Hello, everybody. It's Michael Jacob with Unleashing Intuition Secrets. We have Eric Holt back with us once again. Free speech under attack. Election integrity under attack in Colorado of all places. How about that? So, Eric, you started with a court case and so forth. And that's where we left off the last time we talked. I met you in Las Vegas. It was great to meet you in Las Vegas. You're amazing guy bought me a beer. I love it. I was looking to buy you a beer, but things got really fast there. So great time. Glad you're able to come on again. Wow, what a perfect time to come on after President Trump's speech last night.

Our guy, huh? How about that?

It was good.

Good night to watch, man. Especially after this week. Just sitting on my bed alone and just listen to every word he said. And I hung on to it. Let me tell you.

Very good. Yeah, very good. Your court case. Let's. Let's kind of give her, get everybody up to speed. We talked last time. We gave everybody your background. Military, 18 years. You got out to be with your daughters. You started with a fire chief and bring us up to speed.

[B]

Yeah. I'll give you just a brief for the listeners in case they didn't hear me last time, but I was just a fire chief living in the mountains, raising two girls on my own. I'm a single dad. And a fire or an election was held at my fire station. And I unlock the door, I go about doing my day. 911 still comes in. Right. So I wasn't paying attention to the election, but over the course of the day, I heard a bunch of stuff. I got some complaints directly from that. Like I, I took an oath, man. And I have been a patriot my entire life. It's in my fabric. And unfortunately, guys like us, we can't turn away. And so when I heard what I heard, I investigated it. And that led me to going to this third party company, obtaining security footage from the fire station that day and sitting in the dark over the course of a few days watching 40 hours of footage. And it was shocking what I found. It was blatant cheating. It was a whole scheme that played out. I had every bit of it on high definition footage. I took it to the DA's office, they opened a criminal investigation. I get fired from my job for cooperating as a fire chief. My income, my salary, my way of feeding my two daughters is taken away from me. And I stayed in the fight. And it turned out that the people under criminal investigation that carried all of this out hired a defense attorney who just happens to be the father of the chief deputy district attorney. And the criminal investigation goes away. So no accountability came from that. After spending over 50 grand, I sold my home. I didn't have a job, nothing. I hired an attorney, paid him all of the money from selling my home. I lose on summary judgment that I didn't have a First Amendment right. So this is where justice for Holt came in. And when I came on, probably about six months ago now, I went pro se in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. And we're fresh off the heels of that decision. And that decision was a travesty to our Constitution and our way of life. And I really got what I can only describe as a who the hell do you think you are, dude? That's what I got from a federal court. It in their ruling, it quite literally says, I enjoy no First Amendment protection.

Wow. That's insane.

Yeah.

Because I did a J6. We had a J6. We called the J6 grandmother. And I went to her trial, I supported her and I went to her trial in D.C. and they're like the same thing. There's like, we're not even going to talk about you. If we talk about First Amendment, we're going to shut it down. And I was like, what is going on here? And every time something would come up, they would like. And then they get on like these, these phones with each other so we couldn't hear them. And you hear this in a whole courtroom. They did that over and over again. It was insane. There is no justice right now.

No, there isn't. It's. I try to educate myself as best as I can. And I made a post on my justice for hold this morning because I talked to my legal team today and we can go into that in a minute. But I've been reading like this whole last week the anti Federalist papers and the Federalist Papers from 1880, 1787. Right.

Wow.

And you want to talk about just how amazing our forefathers were with their foresight. Right. And both sides of the argument were right. And Madison wrote about the corruptible government. The smaller it is, the more easy it is to take over. In my case, that's what happened. Right. I was in a small locality. This is why he fought for federalization. But Brutus on the anti Federalist side said how dangerous the judiciary will be because it's based on opinions and supreme to all other things. And they were fighting at the time for the Bill of Rights. And in his papers he wrote that through the opinion of judges, they will whittle down our rights to nothing because they're unchecked. And, man, 240 years later, are we not living in the middle of that?

