I used to think being "busy" was part of my identity. Staying busy made me feel like I was achieving important things. But during my cancer journey, I realized I didn't have the energy to stay busy all the time. I began to see how stressed I was from constantly being in motion.

Today's podcast guest is Kerstin Lindquist, a QVC host and stress management expert. After witnessing her mother's struggle with dementia and seeing "black spots" on her brain scan that doctors attributed to stress, Kerstin researched and discovered key strategies to help lower stress in your life.
