagination.
C
I said witches. Like as. As if people listening think that we think witches are. I don't have to explain myself.
A
You guys know, you guys get it.
C
If you don't get out of here.
A
You don't belong here.
C
You can't share Dunkin' Donuts enhancing egg white baits with us. They thought someone did black magic on me because everything that was happening to me just seemed like it. They went to actually go talk to many witch doctors and one of them told them that someone had made a doll of me and had buried it somewhere. Anyways, I did not believe them because who would ever do that to me? The rheumatologist finally saw me and diagnosed me with ra. So rheumatoid arthritis.
A
I think that someone buried a doll of you.
C
Yeah. She prescribes pain meds that worked wonders. But I refused to take the treatment because I just had a feeling that I shouldn't. I continued living with the pain and I just became way more depressed. One day my sister got home and she was so excited to see me because she had just gone to see a sobadero, which is a person who massages you, kind of like a chiropractor, but without a license. It's a Mexican thing. Haha. Her husband had messed up his leg, so they went to go see if this sobodero could put it back into place. Anyway, she starts talking to this guy.
A
And telling him put his leg back.
C
In place, I guess so. I'm picturing like literally like Barbie dolls. She starts talking to this guy about my situation and he's really taken aback and told her, this is not the only power I have. I can also receive messages and your sister does not have rheumatoid arthritis. One of her friends has done brujaria. Brujaria.
A
And we had no idea about her. No, I've never been this close to you. While we're recording, I just realized I got to touch you. That's because we were decided that we're.
C
Getting a couch because we can't touch in our current situation.
A
And we like to be touching.
C
More touching.
A
Physical touch is important. We need more touch.
C
He said that one of my friends had done brujaria on me and to bring me to him tomorrow because he promises that he will help me. She told me all of this and for the first time ever, I got really excited. And something in my heart just knew that this guy could help me. I remember telling her, I rather believe that someone did. Brujeria. I can't say this word. Brujaria. You're saying it right on me. Rather than having a chronic illness for the rest of my life. So I decided, yeah, I should give it a shot. So this is where it gets crazy. The day before my birthday, I go to his place. His house had stairs that I needed to climb. And I'm terrified of stairs because it's just really hard for me to climb. It really hurts my knees. Remember this part? Okay. So he gives me this tea. He's just observing me. He's telling us stories, all about demons that he's seen and how he found out he had powers and all the people that he's miraculously cured.
A
I want to talk to this guy.
C
Right? We can if we just go to this.
A
That's true.
C
I guess. He has, like, a real place, but I'm picturing it as, like, you know, like there's a dirt road. There's, like, a little shit like a porta Potty.
A
You have to go. Really?
C
A magical entrance to this, like, shack in the back where this guy fixes you.
A
Yeah.
C
But he doesn't mention anything about what my sister had told me. So at this point, I'm getting pretty bummed out because I thought that nothing was gonna happen. But then he tells me to lay in a bed. This guy is 5 foot 2. He's 74 years old. He starts popping my joints back into place. And it was the worst pain I have ever experienced in my entire life. Like, I was literally screaming like someone was killing me. And then he moves to my chest, and he mentions something about having heart problems. But he says, hey, you. He can fix it. I kid you not. I saw his fingers go inside of my skin. I thought I was tripping because all of the pain and what was going on. So I close my eyes. And then suddenly, it's over.
A
Inside of her skin?
C
Yeah. Still no mention about black magic. I get dressed. I feel refreshed. Then he says there's one last thing he needs to do. And he puts his hand on top of my head and tells me to close my eyes. My legs start shaking. I start feeling uneasy suddenly. And I start screaming uncontrollably. I fall to the floor. I am just screaming. And then I start bursting into tears. And I just could not breathe anymore. I had my eyes closed the entire time. But my sister Said that when I lost air, he was doing some sort of, like, twinkling motion with his hand. And whenever he did it, I would gasp for air.
A
It's like watching an exorcism being performed.
C
Yeah. Until finally I was able to breathe again. I cried. I thanked him because I felt like I'd finally been freed. I sat down and he said, one of your friends, it doesn't matter who now, and it's better if you don't know, did this to you. But it's gone now. I got to my knees and I said, thank God I was able to leave those stairs without any pain or discomfort. My birthday was in June. It's now October. I'm going on five months without any pain. I was in pain for two years, and for the first time ever, I am pain free. Finally, I can party and drink with my friends. And the craziest part was, remember when I said that I saw his finger go inside the skin, like, in my body? Well, when I got home and I took my shirt off, there were spots of blood all around my chest area, but no openings in my body. This guy performed surgery on me. My dad told me a similar story happened to his dad. And it's crazy to believe that. I still have a hard time believing that. But just like, there's bad magic, there's good magic, and thank God for the good magic.
A
Oh, my gosh.
C
Truth is stranger than fiction. And there is some crazy shit going on around all of us. We're just too scared to believe it. Thank you so much for giving me an outlet to tell the story, because it is a crazy one. And thank you for reading. Love, Alex.
A
Well, this is my favorite night of my life.
C
Doesn't this. Go ahead. And I remind you of. Remember, I covered that story, and I can't remember the name of the woman, but she was. There was like, a whole house that used to be, like, a nunnery or something, and she moved in. She was adopted by a doctor who, like, taught her all of these things. And then she grew up. And, like, was this, like, no lady who was practicing surgeries and organ replacements and all these doctors and people came to.
A
Not a listener story. This is from Mexico, right?
C
No. Yeah, this is from Mexico. Oh, it's like an actual story.
A
Didn't like the Witch House?
C
Was it called the Witch House? Yeah, it was like, something like that. It was called the Witch House because of her practices.
