The fact that you have not fit into society is the first marker, but not taking action now that you know or are finding out about your neurodivergence, likely will put you in a place of solitude, fighting it alone. You do not need to.

It does not need to define you, in fact we are here to say now that you know, or are finding out, you can carry the label whichever way you like.

We talk about the Discovery, and what to do after you have discovered your new mind and also the universal feeling of victimhood.

To my fellow Jumpy Brains...

Finding a name to my symptoms started in my mid 30's. A friend of mine told me about ADHD.

It intrigued me... I found people who have the same life as me!

The label given to me by my psychiatrist was ADHD Combined type (Inattentive / Hyperactive)

IT ALL MADE SENSE.

Having spent time understanding my whole life, as much of it as I could remember, one thing stood out. I have always helped people.

I am now in a place where my jumpy brain and ADHD symptoms are managed and I want to save you time in getting your life on track. It requires intention.

I am a single dad to my disabled son Adam. He is my purpose and source of inspiration.
