I don’t know about you, but this occurs to me as a high calling, and yet, it is so doable, or be able. I have said before that there really aren’t any kudos in loving where it is easy to love; it’s when we are stretched that loving is the most powerful. Then again, let’s not judge, let’s just love, openly, everywhere, freely, and often.Thank you for being here; you matter.I am offering sessions on Tuesday mornings. Sitting in silence may be challenging. I don’t know about you, but when I first sit quietly, it takes a while before the chatter stops. I don’t always even know what the chatter is saying; it is simply there. Take a deep breath, move your head from side to side and let your shoulders drop, take another breath and listen in.Thank you for being here; you matter.I am offering sessions on Tuesday mornings. I suspect being humble is not all that popular in today’s culture. Perhaps it has become confused with being weak. I suggest it is the opposite, perhaps one of the characteristics of real strength. I remember watching both my father and my mother as they moved closer and closer to death, and now I see it in your sister as she navigates all the changes and uncertainties of chemotherapy, and it seems to me that humility is one of the most important and vital lessons for us all. Listen in as I suggest we prepare in advance.Thank you for being here; you matter.I am offering sessions on Tuesday mornings. While laughter has been studied and found to be beneficial in so many ways, perhaps it wasn’t until my sister and I were crying that we were laughing so hard that the reality of its healing powers really kicked in. I‘m pretty sure we all know in life there will be storms. Most of us have heard some version of that many times, the question we are exploring this week is just how do you face a storm. I heard something recently that had me get curious, did you know that cows run in the opposite direction of a storm and yet Buffalo run directly into the storm. If you think about it the cows are going to experience MORE of the storm while the Buffalo will have less storm to experience. How about you? Let's look at this together.Thank you for being here; you matter.I am offering sessions on Tuesday mornings.
