This episode is a little bit different as we combine This Little Piggy and WATP. Yesterday I went on Chad Zumock’s show with Bob Levy and by most accounts, it didn’t go well for Chad. We start by seeing how Kevin Brennan is dealing with his guy showing up unprepared and getting embarrassed. Chad seems to think it went fine. Wild! Pat Dixon and Moody both join the show as we do a deep dive into Steel Toe’s week, starting with his retarded assessment of my debate with Chad. Aaron won’t let me come on his show and debate him which is somehow a win for the Toe? We also watch him miss goals by a lot and Moody breaks the news of a brand new restraining order against him from Kayla Rekieta. Yikes! Chip Chipperson breaks character to laugh with Jim Florentine about Artie Fletcher. Opie has a new friend, Be A Man, who is a total cornball. But don’t worry, Opie has a crazy story about taking his dog out to poop in the middle of the night. He’s fired up about it. We finish with your voicemails. Scorch is so awkward interviewing women. He seems like a guy with no game trying to get laid. But he also can’t get away from his old, terrible radio bits as he treats us to a round of Scorch’s Psychotic 6. Cringe of the Week features Elijah Schaffer fighting with his producer while being belligerent on his own show. Myster Magenta has a great new song parody. Chad Zumock reluctantly drops the copyright strike against Patrick Melton. He then deals with moderator drama and couldn’t make it less interesting. The Portcast with Ron Bennington is extremely compelling. We find out why Gallagher had to move in with Artie Fletcher’s mom. Jerry Banfield was manically depressed that a woman doesn’t like him the way he likes her, so he comforted himself with hours of communicating with AI. He then completely changed his business model once again and it just keeps getting worse. Opie actually figured out a way to start making money. He’s using reverse psychology and it’s actually effective! Ron is continuing to piss me off with his lack of gratitude. Megan and Annie join the show to play Megan’s “Is It Gay?” and Simon’s “Opie or Burr” games. We finish with comments, reviews, and voicemails. This week we’re checking in on Joe Rogan because he had Tommy Lee on his show. Tommy is a trip. Dude still talks like it’s 1983 and it somehow gets Joe to revert to his level. They both have deep philosophical thoughts you could only hear in a freshman dorm room. Jen from the Jingles Department joins us to chat about Chad Zumock crying over his GoFundMe hitting the goal. Uh oh, now he has to make a comedy special. Emphasis on the word “special.” Kevin Brennan is once again wrong about everything. But at least we learn that he’s not trying to put on a funny show. Jerry Banfield has given up on one of his goals but it’s okay because it’s going to give him time to put out way more crap. Opie has the entire Friday gang on - Ron Berman, Tony P, and Erik Marino. They never stop making fun of Ron’s shirt and it never gets old. We finish with Net News and voicemails. Kevin Spacey was a guest on Club Random with Bill Maher this week. This was an important interview that Bill showed up completely unprepared for. He did no homework and got very high before the interview. It’s also not surprising that Bill considers himself an ally but actually comes off as a little homophobic. Wait until you find out what Kevin Spacey has been doing for a living for the past few years. Darren Paltrowitz and Lucy Tightbox both join us to learn that the only thing Kevin is guilty of is loving too much. Ethan Ralph thought he ended his show and we got to see him use his hands to eat bagged tuna, mayo, and Doritos like a primate. Chad Zumock struck Patrick Melton’s channel even though Patrick didn’t do anything that Chad hasn’t done a hundred times. The way he justifies it is insane! Jerry Banfield is getting the worst business advice possible from AI and he’s convinced it’s the solution to all of his problems. Opie is obviously watching all of the shows and is afraid of the Dabbleverse. He should really just embrace it. It's crazy that he thinks the only way to make money podcasting is to beg his small audience for donations. Maybe his AI assistant told him that? We play another round of “Is It Gay?” and the Opie or Burr game with Megan and Annie. We finish up with your voicemails. I'm joined by Erik Nagel and Adam Busch to discuss the crazy Venmo scam that is currently taking place on Opie Radio. We start with an amazing Jerry Banfield compilation that really demonstrates his insanity. Then it's on to Opie and Ron avoiding the questions being posed by the chat about how much money Ron has made through his Venmo. This week we’re excited that crazy Hollywood reject Jamie Kennedy interviewed crazier Hollywood reject Corey Feldman. They get into a heated argument about which pedophiles are worse - Hollywood vs Jeffrey Epstein vs Pizzagate. The best part is when Corey explains that Jim and Them are being paid to make fun of him and that that should be against the law. Christian Bladt joins the show to present Artie Fletcher calling into to Mike Calta’s show. Mike