A
But doesn't it look like a witch's hat or something like that?
C
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're right. But she was doing this. She said that she was, like, kind of had, like, a demon partner. Like, Right. That was someone from the other side, or it was, like, some Aztec warrior or whatever from the other side that was helping her do these, like, spiritual but actual, like, physical surgeries. But isn't that so crazy?
A
Well, it just makes me think also of, like, of alien abductions, where people, like, seeing some sign of something having happened. But there's no, like, bloody wounds. Right.
C
Well, because just, like, in the witch house, like, it would only take a few hours or a few days to heal versus months. And it sounds like this. Like, there were no puncture wounds, but there was dried blood, like, evidence of where his fingers went in. And she didn't even know that she had heart problems. I don't think.
A
She didn't say that because it probably would have evolved. Even, like, it would have gotten worse and worse. My thing is, who the heck did this to you?
C
Yeah, it's hard. I'm sure he was like, you've already gone through enough, and I don't want your whole life to unravel.
A
Also, is he able to know who did it?
C
Well, he said it's best if you don't know. I don't know.
A
I feel like I would want to know.
C
Oh, I absolutely. Because you have to cut that person out. But then is that.
A
Kill them with kindness? I would kill them with kindness.
C
Angry.
A
This has been fantastic. I just listened to you tell me a ghost story while drinking an amazing glass of wine.
C
This one's really good.
A
Very content with life.
C
I'm gonna buy this on the way out.
A
You should.
C
Yeah, I will. I really like this one. I said I was gonna take one sip of every drink, and I'm like, wait, the first one I'm already on. Oh, yeah.
A
Keep talking in the glass. That's good wine too. You ready?
C
We're ready.
A
Should we snap smoke salsa?
C
Ectoplasm coming down from the sky. You see, everyone close your eyes.
A
Closed.
C
Close your eyes. Just picture ectoplasm.
A
And why does that always sound so disturbing and inappropriate?
C
Oh, my gosh. Whoa. What is this one?
A
Oh, I need to finish this.
B
Equilibrists orange equilibrium. Very, very, very low intervention winemaking, but still make really excellent wine. I do not know how they do it.
A
Are you drinking these with us?
B
I am.
A
Fantastic.
C
Wait, I have questions. Can you come back?
A
Alex. Alex.
C
Do you go to different wineries and taste the wines?
A
No.
B
Usually have reps come here and then.
A
They taste the wine. I was day, and I was Just hanging out. And Alex gave me a glass of wine. Then all of a sudden, someone comes in with, like, a rolling cooler, and Alex is like, do you want to do a tasting? And it was like, 2pm I was like, yes, I do.
C
Yep. Doing the tasting two.
A
I was like, what a dream.
B
It's pretty great. Unless you're hungover.
C
Yeah, it's not great.
B
So I feel awkward.
C
It's awkward if you don't like it and you say, no, thanks.
B
No, I just tell them, that's nice. And then we move on to the next one.
A
Oh, you also don't have to commit in the moment. Right. You can be like, oh, yeah, yeah.
B
We do an order later.
C
You can ghost them later.
A
You can ghost them.
B
Damn you.
C
But you picked some good ones. Where we're already very into it.
A
Should we taste this one first?
C
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
Before I. Should we be sommelier? And before we read the description that I wrote earlier.
C
Smells like an orange wine.
A
Smells fruity.
C
I actually love orange wine. I didn't try orange. Orange wine and green wine.
A
I haven't had green wine.
C
Portugal. Ooh. Oh, yeah. That's really refreshing. Any other wine you will ever have, that's really refreshing. It feels so bougie to have orange wine too.
A
Why does it taste like a blue moon to me, though?
C
It does.
A
Yeah. Like, it has that same, like.
C
Oh.
A
Citrusy taste.
C
Interesting. You know, I feel like a lot of orange wines I've had before taste fuzzy, and this one doesn't. This one's a lot more crisp. I like this.
A
I think we have really sophisticated palettes.
C
Mm.
A
Actually, now that I read the description that, again, I wrote earlier, this makes a lot of sense.
C
Okay.
A
Apricot wildflowers and a soft tea tannin grip. Like twilight in a forgotten garden. But sip slowly, because this wine lingers like a dream that doesn't quite end. So tonight, we are pairing this with not just a dream, but a nightmare.
C
Oh, God.
A
Okay, so this is from our listener, Lydia, and it is called Headless Horse Woman, question mark.
C
Ooh. Also, just like a quick side note, I've been noticing when people pose with wine. Cause I have noticed every single time I take a picture with wine, I hate the way I look. Cause I'm always like. Or I'm, like, holding the thing like this. And I've been noticing. I've been watching people's hands. Yeah, that's a good one.
A
The pinky.
C
Where'd you learn that? And I've also been seeing a lot.
A
I was born with it.
C
Oh, Yeah, I guess it is the pinky up. People going like this and then they.
A
Like lean like this.
C
So not the way that I have been doing it, is it? How does this look? Soft smile. Just lean to the side.
A
I'm so good at a soft smile. I am not.
C
It's cause I. Well, I'm actually shocked at that because. I was gonna say it's because I.
A
Had braces for a couple years, but.
C
You had braces for like.
A
Oh, I just full teeth.
C
It.
A
That's why my smile's so big, because I had to get to get my lips over my braces. So I expose all my teeth when I smile. Now Lydia says, hey, this is a true story. I talk about it with my mom all the time and I would love to hear your thoughts on it. It's been almost 11 years, but I remember it like it was yesterday. Throughout my childhood, I had a vivid recurring nightmare. Before everything peaked, I had assumed it was because I was just an anxious kid. The nightmare was this. I would always start out swimming in a lake. It was the same lake every time. And in my dream, there were concrete steps that led from the elevated shore down into the water. When I decided to get out, I would swim over to the steps and begin to climb them. At that moment, without fail, every single time, I would kick something. When I pulled it from the water, it was a human head. She had long, straight gray hair and brown eyes.
