Okay. I don't know what you're going to say, but okay. So yeah, Jason's out here right now. We're in Norway. We go back to. We have such a busy month. It's kind of crazy. We have so much to do and we're behind on the vlogs. Surprise, surprise, it happened. We missed a week. May miss another. We just. I. We can't edit from here. We can't like, talk, communicate with editors properly. We have a vlog that we edited that I don't even really want to put out. Sort of like a chill vlog. I may put it on the second channel. So. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know. Like, I don't want to go into the vlog discussion because God knows that. Okay. Anyway, vlog coming soon. In a week and a two. Well, first of all, Nelly was like, let's go for a walk and get food. I was like, great. We were in the hotel. They saw Go, and then we noticed, like, a small, like, club Vibey area, like, here in Norway. And I was like, let's go.

Like, everything is dead silent here. And there was this one club, like, in the middle of the park in

the most abnormal place ever. It was almost like a beer garden in a festival. But it's in the middle of this, like, beautiful town.

[Natalie]

It just didn't make any sense, but it was operating like a club. Like, they were playing ABBA and all

[Natalie]

the best American hits.

[David]

Yeah. Like, it was very David. It was like there was.

[Natalie]

It was like summoning you. Like, we know he's here.

There was, like, beers. Beers were the biggest thing in the slushy drinks. It was, like, crazy. It was very, very David. Like. Like, I was. I really, really dug it. And it was like, you could chill. You could hang out, smoke, sit. It just felt. It felt good. And I was there with Natalie, and I'm like, until now. So let's get one drink. Obviously, we ran to a couple people.

[Natalie]

We walk In. I'm like, david, we shouldn't go in. Like, I know. I know where this is going to lead. Like, we're going to be here for hours. And we walk in immediately. There's young people, like, everyone's having fun. And I'm like looking around, I'm like, oh, I'm fucked.

[David]

Yeah. Natalie was like, did you look in there? It's only like 50 and 60 year olds. I was like, yeah, I don't care. I just want like. I want like the vibe of having a beer in Norway and a cigarette.

[Natalie]

My mistake. I believed you. I thought we were going to go in. For what?

[David]

Well, I thought you were right. I thought it was just a. All like 50 year olds. And then we met like these like 20, 28 year olds that were. That literally bumped right into us and they're like, you want to join our table? And I looked at Natalie and I was like, oh. So then, yeah, we joined their table.

[Natalie]

Oh my God. Which is so funny because, like, we're like all the way across the world and it's just you and I. And then like these like, rant. I feel like everywhere we go, there's like random friend groups that sort of

[David]

just like absorb us, that adopt us.

[Natalie]

That adopt us, like for an evening or a weekend or whatever. It's really funny.

[David]

Like all the random that is kind of interest and they like.

[Natalie]

And it's very normal. Like I'm sitting there, I'm talking to every single one of their friends. Like, I've known them my whole life.

[David]

This happens a lot. And it's crazy how like, at some point in our lives we'll have like friends from all over the world. Yeah, that's kind of interesting to think about. Yeah, yeah, no, definitely. Like we. So we sat with them and talked for like, like four hours. Yeah.

[Natalie]

Yeah.

[David]

Ended up being a really long time. It was way more than one drink.

[Natalie]

I kept looking at my phone and I was like, okay, I'm gonna say for. I kept texting David on the side. I'm like, I'm gonna stay for 20 more minutes. And then I'm leaving. I look back on my phone. Like an hour would pass.

[David]

So I asked Natalie when we had work the next day. We're here. We got here a day early so we can edit the vlog. And again, the vlog's impossible to edit because our editors in Taiwan and Ferris, who's our production guys in the U.S. so we are literally perfectly on three different time zones. Like, literally covering 30% of different times. Like one person wakes up, the other person's going to bed, the other person has midday. It's like perfectly spaced out where we can't all get on the phone at once. It's fucking horrible. So like we literally had nothing to do. So we went out and we just went to the club and. Oh yeah, I asked you, I was like, when do we have like an obligation? The next day?

[Natalie]

They keep getting and, and they're like, they're excited that Mr. David Dobrik is here. So they're bringing out champagne bottles, they're bringing out shots, buckets of beer. And I'm like, oh my God, this is my.

