Thank you so much for joining us today for this guided meditation. Wherever you're tuning in, I invite you to get comfortable and get into a space where you can close your eyes and settle. And if you can't close your eyes, that's okay, you can just listen to my voice as I guide us inward on a journey inside, as we attune and look for the light in ourselves. So gently close your eyes if you can. Allow yourself to settle and get heavy into your body and bones, feeling the space that you are sitting in, whether it's your office or your home, maybe you're sitting on a chair, standing, lying on a couch. Wherever you are, just give yourself full permission to be here. Now, as I strike the sound of this beautiful crystal healing bowl to invite our full attention, our full presence in our body to be seen, sensed, felt and known. And then let's take a intentional breath together as we inhale the light that we are and exhale anything that feels heavy, dense, disconnected or distorted. We inhale lightness and hope and then exhale anything in this moment that you are ready to allow to melt down and out of you. Just noticing your breath as you inhale. And then gently exhale this beautiful gift of life we've been given today, our breath. Allow yourself to even get heavier now, imagining that what is draining you, what's on your mind that might feel stressful or heavy, to begin to be drawn out of your legs through the bottom of your feet, as if the center of the earth is coming up and rising to meet you, drawing out what no longer is needed. Allow yourself and your energy to root into the center of Mother Earth, allowing her vines and soil, micronutrients to literally digest whatever you're able to give to her, knowingly or unknowingly now you feel rooted and embodied, supported and grounded in this moment, dropping into the density to the shadows. For as you give what no longer serves you, you add to the fertile soil that can be mulched and digested by Mother Earth, turning into seeds of creat. And as you feel rooted and supported, imagine that there is the beautiful full moon above your head, shining down in the sky. We imagine the pure white light that emanates and glows from this center of the universe, somehow transcends downward and finds us. This light pours down through the top of our head, illuminating our hemispheres and our brain, connecting them and creating this beautiful harmony between the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere, our intellect and our intuition. And then it travels down and rests behind our eyes, expanding our Ability to see, to see the good in ourselves, to see the good in others. And then it opens our ear canals, illuminating the ability to hear the good, to sort out and let go of anything that is not good. To hear the muse, to hear our guidance, to hear our wisdom. And then that light travels down through our necks, our throat chakra, illuminating our ability to speak, to share, to articulate, to communicate our truth, our knowing, our wanting, our becoming. And then like a beautiful sensation of a blanket of the light travels down over our shoulders, melting them with ease, dropping the burden, dropping the judgments, dropping the pressure as we trust. We are exactly where we need to be, right in this moment, perfectly designed for now. And then the light of the pure super full moon travels down into our heart space, healing any wounds, healing any shame, any anxiety or unrest, calming us and opening up our hearts to love, to love ourselves most unconditionally. To feel the good in ourselves, to feel the light that we are. And we expand in this space so we are able to see it in others. We are able to feel the good in our relations, in our work without resistance. We feel connected to the light that we are, to the higher light, whatever you name that to be, and to the light with others who are walking this path. And then that light travels down into our guts, our solar plexus, our center of will power, the ability to choose consciously what we feed, what we form. And then that light travels down through our hips to the center of creation, our ability to bring ideas into manifestations, our ability to follow what lights us up, what brings us joy. And then the light travels down through our legs so we can actualize, we can walk, we can be strong, we can take steps in this space of goodness, aware of our light aligned to our light. And then that light travels down through our feet and finds the vines and the soil and the moss and the creepy crawlies as it travels down through the center, almost as if it merges with fire, the lava that we imagine being at the center of Mother Earth. From this place, just be in the light from above, the light within, feeling rooted and grounded and held and reminded that everything is unfolding in perfect divine order. You are here for a reason. You are the light you seek. You are good. And with the sound of this chime, may it gently bring you back, feeling inspired and more rooted in the light that you are, to see the good in yourself and to look for the good in others. Taking a few deep inhales and exhales, breathing in the light, bringing your awareness back to your environment. Wherever that may need to be. Wiggling your fingers and toes and then gently opening your eyes. Whenever you are ready. Welcome back.
