In this episode, I sit down with my friend Shawn to talk about what we're chasing in 2026 — from losing weight and putting on muscle to strength training and triathlon racing. Then we dive into Shawn's Amazon FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) business, where he buys products from local retail stores and flips them on Amazon. In just one year, he scaled from zero to over $1 million in sales. We talk about how he did it, what he's learned, and what's next as he moves to Miami to keep growing and expanding his network. If you're into fitness, side hustles, or just figuring out how to level up in life — this one's for you. IG: @Shawnscaless

Yo team! Back from my hiatus to make it past 20 episodes, which is where most people get stuck. I will choose to not be one of those many who quit. This week I have Shawnlivinlife on the POD. Shawn ran a successful concrete company for 20 years, is one of the founding members of the Philly Master Mind, and an all-around great human who loves pushing outside of his comfort zone and always tries to see the opportunity in every situation. We haven't talked in a while, so this is us catching up on where things are, some of his struggles, and of course, some fitness related topics at the end. Thanks for listening!

In this episode I recap 2025 highlights — training up to 12 miles, racing a 5‑mile event and a triathlon, and hitting lifting PRs like a 455 lb deadlift — and share lessons learned. I outline my 2026 goals: run a sub‑2 half marathon, complete two triathlons with faster swim/bike/run splits, cut to 180 lbs, and hit big lifting targets (455 squat, heavier dumbbell bench, 495 deadlift). Finally I cover my keys to success: daily goal review, weekend discipline, stress management, better sleep, and cutting alcohol to stay consistent.
