This is the Voice of Search podcast. My name's Tyson. And joining us today is Elliot Tsai, senior growth manager of SEO and ASO at TextNow. Coming up to kind of last portion here, we're going to go into the lightning round. All right, so next, one game plan. What's your plan or what's your first step in partnering with CRM?
C
My first step partnering with CRM is to understand their user journey. Because CRM, they always create different kind of template for different kind of user. Like does the user do this behavior? I sent out this email template for them. This user do ABC behavior within this. So that's the first thing understand what template they have and what kind of user journey they're trying to fit. And the reason why is the first step to understand this is you understand what they're doing, you understand how did they look through their user journey flow and that you know what kind of messaging they're sending out. From an SEO perspective, after understanding this, you actually can. Integrating your SEO article into their template will also make their user journey better because sometimes they only see these, they may be there's a gap like they don't see about it. We can tell them we have this article here, create a template for this user. On the same time they can find a gap for us like our library. There's a huge gap. We don't have it. When you look through the template, you're like, I miss it. And that created for us and for them there.
