In this episode, I share my thoughts on goal setting, especially as a mom, and how important it is to have realistic goals that align with the season of life you’re in. I also dive into the difference between valid reasons and excuses for not reaching your goals, and why it’s okay to reassess or adjust them based on your life circumstances.