called Artie out on his BS immediately and he never let off the gas, which is brilliant! Jerry Banfield apparently took a hit off a joint and started talking about how time is just a social construct, man! He’s so much dumber than he’ll ever know. Hawk Tuah is still making videos that no one could possibly care about. Please tell me she’s updating her resume. Joe Matarese keeps changing the format of his “Road Back to Philly” podcast. Now he’s comparing Philadelphia to Dan’s home state of Utah. What a show! We finish up with Internet News and your voicemails. We start off discussing Chad Zumock’s GoFundMe. The Zman wants to film a comedy special and he needs you to help his struggling comedy career. The way Chad is asking for money, with an AI written nonsensical explanation of why this is important for independent creators, is hilariously bad even for Chad. Brendan Schaub has completely changed his schedule and at the same time, his career. He’s given up on podcasting and now just wants people to pay him to answer questions. Jerry Banfield thinks he was a millionaire twice and that he’ll be a millionaire again. None of that is true. Stuttering John recorded another Cameo and he’s looking rough! We revisit Howard Stern getting to the bottom of the Stuttering John and Friends tour that was extremely profitable for one guy, John Melendez. Opie finally recognizes his show is the kind of mindless drivel he and the boys mocked mercilessly during Jocktober segments. Tony can only respond by asking if he needs a hug. Why is Ron the Waiter saying no one is donating to his Venmo? Where is the money going?? Aaron Imholte can’t handle the pressure of the goal and he takes out his anger and frustration on one of his loyal donators. Megan and Annie join for a round of “Is It Gay?” (Mersh themed) and the Opie or Burr game. We finish with comments, reviews, and voicemails. This week we’re checking out Johnny Krutches’ show, The Game Over Podcast. Steel Toe’s cohost couldn’t be more boring or depressing. He’s learned from Aaron Imholte that it’s important to raise money for a goal, even though he literally has dozens of viewers. Jodie B and Cardiff Electric both join us to play a Johnny version of “Is It Gay?” Jodie checks in on Jiamah, the black queer Christian, who has a brand new business venture. Is Jerry Banfield her mentor? Speaking of Jerry, he’s talking about why spending $10k on dating so far this year was a great investment, even though it hasn’t translated to a single relationship. Opie is gaslighting his audience and cohosts to think that O&A was toxic because of Anthony and Jim. WHAT?!?!? That's crazy, even for delusional Opie!! We revisit Stuttering John’s interview with Artie Fletcher now that we know that Artie is a pathological liar and a narcissist. We end things with your voicemails. Jerry Banfield got some amazing news and he is riding high! After creating the Jerry Banfield Family on skool.com and updating his website with AI, all he needed was one more thing to happen… paying customers. I’m happy to report he’s now half way to having paying customers. Howard Stern recently performed a stellar version of “the Wheels on the Bus” for his grandchildren and lucky for us he recreates the concert on his show. Steel Toe can’t figure out what to do with me but he can’t get me out of his head. James Cox joins the show from England to discuss the latest with Opie and Ron. Finally we get a peak at Ron the Waiter’s Venmo… or do we? This Venmo launch is a debacle and so is Opie’s wifi issues. Chad Zumock teamed up with Clearwater Chad so that the Zman could get a feel for what it’s like to have a yes man and be the more intelligent guy on a show for once. Whitney Cummings is STILL trying to justify her impossible views to comments ratio on YouTube. For some reason it’s better to censor your critics than to purchase views. Meanwhile, she’s doing both. But stick around for crazy talk about hot dog toppings. Megan and Annie join us for a Dabbleverse edition of “Is It Gay?” and the 25th installment of the Opie or Burr game from Simon. We finish off with Spotify comments, a review, and your voicemails. This week we’re introduced to ShonnyDman, a nerd who enjoys Marvel, DC…. the list goes on. He’s especially talented at interviewing cosplay models who have nothing going on in their lives. And wait until he tries to tell us about an animated series he watched months ago and has mostly forgotten. Riveting! Doug from Good Times Great Movies joins the show to explain that Partyhardycosplay might be a moron. Gallagher and Artie Fletcher were in Wyoming promoting their comedy show on Z94 FM. Watching Gallagher lecture Artie for being terrible on the radio is way funnier than whatever they do on stage. Jerry Banfield is desperate for companionship and thinks that going out on lots of dates but never getting to date number 2 is actually a triumph! Especially because he’s spent $10k on dating advice already this year. Opie has decided to add another anchor to his show in the form of Erik Marino. This guy is a DUD!! In other words, he fits right in. We finish things up with Internet News and your voicemails.