[David]

I was bringing the buckets of beer. My brother. That was me.

[Natalie]

And then they, and I did not want to do the shots. And David was like, come on, let's just do a shot. Come on.

[David]

Listen, I was really stoked about that crowd. They seemed all so nice.

[Natalie]

No, they were.

[David]

And it was like the perfect group. Like it wasn't an overwhelming club by any means. It was very like. I don't even know how to explain it almost felt like being in someone's backyard. Yeah, it's very. It was a very strange club. And I can't believe that it was like. I don't know, I don't even explain. But yeah, so then we did that. Natalie told me that we had something at 5pm the next day. Which to anybody, to normal person, that'd be like, I could stay out till 9 in the morning, right? Because 5pm is ridiculous. But to me that's kind of like, okay, I should dial it back because like I'm jet lagged. So like I will Normally sleep till 5pm so I'm like, if I have any work obligation the next day, I should go home a little earlier. So I called it around like one or two and I went home thinking that we had something today to do. And then Natalie texted me. Natalie texted me hello, question mark at 2pm and like, keep in mind, she's been texting in other group chats about me. She's like, I think David's sleeping, I should get him up. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. She's saying she know the group chats. And then she texted me, hello, question mark. I said, hi. And then she texted me, let's get a move on at 2:30. And then I'm like, oh fuck. Okay. Like, I guess we've got to go. We gotta record the pot, we gotta do stuff. So I hop in the shower and then I text her. I text her after I shower what's the vibe? Do you want to come by in 20? And she texts me back. She goes, for what? I go, what? You just fucking woke me up.

[Natalie]

I didn't know you were up.

[David]

And then she's like, I thought you're

[Natalie]

just laying in bed and we're gonna, like, rot. And I was like, I don't want to do that because I'm being productive right now.

[David]

Yeah. So then I did all that for nothing. And then. And then she gets here at 4, 45, like, hours later. I'm like, dude. She's like, let's record the podcast. I'm like, we're gonna be late for the five o' clock meeting. And she's like, oh, I made that up. Just completely been lying to me all day. About time.

[Natalie]

It's really hard when everybody at the group, at the table is like, you know, it was everybody against me because they were all like. They wanted me to drink.

[David]

Actually, no.

[Natalie]

Yes. Everyone wanted me to drink.

There's a lot of people that had your back.

[Natalie]

Only because I was making them feel guilty for. Guilty me.

Because I was like. I was like. Every time I would get a shot. Hampton. I'm like, I'm sorry. I can't drink unless the boss drinks.

[Natalie]

And I have a problem.

You kept, like, suctioning me into your.

I mean, yeah, I didn't want to be the. I didn't. There's two of us, so I didn't want to be drunk by myself.

No. For sure. But, like, when the other person doesn't want to be drinking on a Sunday night.

Yeah. But it just kind of felt right. Do you know? I mean. I mean, looking back at it, didn't it feel kind of right?

[Natalie]

No, I had fun. Like, I had fun, like, with my couple beers that I drank, it, like,

kind of solidified Norway as, like, a visit. Do you know? I mean.

[Natalie]

really, like, we visited Norway. We're here for a meeting for waivers. Can we say what's happening? Yeah, go ahead.

Go ahead. Tell them. Tell the class we're here. This is where Circle Kids is headquartered, which is if, you know, we have Circle k in the U.S. but in Europe, it's like their version of 7 11. It's huge. And Weaver is going to be carried in Circle K's across the globe.

How many locations is that?

[Natalie]

I don't know. A couple thousand.

Couple thousand locations. So we're meeting all the reps from all the countries?

[Natalie]

Yeah. Everyone's gathering at HQ to talk about, like, the New product launches and releases and waivers is obviously one of them. So we get to meet with, like, every head of every country of Circle K. It's kind of fun.

[David]

Big, big deal. Which is gonna be kind of lit. I wonder if it'll be, like, a drinking thing.

[Natalie]

I don't think there's gonna be drinks.

[David]

I kind of want to start drinking again. Like, heavily. No, I really do like it. And I actually. I feel like I'm doing a good job of not overdoing it. I'm, like, doing a good job of, like, drinking.