No kidding. Wow. And it's frustrating because you and I both have served our country to the point where we could lose our life at any time. As military and of course, as a firefighter, you go fight fires, save people in their homes and the country, whatever. And now we see all this stuff we've been fighting for with at the expense potentially of our lives is we haven't been served. We've been trying to protect all our countrymen and women, and now we see that the enemy's within. And just like you're talking about, they have gained so much power over us. It's insane. It is.

And central to my case and why it became a First Amendment free speech fight was because basically the Constitution's supposed to protect me as a whistleblower. That said, hey, I didn't do anything wrong. Let's be honest here. I came out and said, there's corruption. I did my job well. I did everything I was supposed to do in life.

Yeah.

I think I have one failure to yield. I had a stop sign ticket in my entire life. That's the most trouble I've ever been in.

Right.

[B]

So that's how I got into First Amendment. And we couldn't talk too much about election integrity. Right. That was kept out of the court stuff. But what the court did is, in essence, they whittled down a two week cooperation with me investigating first, contacting law enforcement, cooperating for weeks and weeks with them, identifying people, all this stuff do what they called an administrative task of a fire chief. And they pigeonholed it into. That's what I was paid to do was administrative responsibilities. And therefore, under the case law and case precedents, no First Amendment and anybody that's. I made a platform out of it. I've done well in the last year, thanks to people like you, with platforms that have had me on. But like on my Facebook, justice for hold, I have 50,000 followers. I literally publish the videos, the emails, the court filings, everything. I've hid behind nothing. And that's where I say, I think that my speaking out maybe made them write this in a way that was. Who do you think you are? How dare you Stand up.

Yeah, I think you're hitting it. And that's. That's crazy the way they think they can get away with this because now we have grossing. Trump is basically highlighting all of this. And you're at the forefront now. Somebody told you, they complained to you. You didn't even know. Like you said, you're going about your business, doing your thing, and. And people came and complained, and you just do your due diligence and you look and you're like, oh, my God, they're right. There's this problem here. What do the people of your town think about all this?

It's a mixed bag. So luckily, a lot of them are pretty staunch conservative people in that area. So through being on your show, Scott's was straight Patriot Street Fighter. I've been on Nino. They've all. A lot of them have seen it and come forward. I've get messages pretty regularly still. They're like, we had no idea. And that's what Madison talks about, is if you want to seize a small government entity, you get 10 of your best friends and you just take it over. Most of the people are too busy to pay attention. Yeah, yeah. This is what he. He saw 240 years ago. But that's what happened. Most people weren't aware, and I've been successful at reaching quite a few of them. I'll get messages when they'll have interactions with some of the people involved out there. And they speak my name. Right. So it's not away. And by no means, because I'm a week out of a. Of my federal case, sort of death is what it is. It dies where it's at. I. I'll go into the talking to my legal team this morning, but that, that case is over. But the fight doesn't stop. I still have another case in State Corps that I'm fighting. I'm always going to advocate, come on shows and speak about our constitution and how corrupt things are. Again, Mike, we both took an oath, man. And so a court can tell me you have no first amendment right? All I'm going to do is exercise my first Amendment harder and come on here and talk about it. What are we training public servants to be if we tell them when they speak out, when they expose corruption, that they're going to lose their entire livelihood? I lost everything.

My career. I had to completely start over.

Wow. That's a big thing.

Yeah. My kids were stripped from their home, their friends, their schools, and moved halfway across the country so we could rebuild. Right. So there's. If you ever think that I'm gonna shut up now that you put it on paper and told me I don't have a First amendment right, you got the wrong guy. I'm always going to be an advocate now.

So where's behind you? Brother goes, yeah, it's like President Trump. I'm standing between them and you. And when he was taken down, they started coming after his whole team and putting them in jail and everything. So he was right. And now he's trying to do it again. And you're trying to do the same thing for us. I feel that's why I'm. I absolutely supporting you. And we'll get you on as many shows as you want to come on, but you. It's. We have to. And it's so frustrating that I don't mind paying out of pocket to help you. That's what we do. We help each other out. But the problem is they're using our taxes to come after you and in us. Oh, that is even more frustrating.

