Felipe welcomes Ari Shaffir. A veteran of the LA comedy scene and the creator of the Comedy Central storytelling series This Is Not Happening, Ari has become a leading voice in independent comedy. He famously bypassed traditional networks to self distribute his 2022 special Jew on YouTube, where it has earned over 12 million views and set a new standard for self released specials. He’s hanging out with Felipe and Dustin this week to talk about his travel podcast You Be Trippin', his recent 7 month backpacking trip, and his brand new 7 part storytelling event, The End, which is out now on his YouTube channel and whatever else is on his mind.

Felipe Esparza is a comedian and actor, known for his stand-up specials, “They’re Not Gonna Laugh at You”, “Translate This”, and his latest dual-release on Netflix, “Bad Decisions/Malas Decisiones” (2 different performances in two languages), his recurring appearances on Netflix’s “Gentefied”, NBC’s “Superstore” and Adultswim’s “The Eric Andre Show”, as well as winning “Last Comic Standing” (2010), and his popular podcast called “What’s Up Fool?”.
