What's the difference between modification and manipulation? It's tied to control. It's also tied to rebellion. And if God is giving instructions and we want to introduce manipulation, how is it not possible that we are introducing witchcraft?

The difference between a miracle worker and the magician is the sour. And if I'm connected to the wrong source, I could very easily become a sorcerer. You could be carnal in your approach to what's holy.

A call for purity is. It's a call to get out of the way. Is my truth safe through you? Is it? Is it safe in you? Like if I deposit in the womb of your understanding, will my truth be translated to the individuals that need to receive it free of your experience? God was instructing Noah to build an ark. The nature of the ark had a preserving characteristic. What happens when you miss a screw? It's not stable now. It can't carry what it was designed to carry.

While it may do the job, it may work. Moses, you can strike this rock again and water flow from it. But just because it works doesn't mean that you can bring it back to me as worship. Just because it's working in your family, it's working in your business.

We'll smell the aroma of the anointing and we say, oh, I want a piece of that.

Now, I've never met the CEO of said burger place.

But I got a problem with said burger place because of the individuals that they have behind the registers. People have a problem with God not because they've had an authentic encounter. Encounter with God. It's because they've encountered me and you who have miscarried the delivery.

Oh, my God forbid that I ever be the reason that the deliverer is misrepresented because of my delivery. What's the difference in a pastor who has put their own spin on doctrine and a parent who puts their own spin on raising up a child in the way that they should go. That's crazy, because I want my child to be like me. Before God gave instruction, he had Moses take something off the first thing. What? I would come in, I would hear my mama say it. Before you touch anything in this house, go wash your hands. Come on. And we got so many people.

Oh, my goodness.

Who are in pulpits, who are on podcasts with these dirty hands we so consume. Assumed would be an outside we outside. Whoever is responsible of distributing the genetically modified word now becomes the God of those who digest it.

Nevertheless, in the midst of every tension, in the midst of every disaster. Nevertheless.

Nevertheless, not my will.

They broke my heart. They betrayed me. Nevertheless, not my will. I see everything I want standing right before me. Nevertheless, not my will. Faith is proven in the midst of the confrontation of choice or at the moment of hunger. Your theology is either reinforced or deconstructed. In that moment, Jesus was about to set the precedent for his entire ministry.

Oh, my God.

But if he had taken the consultation of the enemy to do a miracle to instinctively satisfy his flesh, then he would have led and set the precedent of his ministry with mixture that says, when it's time to bless the people, I'll bless them, but when it's time to feed my flesh, I'll feed it.

Oh, my God.

In that moment, it wouldn't have had detrimental effects. He would have ate the food and been good but in the garden. Or he would have been tempted without the devil, to tap into the precedent that was set. And actions are not empty and innocent. Yeah, when you act, when you behave, what you're doing is discipling your mind and your body. You're setting a precedent for your theology that says, well, sometimes God comes through. Sometimes I got to sew together these fig leaves my own disciples are denying me. You see, you got this food that just betrayed me. And so you're telling me in this moment, I can't make a decision finally for myself.

What you're saying is that when the enemy comes to tempt us in this moment, he's not after this moment.

This is my guy. Now, I don't know if they ready, but we've been having conversations in this vein, and I want you to kind of reiterate just some things and just let the Lord use you on what the Lord has just been wrecking us with.

Yeah. I think that the main thing that we've been talking about, bro, is how our entire focus for majority of the aspect of the body of Christ is off. We hear so much about the blood, the cross, the church, salvation, which is all necessary. But what we don't hear about is the kingdom. We don't hear about how heaven's initiatives need to become our driving force in the earth. We're so focused on how to build stuff our way, build things that we desire, even the mission that God has given us. And we were talking about this earlier, we're so focused on what we can obtain and what we can secure. That my fear is that the voice of God has become a distant memory that we have become accustomed to. To surviving and thriving on past word on things that God said years ago that. That it's hard for even heaven to get new information, revelation into the earth because we are so capped in our ability to hear God. We don't seek God like we used to. And we're in a space where we have gotten so good at performing the works of God that we have minimized the voice of God.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Oh, my goodness.

And this is where the conversation picks up. Oh, yes, sir. Because we've heard about all of the things of the works of God. We hear about the healing and the salvation and the transformation, but we have not gotten to a space where we can hear the voice of God to hear what matters to heaven in this season.

That's good.

[William Jackson]

What is God trying to say? What is God trying to do? And so many of us are in this space where we have gotten so accustomed to managing and maneuvering and. And manufacturing things. Thank you, Holy Spirit. The things that matter to us. And heaven is saying. I never endorsed it. Oh, that was never something that I desired. It's never something that pleases me. It's one of those things that we have become unconsciously our own God because we only consult ourselves. Oh, we don't even go to God to give him the opportunity on. On the front side to say, what do you want? This is the difference between Jonah and Noah.

What do you mean by that?

[William Jackson]

So when we look at scripture in Genesis, we see first, and this is. This is a key part is because one of the things that we've gotten mixed up is favorite. We're in a high favor generation. We want the favor of God. But when you go through scripture, favor was denounced or favor was. Favor was one of those things that were described about people when God wanted someone to do something difficult. Okay, so God found favor in Noah. So now your mission is, I'm going to destroy everything on the earth and you are going to restart civilization. Oh, my goodness, Mary, you find favor in my eyes, carry the Messiah of the world and raise him so that he can accomplish the mission to bring salvation all. So when God is now talking about favor, the favor is so that you can go do something hard. See, we think. We think favors about houses and cars and God. You know, we want the favor of God so that we can ball out of control. God is saying your favor. You are favored to be faithful to the mission that I'm about to give you. And the difference between Noah and Jonah is that God gave Jonah a hard mission. And Jonah's response immediately was to go run away from God's instructions because he wanted to do things his way.

Oh, my goodness.

Noah, he gives the same type of hard instruction. But Noah was wise enough to sit and wait so that he could get all of the information from God because he realized that if God told me to do something, oh my. It's more important for me to be connected to the source of the information than to try to manufacture my own method to bring about what God told me to do. Oh, man.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Whoa, whoa. Talk a little bit about the significance of Noah having to be so connected and why that matters for me.

[William Jackson]

Yeah. So one of the greatest things that we could have in this life is proximity.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Okay.

[William Jackson]

It's access. The blessing is not just being able to know God, but to be close to him because heaven is to be in his presence.

[Brother Ezekiel]

[William Jackson]

So Noah is now connected to God. So much so that he hears God's initial instruction and then he sits in wait for the follow up instruction. So why is this important for us? Because it's very easy to get a piece of what God wants us to do and then manufacture our own method. And then by default, we have tainted God's mission because we decided we wanted to do it our way or because we weren't close enough to figure out what God really wanted and how he wanted it.

Oh, my.

[William Jackson]

Gosh There's a. There's a reason that chefs write down recipes, because if you are going to cook this dish, there's a certain way of doing it. It's certain steps, certain ingredients. And what happens is when people take their own liberties on the recipe. You may have a form of this dish, but you won't have exactly what I intended.

Oh, my goodness.