C
Oh my God.
A
She was old but not decaying. It was almost like she wasn't even dead. I would then drop the head back into the water and run to shore from there. The dream would always lead me to ending up being followed by this same headless woman around town. She would follow me to the supermarket, to school, and would always hang out in different parts of my house. My nightmare was that I could not escape through this head. It's also wild because usually you wake up at a really scary part of the nightmare. But this just like kept going.
C
Yeah.
A
So I had this recurring nightmare often between the ages of 5 and 12. And then one day at 12 years old, it was in the summer. It all came to a peak. My mom likes to collect antique mirrors. Every single mirror in our home is antique. And in particular, we have a full body mirror at the end of our hallway, which is the frame is made out of wood from a barn from the 1600s. It's truly beautiful and has been passed through my family. One day, my mom and I were getting ready to go to the pool. I had my tankini and a Memory foam flip flops on. I had a bag of Cheetos in my hand vibing.
C
That's like basically my vibe this summer.
A
Yeah, that and doing the can. Can.
C
Yeah. Can ninja.
A
Yeah. You are more cotton hydro than you are can can. I feel like I'm can can. You're can.
C
Can. You can do the splits.
A
I can do the splits. Give me another glass of wine and I'll do it. I'm wearing shorts.
C
On tour, she did splits a lot.
A
You asked me to do this. It's like dance monkey dance. But it's like split spina split. I'll do it. Okay, here she is, Cheetos in hand. My mom left a few minutes before me to go outside to check the mail. So I was the last one out of the house. And on my way out, I stopped to look at my very iconic outfit in this full body mirror. Now, to preface, I have always been sensitive to the paranormal, so I usually can keep a calm head about creepy things. But when I turned to look at myself in this mirror, I saw a woman standing behind me. She was a bit taller than I was, wearing a dark gown with a high neck and some lace trimmings on it. She was old and had long gray hair. Her eyes were brown and she did not blink. She just stood there staring at me in the mirror. I instantly recognized this woman. It was the same woman from my dream. My only other thought after realizing who it was. When I turn around, do I want someone to be there or not? The panic only set in when I blinked my eyes and she was still there staring at me in the mirror. Instead, I decided to turn and dart for the door, not caring if someone was there at all. I ended up falling down the front steps, billing my bag of Cheetos everywhere. This felt like the end of the story for many years because I never saw the woman again. The nightmare stopped and the mirror was moved. And it wasn't until my grandpa passed away. We were going through his home. We found lots of photo albums and I spent days in trance looking at photos I had never seen before, including a photo of a group of people standing in front of a barn. Remember, the mirror is made out of a barn. This barn had been on my grandpa's property as he raised cattle. But it had been completely redone before I was born. This was a very old looking photo. All of the women were in high neck gowns and the men were in suits with pocket watches. Everyone was unfamiliar except one woman. The exact woman who had been haunting me my entire life. My mom and I were shocked. We don't know who these people were in the photo, but we assumed they had something to do with the original property. My mom then did a deeper research into the property itself, preparing to sell it, and found out that the barn had almost entirely burned down, and the restoration happened to make it usable again. That was the barn our family mirror came from. Nothing like this story has ever happened to me again, but I will never forget it. And it sends chills down my spine every time I tell it. I'm just hoping that mystery woman's ghost has found peace. However, I have decided I will not be inheriting that mirror when it comes. When time comes. Love your videos and the stories you tell. Lydia from North Carolina.
C
So strange. I'm trying to think of, like, who this woman is and what she could possibly. Like, why is she appearing as the head?
A
It's so graphic. It's like she's getting out of a lake and kicks something. And when she grabs it, it's a. It's a head.
C
It's the head of the woman.
A
And the head follows her in the nightmares.
C
Yeah.
A
Like, sadly, did she get decapitated?
C
That's kind of what I was wondering. And I was also wondering, like, is this.
A
What if her body's in a lake?
C
Oh, interesting. On the property.
A
Lydia, is there a lake on the property or nearby?
C
Like, within a mile, Walking distance. And do you know for certain that none of your relatives murdered this woman?
A
Yeah. I feel like she's trying to tell you something. It's a really creepy way to tell someone something, but, yeah.
C
I got a pee already.
A
Should we take a pee break?
C
Yeah, we have to break the seal.

A

Yeah. And plus, did we mention it comes right to your door. So convenient.

A
Thank you, Little Spoon, for sponsoring this episode. So much better. I broke the seal.
C
Yes. Fresh glasses. Freshly empty.
A
We did so many splits. You missed it. Can't believe you.
C
I know.
A
Weren't here.
C
We did it like right up on the mirror. Whoa.
A
On the mirror. That would be so one. It would be a strange visual, but then it would also be very. What did you mean?
C
I meant like by the window where everyone's Going by, like, I was just picturing you, like, being. Taking a split, but I said something different.
A
Then you went, like, different, meaning you went like when cats sit on glass tables and you can look underneath.
C
I don't have a cat. I didn't know that that was an activity. Wait, you do?
A
Because. Well, it's very cute because they're little toe beans. You can see.
C
Oh, the to.
A
But then people have done, like, tests of, like, does their BH actually their balloon not actually touch the glass? And it doesn't. There's a little pocket.
C
Oh, it doesn't.
A
Air pocket. Depends on the cat, I guess.