So you talked about that. The local out there. Right. The people around there. So last year, the department that I've been in litigation with asked for a increase in taxes, double our taxes. So we get more revenue. Right. And they're using that to fight me. That failed by only a few hundred votes. So now they're trying again. Right. And this is what I've seen, man. I don't know how I'm 41 years old, but I feel like I was in the dark on how corrupt things really are until I was thrust into the middle of it. And now my eyes are wide open and I'm starting to see. We were at Fraud Fighter, the Bond stuff. My hero in all of this is Tina Peters, obviously. Right. I finally got to meet her in person.

Beautiful. Very good.

Yeah. I was like, are you in tears? You know what I mean? She was persecuted so much more. And then that's all I could think about last night was just how vindicating it is for her when the President is up there saying, we declassified it. Here it is. But, yeah, man, my eyes are open. And I know you guys have been in the game longer, but I plan to be a force for the rest of my life. On exposing this stuff, you're finding out

a lot earlier than I did it. I started working for the CIA in my 50s. Mid-50s is when I was like, there's some serious problems here. What have. What's been going on? And then I started digging in, and we're in the midst of it. Or you get hit. Because they basically pushed me out. And so I'm like, okay. And tried to kill me several times. And I'm like, okay, that's a Little bit farther than I expected you guys to go. And now I'm after you. There's been a lot of influencers that have ended up in the hospital over the last several weeks, and it's definitely coming after us. One of them, I think two of them, actually, that people would be aware of. But I'm not gonna. I can't. The. They told me not to release their names. They got in the hospital and they were there for a long time. They thought they were going for a day or two. They were there like six, seven, eight, nine days. And they're like, we need to take some organs. I'm like, my God. And they're like, no, we're not going to do that. That's one of the things. The corruption is everywhere. It's crazy.

It is, it's. It is so deep, man. And that's why rather than sit in anger about what happened to me, I'm trying to learn. Let's again, go back to educate myself. Go back to our founding fathers. What did they talk about? How real is it? And man. Yeah, it was written about. So. All right, let me be present in local politics here. Let me make what Madison talked about harder. Right. Let me speak out. You can't take any more from me, man. You took it all. I got one life to live and I'm not going to live that life being quiet.

I'll tell you, you're fighting for your daughters too. If they can come after and take you down so easily, at some point it's going to affect everybody and your daughters will be affected by it. That's one of the reasons why I fight my. My kin, my children and so forth. You have to push the envelope. And that's. Fortunately, we have a president that is allowing us to do that. And we're going to get down to business now. Now, when the people that replaced or. Or came into power through illegal action in your area, did they do anything. You're talking about taxes and so forth, did they do anything like that or. Obviously they are trying to do taxes and steal taxes because we know they do that thing. Yeah, they insert people. They don't get elected. They insert people as finding out so that they can do illicit stuff. Did you. Have you seen illicit activity that's been going on in your county that you're room?

Yeah, I think it's pretty rampant. So it's funny because the school board in that same area had a. A conservative uprising. Right, right. As I moved into it. Right. So they, they got taken over by conservatives and you want to talk about the. Exactly. They're going to sue them into the ground. They're going to insert who they want. Their handpicked people. But yeah, I. From local county commissioner seats, sheriffs. The DA involved in my case, he wasn't the son, but he was the son's boss in the father son duo that dismissed my. He's now running for state attorney general. And I went public with that and was like, hey, I found this conflict of interest where you're number two was the son of the people representing these folks. That's wrong. Can you correct this? And he just basically gave me the middle finger. Right. Is that who you want to be your next state attorney general? Colorado.

Right.

Somebody that would overlook that. And I busted him out. He always, oh, I'm hard on elections and. Because he wants to chime to the conservatives. But in reality I can counter that with evidence that says you're absolutely not. You're going to do what's best for you and line your pocket. It's a tough question, Mike, because everything in Colorado is so corrupt, man.

Where to begin. Right.

[B]

Yeah, exactly. Exactly. But Yeah, I think Mr. Vexler opened my eyes to a lot of the. At the fraud fighters. Holy cow.

