Really? I feel I could never get it down.

I could also. The rare beauty eyeliner is super thin. You have to find, like, a very thin eyeliner. So I love writing that down. Oh, my God. It's gonna change your life. I know. There's. I also have hooded eyes, so people say for my eyes, I should do that, like, vampire technique or. Not the vampire. The bat.

Have I've started to have, like, the hood, like, as I've gotten older, like, my. My skin's getting looser, so they're starting to become hooded. So it's getting even more and more challenging. Why I chose. This is the time I'm gonna figure that I even bought a week ago. And I'm so bummed that. And I won't say the brand, but there's like tattoo, like, temporary tattoos where you put them on, you get them wet and slide it off, and they look good for, like, five minutes. But then, like, I'm too expressive and they Crack. And so then I just have these, like, cracked tattoo eyeliners on my eyelids.

I was always curious of the types of people who fell for the tattooing or the tattoo stamps I spent a

hundred dollars on, and I think I may have even subscribed to it. So somebody remind me in 28 days to cancel my winged eyeliner subscription.

starting to do it, and you guys. I don't, I don't know about it. I feel like nine times out of 10, it ages you by, like, 15 years. So I'd be.

Isn't it weird that it's supposed to make them look younger, but it actually makes them look.

I bought it at TJ Maxx because somebody told me that they were now. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. They're along with a bunch of others we recently. I needed a juicy couture tracksuit, and I knew Marshalls would not let me down. And I found a plethora of colors available at Marshalls.

Of course, Forever 21 had their little stint, too, where they really tried to bring yes back.

[Kate]

They did. And now I feel like JD Sports carries juicy.

[Nicole]

Yeah. For like $200 now.

[Erin]

Like, I miss everywhere. It's everywhere I turn. Y2K fashion. Yikes. Scary.

[Nicole]

But also like, literally the three reason I feel like we're together. Right.

[Kate]

It is true.

[Nicole]

Like nine out of 10 things that we're talking about. It has to do with the fashion. Whether it's how ridiculous. Ridiculous it was or that it's coming back. I just feel like it's really the glue that holds millennials together.

[Erin]

Yeah, we can't actually.

It is fully coming back. Every day I wake up and there's something new across my feed from 2008 coming back.

[Nicole]

Yeah, by new new, you mean old. Like old.

Like this shirt.

This shirt was bought in the year 2024.

And. But that, that was made 20 years ago. Like, you cannot convince me otherwise.

Like, that's like that suck. Like, which. How environmentally conscious of everybody.

We're so eco friendly. No, but like, I mean, Y2K fashion has been creeping its way back into society for like, I feel like a decade, you know, slowly, like, but now, like recently. And it's been kind of like similar, but kind of like not really, but I feel like very recently. Even like just this year I've been seeing stuff that is, they've dusted off from the back stock from.

[Nicole]

I agree.

I feel like, you know what I

mean, it was like an interpretation of it. It was like, hey, let's take this one piece and but make it Gen Z.

But I do feel like recently it's become like, no, no, no. Let's look at this outfit from Britney and recreate it from head to toe.

Yeah, like, oh no, I owned that 20 years ago. Like that exact item.

[Kate]

Like I could kind of remember like where it started. I remember going to Target and seeing like, I think it started with Target. Like we'd see like a couple like, oh, a hot pink tank top or like a butterfly shirt. Everyone's like, oh my God, like, why'd you get. And then all of a sudden it turned into like addicted. Now we have the entire addicted store for younger teens that.

[Nicole]

I was so sad I didn't get to go in that with you guys.

[Kate]

Okay, so that was before you landed and we couldn't even help ourselves that it was every single item that store. The shorts were actually like, I know they're made for people who are younger, but there also are some 30 year olds I do know that do shop there better so understand like how things cover anything. I'm old. I feel like I sound like my mom like, at this point. But I know the fab.

[Nicole]

I will say, though, the new, though, like, at Hollister, the micro shorts have. Or the micro skirts have built in shorts, which ours did not.

[Erin]

Yeah. You know, look at that improvement. I love that. That's great.

[Kate]

I know. I have this Abercrombie skirt with his shorts in it.

Really? I love that. I mean, hello. Thank you.

We came from the world of skorts. I don't know why they didn't think to include, like. Like, under shorts, you guys.

Is that why we were wearing leggings under our denim skirts or what? With the lace trim?

Like, I. I was the trendsetter. I started that trend at our high school with flip flops. I swear to God.

I worked at Abercrombie, so I was already, like, two months ahead of everybody else. In the dead of winter, I think I've said this to you guys. In the dead of winter, I would show up to school with ugg boots in my locker. I would put my ugg boots away in the middle of January, mind you, and change into flip flops and wear that style.

[Erin]

Yep. Did they have your leggings have a lace trim?

[Kate]

Of course they have brown with lace trim.

[Erin]

Making sure. I'm just making sure.

Insult me. Don't insult me. That was, like, the vibe.

It would be. It would be like a Henley. I think it'd be like a Henley with, like, three little.