C
Yeah.
A
Anyway, let's go back to those stories.
C
The cat, the closer that the less.
A
Air pocket they have, the less of the air pocket. Should we do our next line?
C
We shall. Q. Alex. Hello.
A
Where do you keep coming from?
B
The left. This is lover girl from Cash and Release. They're in Anderson Valley. Really, really, really cool wines. I call this a pinot gris with personality. Waited a little bit with some honeysuckle. And it is delightful.
A
Okay, let's give it a sniff.
C
Love it. Okay, pretend we don't remember what Alex told us.
A
I don't.
C
So I remember the word honeysuckle. And personality.
A
Wow. That personality smacks you in the face. In a good way.
C
I don't know if it's because we've already had two glasses, but I feel like I could chug this.
A
I really want to be a bad influence and tell Brian that you're not going to make it home tonight. Chug it. Chug it.
C
Call Noah. See if he gives you permission.
A
Okay, I'm going to go again. This wine, the description is sharp, mineral, driven, full of electric tension or personality.
C
I feel them on my tongue.
A
Oh, do you?
C
Yes. You know, when you drink, like, a mineral water and it feels like. Oh, it has, like, the little sparkles on your tongue.
A
I feel like she plays innocent, but she's layered with secrets. That's her personality. One sip and you're staring into your own reflection, wondering, did it just blink before you did? I'm pairing this wine with story of doppelgangers.
C
Ew.
A
Okay, this is from our listener, Sarah, and it actually is two stories. One of them is a doppelganger, and the other is a mysterious, angry man. Okay. How?
C
The light just turned off. Alex claims that this place is not haunted. However, we are.
A
Maybe it's a warning about this story. So, as I said, maybe it's warning about the story.
C
Okay, the light will remain off.
A
All right, well, the lights don't want to be told what to do. And maybe the lights don't want us to read the story, but we're gonna do it anyway.
C
Let's carry on.
A
So this is from Sarah. Hello. Great job on the podcast. Thank you.
C
Thanks.
A
We try Doppelganger at Devil's Lake. When I was in my early 20s, I was in a very unhappy relationship and I was not taking initiative to improve my situation. So one weekend we decided, me and my unhealthy partner and I decided to go to Devil's Lake State park in Wisconsin with some friends. It's quite beautiful there with decent sized lakes, surrounded by hills and cliffs and a hiking trail. And Devil's Lake is a very popular spot and I had been there a handful of times. Anyway, we hiked around the lake and afterwards I remember standing on the grass looking out at the people who were on the beach. There were several people, but there was one woman that I will never forget. I don't think she saw me, but I saw her. She looked exactly like me. Down to my height, my build, my face, my smile, and slightly off kilter jaw. Well, all of the ambiance of our lights has gone, but the wine shop looks great. So yes, if another light goes out.
C
The whole power on the whole strip shuts down.
A
I would be very concerned if that happened. Okay, back to Doppelganger. She looked just like me. She even moved and walked like me. The only difference was that she had longer hair and she had a beaming smile and she was toting a two year old on her hip. She may have had another kid and a guy with her, but I don't remember for sure. All I remember for certain is her and the child. And it was in that moment something switched in my brain. I knew that if I kept continuing down the path that I was on, I would never get to be her. Oh, I broke up with my ex a month or two later. I still think back to that day and wonder if the universe was showing me what I would lose if I kept being the passenger in my own life. It also crossed my mind that maybe, I don't know, maybe she looked nothing like me. And it was all in my head that I was trying to think of a message that I needed to hear. And that was how I saw her. But now I am happily married and I look forward to one day returning to Devil's Lake after we have some kids. Maybe I'll be able to see through a wormhole or something. My hair is also longer now, close to the length of the woman I saw. Isn't that a really cool story?
C
That is a really lovely doppelganger story.
A
I know. So I don't know why the lights don't want us to tell these stories. Maybe it's this one that I'm about to share.
C
Oh, God. Well, with the doppelganger story, I'll say. Just now, I'm actually shocked because I feel like most people see doppelgangers of other people, and they very rarely see of themselves. And it is interesting to see that it was like themselves, but, like, in the near future.
A
But you're not like. I think that's, like, such a big thing about doppelganger stories is in the lore, you're not supposed to see your own doppelganger. Like, there's something really bad that will happen. But this felt like the same way. You theorized that perhaps you're haunting yourself.
C
To take care of yourself, which was like. So it was like the age gap was so much that I didn't even make the connection right. So I wouldn't have called it like a doppelganger, such as, like a visitation from future me.
A
But it's almost like when Sarah is at this phase in life, she will know to go back to Devil's Lake because she needs her younger self to see her.
C
Oh, that is a trippy thing. Because it's like, then do you have to do that or not? Because it already happened.
A
It's like, go back.
C
Does that erase, like, well, Sarah said.
A
She loves Devil's Lake. She's gonna go back. Okay, all right, so then Sarah's second story is not so nice. It's called Mysterious Angry Man. When I was 19, I was in a vicious cycle of self sabotage and hatred towards myself. This, of course, bled into my relationship that was toxic from the beginning. Well, it was a late night, and it was pretty clear, and I was on my way home in my car, crying over the phone, talking to my ex. At the time, I don't remember what I was upset about, but mostly I think I just hated myself and the situation that I was in. Not wanting to worry my parents if they were still awake. I thought it was best to pull over to the side of the road to calm myself down a bit before letting my parents see the emotional mess that I was. This road that I turned onto was a country road in the country near my parents, road that I had traveled down a million times. There's a small cemetery on the corner of that road and some train tracks a little further down I parked somewhere between the train tracks and the cemetery. There are a few houses in the stretch, but all of them have pretty long driveways. Anyway, as I was talking on the phone, all of a sudden I noticed a man walking down the side of the road. In my mirror, he was walking towards my car. I paused, I stopped saying what I was saying, and I told my ex, there's a man behind my car. I had no idea what he was going to do, but when he reached my back window, he started violently hitting the back window of my car.
