Mega Minds drops students into 3D environments where they meet AI characters, navigate ethical dilemmas, and practice the human skills a worksheet can't teach. The point isn't engagement for engagement's sake. It's giving students reps in the human skills they'll actually need on the other side of a credential.

Austin's unavoidable truth came in two pieces. First, the CTE space is full of students who are technically savvy and students who are clumsy. Second, the difference between thriving and flopping in the AI era is adaptive expertise, the ability to evolve when circumstances shift, not just bounce back to baseline.

This one is for anyone building learning experiences in the AI era who knows that compliance isn't competence and that the failure space might be the most important classroom we have.
