What a great talk! It’s always such a pleasure to be surrounded by absolute brilliance. I’ve talked with Ericka Kopp for VA-01 several times and this was my first time meeting Melat Kiros. I’m so proud to be able to assist these women in getting the visibility they rightfully deserve.

As you watch this video, I want you all to stop and imagine what our reality would look like if we were led by competent, capable, and compassionate people like these. Just that thought alone makes my heart overflow with hope! We all know that earning a congressional seat is simply the first step. These women have ambitious ideas that will take a collective effort to implement.

But frankly, we’re all getting pretty sick and tired of the alternative.