C
Oh, my God.
A
I hit the gas as hard as I could and hoped that I hit him with some gravel. But when I looked back in my mirror, he was gone. I did find out recently that there had been a train crash right near that spot where sadly, people had died.
C
Oh, no.
A
Whatever it was, man or ghost, his intention was definitely to scare me. That is for sure. I still wonder about that night and what the flip it was. There were no bars around. It was a really quiet street. I don't know who it was. It's so bizarre.
C
It just makes me think, like, he.
A
Was looking for help but not an aggressive way. Yeah, Especially that's from Sarah.
C
Sarah.
A
Like, it feels menacing the way he, like, slowly was walking towards the car.
C
Right.
A
And then violently was hitting slow, but.
C
Maybe, like, didn't appear injured.
A
Yeah.
C
I don't know. But, like, the part of me that wants to be positive about it because it is so scary and, like, knowing about the train crash, it just makes me think, like, when you're in such a, like, delirious state after experiencing something traumatic, I imagine, like, everything around him is foggy and he can barely, like, see because he's trying to get his wits about him. And then suddenly, like, a car is in front of him. He's like, oh, my God. And, like, banging for help.
A
That's really nice of you. I think it was violent and I think it was aggressive. And thank goodness Sarah's car was still on. Right.
C
I know. The fact that he was gone immediately.
A
Right.
C
Is weird, right?
A
Ghost. And all of our lights turning off is definitely not their batteries being dead, but ghosts.
C
It could be ghosts because we charged these.
A
Yes, they were fully charged.
C
So they should. Both of these lights, like, they turned off because they're dead, but they should be on for hours. And they have been on.
A
They didn't even last an hour.
C
No. And they can go for hours because when we first started recording, we had them, plugged them in and we were like, just keeping them on for hours at A time when we were recording, so we know how long they go.
A
That's very weird.
C
And ghosts notoriously drain stuff. Batteries.
A
Alex, your shop is haunted. Totally nonchalant about it. Don't care. Cool.
C
Have you seen a ghost?
A
Wait.
C
Do you want to come over here and tell the story?
A
And bring the line.
C
There we go. The wine has already been. It's being brought.
B
It's being brought. I don't think I have. I may have. When I was really little, I was. I don't know. For some reason, I thought it would be fun to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed. So I fell asleep. And then I just shot up in the middle of the night and was just staring at the end of the bed. And I saw what looked like an old lady from, like, this far up. But it didn't, like, just go away. And I didn't. And I knew if I looked away, I would not know if it was real. So I sat there and looked at it for, like, five, six seconds. And then I got really scared, went under my covers for the rest of the night.
A
It was a ghost.
C
You don't think it was a ghost?
A
I don't know. How old were you?
B
Probably like five.
C
But you weren't expecting to see anybody?
B
No, I was not. It was a scary old lady. Which reminds me of the Night Hag, but.
C
Right.
A
At least she wasn't on top of your chest.
B
That's.
A
Well, did that happen to you?
B
I have sleep paralysis on occasion. It's not a sleep demon.
C
Okay, Alex, you're haunted. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you.
A
I'm happy to be the ones to tell you.
B
I kind of wish I was. I really hope they're.
A
You are.
C
You are. Okay, what happens with the. With the sleep paralysis?
B
When I sleep on my back, sometimes I think my tongue relaxes and blocks my windpipe.
C
I like that you're trying to rationalize it already as you tell the story.
B
It still feels weird as hell.
C
So, like.
B
And then, obviously, like, I'm suffocating, but your mind's telling you to wake up, but your body's still asleep. So it's like, I just can't move. And I'm just, like, I'm suffocating. Suffocating. So they tell you to, like, wiggle your fingers eventually, but you always wake up gasping, and it is not fun.
C
Do you see anything?
B
No.
A
Interesting.
B
Hey, it's Ryan Reynolds here for Mint Mobile. Now, I was looking for fun ways.
A
To tell you that Mint's offer of.
B
Unlimited Premium Wireless for $15 a month is back. So I thought it would be fun.
A
If we made $15 bills.
B
But it turns out that's very illegal. So there goes my big idea for the commercial.
A
Give it a try@mintmobile.com switch. Upfront payment of $45 for 3 month plan equivalent to 15 per month.
C
Required new customer offer for first 3 months only.
A
Speed slow after 35 gigabytes of networks busy. Taxes and fees extra.
C
See mintmobile.com your burger is served. And this is our finest Pepsi.
A
Zero sugar. Its sweet profile perfectly balances the savory notes of your burger. That is one perfect combination. Burgers deserve Pepsi. What are we drinking?
B
You guys are drinking jolie laid glutath.
C
You sound like German.
A
Glue.
B
Glue in French means glug glug. So it is a very drinkable, chillable, coifable, lighter, styled.
C
Oh, it's chillable. Yeah.
A
So we should drink it. We should glug it.
B
Yeah, Just enjoy it.
A
We always do. Oh, it smells so good. It smells like strawberry rhubarb pie.
C
Oh my God. That does smell really good.
A
It literally smells like strawberry rhubarb pie.
C
It smells exactly like that. Damn, that's smooth.
A
That's so good.
C
Shit.
A
Let's just talk about the wine for a minute.
C
Here's the thing. I'm not a big red drinker. I was not expecting this. Maybe I don't pick the great reds.