No kidding, right?

[B]

Yeah. The bond stuff, the. The inflation rates. We see you put the big picture in front of people. You got the taxation going crazy and they're tricking and manipulating all this. Then you got the COVID hoaxes and the election hoaxes. We really just don't have a voice left and we gotta fight real hard and be real loud to get it back.

I just put your. Wow. Let's put your. Your book in the lake. And it's. It took three pages or three of my chat to put it in there. It's a long one. But let's talk about your book a little bit. I'll bring it up on the screen. On the screen. Tell us a little bit about your book.

[B]

Awesome. Yeah, you kind of touched on it, man. Who knows what happens to me, right? I have two girls in this world that I'm trying to teach to be patriots and be strong women as they move into adulthood. And throughout my story, my. My oldest has moved into adulthood. So I wanted to put something on paper for two reasons. One, to memorialize why I did what I did and the story. But it's. I wrote it in a context too, that it's deliberately to my children. And so if I'm gone tomorrow, my children can look read the dedication that's to them and the lessons within it. And it's based around the three core things in the title. Free speech, the retaliation, and the cost of integrity. And you know, I know there's plenty out there, but I can define the cost of integrity down to the minute, down to the dollar. Right? Because I live this story and I think even in it, even if nobody knows me, just some random way they pick that up, they can see the corruption behind the veil, basically. Again, I've lived my life in a very positive manner. I've always served my country, I've always served my community. And if it can happen to me, it can happen to anybody. And then the second one was, I've been writing this book over the last year, waiting on the 10th Circuit decision because it was gonna either end in the victory or it was gonna end in defeat. But I needed to hold the truths that are within that book. And so the day that I got a decision, and again, Remember, it says Mr. Holt enjoys no First Amendment protections. I said, I'm going to show you First Amendment and I hit publish. Right? So it was a little bit of a protest there for a middle finger at these judges that wield this control. So I'm really proud of it. I'm not an academic. I'm a blue collar dude that came up through the fire service. I was faced with a unique situation and I think I did what we would want every single citizen and patriot of this country to do and to stand strong in that. So I really hope that people will pick it up and find some value in it. I'm not going to become rich off it. I did some math. I think I'll need to sell about 84 million copies to break even. That's not really the goal. The cost of integrity is worth fighting for, man. I'm so much more blessed as a human being, as a man, as a father, than I was three years ago when I opened up security footage. So, yeah, although I've lost everything, man, when you get down to it, it's worth it. My kids have seen this. I don't have to worry about them facing something hard and going, oh, no, I wasn't taught this lesson.

Becoming a published author, you're right, it doesn't bring you riches very often for most of us, but it does give you a lot of validity and, and talk and you're going to get talking points and all kind of stuff from this book. It'll be a great thing for going forward to promote it and all that kind of stuff. So that's great. Now, as far as Trying to get the money because as. As you've talked about, you had to sell your house and you were destitute after selling your house and paying a lawyer. Now that. Tell us about this lawyer that. I've seen this in a lot of cases, unfortunately, it seems like you. You're attracted. When they. They come up and we're going to help you and all that you attracted. Perhaps, like, I can't. I don't want to get in trouble. But perhaps someone that's not of high integrity that is now suing you.

Yeah, there are some really good attorneys out there. Like I meant Peter Kick. Yeah, yeah, there are some great ones. So this is not a blanket statement. This is my involvement. And I will shout out Mountain State legal that that has helped me in the appellate case. Phenomenal people, right when you are in a desperate situation. So if you go back three years ago, I had just been fired. I got a mortgage due. I got mouths to feed. I had. It was summer, so I needed to buy school clothes for the kids. And everything is stripped out from under me. I'm in desperation. I call a bunch of attorneys, I meet with one and all I can describe them as is. In this particular case, not a blanket statement of attorneys is he was a used car salesman. How easy this was going to be, how quickly we'd put my life back together, how wrong this was. And really all that mattered was using that emotion for available hours. And so that's. I was trying to hold on to life. I was trying to keep my kids in their schools, around their friends, around where they had grown up. And I got an email that said, if you don't pay us, like, I think that at the time it was like 85,000. We're dropping you in the very center of this where you're going to do nothing, right? You're going to just walk away with losing. And no, by way, you'll still owe us. And so it's literally the decision I had to do to sell my home. And I took the equity and I said here, in closing, here's all the money was given assurances that it would. All right, we'll see this through. We're going to get back on track. You're going to win. And then I lose on summary judgment. And turns out through the appellate court,

like, so you want to get that in writing. It's. You're going to win. Yeah, I don't. You're going to pay me back.