[Natalie]

I don't know, brother. Because the other night in Cannes, you were not doing a good job.

[David]

Night in Cannes. I overdid it.

[Natalie]

You're trying to, like, drag you out of that party, and you're like, no.

Well, that's because there was this guy who's being a jerk.

We after party in Cannes, and we're there for, like, all of the 10 minutes, and some guy, like, you know, introduces himself to David and. And whatnot. And, like, they're talking for, like, two minutes, and then all I hear out of this conversation is, are you gay, bro? That's what he says to you. Do you remember that? And then he was like. Like, he thought that you were gay this whole time.

[David]

Yeah. Oh, yes. Yes, yes, yes. I was like, am I gay?

[Natalie]

And then you really got really defensive. You're like, wait, no, I'm not. I'm not gay. Like, I'm straight. And he was like, no, no. Like, you're gay. He, like, insisting on you being.

[David]

That's how I always referred to. And he. That was actually really funny. But he was like. Then he. Like, when we were leaving, you guys, like, were up, like, pulling me to leave, and he's like, you have to stay. We're going to have to party. And I was like, oh, I gotta go. And he goes, those people, they're fake. You're like, about you guys. And then I was like, dude, I think you're fake. I told him, like, we were in each other's faces, but, like, almost like. Like, playfully.

[Natalie]

Yeah. Like, you guys were talking like, you're about to kiss.

[David]

Yes. Yes, yes, yes. But you couldn't.

And we were all so annoyed because they're waiting on you to leave.

Yeah. But I was like, you're fake. Those are my fucking friends. I've known him forever.

Like, if I didn't go with them, that would make me fake and try to explain to him. Yeah. So then. Yeah, so then they had to drag me. His friends had to drag him away from me.

Everybody thought we were like, are they gonna make out or are they gonna fight? Like, what's happening right now?

[David]

I actually kind of feel that.

[Natalie]

So his friends were like. And neither his friend group didn't know you, and your friend group didn't know him. So we were like, they're not friends. So why are they, like, talking so intimately or whatever so closely? And so each friend group was, like, trying to pull each of you away from each other.

[David]

Yeah. Then we were leaving, and then we left the party. I was very drunk. Ranter or Rami Malik?

[Natalie]

Yeah, Rami Malik was there.

The guy from Queen. Bohemian Rhapsody. Well, he's not the guy from Queen. Well, I know, but, yeah, he's the guy. Yeah. In Bohemian Rhapsody. Really great guy. I have a story with him once where he told me that my zipper was undone.

So I told him. I was like, rami, you told me once that my zipper was undone. And you saved me from. For the rest of the party. And Rami goes, that's the kind of guy I am.

Yeah. So funny. It was a great response.

Croatia and Cannes were very beautiful. We very, very much did a early European summer start. God knows when that vlog will be out. Maybe in a week. Maybe in two. Yeah, probably in a week, hopefully.

I don't know. And. Yeah. And this is the tail end of our trip. We go back from Norway, and at the house on Thursday, we have, like, this big. This is crazy that we're doing this. I can't even believe we're doing this.

Me neither. We're doing. We're doing a thing for the movie. Screaming, scary movie. Scary Movie. Fuck. Why do I get those two confused?

Right? Right. God damn it. Why do I get them so confused? They're both Paramount, too. Yeah. We're doing something for Scary Movie, and we have, like, two performers. Can I see the performers coming to the house, or is this just, like. I feel like I'd rather not, but, like, two people come in to perform, and we're doing, like, a party, and this kind of sprung up out of nowhere. We're doing, like, an event with Paramount at the house on Thursday.

Now we're throwing a Party on Thursday, we land Wednesday, and then we're right into the thick of it. Yeah, it's just a lot. A lot's going on. And then. And then we have some pickleball tournaments and things, and then we get back on the road, we go back to

Yeah. And then I have one meeting at 5pm in a week. No, but they're all very like. Yeah, they're like big things that we're doing.