And so many of us are taking the recipes, scripture and manufacturing our own method so that now we can present something to the public that appears to be what God wanted.

You're making me think about the ark.

[William Jackson]

Come on.

[Brother Ezekiel]

You're making me think about the ark. Because God was instructing Noah to build an ark, but the purpose of the ark was to preserve and keep pure this. This small group of humanity that will restart civilization, untouched and uninhibited, or, I'm sorry, uncontaminated by the surrounding people who were not faithful. And so if that's true.

[William Jackson]

Yeah.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Then when God gives instructions, the purpose of those instructions have to be guarded.

[William Jackson]

Mm.

[Brother Ezekiel]

They have to be safe.

[William Jackson]

Come on.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Why? Because the ark, the nature of the ark, had a preserving characteristic.

[William Jackson]

Yeah.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Like, it was literally built so that it could have a level of integrity, which means structural integrity.

[William Jackson]

Yes.

[Brother Ezekiel]

So that it could be sound enough to pass through 40 days and 40 nights of rain.

[William Jackson]

Yeah.

[Brother Ezekiel]

And so that it could get where it needs to get to, but not just so it could get where it need to get to. So it could enclose and keep those that would restart humanity intact.

Come on.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Alive. Surviving. Thriving. Boom. Now, if we are just like when, you know, we have a complex thing to build and we don't look at the instructions, then we can try to put things together on our own.

[William Jackson]

Yes.

[Brother Ezekiel]

But what happens when you miss a screw or you miss something or you put something on backwards, you try to sit it and you stand it, and what's happening, it's not stable.

[William Jackson]

Yeah.

[Brother Ezekiel]

The integrity is not there. Now it can't carry what it was designed to carry. That's problematic.

[William Jackson]

Yeah.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Why? Because now whatever it was designed to carry is no longer safe.

[William Jackson]

Oh, my gosh. Come on, bro.

[Brother Ezekiel]

That's a scary thing. Scary because everything that you're talking about. God gave Mary favor, but he had to entrust a savior into her womb. In other words, the promise of a savior coming through. Mary had to be safe. She had to have the faith for it. She had to receive that promise.

Yes.

[Brother Ezekiel]

She had. Like, she had to receive it.

[William Jackson]

Yeah.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Because in that time, I'm sure they had the wherewithal to abort because they were already sacrificing children to molech.

Come on.

Abortions were existing in past times. So God had to make sure that the Savior was safe in Mary in the same way God had to make sure new humanity was safe in the Ark. So it was that much more important for me to take. For Noah to take meticulous care with the instructions that he was receiving.

And we were having that conversation. It's just like when something is super complicated and I'm trying to put it together, man. I look at them instructions a thousand times. I don't even. I don't even set the instructions down while I'm working. The instructions are in my hands.

You're meditating on it day and night. That's the difference. Oh, keep going, keep going. No, no, no, no.

Why? Because. Oh, man. Because what the Lord wants to keep safe is that important. Is that necessary to bring about his intentions? And what happens

when we tweak? Oh, come on.

When we insert our own ideas and understanding and just try to wing it. See, when we wing it, I guess we don't mean no harm. We just feel like, what's the harm in trying to do it a little faster? What's the harm in skipping a step? I'm still going to get to where I'm trying to get to. What's the harm, bro? What's the harm in me doing it my way just a little bit?

The harm is the methods impact the mission. The mission could be holy, but your methods could not be. And how I get there is just as important as getting there,

Because God is. Is committed to the end result, but he's also committed to the journey. He's committed to the step. He's committed to the everyday. This is why his word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. He doesn't like the entire pathway because he's focused on every step.

That's good. I never heard it like that.

[William Jackson]

He's focused on, what are you going to do? This is why Jesus said, don't worry about what you will eat, what you will drink, what you will wear. These are the things that the pagans focus on. You need to be so locked in with me.

That's so good, bro.

That I can be able to consult with you on every single step. But if you are trying to manufacture it, Come on. The mission now gets tainted. And this is how we have people who are doing the work of the Lord. But it's infiltrated with carnality. It's infiltrated with flesh. It's infiltrated with self. We have this I doctrine that is running rampant in the pulpit. I and me. I do this. Me. God don't play about me. And we don't do this. And God is me. And I and I. And if every aspect of your ministry has an I component, you're doing it wrong. Because the entire goal of the instruction that God is giving to people is so that we can advance the kingdom's initiatives.

God didn't tell Noah to build because check the language. When you go in Genesis, God is saying, I'm. I'm angry. I'm regretting that I. I have made man. So he tells Noah, build yourself an ark now, God, this is your mission. So why are you telling me to build it for me? Because how you get there is going to be directly tied to your ability to understand your part in the Kingdom initiative. But the focus is not on what you are building for you. You gonna build it for you, but it's still for me. Oh, that's good. Because I. I need you to build it so that it preserves what's on the inside of you, so that when I get you to the place that I have for you, what I have in you is still intact. But the issue is, bro, is that we have so many people who are building arcs for themselves because they are so focused on their destination, their direction, and the kingdom is not able to thrive in the midst of the flood that's still coming.

We're believing and trusting that God is going to do everything that we need him to do through his hands and feet. Here's it. We are in a proverbial flood in this day and age. There's a flood of instruction, there's a flood of doctrine. It's a flood of insights and perspective. It's a flood of, of people who have this, this, this, this elitism, Pharisaic mentality to where they're so focused on what makes them the, the called and the elect and the ecclesia and, and we've missed the entire aspect of the kingdom.

we want to control the direction. The thing that the ark didn't have was a steering wheel because it was God's job to determine the direction of where Noah and his family was going to end up. So we got so many people who are doing the work, but we want to modify it internally and externally, it could look good.

But internally, all I need is just a little tweak so that I can have a little bit of control. And every time I'm placing my hand on what God told me to do, I am manipulating his instruction for my own benefit. Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo.

Slow down, though. You said when I put my hands on it, I'm manipulating God's instruction for my own benefit. First of all, you were using the term modified, and I was able to stomach that. But when you introduce manipulation, now it's getting dark.

What's the difference?

What's the difference between modification and manipulation? That word manipulation. I oftentimes interview people that are in the dark or darkness in a cult, and they always bring up the term manipulation as it relates to witchcraft. Manipulation is tied to control. It's also tied to rebellion.

And if God is giving instructions and we want to introduce manipulation, how is it not possible that we are intro. Introducing witchcraft?

Into the very things that God is calling us to do. But you're saying. But I don't fly on a broomstick. I've never done any spells. Yet I put my hands on the assignment in ways that are manipulating. Oh, my God. You said it. Sometimes it don't even have to be sin.

It's not that. You have to be, like you said, flying on a broomstick and you're casting spells. It's the fact that you could be carnal in your approach to what's holy. God told both Moses and Joshua, take your shoes off. Where you stand is holy ground.

So I gotta be so intentional if I'm going to get instruction. Because before God gave instruction, he had Moses take something off.