Yeah, you.

And that should work, really.

[B]

It's one of the only professions Man. Where you can just take somebody's desperation and make a lot of money off it. But turns out. So like in my appeal decision, they were hanging on. Oh, in the court record, we don't see a receipt for this USB drive that he bought. Right. I provided that to the attorney. Why didn't he include that in the case? So there's half the part of it is pellet rules or court rules that limit how many words you can and how many documents you can provide. And then they find the one thing that isn't in there and they grasp it. So I don't know that the. The receipt would have mattered. Maybe they'd have just found something else. But I will say I did a better job confidently say I did a better job on my own learning pro se in the second highest court in the land than they did for the 150,000.

About six months ago, they filed a lawsuit on me. And so I am sued for another $50,000 after selling every asset I had. And they're not backing off. I've asked them to just go away and just. I don't think that you did the value of this. And I don't really.

There's a countersuit that's here. Maybe you can get an attorney that would stand up to that. Yeah, you got a case here. That's what I've done. And they've gone after a. A mortgage company that was wrongfully suing me for flood insurance that I had. And I provided them that insurance or that the actual insurance. And they still clo. Force closed on my condo. And. And then I got attorneys like, yeah, you got a good case here. We're gonna. We're gonna make some bank. They tried to delete all the files on my case. I was call. I was in Guam at the time. I was in the military. And I'm calling them at three o' clock in the morning trying to. And they would hang up with me. All kind of crazy stuff. So finally got an attorney. He was a good attorney. And it says, you got a case here. Yeah, we're gonna. We're gonna go out to. So he found that they deleted all the files, but he knew that there was a backup. Oh, he went and found a backup. And they're like, okay, what do you want? Yeah, you would think there would be something like that for you at some point somewhere.

Yeah, there. I won't rule it out.

I will say I stuck with it. I was like, no, there. This is wrong. They. I wasn't gonna stand a lot of people just, oh, walk away. What, who am I? But I just, I just kept coming at him. I'm a Navy seal. Yeah. I'm not gonna stop these, these guys are gonna pay. And they did.

Yeah, I'm built the same, I'll say I had. There's just business decisions that have to get made. If I have the money sitting there, if the book does well or I get donations or some, by all means, that's what this goes to is fighting these things. But at a certain point there's just the reality of it. I, I have sold every asset that I have. I've taken enough for my girls in doing this that, so I, if the means are available, absolutely. That's my nature, is to fight these things. So I'm down for it. I gotta see, I just don't even know how ethically somebody can take everything you own and then say we still deserve more even though we did a terrible job.

But I think this guy needs a good suit and have, have a lot of his money taken from him for what he's doing to you and what he didn't do for you. If you could find somebody like that, because I only paid like a, I think $2,000 to this guy and I got a lot of money and he got a lot of money because we got half. I'm like, if you could do this, yeah, you're gonna get half, that's fine with me because I don't have any other recourse. So that's.

And that's the way I now speak of, way out of line. The people that basically went after you. This was kind of crazy the way these things happen. And I think this is probably going to happen to a lot of people that have been very treasonous in our country that justice is going to find them and they're going to go bye bye. Now I don't know if there's karma that happened or what happened, but the people that came after you ended up in a head on collision and they're bye bye.

Yeah, it's It's a scary thing. And I will. Let me preface this. I. It's uncomfortable to even talk about in some.

And I'm here to talk in your favor. You didn't want to talk about this. I'm kind of like pushing, pushing this out there because I think it's relevant because it might not have been an accident, just saying everything.