Oh, with your long sleeves.

You got to make sure you pull. But the Bella Swan. The.

Yeah, but did you cut a hole for your thumb or did it.

[Kate]

Those were my sweatshirts. Those are for, like, my palm sweatshirt soccer stuff. But I had. My arms are so long that Hollister sleeves actually were fitted.

Wait, you. So you. How were you with the dress code? Did you guys have the fingertip rule? If you had long arms, you. That fingertip rule must have screwed you over.

Livid, upset, unforgivable. The fact that I could not get away with any things that other girls got with. Got. Got away with because my arms are so long that they would naturally just pass. They would touch my knees. It was not fair. It was so horrible.

Speaking of Bermuda shorts. Oh, did you wear BB shorts to school?

[Erin]

Oh, my God.

From Old Navy, though. That was such the. I thought that. I thought Bermuda shorts with the plaid pattern. Colorful plaid pattern was so adorable and so cute.

Oh, a hundred percent.

But I would wear that with the one Lacoste polo that I got from the thrift store because Lacoste was so expensive. And I still. I literally. I'm in my pro. I'm in my spare bedroom right now. That has all. And I'm. Everything we were mentioning, I have because I randomly.

My mom.

I have it in a closet. I have plaid Bermuda shorts in my closet. I have my green Lacoste. I can't wear it, though, because it's the same color as green screen. I made that mistake once, but too, I. Yeah, I couldn't afford Lacoste, but I would go to the thrift stores and I would. It's an extra, extra small. It barely fit me then. It definitely would not fit me now. But I would pair that together with probably like a puka shell necklace. What would I have worn, shoes wise? Probably flip flops.

Yeah.

Nicole. I'm dying. Because I would go. So Ralph Lauren polo was really big at our school, and I couldn't, like, afford just like, general Ralph Lauren. Like the real stuff.

I. 34 years old and no one's ever corrected me. That's so. Really. But I also. But I also don't usually talk to people about Ralph Lauren, so. So I couldn't afford it.

No, I'm not gonna stop. So I couldn't, like, afford it. So we go to Burlington Coat Factory and then they have. They would have polo sport, which was like, the closest thing I could get to. It'd be like this giant circle with a polo guy in the middle. But it was like, not what everybody else had, but I remember, like this. Oh, yes. It would be like, next to like, the baby fat section at Burlington Coat Factory. From baby fat.

Yes. Remember that?

[Nicole]

I saw that in a Marshalls a week ago. A baby fat shirt with the kitty on it with the cat outline and the rhinestones.

[Kate]

I'd buy it. I actually would buy it too. But the thing is, anytime I wear something, like from the 2000s, I think because we all do such. Because we all do 2000s content, it doesn't seem like I'm Just trying to wear it.

[Erin]

It just seems you feel like you're in a costume. Yeah, yeah. Yes.

[Kate]

And I'm like, that's how I felt the other day, wearing rocket dogs, which I did. Nearly sprained my ankle down the sidewalk. And a woman was like, gardening outside. And I know she wasn't like, she was trying not to look, but I was like, oh, my God, I almost went down.

[Nicole]

Wait, are rocket dogs like Toms?

[Kate]

What are rocket dogs? They're like the big platform flip flops. Tom's. Okay.

[Erin]

[Kate]

Also was a time. Tom's.

But that was like 2000 and tens, right?

Yes. And then also Bob's. The Skechers came out with the Bobs. Okay.

[Erin]

I'm unaware. I'm unaware.

I am so upset. Every day when I'm driving here in West Hollywood, I pass this Sofia Vergara billboard. It's her with her sketchers with the heel that dips in. What's it called? Sketcher. Like, where the heel just slides in.

[Nicole]

Oh, you don't have to use your hands. Like you. Where you just could. No healing and exactly.

[Aaron]

It turns into a flat.

[Kate]

And she's like, the face of it. And she's like, in this, like, boost. Like, in this, like, corset or boobs are like. Or so they look great, but, like, she's holding these sketchers. I'm like, this is the most unrealistic partnership I've ever seen. There's no way that she is waking up and sliding into sketchers.

No. I feel like that's a thing with sketchers. I feel like Skechers is always like, ain't no way in hell that person's wearing sketchers. I feel like they've always, like, their marketing budget must be. I remember Megan Trainor. I think they did a thing with Megan Trainor when she was, like, at the height of her fame. And it was like, should they. You know, they got paid a lot of money to try to make sketchers on brand poor sketchers. My mom sketchers. My mom loves.

My mom has sketchers, too. It's very sweet and wholesome and, like,

I'm sure they're comfortable.

Actually, you know what? I had I. From Picture Proof. I recently came across this picture, and I have on these metallic silver. It's got to be like, 2001 Sketchers. And they're actually pretty sick.

I feel like I remember it's the S sketches. Yeah.

Okay, I had sketch. I remember and this is so sweet. And I wish I didn't lose this innocence of light up shoes. Nicole, do your kids wear light up shoes? I think it's. That was like the coolest thing. Yeah, well, my.