Before God gave him the play, the instruction, you have to take something off here and recognize the sanctity of this moment. The ground you're standing on is holy. So I gotta be so intentional about making sure that I'm not bringing something into holy ground. There it is. That's going to track in fleshly residue. Because the carnal mind is enmity with God. So it don't have to be sinful. It doesn't have to be that you're operating in lust or lying or you. It's the fact that you are introducing your fleshly perspective to a divine initiative. And by default, you are infiltrating what was supposed to be holy with your dirty shoes. And we. I don't know how most people grew up, but when we grew up as kids, we played outside.

Right. And when we were outside, the first thing, what I would come in, I would hear my mama say is, go wash your hands before you touch anything in this house. Go wash your hands. Come on. Why? Because you've been outside touching things that you are going to track inside if you are not intentional about washing the things that you were just exposed. And we got so many people, oh, my goodness. Who are in pulpits, who are on podcasts with these dirty hands because we so consumed with being outside. We outside and we want to go do everything everyone else is doing, and we are not willing to take off what was dirty, to wash and to discard. So we keep infiltrating the thing that God has designed for deliverance. And this is why. This is why people cannot truly be discipled in what is real and authentic. Because we have introduced so much carnality to the divine aspects of salvation and deliverance and healing. We're so consumed with doing it all our way. And we are manipulating God's instruction. We're manipulating the mission that he's given us because we want to add our little flare to it. But see, the difference here is when you read in Genesis, when Noah got the instruction tying this back to the kingdom, when you hear about how Noah responds, the scripture says, after he got all of the instruction, he sat there and waited, the scripture says, and Noah did all that God commanded him. And the main difference here is that Noah did not take God's instruction as suggestion. Noah did not take God's word as something that he could negotiate with. And every time we try to negotiate and infiltrate, and now we try to maneuver and manufacture what God has designed for us to say, to do and to be, we are introducing a, A, a carnal pipeline into the construction of God's divine build. Imagine praise. Imagine if Noah decided he was going to make some, some, some special liberties, some, some design changes, some tweaks, some. Some constructive liberties to start to add some things to the ark that would have thrown off the entire structural integrity just because he liked certain things.

Bro, what you just said, I don't know. I don't think you know what you just said. When a. When a Mac manufacturer develops a product and they give it to you and you add. Let's. I'm gonna give you an example, bro. Yeah. And you add. Let's say you. You got. You got a Toyota.

In la, man, you could throw some. A sound system in there. You could put struts on them. A practical example is, you know them Jeeps? You could put a lift on them.

I talked to the. The dealership about the Jeep, and they said, hey, if we give you a Jeep with a lift, we can always address it and we can fix it if you bring it back. But if you go somewhere else and get it lifted, we can't touch it because that's not our car. And so we keep bringing modified products to God saying, why won't you help me? Why won't you give me revelation? He said, that's not my mission. That's not my assignment. And the fact that you got my name on it misrepresents me. Take my name off if you go,

misrepresent the brand because you went somewhere else to get lifted. Oh, what? You went somewhere else to get lifted. And the issue is we won't stay low enough so that God can lift us because there's another manufacturer around the corner. I don't have to wait on God to do it. I don't have to wait on the due season. I can go manufacture my own. You've changed the entire integrity of the vehicle because you decided to add some aftermarket parts to something that I never intended. And while it may do the job. Oh, my gosh. While it may work, Moses, you can strike this rock again and water flow from it, but just because it works doesn't mean that you can bring it back to me as worship. Oh, my God. Just because it's working in your church, just because it's working in your family, it's working in your business, your relationship. Your relationship, it's working. But then when it stops working and you need a tune up.

When you need to. To be fixed or made some adjustments, you can bring it to me. Oh, because those aren't my parts. Whatever you have, whatever you have integrated into the design, Jesus, you have given God capacity to control or have access. Thank you, Holy Spirit. You have given access to another manufacturer.

So now it's not my car, it's our car. And now it's not that it's holy and divine. You try to have it both holy and carnal. Just because it's not sin. Because it fits on the car.

And whose ever parts they are, is now responsible over. Now, if I make myself responsible over it, that's one thing. But oftentimes when we go grab those manufactured parts, we got to deal with that manufacturer. Now, my question is the same way God asked Adam. Who told you that? My question to you is, who made that? No, because you introduced that idea.

And so that sexual activity that I've brought into my life, the authority figure that gave me those parts, gave me those ideas, is now in charge.

You want me to take off all I've ever known? Yeah. Because you've been wearing something your entire life.

That is preventing you from giving me sovereign capacity in my ability to give you direction. Because the shoes that you've been wearing have been tracked everywhere that you have been. So now you're trying to bring your entire lived experience into this divine encounter. And if you can't take off your experience, there it is. You can't have an encounter because you will be discipled and instructed by your experience. This is why when you go to God and try to pray, you are praying from your history. So now when he starts talking to you about your future, it doesn't make sense because you are standing in the present talking to God about your experience, and he is standing in your future talking to your present about what's coming next.

Oh, my gosh.

[William Jackson]

So we're in this space now where we are unwilling to take off what we have grown and developed, and we won't allow God to strip us down of the thing that's preventing us from stepping in. So what we'll do is we'll say, yes, God, I'll do your will my way.

But I think the problem with people who have. Who are struggling with this conversation, with this challenge is that my experience has shaped me. It's brought me this far. And if I'm able to hear God. Now then, that's an ode to what has brought me this far. Like the church I used to go to, the person I've made myself out to be. How are you telling me now? God is in conflict with what it seemed like he was cool with in the past season of my life.

I think one of the main things that highlight in this moment is that you hear God. But how clearly we talked about this. There's a difference in me talking to my son upstairs and me talking to my son in front of my face. And some of us have gotten comfortable with having the distant connection just because I can hear pieces of God. But it's not until my son comes from upstairs, downstairs to hear exactly what I said that we gain clarity. Come on. So the experience could have had me into a space where I heard pieces of God.

Oh, man.

[William Jackson]

And I may hear. Because, you know, when you yelling at somebody, even if they're not upstairs or across the street, they're only going to hear pieces of what you're saying. So when I'm talking or my son is trying to talk to me, and. And we. We have this thing in our house, we don't. We're not going to have a conversation with you upstairs. When you hear my voice, that is an indication for you to come closer. So if we are settling for having these distant relationships where I can hear a piece of what God is saying, this is how we can keep introducing modifiers. Because I'm not close enough to get the. The full instruction.

So I can hear the flood is coming. Build an ark. But then now, when God starts going, talking about the type of wood where the roof needs to be, how the door needs to sit, how many levels I'm taking now liberties in my own design. Because all I heard was build an ark. And my experience could be the very thing that's keeping me distant.

Oh, my gosh.

Because I have to cast off everything that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. So my experience that keeps trying to inform me may have gotten me to a place where I can hear pieces.

But I can never hear clearly if I don't get close. And the only way to get close is to take off. That's the only way.

[Brother Ezekiel]

I think I've said this before in intimacy, it requires the removal of clothes. To be that close, you got to.

So I can. I can have pieces. And this is how we have a form of godliness.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Oh, man.