A
I love a chillable red.
C
Wow. Maybe I need to come to the bottle shop. Shit. By the end of this episode we're just gonna have like the red ring around our like.
A
See I get like horns right here from like the glass where it hits my lips. Okay, what are we pairing this with?
C
Okay, so this red, it is made with wild irreverent methods. Carbonic maceration, foot treading, whole cluster fermentation.
A
You just sounded like Jennifer Coolidge.
C
Pour it cold. Raise a glass. I am Moira Rose and raise a toast to the rebellion. Because we are talking ghostly soldiers and battlefields.
A
Cheers to the rebellion. The ghostly rebellion. The night marchers.
C
Oh, it's so good.
A
This is my favorite wine.
C
Like, oh, I can't drink red wine. I'm not going to drink. I'm going to like take a sip of, of a few to taste them. I'm going to drink this one.
A
I'm going to get like a second glass of this if we do top at the end.
C
You know what? I'm going to. This is a great one to buy for like gifts. I have a lot of Red drinkers in my family. Are you open for transactions at the end of this? Okay. That was also a weird way to say, can I buy a bottle? Are you open to transactions?
B
I was like, what?
C
Can I buy a bottle of this? Rad. Okay. Oh, God. Spirits and signs at Gettysburg. And this is from Anonymous.
A
Ooh, we got soldiers and the battlefield.
C
All hail the Queen Ghouls, the most haunted podcast in America. Praise be, baby.
A
Praise fucking be.
C
Praise be.
A
You can tell the wine just hit me.
C
It hit me with the last one, like, halfway through, I went, ooh. And it wasn't the chill of the story. It was it. My shoulders dropping, the relaxation. I haven't. My neck. Hasn't been this long in, like, two years.
A
You're like a llama.
C
And the most recent Halloween episode.
A
Can I just say something?
C
What?
A
I love you.
C
Is it nice to not see me in, like, the most stressed?
A
I haven't spent time with you like this in so long.
C
I'm free, baby. I'm free for an hour.
A
I feel like everyone watching has not seen you like this in, like, a really long time.
C
Yeah.
A
Can I give you a hug?
C
Yeah.
A
Do you want it now, or do you want a later?
C
Oh, weird. I'll save it for later.
A
You got a coupon.
C
I want it in 13 minutes from now.
A
Hug transactions are not open until after.
C
Can't be awkward. If you feel like this is the.
A
First time we've ever done an evolution like this, where we're drinking multiple drinks while recording.
C
Oh, that's true.
A
You're welcome.
C
Have we ever drank before?
A
I think we have.
C
Minus the twisted teas.
A
We definitely have twisted teas. We used to record late at night, and I think we would.
C
Oh, sometimes we'd have, like, a glass of wine. All right, I'll hail the queen Ghouls of the most haunted podcast of America. Thank you, crazy baby. On the most recent Halloween episode, you brought up Gettysburg, so it finally felt like the right time to write in my story. My story takes place at one of the most haunted sites in the States, the battlefield of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
A
We gotta go.
C
Yeah. Never in my life did I think that I would live here. But it turns out that the universe put me here to continue on the right path, showing me signs along the way that this was where I needed to be during this period of my life. So what's wild is I found you amazing women through National Park After Dark, the Gettysburg collab episodes. I've always believed in the paranormal, having a healthy fear and respect for the spirits and other Entities that encompass this world with us. But building up to my move to Gettysburg, I was absolutely terrified. I had this sinking feeling that I was going to be haunted. And everyone around me constantly joked that I would be.
A
I feel like that's how it starts. Like everyone joking you're going to be haunted, like, makes it more real.
C
Being nervous to open myself up to the other side. And in order to mentally prepare a little exposure therapy, if you will, I. I decided to listen to two girls on Ghost and National Park After Dark's Gettysburg. Gettysburg.
A
Gettyberg, you can tell we've been drinking the wine. This is not fake wine.
C
Imagine if we faked this. The effort. Guys, we can't buy food dye. I needed to know what I was getting into. Really more of what I could possibly experience living and sleeping in the battlefield grounds. So I started with a lesser scary sounding episode on your channel. And then I ran an errand in a car and I put on the National Park After Dark episode where you two shared the supernatural side of the car.
A
I was gonna say ours was less scary, but I. Yeah, yeah, I understand.
C
The way the collab worked. And no, within five minutes of listening to this episode, I'm at a stoplight and I look at the bumper sticker on the car in front of me and what does it say? It says Pennsylvania ghosts. That seemed a bit too much of a coincidence seeing as I dripping around this area so often. I've never once seen. Seen that school mascot bumper sticker before. Okay, universe, I hear you. My ass is gonna get haunted. Got it. My best friend knew that I was terrified of encountering a ghost, so she went to her local witchy shop. Hell yes. Supporting local small businesses also.
A
What a good friend.
C
I know. She went to go see if she could find anything that might make me feel more at ease once I was moving to Gettysburg once I was there. So she chatted with the shop owner, who happened to be a clairvoyant and who instinctually knew that she was looking for something particular protective, not for herself, but for a friend. Love.
A
Love that.
C
Yeah. My friend responded that yes, she wanted to get me some small things to protect me and set intentions while living in a home on a battlefield. And the woman told her that she had visited Gettysburg many times before and that she always felt such heaviness in the air. Which I feel like people always say it's like it's riddled with ghosts, but like it's. It's the heaviness of all the deaths.
A
Yeah.
