That person is Ilse Koch, she committed heinous atrocities at the Buchenwald Concentration Camp. Known for her sheer cruelty and brutality, she struck fear at anyone who looked at her. But in true Ed Gein fashion....(pun), Ilse would have an obsession with the tattoos of the prisoners and what she did is something that nightmares are made of.