[William Jackson]

Because I can be formed and shaped by the fragmented experience that I keep having. So as long as I can hear his voice, I think I'm good. But when you really start to prioritize relationship, that's good. It now becomes a matter of proximity.

Oh, that's good.

[William Jackson]

Because I can't settle from being distant. I got to come close to where you are. If I really want to get close and really hear you for real, I have to come closer. And every relationship requires you to strip off what you were bringing in to the relationship. When you stand at the altar, what does it say? Do you commit in sickness and in health, In. In richer or for poor, Forsaking all others? Will you take off everything that tries to infiltrate this moment so it can be pure? Because the purity. When the scripture talks about how the bedroom in a marriage is undefiled.

Come on, man.

It's because there's a purity within the union.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Yes, sir, of the two. That's good.

[William Jackson]

But now when I start to introduce other things, and now things are now added to the equation. Now it becomes defiled. Same goes with God is when I'm trying to introduce my crystals or my sage or I'm trying to introduce my carnality. This is why when it. It, it. It's funny to me how people say that music doesn't matter because music feeds your carnality. Oftentimes, whatever you're listening to, it is feeding something in you one way or the other. So if I'm listening to things that are feeding my selfish instincts, that I'm raising myself up as an idol or I'm feeding certain aspects of carnality. It is hard to get into a sacred space when I have inundated my mind and my heart and my spirit with nothing but flesh all week. You want to come from outside and go straight to the refrigerator? No, no, no, no. You got to wash your hands, brother. You got. You got to wash something off. Because you can't expect to come in and treat God's presence as if there are no stipulations. People have certain house. Listen, we. We. In our house, we have the thing where you take your shoes off. Why? Because we want to make sure that what is outside is not tracked all throughout our house. But we keep wanting to come to God and set the rules for his house. Oh, so we want to say, God, I want to listen to whatever I want to listen to. I want to do whatever I want to do. Even though you were bought with a price. So you want me to give you the keys to the car that I purchased? It belongs to me, but I love you and Trust you enough to give you the keys. You go take the car and you get a new paint job and you switch out the parts on the vehicle.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Oh, my gosh.

[William Jackson]

And then you want to return it to me and have this expectation that I'm going to accept what you bring to me. So you want to do whatever you want to do with what I'm giving you and then expect me to be okay with it. This is why the voice of God has gone dim in this day and age that people are going to, to churches. And we keep having these glorified experiences. But where is the power of God being seen in the earth? Earth? Because the kingdom of heaven is about advancement. It's about the spirit of God being manifested through man so that man can walk out the purpose and plans of heaven. Because when the king gives instruction, it is command.

That's good.

[William Jackson]

But we can't advance his commands because we keep taking liberties on the instruction.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Creative liberties.

[William Jackson]

I keep taking creative liberties because I hear what you're saying, God. But you know what? This is a new day. It's. It's a new time. You know, we. We have all of these things that are. That are at our disposal. This is one of the most dangerous generations in the history of all humanity. Why? Because we know too much.

[Brother Ezekiel]

When, when the agricultural movement shifted from real organic produce to what we see now, the heart behind it was, we have to do something because we got to make more food to feed people faster. The population is expanding. We got to feed more people. We got to give them more food. The heart behind it sounds right. Yeah, we're trying to do something better. So let's modify this so these things could grow like this. They could be this size so that we can sell it for more so it could weigh more. All of these things, let's make it sweeter.

Yeah, let's.

Let's do all of these different things. Genetic modification.

[William Jackson]

Yeah.

[Brother Ezekiel]

But now we're in the day and age that the pesticides, the genetically modified produce one, they don't hit like they used to. Yeah, I don't even smell strawberries like I used to smell them before. Watermelon. They don't have seeds. They barely like. Fruit is not even the same. You got to go out of country to experience authentic satisfaction for food. Problem with this genetically modified produce and products that we're consuming is that from the outside, they look perfect. Yeah, everything looks great. And for those that eat them, they believe that they're ingesting something that's of quality. It's not until they deal with the consequences of what they digested. Yeah, that they deal with. With the problem of the fact that it was genetically modified. Talk about the consequences of what we're releasing. What we're releasing through our manipulation, through our creative liberties. How does that affect God's mission in our lives, those on the receiving end?

[William Jackson]

Yeah. Well, once we introduce that genetically modified mission, it changes God's ability to disciple anyone who comes into agreement with that mission. So now imagine if there is a pipeline of God getting. Because this is the whole goal, is that we become conduits for God to get stuff through us.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Yes.

[William Jackson]

So if God now gives us a mission and we modify it, when we distribute it, people are now discipled from this modified aspect of whatever the mission, the calling, the, the word whatever is provided. So now when people go to have an encounter with God themselves, what God says or what God is saying now sounds foreign. And we resist God's initiatives and heaven's initiatives because what we've been eating and digesting has now has altered our taste buds.

Oh my God.

[William Jackson]

Even our digestive system. This is why it's so hard for people to digest doctrinal truth in this day and age. Because we have been eating so many modified aspects of the religious initiatives that when people try to give you the, the clear cut doctrine and the kingdom, we can't digest it and we resist it. And now it's, okay, you doing too much. Or, or, or, or, you know, we're in this day and age where God is, It's, we're under grace and it's. And, and we just, God just wants us to be happy. And, and when God starts to, to say no, we resist it. And we'll walk away from the God who says no. Because we've been digesting only the God who says yes.

So these modifiers are changing the way that we hear, the way that we receive, and the way that we digest. And whoever is responsible of distributing the genetically modified word, the genetically modified instruction now becomes the God of those who digest it. I will have no other God before me. How can you say that you're making yourself a God will. Because I'm taking what God said and putting my spin on it.

So now you're not just hearing God, you're hearing me in God and in the heart and minds of the unconscious believer.

I don't know the difference between the two. So now I've elevated my pastor as God. Now I am more inclined to go get A word from, from the pulpit than going to the actual living word. So I won't even read my Bible because what I have been hearing and digesting has been the genetically modified version. So it's not. I can't get from the ESV or the, the, the, the NKJV or the, I can't, I can't take the literal word. I need the modified version.

Oh my goodness.

I need the version that's going to make me feel good. So when God starts cutting and when he starts breaking, we say, how can you serve a God like this? Who, who in the world? Who is this God? This cannot be God, because God just wants me to be happy. God wants you to be holy. Come on. Why be holy? For I am holy. Holy, set apart, pure, unmodified.

That purity part, I think when some people hear that term, pure, it's almost like, well, it sounds like workspace. It sounds like we're trying to be perfect. And here's what, what God is, is doing. From the beginning, he had had this interest in wanting the world creation to experience him through us. And so to be proper conduits of the image of God, image bearers, we would need to be pure. Why? Because any contamination of us now implicates what God's trying to propel out. Yes, what God's trying to say. The image that God's trying to put out, the character that's supposed to be reflective of God is now poisoned by our personalities, our temperaments, our selfishness. And so when the call for purity is not a call, you need to just be pure because you, it's a, a call to get out of the way. It's a call so that everything that God wants to get through us goes through us without running into the influence, contamination and poison of us. The question is, as we're talking about that, that arc, like, is my truth safe through you? Is it, is it safe in you? Like, if I deposit you in the womb of your understanding, will my truth be translated to the individuals that need to receive it? Free of your experience, free of your trauma, free of the, your illusions, your doubt. Like, is my word safe in you? That is a scary idea.