C
She said she felt more sad and confused souls than malicious ones there. She suggested that I go about my day and may talk out loud to them, play music for them. She also mentioned that I should bring a bowl of salt to put on my nightstand near the bed that I would sleep in to help protect me. And my friend gave me a small bell to put on my door that would help disperse negative energy and disrupt anything from fully operating. A candle with a protective spell and two small protective crystals. Can I just say, right now, I'm proud of myself because to protect my home, from our office, from ourselves, on the doorknob of the door, I strung up all the bells that were rung. Antique bells that I collected over time that were rung at mine and Brian's wedding.
A
Yes.
C
Ceremony. So it's like. It's good energy and it's beautiful decor, and it's protecting. Maybe not enough because Noah's seen ghosts.
A
Outside of the office, but is that just Noah?
C
Yeah. Okay. Now, I'm not religious, but I am spiritual, and I believe in the power of protection from my ancestors and my spirit guides.
A
So.
C
So to represent that, I brought my grandmother's small angel that had Catholic prayer on it. I also brought a small dream catcher to put on the door as an extra precaution and always wore my turquoise rings. So flash forward to move in day. I'm right on the battlefield. I first entered the home and I set my intentions. I said I only wanted positive energy in the home and that if I was in the bedroom, that was my safe space. And at night, they could come and go through the home as they needed, so long as it was not scary and not disruptive. I wanted to be respectful and I wanted to be respected. Once settled in, unpacked, I was terrified to fall asleep. I set out all my things that my friends gave me. I tried to feel a little bit more at ease. I put them on the nightstand in my bed. I laid down to read, and I was just so exhausted that I finally did end up falling asleep without realizing it. Lights on and all. That's when I had the thought that I had woken up. But turns out it was sleep paralysis.
A
No.
C
This is the first time that this happened to me. And I'm thinking, of course it fucking happens here in Gettysburg. I can't move. I can feel the presence. And out of my periphery, I see a shadowy figure. It was whispering something in my ear that I couldn't make out, but it was also gently pulling my hair. I then actually was able to move. And as soon as I did, it Was gone. The spirit did not feel menacing. It did not feel dangerous, but just present in the home and letting me know that it was there. My best friend, who had given me protective tokens later came to visit and I had refrained from telling her about my encounter on the first night of living there. So I wanted to see if anything might happen to her. So we went to sleep. And then the next morning I went to her room. I sat on her bed. She woke up and I asked her, anything happened last night? And she said, yep. Felt something standing near me, gave the bed a little shove like, what's up bitch? Welcome to the house. Over the time that I lived there, I never felt threatened in that home. But late at night, especially near 3am, I would hear all sorts of things.
A
Interesting.
C
They would always wake me out of a dead sleep. Some nights I heard screams. Some nights, oh, that's so sad. I know. Some nights, some small tappings on the side of the house. I swear I once heard a musket go off. These might be residual hauntings. Other times things would move around and once my soap disappeared, I literally have still never found it. So random. Did the ghosts need to clean themselves or were they trying to get some extra long peep show while I looked for it in the bathroom?
A
They didn't have soap on the battlefield probably.
C
So this side may never know. In all, I had an amazing experience in the town that now holds a very special place in my heart. If any of you decide to visit, like archaeostas say, always make your intentions clear. And hey, you never know, the town might also give you signs like finding a piece of clothing at a thrift store from your alma mater that is 600 miles away in a small ass school. Or the only book facing out on the shelf is of the next historical site that you just interviewed with.
A
That is really cool. The universe gives you signs in such cool ways, right?
C
So signs that you're meant to be on the path that you're on.
A
Yep.
C
Listen to the signs and the spirits and see you ghouls on the other side.
A
Anonymous Anonymous.
C
XOXO Gossip Girl.
A
It does seem like the spirit especially because it was the first night and it like aside the whispering is strange but the like pulling at the hair and the just like being present is a very much like who are you? I'm checking you out.
C
Yeah, well it's like her friend said it was like what's up bitch?
A
Welcome to the house.
C
Yeah, we're roommates now.
A
I love this friend. Don't mind me should we do the next one?
C
Yeah.
A
I've just gotten to a place where I'm like, let's keep reading ghost stories.
C
Keep it rolling, baby.
A
This is truly the best wine. It's so good. I too will be transactional ing later. This is our last wine. You ready?
C
Yes. I just looked at my. Oh, where'd my vine go? I'm getting a new one.
B
I honestly don't know if you guys did this on perfect, but the Glutata ghostly soldier story is a perfect segue to forlorn hope. It means for Lauren, hope from a Danish term which means lost soldier.
C
No way.
B
And this is.
A
This should have been kind of like a Disney soldier. Wait.
C
Wow.
B
This is Gamay Noir. Light to medium bodied. Super fresh. Really fun.
A
It looks pretty. Let's sniff it.
C
Thank you.
A
Oh. Oh, you want to cheer? I'm so sorry. I was going to cheers to the sniff. Oh, it's very nice and light.
C
Yeah.
A
It is a wine born of unusual fortune. No frost, just long rains and a peaceful season. But forlorn hope echoes like an epitaph. And sometimes the land remembers more than we do. So we're gonna pair this with stories of haunted land. Actually, I wrote Haunted Land and Cemeteries, which is very apropos for this story because it's from our listener, Sadie, and it is called Haunted Cemetery Property Succubus, Ghost Kid, Shadow man, question mark. Hey, friends. At least we are in my mind. You are the best and I listen to you religiously. Your friendship reminds me so much of me and my best friend and it makes me feel so warm inside. I have a toddler as well, so I just want to say, Corinne, you are kicking butt. You're an amazing mama.
C
Thanks. As I check the nana camera like underneath the table.
A
How is Noah?
C
I'm a little concerned because he doesn't seem to have moved an inch since he put him down two hours ago.
A
He's asleep. That's good.