I want to leave that to the listeners and their personal beliefs. But I will say, as a matter of fact, what. What took place. The very people at the very center of now, if you go to Justice Holt, you watch the videos, the people at the heart of the election fraud people that brought. They had such vitriol for me when they fired me. They rented a commercial popcorn machine and brought these commercial lemonade dispensers like they were throwing a party to try to embarrass me. Right? So this, these are not people that I would have associated with or think are good people. But three years later, on the very day that I pressed publish the book there one, the main character is no longer on this planet and the other one is in the hospital and icu and they were married couples. Oh, it was jarring to me to hear about, given the timing of that. I believe in the divine. I believe that exactly what my movement is called is justice for whole. Like, I think justice is something that I put in the hands of judges that weren't for judges to decide. And I think I've learned that this last week that there's something behind that a little bit more. And so mere mortals that wear black robes do not have the ultimate say, folks.

Very good, Very good, Sid. And in. In my business and in the former business, CIA, I know the games are played and there's timings for things. And some people don't like for you to disclose information or potentially disclose information. I think unfortunately we're probably going to see a lot of accidents, a lot of suicides, a lot of murders that are going to start in earnest right now. So I don't know if that's what happened or was divine karma whatever. For whatever reason. I'm sad that those people had that happen to them. Of course, there's no reason to celebrate that. Even though they celebrated you and your misfortune, sometimes you just. You have a. You create an energy and that energy seems to spin and draw things to you that. That could be that as well. And some people call that karma. I'm a. I'm someone that's. I know energy and I've seen guys that have. I want to get and fight with these and kick some ass. And they're all gone. Yeah. You attracted that. So guys, don't talk around us. We don't want that. We don't want.

Yeah, yeah. They did celebrate. They celebrated every wrong that has happened. It was them winning. And I can rise above and be a better person by not celebrating their demise.

So I'll pray for their salvation. And it's at my hands from there.

Your support, your fire support and SEAL teams behind you. And all while you go into the. You're the point man on the attacks. We. You need help. They destroyed you and you're fighting back. This is the way it happened for me. I fought back and I rose above all their control systems and stuff. And that's what you're trying to do now, but you need a little help. And this is always good. I know this is not something you ever wanted to do, but, you know, you're on the forefront of fighting evil. And I'm surprised at the federal level they did that, but I guess not because I saw it happen in D.C. but.

Yeah. I literally have said. I think it cost a thousand dollars a page in court.

Yeah. It's insanity. I. Yeah. I. It is not a comfortable thing for a man to ask for donations, but here I am. And I do appreciate you putting it up. My. My promise to everybody out there is if you feel enough about my case to donate, this goes to fighting corruption. It does not go to me and so do my book sales. They'll go to fighting corruption.

That's all it's for. I. I am a blessed man. And I'm not going to go take vacations. I'm not going to go buy cars. That is for the legal fight. So I still. Let me kind of tell you about the meeting with the Mountain State's legal team this morning. So I had them. They came on right around the time that I came on last time after my briefs had been filed. They've been a great support, but they were there for the appellate and if it could go to the Supreme Court. And so talking to them this Morning. The way that the judges made this decision removed any chance I have from going to the Supreme Court on a First Amendment case. They minimize things so badly that I. The Supreme Court is for. If something is violation of law or there's tension within the different circuits, all this stuff. So what they did for me is they minimized things so much and that it didn't give me that path, which is very unfortunate because it's the First Amendment. I think anybody that rules against it should have at least the opportunity at the highest court. So my First Amendment case is, let's just say dead. Unless there's some magic way to revive it, I don't think that's going to happen. I have a state court case that I do not have the legal support of Mountain State's legal foundation. So I'm going to try to re. Raise some funds and try to get an attorney that is a much more black and white. That's wrongful termination and breach of contract. I've had a lot of success in that. I was able to defeat attorney client privilege, which means they had to give me all of their communications with their attorney. And they are explosive. I wish I could have had them in my federal case because it would have made it a slam dunk and easy. So that case still goes. But that, that comes with court fees. I got to get some legal help because they can throw your case out if you make a mistake on a motion or a random scheduling or. And I create that

as the trial's ongoing. They find a. They find an edge because they have. FBI was involved and the Department of Justice was involved against this little grandma who had nothing. And it was just from support from people like us like that kept her going. Unfortunately, she lost her case and she was going to go to jail. And fortunately President Trump came in and pardoned everybody on the day that she was supposed to go to jail.