[William Jackson]

That's scary, bro. That's scary. Can you be trusted with the instruction like this is, it's, this is to bring it into, to common terms, is you can tell when something has been tampered with, when you doordash or Uber eats, if the seal has been broken. So what God is trying to say is, can I give you this order seal? It in your heart, write it on the tablets of your heart and trust you to keep it safe until it's time to be delivered.

Now that is the craziest thing I've ever heard.

That's why can I trust you to keep it safe until it's time for delivery? But what happens is, we'll smell the aroma. We'll smell the aroma of the anointing. We'll smell the. The aroma of the deliverance and the power. We say, oh, I want a piece of that. So let me just take. I'll just take a couple fries. I'll just. I'll just. Let me just. I'm going to put my hand in the bag and. And when I put my hand in the bag and break the seal, the order is now void because what I ordered, what I am now bringing into you or giving to you to deliver, has been altered.

And then it alters the experience of everyone who receives the delivery.

And now I got a problem with doordash. Yeah, I ain't thinking about you. No, I'm not gonna order from doordash. And here's the problem.

Stay there.

Here's the problem. So many people have a problem with God because they've had a problem with people that misrepresented him. I got a problem. See, I don't go to a particular burger place anymore because every time I pull up, they say they don't got no shakes. Yeah, I shouldn't be drinking shakes. But they always say they don't got no Shakespeare. But guess what? I've never met the CEO of said burger place.

Come on.

[Brother Ezekiel]

But I got a problem with said burger place because of the individuals that they have behind the registers that deal with their attitudes and their incompetency.

And so people have a problem with God not because they've had an authentic encounter with God, not because they've seen and truly felt the love of God, not because they've known the wisdom of God. It's because they've encountered me and you who have misrepresented.

Miscarried. Oh, my God.

The delivery.

[William Jackson]

God forbid. God forbid that I ever be the reason that the deliverer is misrepresented because of my delivery. May God have mercy on our souls. And may it never be said that I call someone to run away from the deliverer because I put my own spin in the delivery. And so many people never met the deliverer. They. They met the delivery driver. And now it's a whole generation of people who have said, you know what? That Delivery driver messed up my order, so now I'm just going to make

my own

because I can't trust the delivery. So instead of me going directly to the deliverer, I'm going to choose to make my own. I have my own ingredients so I can manufacture what I ordered because of my experience here. So now not only is the deliverer being capped from being reached or being able to reach those who he's trying to deliver, now we have an entire generation who's trying to manufacture their own. Their own aspects of what they order. Manufacture their own order with their own ingredients. And now we've even taken it a step further. Jesus is because people have had issues with the delivery driver. They're manufacturing their own order and now mass producing what they were able to manufacture.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Do you? Okay, I know we're in metaphor, but every time you've heard someone say, I have my own relationship with God, oh, I don't need to go to church. I don't need the fellowship with the brethren. I don't need Christianity, I don't need the Bible because of the delivery purpose. Yeah. And so when you talked about making your own order, I have my own unique.

Or maybe my lived experience caused me to end up in brokenness. And because we don't understand that there are systems and processes and stages to this, we decide that we're going to take it into our own hands to now come up with our own life mission, our creed, or what we going to stand on, what we going to believe in my house? This is how we going to do. This is how we raise our kids, and this is what it's going to do. And we don't even ask parents give our kids back to God. We take on the aspect that this is my child and I'm going to raise them the way I see fit. What's the difference in a pastor who has put their own spin on doctrine and a parent who puts their own spin on raising up a child? In the way that they should go.

What's the difference? Because I want my child to be like me. If I was an athlete, I want my son to be an athlete. So I don't even consult God on what you created him to be because I want them to be like me. Oh, that's sobering, bro. That I don't even stop and consult in everything I put my hand to. Because see, this ain't just about pastors.

This is about everything you touch. Is heaven instruction safe in your heart? Or do you decide to put your hands on what God has commanded? Are you close enough to hear his instruction or are you saying, you know what? I got it. That's my child, that's my business, that's my relationship. So I'm not even close enough for God to start chiseling at my methods because I want to raise my child and to be a man of God, a woman of God. But I haven't gone to God for him to check my methods. So now the mission of raising godly children has been infiltrated by my carnal methods. So now I'm pushing my children. I don't even know why we're here, bro, but this is where we at.

So I'm pushing my children into avenues. And so many of us have been that child who have been forced into boxes because the parent decided what was best for you was this journey, this pathway. So they've infiltrated even the divine capacity for to hear God clear instruction on what you were supposed to be. And they have now put their hands on it. And, and you were talking about this like when you are laying concrete. Yeah, yeah, yeah. When you're laying concrete and someone decides to put their hands on, has the ability to leave a mark forever.

So, so, so, so now instead of raising up children in the fear of the Lord and the ammunition of the Lord and, And understanding what God is saying for my child, and this is the difference between the natural, the.

Because God came, the angel came to Mary and says, what I'm about to place inside of you has to be protected.

And see, we could justify it by saying that's the savior of the world. But what if you are raising a savior of the world to save a generation from lust and toxicity and. But we get so accustomed to putting our hands on things that the kingdom cannot be advanced because we have discounted and disconnected from the voice of the King. We don't even hear him. We don't even consult him.

And we. And we got it. We can't diminish what you're saying, because I think some people are looking at their hearts like, I mean, well. Yeah, like my intentions are well. And so were the sons of Sceva, right? They just wanted to help people. They just wanted to deliver people. They just wanted to do miracles on behalf of the people. But they went to the wrong source. Oh, talk about that like, and what it looks like. Because we'll easily say a false prophet is a false prophet, a false teacher is a false teacher. But what about you? Who puts your hands illicitly on what God called you to keep pure and safe? What's the difference?

What's the difference?

I mean, they meant well. You mean well, what's the difference between

Simon Peter and Simon the Sorcerer? The difference is the Source. And so you could mean well, but you want to manufacture something in your own ability. So you trying to put something together to now bring into life and bring into fruition. Because your heart means well.

But your hands have infiltrated what was in your heart. So this is why I need to guard my heart, because out of it flows the issues of life. And my flow is tainted because I keep putting my hands because I mean well. I really want to do what God told me to do. And I think that this is the best way to do it.

Oh my gosh. I think it's the best way to do it.

So now I have by default connected to the source of my own imagination. And I am relying on my own intellect instead of being intimately connected to the Father to get every bit of instruction. Simon the sorcerer was able to perform through magic because he wanted to work miracles that he saw those who were called work. So I want to do the same thing. I just want to do it my way. So the difference between a miracle worker and the magician is the Source. And if I'm connected to the wrong source, I could very easily become a sorcerer.

If I'm connected to my own imagination, my own influence, I have raised myself. Who does that sound like? Who?