C
Breathe, man, breathe. Let me know.
A
So on to the spooky. I live on a nine acre property in Northern California in a tiny little blip of a town. There's not much to this town besides a general store, a post office, a farm store and a cemetery. And I happen to live butted up right in front of the cemetery. Coming from the east coast, west coast, cemeteries never really do it for me because I will always be a cemetery goer. There was a large one in Maine where at high school, that was our hangout spot. That was a weird. It sounded whistley. A lot of sounds it's very different than recording in our studio. Yeah, but this cemetery had something very special. There are pretty old graves dating back to the 1700s and survived at least two fires that I know of. So this property is pretty large and we have a couple of different living situations in different areas of the land. When we were closest to the cemetery is when things got a little weird. When I first met my now husband, I stayed in the back near the cemetery. And it was the first time in my life I ever had sleep paralysis. Nothing too eventful, but obviously being the first time, it was frightening and a little weird. When I told my now husband about it, he explained that there were a few ghostly things that happened to him, but only back near the cemetery. He had heard a little child's voice saying, hi, mama, and door is slamming. We are big fans of the paranormal and have tons of other experiences. So this was like, oh, cool, a ghost kid. We love him. But we didn't stay back there for long until fast forward a few years ago and our son was born. He was a young baby, maybe a few months old. And we got our new trailer and put it in the back. And that's when we started to notice our son staring at one tiny corner of a trailer, constantly looking there and smiling. At least he's smiling. He'd babble at what seemed like somebody else. Simple stuff. But then it started getting freaky and my husband started having these really weird dreams where he would be in a decrepit old house. He'd walk into a room with a soft velvet couch, and this drop dead hottie was lying there naked. Slowly, he'd walk over to her and start to kiss her. And then all of a sudden, that hot woman would turn into a disgusting, creepy old green hag.
C
Kind of like. Well, she wasn't old. Creepy and decrepit, but like American Horror Story where it was like the young sexy maid and then it was just like an older woman instead.
A
He would have these dreams over and over again, and they were the exact same every time. I couldn't breastfeed our son because he was born with a cleft lip. So I pumped for six solid months. I would wake up every two hours to go pump at night. At first it was fine, exhausting.
C
I've been there. It is absolute hell.
A
But I was okay. And then I started seeing things in the shadows. Maybe it was the exhaustion, but I started seeing an old man's shadow sitting in my pumping chair. Every night that I would wake up to start pumping. That's the Worst, like he's sitting where he knows you need to go where.
C
You'Re supposed to sit.
A
I didn't really think much of it, but it got super creepy, and I ended up moving my chair to the bedroom. I also want to add that when we were back there, my husband and I had so many arguments, which was so unlike us, and we just generally felt sick and angry all of the time. At first I chalked it up to postpartum, but I think it was an unfortunate combo of postpartum and hauntings. Fast forward another year or so later, we moved our trailer to a more central location of the property, away from the cemetery. We partly did this because we felt exhausted and with hauntings in mind. We felt like maybe it would give us a reprieve, a change of scenery, if you will. We truly instantly felt better. However, a few months in, my husband had maybe one or two of those succubus dreams, and I started having these weird dreams of the old shadow man. I got such weird feelings at night that something was watching me in the dark. I'd always feel like something was breathing down my neck. Then one night, I had a dream. I was sleeping, but in that stirring half awake, half asleep phase, when I felt something looming over me, inches from my face, breathing. I didn't move because I couldn't. And then a voice suddenly yelled in my ear. You killed my wife.
C
What?
A
I felt a rush. The trailer started shifting around, as it does when someone is walking in it, and the door shifted ajar. I started screaming and crying. I shot out of bed, turned on all the lights, and instantly started staging the place. The next morning, I did a full sweep of the trailer, opened all of the doors and windows, sage, lit incense and prayed. I still haven't heard from this man since. But we also started living on a different property. And luckily, I don't think this guy came with us. Did he mistake me for someone else who killed this guy's wife? Because I certainly didn't.
C
I'm like, is he trying to be a succubus? Like, I'm so confused. Is he trying to bore in who he thinks is the killer of his wife?
A
I have no idea.
C
Are they separate?
A
Well, it feels, yeah. Is it two different entities? I have no idea. Some other things have happened, but ultimately, I think we had a weird spirit connected to us. My husband had the succubus. I'd say spirits. My husband had the succubus. Lol. My son had some kind of friend. And I got stuck with the terrifying old man.
C
Yay.
A
Go figure. Love you, girls. Live long and prosper. From Sadie. Live long and drink wine.
C
And drink wine. Just like from her husband's perspective. Like, what a scary dream to have. And to know that it's not just a dream. Because there's so much other stuff happening.
A
Yes. Because if it happened once, sure, maybe it's just a dream, but it's happening over and over and it's the same thing. How far did he go with her? That's. That's a question that I feel like we don't have an answer to.
C
I know it's weird because it's dream world. He's.
A
Yeah. It does really remind me of American Horror Story.
C
American Horror Story.
A
Was it the dream world or is his mind processing it like a dream?
C
I hope it was just a dream.
A
I think we're gonna sleep well tonight.
C
Yeah. If you think of American Horror Story, Roanoke, which originally I was thinking of American Horror Story.
A
The first one. Haunted House.
C
Haunted house, yeah. The Roanoke one. The ghost who, like, basically Succubus Lady. It's Lady Gaga.
A
Lady Gaga. Yeah.
C
There ends up being, like, a brutal death for that man. So.
A
Yikes.
C
Hope you all are well.
A
Has been fun. I don't know why I'm, like, really clutching the microphone right now.
C
I'm like, wait a second. I forgot about my water.