Wow. Love her, man. I love that man.

More so every day it seems like, but it is, it is. It's crazy. We have Craig Lund in the house who, you know, who's also going through similar problems. And we are support. We have to, we have to support all these people that are fighting for us and trying to inform us and trying to do the right things. But it's good. We enjoy doing that. We're the ones that are we. You, Greg Lund, all of us here watching and supporting are all part of a, A system that is trying to throw down and destroy this. The systems trying to control us.

Yeah, 100%, man. I again, it's not. It's never a comfortable thing for me to ask for donations.

And I know where, again, my integrity is written in a book. I'm not going to go use it. I know where I'll use it. But it's still never easy. But it's. I had somebody tell me early on, a close friend that said, it's not your fight, man. It's all of our fight. It's you're my friend, I want to help you. It's I'm your family or I heard you on Michael Jaco show. And I'm a patriot, too. And so right now it's my turn to ask. Over the last three years, every time I see a case similar to mine, I donate what I can to that. And that's the way that they can't defeat us. That's what I have found is this community of patriots. They can't defeat us because we do support each other. And if I got 10 bucks in my pocket and I see another patriot, I'm going to give them that 10 bucks. And that's not a pitch to, to get people to do it. That's just how we all live. And what I've come to appreciate about everybody out there, man. Because I couldn't have done it alone. There is no way.

No. No way. I, I got support. That's what kept me afloat and kept me going. I was destitute. And yeah, we don't like to dwell on that. We just like to push forward and do the best we can and we get support. That's great. But we're going to push forward. Somehow, some way, we're going to rise above all this. That's the way a lot of us are. Yeah. Now, so the next stage, the. The what's the court, when's the dates and so forth, that's you're looking at.

So my next in the state court, I'm trying to schedule right now what's called a trinity hearing. I have to defeat their governmental immunity. So here's another hurdle. Right. They'll make the legislature will make laws that make them immune to what they do. There's one path, which is called the fraud fighter stuff.

Yeah. Build a wall around themselves. And it was supposed to be the opposite.

Yeah.

Wall was supposed to be around us, not them.

Yeah.

Pitched it on us.

Yeah. So that's probably my next huge fight is government immunity. I'll probably make some sort of advocacy pace for that. But for my case, that's. I'm Gonna go in and try to defeat their immunity on the individuals. Right. So then I can go after them individually because the shield that they built, that wall that you just mentioned, even if right now they lose, they just tax you and then they pay out of the taxes. Right. I'm trying to go against them as individuals. I want to take their houses, their cars, and then I want to give it back. And I want to move into one of their houses and then hire them as my, my cleaning and gardening staff. That's the goal. Yeah. So that's the path again. Procedure is a nightmare. I live in a different state than the court is right now because I'm in exile, but I'm pretty confident I can. There's an exception called willful and wanton disregard. And it's pretty obvious what they. That they disregarded the law and the rights of me, especially in their attorney. I can't show it yet. I can't wait to. But everything they denied, I have it in writing. They lied. And so there's a thing in the court realm, if you lie after the fact, it's called post hoc. And I have that as a secondary trap, that not only did they do this in the beginning, but they've lied to cover it up since. And I have that documentation. Therefore, they knew what they did was wrong. There's no denying, and that's why they tried to cover it up. So if I can win that, then I get to go to a jury trial and full discovery. Right now, I've only been able to, I've been on very limited discovery, and I still was able to get this stuff. But if I win that, that hearing, and that's not a jury trial, that's a judge's decision. So fingers crossed. Right?

Yeah. But that would be a big victory. It doesn't happen much. And then we'll go after them in it, and then we'll all throw a party where everybody that listens here come over.