To now elevate my own perspective. Listen to me, brother. I don't know nothing. This is where I live my life from. I know nothing. God, tell me what you want me to do every day. What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to do it? How long am I supposed to be there? Am I Supposed to say something? Am I supposed to stay quiet? And we don't allow God the opportunity to be king.

We want him to be father, but we don't want him to be king.

Jesus taught his disciples how to pray. Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be your name. So I recognize you as Father, but I also know that your name is to be kept holy, that I can't play around with who you are. And. And I. And I can't pick and choose what I'm going to reference about you. You are my father. Yes, but you are still king.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Oh, my gosh. Thy kingdom come now. I have welcomed your kingship into my earthly reality. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. The dynamic that exists that allows the king to speak. And it is so. It is what I've invited into my dynamic, which is why Jesus was able to pray that prayer in the midst of such a tension. He said, nevertheless, not my will, but thy will be done. That is, the invitation was accepted in that moment. He says, lord, it's not about what I want. Yeah, if there were another way, Lord, let it be. But he said, if there were another way. Meaning Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Yes.

Said I don't look. If there another way, give me permission to know that way.

But I will not dare modify. Oh, my gosh. I will not dare decide for myself. Jesus Christ of Nazareth said, I will not dare. Everything I do, I do of my Father. I do what my Father says. Nevertheless, not my will, but thy will be done. Literally. That is the prayer that should confront you, bro. In the midst of every opportunity, in the midst of every tension, in the midst of every disaster, in the midst of every heartbreak. Nevertheless, I want to go bananas right now.

I want to crash out. Nevertheless.

Nevertheless, not my will.

They broke my heart. They betrayed me. It didn't work out. Nevertheless, not my will. But I see everything I want standing right before me. This is everything that I ever pray for. But nevertheless, not my will, but thy be done.

And it's knowing that I would be justified in going another way. I will be justified in my crash out because they did me dirty. I will be justified to take vengeance because I didn't do anything wrong. Nevertheless, I will not modify your plans oh, my goodness. To appease my pain. This is going to hurt. I don't even deserve this. Nevertheless, I will not modify your plans to appease my pain. I'm not going to change. I'm not going to manufacture Another way, I could call down legions of angels. I could respond, I could do what I feel. But when I. When I succumb to my feelings, I am modifying your plan. Because you didn't call me to operate in my feelings. You called me to operate in faith. And faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. And it's only alive when it's tested in places where I get to choose.

Because I have a choice. So I could choose to do the thing that I really want to do. But I will not modify your plans. I won't touch them. I won't put my hands on them. I won't say anything when they're causing accusations and they're saying, crucify him. I won't say anything when they hating on me. I'm not going to say anything when. When I have justifiable reason to go off. I'm gonna keep my peace. Why? Because if I allow them to cause me to come down off this cross, what was supposed to happen in this crucifixion never happens. So every time I modify your plans, I am putting the salvation, the deliverance, the ability for the kingdom to be advanced at risk. Even if I'm justified, even if I don't deserve it, nevertheless. Not my will when it hurts, nevertheless. When it's unfair, nevertheless.

This reminds me, man. Jesus came out of a 40 day fast. He's tempted by Satan. He kept talking about justify. Jesus would have been justified to not just make a loaf of bread, come on, to create a feast of bread and just to prove to the devil who he really was. If you are the Son of God. Oh, let me prove it. Yeah, man, pay attention to what he said. He said, faith is proven in the midst of the confrontation of choice.

Yeah.

Jesus chose to lean in to the denial of his flesh that he had practiced for 40 days and for 40 nights. But his. But the consultation of the enemy told him, you need food in your body.

You're hungry.

[Brother Ezekiel]

You talked about the pain you need to appease the pain you need to satisfy this hunger. Go ahead and do the miracles that we all know that you were prophesied to do. We know you do the miracle. Come on, do the miracle to satisfy your flesh. Always say this at the moment of temptation or at the moment of hunger. Your theology is either reinforced or deconstructed. Your pathway is either reinforced or. Or deconstructed. In that moment, Jesus was about to set the precedent for his entire ministry.

Oh, my God.

[Brother Ezekiel]

He knew that he was Called by his father. This is my son, in whom I'm well pleased. But if he had taken the consultation of the enemy to do a miracle, to instinctively satisfy his flesh, then he would have led and set the precedent of his ministry with mixture that says, when it's time to bless the people, I'll bless them, but when it's time to feed my flesh, I'll feed it.

Oh, my God.

[Brother Ezekiel]

But in that moment, it wouldn't have had. It wouldn't have had detrimental effects. He would have ate the food and been good. Yeah, but in the garden, the precedent. The precedent that's so good that delivered him from the hunger. He would have been tempted without the devil. Come on, what did I say? He would have been tempted without the devil.

Yeah.

To tap into the precedent that was set. And that's why actions are not empty and innocent.

When you act, when you behave, what you're doing is instructing. You're just discipling your mind and your body. You're setting a precedent for your theology that says, well, sometimes God comes through, and sometimes I follow him. Sometimes I do obey him. And sometimes I got to do things myself. Sometimes I got to sew together these fig leaves. Sometimes I got to make my own way because I'm hungry and I'm justified. Lord, you know, I fasted before you. I did everything it took. So when it's time for me to finally let down my hair and eat, now I got to deny myself again. The precedent would have been set. So now you got me in a garden. You got the foolishness my own disciples are denying me. You see, you got this. That just betrayed me. And so you're telling me in this moment, I can't make a decision finally for myself to just say, no, I just don't want to go through this this way. The precedent was set. It is written, man shall not live by bread alone, but by what?

Every word. Every what word? Every what word?

[Brother Ezekiel]

The same. The same precept that was upheld by Noah.

[William Jackson]

And he obeyed what, the word, Every command. Every. All that was commanded him because the precedent was set, that I only operate in accordance to the word of my Father. So. Oh, my God. So what you're saying is that when the enemy comes to tempt us in this moment, to satisfy our needs and our flesh and to appease our pain, he's not after this moment.

Oh, my gosh.

He's after the moment that comes that's going to propel you into the savior of the world status. So if I can get you in this state. And to set a precedent of appeasing your pain and satisfying your flesh when it really counts. Now I'll leverage your routine. I'll leverage your routine of feeding yourself so that you'll compromise the mission when it matters most. When it matters most. By altering the method. Oh my God. That he was setting a precedent. That I don't operate by my feelings.

Even though it's my reality that I am hungry, that I've been without food for 40 days is real.

Come on, man. Come on.

The pain, the hunger pains are real.

And even though it's real, I won't lean into what I feel.

Because this moment matters too much. Because if I can't get past this temptation when I'm weak, when God starts to bring me into a space where now my decisions have a greater weight, I will succumb to my weakness. This is why leaders are falling. Because you set precedents in your youth and you never dealt with the methods. You never allowed God to come deal with how you get down. You settled for a distant relationship, so you never came close enough to him to start chiseling away at your thoughts. So now he can't even consult with you and correct you and command you. Because you have become your own God. Because you have now fed your flesh for so long that when it really matters, have mercy.