Big events that we've been big events planning for a while, which is kind of exhausting because I really thought. I feel this, like, little European leg that we were gonna do. We were gonna kind of just get to chill, I don't know, back to

I really, guys, I really, really, really, really. I wish we're. We're so close and we're so far with these videos. Like, I really wish we could figure out a way where I'm not looking at these edits. I really wish, because I really do love filming the videos. And I think it. It'd be so incredibly easy if, like, there it was just pumped out without me looking at it. Because that I could. Because you want to get access to this country, so they're going to make you do whatever the hell they want you to do.

But I really don't understand how the draft, like, used to work. I wonder how many, how many people were drafted in the U.S. world War I? Approximately 2.8 million men were drafted. That's crazy. World War II, 10.1 million Americans.

Could you fucking imagine that? Could you imagine that in today's world

with how many Americans died in each of those?

Overall, including those missing and non battle deaths, the US recorded over 1 million total casualties. That's like, could you imagine that with like.

It does not make sense to me at all, like, the concept of war. I just like, don't. I don't understand how, like, there can be one president over here and another president over here and they're like, we're going to fight. You guys are all going to go out and maybe die.

Like, someone made a joke about this on TikTok, but it's so true. It's like, why are we going to fight for you? Like, if you have a disagreement, like, shouldn't the presidents just like, get in a ring and like, settle it out?

Or just fight each other to the death, if that's what it has to be. Like if they're really that passionate, where they're sending millions of millions of people from a country because, like, they want something. Like, I don't know. That is that. Yeah, that is a very, very, very bizarre thing. But yeah, yeah. But could you imagine, like, the draft with Tick Tock today? Like, how crazy that would be Gonna be crazy. That's all you would see. Your entire for you page would be like, opening my mail this morning and seeing if I'm drafted. You'd see some of the saddest and some of the funniest Tick Tock. You'd have, like, you'd have such a wide range of ways people would be reacting to it that it'd be like, pretty crazy. Oh, oh, oh. Last night when we were out, scan was filming me and I was like, let's go to the strip club. Let's go to the strip club. And we were with these people from like a big Brand. I think it's funnier if you know a brand, they're from a big brand. Like. Like a Coca Cola. I don't. I don't even know how to say. But they're a big brand.

And I. And I was like, I'll just use Coca Cola for the example. Okay. And I was like. And I was like, we gotta go to the strip club. Let's go to the strip club. And then Scan's like, you got to be careful if you're talking like this, or else Coca Cola won't hire you. And the guy from Coke goes, no, that's exactly why Coca Cola would hire you. So, yeah, strip clubs bring people together.

I was like, it's your brand deals the strip club. In hindsight, I said the strip club too many times. I thought about it because I. I did sober up, and I was like, oh, but I don't mean strip club. They reveal the new car. It's the Ferrari, Lucius. And everybody's up in arms about it. Just like, like, listen to this.

Yeah. So this guy's basically pissed off and every video is like, this about the new Ferrari. It's an all electric car, which is fine, that was coming, but just how it looks is so crazy. So not Ferrari. And I have a hot take on it. And I'm not just saying this to be actually, I am saying this to be different. I'm a little confused about my stance on it. I think it's very cool looking car and I think it's like you love

to be just like against.

That's not what it is though. That's not what it is. First of all, the inside is crazy. I'm not gonna talk about it too much.

Super weird. But. But Ferrari said this one thing. Like One of the CEOs said this because, like, everyone's kind of pissed about the newer cars. They're like, well, the older cars still exist, so, like, you don't have to buy it. Like, you could buy the older cars.

Or, you know, whatever. Yeah. Honestly, I adopted that mentality for the vlogs because I was like, yeah, I'm gonna make new stuff. Who cares? Because the older stuff that you love is still there. Yeah. Like, I gotta grow and may I. Will I maybe one day make some electric Fer style videos? Yeah. But the old ones are still there. I like that.

Interesting. I do like that.

Yeah, I like that mindset. It's like, it doesn't really change anything about like, I think, I think singers. Singers probably have that mindset, like fully, right? Like, yeah. How many singers put out albums that you never hear about because they suck, but like, they have the bangers, right? And they're there forever. So that's just a little lesson from Ferrari guys. Just trying to teach you guys to experiment, make new stuff.
