We have been silently suffering for far too long. Perimenopause can start in our late-30s and yet women are often in the dark about the dozens of symptoms that span head to toe. We asked Dr. Nadine Hammoud, a gynecologist and certified menopause specialist to help us understand what is going on with our bodies and offer solutions. She says we don't need to suffer.