God have mercy.

God, when it really counts, have mercy.

Lord have mercy. Wow.

God gives seed to the soer, but Satan is a perpetual sower of seeds as well. How can I say that? Is that when there was sown, the wheat and the tare grew together. And because I'm not able to identify the seeds that are sown in the field with God, the word gets diluted. And we are experiencing a generation of intertwining of wheat and tare. So you hear a little bit of God, but you also hear a little bit of them.

Oh my God.

You hear in. In your relationship you see flashes of some purity, but you also see a whole lot of flesh when you now you in your business. And yeah, you have certain bylaws and procedures and standards and, and SOPs and standard operating procedures. But then you also start getting funny when it comes around money. And now you lying in terms of your. Your financial status and your taxes because it's a little bit of God and a little bit of you. Because we keep succumbing to appeasing our flesh. And we've set the precedent that when I'm hungry, I'm going to eat so

you talked about pastors falling. My question is, if precedents were set, then really what you're saying is it was a practice that became routine. And so if someone falls or if I fall, what you're witnessing is not a fall. What you're witnessing is practice made perfect.

[William Jackson]

Oh, my God. Say it again.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Oh, because now my heart is broken. What you're witnessing is the fruit and expression of practice made perfect.

[William Jackson]

No, that's different. That wasn't a slip.

[Brother Ezekiel]

That was the routine made manifest. You perfected it, which is why Jesus

[William Jackson]

had a routine of withdrawing to go be with the Father. This is why he woke up early, to connect with him. Because the routine is what's going to keep you. And now when it's time to be standing before Pilate and all of my accusers, what's coming out of me is what I have practiced.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Oh.

What's coming out of me is what I have been putting into practice. So I don't speak on my own accord. I don't. I don't respond to you calling me this and Beelzebub and. And I'm not responding. The only thing I will respond to is when we start talking that king talk of that you know, I can cause you. No man can cause. I will lay down my life. I lay down my life freely.

Why?

Because I realize when there's a shift in the conversation between flesh and kingdom. So now I know what to respond to and what not to.

Oh, my God.

Oh, my God. Practice has been making perfect. It's been made perfect.

A doctor is in his profession, which is now you can profess that he is a doctor, but he's also a practicer of medicine practicing. So what, you don't distinguish the two. Practice and profession go hand in hand. If I say that I'm a believer, it's my profession of faith. But if my faith is not in practice, then how can I profess to be a believer?

[William Jackson]

Your faith now without works, practice is dead. That your faith without practice is dead. Oh, my goodness. What? Yeah, what you have been practicing.

[Brother Ezekiel]

I need a break.

What is your practice? Don't tell me what you profess. Oh, my goodness. What is your practice? Because here's the thing. Man looks at your profession, God looks at your practice.

And so there were so many doctors that got disembarked or had their license removed, that wore their doctor tag. That was their profession. But because of malpractice.

[William Jackson]

Oh, my God. How many people have died.

[Brother Ezekiel]

Oh, man.

[William Jackson]

Because of malpractice. Because instead of sanitizing My utensils. I allowed residue to go into surgery with me. And because I decided to now operate on my own accord and not go by what the board has established, the rules and the precedents that now I'm putting people's lives at risk.

But I was just trying to help them.

[William Jackson]

I was just trying to save people. And I killed them. Even though I tried to save them. No, no, no, no. Because I did it my way.

[Brother Ezekiel]

I just.

I just wanted to help people. I. I just wanted to raise my kids. I just wanted to love my wife. I just wanted to be a good business person. I just. I wanted to feel my calling. I wanted to fulfill my destiny. But I just want to do it my way. And behind me is a trail of dead bodies, dead experiences, dead relationships, all because I didn't stay long enough to hear the instruction, and I didn't set the precedent of discipline to protect the instruction.

Oh, my goodness.

[William Jackson]

So that when it's time to be delivered and the instruction is intact and pure and uncontaminated, with my own perspective, May the cry of our hearts be God, create in me a clean heart so that it can be a safe for your instruction, so that you can give to me the pure, unadulterated word, instruction, direction. And I understand who you are, and I take your instruction as decree, and I protect it and guard it, and I don't break the seal before time, even though it's taking too long, because the main aspect of what we talk about with Noah is how long it took to build the ark work. I will keep your instructions safe for the 100 years it requires me to complete this work. I will protect it, I will guard it, and I will not dilute it, even though it's taking a while. Even though over the hundred years that I'm building this, where there is no reference for. To prepare for something we have never experienced. Because Scripture is talking about before this, the way that God watered the earth was the mist and the stuff that came up from the ground. So now you're telling me to prepare for something I have no reference for, to build something I have no reference for in the midst of people who are clowning me, saying how stupid I look. But I will preserve your instruction. Your word have I hid in my safe that I might not sin against God? Because where does sin initiate? When I take it into my own hands.

When I take my body into my own hands. That's good. When I take my mind into my own hands, when I take my relationship, my business, when I Take it into my own hands now. What was in me doesn't get to flow through me.

God have mercy. May we never be people who again put our hands on to manipulate or modify what God desires. Because then we are not advancing the initiatives and the power and the plans of the king. We're manufacturing our version because man inherently has a desire to be king,

brother. You deal with intimacy with God, hearing from God, communicating with God, and many of us feel stuck. This sounds like, well, God, how do I even not do this? This is all I've ever known. You wrote a book that not only changed my life, but the lives of many people around me, and it deals with. With prayer. The last podcast we did was about prayer. You have a movement about prayer. And if you guys have never seen this man pray, I think it is the manifestation of what we're talking about now. He's had to be in positions where

all he could do is listen to God. Yeah.

Talk about how this message ties in to this book. Prayer wins. Yes. Because we're talking about. I feel like prayer is the forum in which we take our hands off of our ideas, our plans, our ambition, our lives, and we're inviting God to steer the ark.

Talk about how that idea ties in and is found in some of the themes in this book.

Yeah. Well, the main crux in the foundation of relationship is communication. The thing that made Noah a prime candidate is because you could tell that he had developed time with God to be able to hear his voice and get instruction. That's good that you could deduce from this specific interaction in the Bible that Noah and God had walked together. That's good and communicated, and he had learned God's voice. So when I know whose voice and I know who I'm talking to, I can't be swayed by somebody who's playing if somebody tries to call me. And I don't know, for instance, if you call me and you trying to disguise your voice. I know your voice. Yes.

Yes.

[William Jackson]

So I can't be swayed by someone who's trying to act like you, because I know your voice. And the difference with Noah is that he had grown accustomed to knowing and hearing and learning God's voice. And I asked God, what do you want my contribution to be to the body? There's a lot of preachers. There's a lot of people doing the work, what you want me to do? And he says, I want you to show people how we have been working and operating behind the scenes for years. And the goal of the book is to get people to a space where they can hear God clearly. And they also have the strategy and strategic tools to maintain the communication. Because we keep having these one offs where I'll hear God once, but then I won't hear him for a long time.

