Do you hear your mind or body saying, "I Can't Keep Up" – especially this time of year in all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season? How do you respond when you hear yourself telling you this?

This saying has come up often for host Sondra Doty over the last few months. Faced with a few health setbacks and unforeseen mounting decisions, it's challenging for her not to feel overwhelmed in her own lack of capacity to "keep up."

What does, "I can't keep up" even mean? This is one thing Sondra keeps asking herself and that God is actively working on in her own heart. In this episode, Sondra shares a few testimonies and verses to encourage you in your own, "I can't keep up."

It can be easy to think we are failing in the state of not keeping up, but we aren't failing. This is a time for evaluation. A time to reflect on what God's standard is for your life and to not simply lean on our own understanding.
