Friends, I’m back with our annual word for the year episode. My heart is to guide you through the process so that you can discover your own word, which I believe will benefit your personal and spiritual growth.

The 5 Steps to discovering your word are:

Evaluate: Reflect on the past year, identify areas for growth, and cultivate gratitude.
Think: Connect with your feelings and emotions through meditation, prayer, or silence.
Create a List: Write down 10 words, images, or feelings that resonate with your vision for the year.
Refine: Highlight the words that stand out and evoke strong emotions.
Decide: Commit to your chosen word and use it as an anchor throughout the year.

I believe that if you invest time in this transformative exercise, your word will be a tool for setting intentions, finding direction, and aligning your life with your deepest values and aspirations.