God is always speaking. The question is, do we have a system, a plan on how to get to a space where I can hear him and I can maintain this connection and communication? So when he does talk, I know it's God and I have the confidence to stay committed to what I heard because I know who said it. So the book gives strategic tools and we talk about that, like in terms of how to maintain a space where I can hear God and I can learn God's voice, his heart, and be connected with him so that my prayers become effective. Okay, because the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous avails much. And we keep having lived experiences that don't avail much because we don't know how to pray from an effectual fervent place. Oh, so the book is designed to help people do that, man.

Yeah, there was a level of security that they needed because they now left or was out of the presence or the covering of God. And God was so repulsed by the idea of them taking their own hands to cover themselves that even in their disobedience, he slayed an animal to take the skins of that animal to cover them himself. Imagine a God that loves us so much that even in our foolishness he said, I just. I can't have you out there like that because you bear my image. And so we're missing God. We're missing the goodness of God because we have our hands up, refusing his competent, brilliant skins that he is using to cover us. His presence, his foresight, his sovereignty. And we're saying, God, I got this. I got these fig leaves, and it works.

If you could, man, if there's any other last words and just to pray for those that are listening, the floor

is open for you, man. Father God, we thank you that you would love us enough to lean into this space to address the matters of our heart and the residue on our hands. God, I pray right now that you would just open up our hearts and minds to be receptive of every seed that was sown. Forgive us for the times, God, that we contaminated what you were trying to deliver through us. Forgive us for the times, God, that we allow time and space to cause anxiety, to enter the equation, to break the seal early. God, forgive us for the moments where we were clinging to our own feelings and we resisted the urge to stand on what you said. And. And we appeased our flesh even at the suggestion of the enemy. Forgive us for the times that we've lived reactive and not in the place of our relationship. Forgive us where we have not been in the space where we have been able to reflect your love, your power and your glory in the earth because we had consumed the opportunity with our own feelings, our fears, or our own initiatives. God, forgive us for the times that we. We stifled heaven from being able to enter to the earth because we decided that we had our own spin on what you desire to manifest in the Earth through our hands, God, create in us a clean heart. And help us to wash these hands. God. I pray now in this moment, Holy Spirit, that you would enter into our hearts, our minds and our perspectives. And to take a sledgehammer to every ideology that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. Everything that says that I can do things my way and I can live my life the way I see fit. God help us to even in our weakest moments, in the broken moments, in the darkest moments, to have that nevertheless, because we know that your plans are what's best for us. Yes, help us to now surrender these vessels. Surrender our minds, our hearts, our bodies, bodies. To present our bodies. A living sacrifice, holy and acceptable in your sight, which is our reasonable service, God. So that we can be holy and pure. So that we can be used. God, heal our hearts so that you can use our hands. Yes, let our perspective, God, be washed new. Help us to now see through the lens of the spirit and not through the lens of our flesh. That God has placed in your heart. So the only thing that you confess is the things that you've seen. And the only thing that you profess is what you're not. And we come against that. That spirit that tries to keep you captive in what you confess. Death and life lie in the power of the tongue. And now we declare that you will live and speak life and not die.

Because the Spirit of God is readily available to reconstruct the things that have been broken in you. Yes. I see the spirit of God doing literal reconstruction in the heart. Holy Spirit, go in and repair so that we don't keep touching what belongs to you.

Help us to have an awareness. Yeah. I hear it almost as though there have been some who. Whose hands have become calloused because you have been trying to hold on to what you believe is the way that you've been trying to hold on to this business that you've been trying to hold on to this thing that is. That's pulling you and is dragging you off, of course, but this is all you know. And you've been squeezing it and your hands are almost callous and bleeding. So it makes it difficult for you to. To be able to come into a place where you can recognize safety. But tonight I believe the spirit of God is bringing a. A restorative factor to the. To the bruises in your hands so that now you're able to surrender and let go and open up so that he can feel what is. Is. Is what he's placed on the inside of you. And it would no longer be capped by your trauma and your hurt and your wounds that the things that you've been trying to hold on to for dear life and you've been screaming because this is all you know. And if I let this go, who am I?

And the Lord is doing it in us. And so the fire that you see in this brother, fire that you see in me, they're stirred from prayer they're stirred from these. Let the seed of this discussion not end at a discussion. Now, you might be asking, what is the gospel? The gospel is very simple. Simple that you are a sinner and that you are on your way to hell without a shadow of a doubt. You were born in sin, and the wrath of God abides on you. And you do not deserve to go there by way of your sin. But while you were still a sinner, God sent his son, Jesus, who loved you and died for you, as your substitutionary sacrifice. Which means he died in your place so that you could live his life. Which means he died for your sin. He was buried, and three days later, he resurrected from the dead. And if you would confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. Thus, that's.

No, no, I'm talking about the real Jesus of the Bible. The eternal Son of God that became a man. God manifested in the flesh that became a man. And in 33 years, he died on the cross, providing redemption, buying us back, translating us out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of his dear Son. Which means he redeemed us back to God. He reconciled you back to God by way of his death on the cross. And so you're probably saying, how can I, I be saved? Very simple. All you have to do is repent of your sin. I'm not talking about 360, talking about 180. You turn, you turn from your sin. You believe in the gospel exclusively, just Jesus. I'm not talking about Jesus and Mary. I'm not talking about Jesus and Buddha. I'm not talking about Jesus and some other centralized figure. And I'm not even talking about Jesus and your spiritual father and destiny and all of that. No, no, no. There's only one way to heaven. Jesus said, I am the way. I am the truth, I am the life. And nobody comes up to the Father except through me. Jesus is exclusively the only way. You want to know why he's the only way? Because he's not only the only way. He is the door to enter in. And the only way you could get in is by way of repentance. You must repent and become born again. Why? Because only sons and daughters can become citizens in the kingdom. Outsiders can't come in. But Jesus died on that cross and he made the way open for you. And if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. I'm not talking about all this other stuff to get saved. No, no, no. Just believe. Believe in him. The efficacy of Christ's work on the cross as the substitution sacrifice in exchange for your sin. Which means you give up your sin. You give it to him, he exchanges it and takes on your sin. Yes, but he gives you his righteousness. And then you are righteous and justified by faith in Jesus. And when you have justification because of Jesus, now you have peace with God. You have peace with God. And watch this. And now he will no longer be just your God. He is now your heavenly Father through the person of His Son, Jesus. Why don't you pray that prayer right now? Just repeat after me. Say, lord, I believe that I am a sinner and that I deserve to go to hell. But God, you sent your son. Go ahead. Those of you that are watching, repeat what I'm saying. Say, God, you sent your son, Jesus. Christ to die for my sin. He was buried. Three days later, he resurrected from the dead. I now confess you, Lord Jesus as my Lord, as my Savior. Come into my heart. Come into my life and wash me from my sin. And now say this. Say, holy Spirit, I surrender my life to you. Make me born again in in Jesus mighty name. My friend, if you said that prayer, whichever way you said that prayer, as long as you believe, confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord and that he died on the cross for you. And three days later he resurrected and you repented and believe that message. The Bible says, whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. You are saved, my friend.
