The crew discusses the darkest episode so far of Star fleet Academy.

In this Episode we finally learn about the Academies' first photonic student.Sam decides she wants to have many of the experiences that organics have and chaos ensues. Then something unexpected happens that puts her life in danger and tests her relationships.

The academy is challenged to be effective in debate as the doctor grills the cadets.Jay-Den Kraag is called out and is conflicted because he isn't a typical Klingon. However he tasked to define what it is to be a Klingon and how he still demonstrates what it means by fighting in his own way.

In "Vitus Reflux," the new cadets are thrust into the competitive environment of the War College, where a brewing school rivalry escalates into a full-blown prank war. The animosity isn't limited to the students; the Chancellors of each school are also locked in a battle to prove their teaching methods are superior.Note: Once again, the crew is aware of the changes at Paramount and them cancelling Starfleet Academy. We are also aware of the views of the show. We will continue to review them and share our views and enjoy Star Trek.

Star Trek Returns with it's ambitious entry; Star Fleet Academy!The Pilot, "Kids These days" We see how the events of the season start off with Captain Aki chases down the pirate boss Nus Baraka. His capture and sentencing also affects young Caleb as his mother, Anisha, is also sentenced breaking up their family.In "Beta Test" the academic year starts and Caleb isn't sure about his future in the academy.A delegation form Beta Zed arrives and Caleb is tasked with showing the leader's daughter around the campus.Note: We are aware of the discussions around Star Fleet Academy and that it has been canceled as Paramount takes a different direction with its IP. We're aware of the negativity around the show and the manufactured culture war points that have been lobbed at it. Star Trek has always been a commentary on the current political climates of the times the shows were aired. Each show had it's criticisms as it tackled race, culture, politics and ideology.Star Fleet Academy hasn't done anything different from TOS to Voyager. What has changed are people's sensibilities about the topics Star Trek addresses. We honestly don't care what negative things people have to say without anything of substance to support their arguments. We will continue to review this project and share our thoughts on what we think is successful and what we think needs more work.

We know it will be a harrowing journey as we plan to delve into a dangerous world and navigate the dangers of a toxic fanbase!

The episode culminates in a touching, final meeting between Sheridan, Delenn, and Emperor Lando, signaling the sunset of a long and storied friendship.

On a Babylon 5 bustling with farewells, the promise of peace is shadowed by newfound dangers. President Sheridan and Delenn make their final preparations to leave the station that changed the galaxy, but their allies face crises of their own. Unwilling to be revered as a living deity on Narn, G'Kar plans a solitary journey to the galactic rim, a decision that spurs a devout and unstable follower to take drastic action to keep his "god" within reach. Meanwhile, as Garibaldi and Lise Hamner prepare for a new life together, the former security chief uncovers a lethal assassination plot that puts the woman he loves directly in the crosshairs.