I feel like my daughter's grown out of it, which is like. Yeah, that's sad. But I. I have such vivid memories of wearing. We went on a road trip because we never flew anywhere. We went on a road trip and we went to a cavern. Have you ever toured a cavern as a kid? What's a cavern cave? Like in Texas, they have these like underground caverns and they would make us turn our shoe every. Because back then light up shoes were so popular. They would make all the kids turn their shoes off because we would go inside and just like stomp and light our shoes up and ruin it for all of the adults. Oh my God. But no, I love. I loved good light up.

Who invite invented light o shoes. Okay. When and when. Cuz man.

Okay. Actually the other day though, at Solid Core, I was looking. I looked over to my left and I saw this girl's shoes and she had Velcro shoes on. And like. But they were like. They were like contemporary cool Velcro shoes. But I'm like, I don't even know if I could get myself to put a pair of Velcros on.

[Nicole]

There's such a fine line between toddler and elderly shoes. And I feel like Gen Z between the new balances and the like, there's a. There's a straight line between shoes my dad Crocs, shoes my dad wears. I used to make fun of my dad so much for wearing Crocs and now they're cool. Like, I know it's like skips a generation, I guess.

[Kate]

Oh, but Crocs of the Gibbit. You know what? I love a gibbet. I hope your kids are. You know, I just love saying jibbit.

I held out for a very, very long. Because I'm pretty anti croc. I myself don't have. Have never owned it. I. I thought in the house it was a long time, a week and a half Crocs. But they're house shoes. But I've given in. You and I've.

The bandage stresses made me think of a very specific. I feel like, period in time between digital cameras and Facebook, because I remember I have a picture in my brain of me and my purple express bandage dress. And at the club where they would have club photographers.

I guess this was pre taking your digital camera everywhere. And they would take pictures at the club, and then you would log in the next day to the club's website. So like, she doesn't, like, she's been there and she's like, starting to play in makeup and stuff, but she has no idea at some point I need to help her because when she does do her own makeup, it's bless it's bad. And my mom never taught me how to do makeup. We didn't have YouTube to teach us.

No, me neither. I mean, you guys, she has. There's so many resources now, like, what were to go back to fashion. Like, it's so interesting. Like, now there's so much information on what's trending and like, just constantly, 247 trends are changing so quick. And we just had TV shows, movies and magazines, but somehow we were all dressing the same and yeah, that's all we had to, like, go by. Oh, that's kind of funny.

[Kate]

Now that you bring that up, it kind of makes me sad because, like, every time I open, like my feed, it's very like, what's in, what's out, what's trending this week, what's not.

[Erin]

And it's very like, right. It changes like, monthly.

It's insane. Yeah.

At least, like, our stuff, like, low rise existed for a long time.

[Erin]

Right? Like, at least you could get it and you wouldn't not be cool a month later by wearing it.

It was low rise forever until high rise. And then it was high rise forever

until it's not cool. Also, our ankle socks back, like, what? Can we wear them again?

Kate, I just recently noticed, like, I've been doing the croc croc, the crew socks for like 10 years at this point. I feel like I've been wearing them for a while now. I just recently noticed the ankle sock and I'm like, wait, can I like, go back?

[Kate]

Go back.

[Erin]

I'm excited.

[Kate]

I wore ankle socks the other day and I'm like, with my leggings, I'm like, wait, I look so much cuter than putting like these agreed 80s. Like 80s style socks over my legging. It cuts my leg off. I'm like, what am I doing? Yeah, this does not work for my body.

[Nicole]

But yeah, ankles, like, I like my ankles. So that's like, if I can show an ankle and wear baggy stuff. Otherwise I feel like at least my ankles are letting you know. Like, okay, there's a human underneath here. But to then cover the ankle in a crew sock.

[Erin]

Yeah.

[Nicole]

Does it work?

[Erin]

I like the, I like the ankle sock. I just bought like a bunch actually, the other day.

[Nicole]

I do. I will say, I, it's nice not getting blisters with the crew.

[Kate]

I also, I liked the crew sock, but I'm kind of ready to move on.

[Kate]

Wait, also, we Y2K swimsuits. I have been really struggling with swimsuits right now because it's either my, my ass is fully out or the full thing is covered. Like, I don't, there's no in between. But like, I, I went to the dog park and, or, sorry, the dog beach. Like the dog beach. And I'm like chasing Mike and Bob around and my ass is out and I'm just like in a skim swimsuit. I'm like, this is not, I've done, like, I thought it fit when I tried it on, and then when I started walking, I guess I didn't test it walking. And that's when it just like, was sliding at my ass. I'm like, I can't be chasing dogs like, like this, this is crazy.

[Erin]

I've been seeing the boys shorts come back.

[Nicole]

Swimsuits, I mean, but even those are, I feel like they, they, they managed to make it cheeky.

[Erin]

Still, of course, swimsuits are tough these days. I don't know. Like, I'm going to Florida soon and I like, put in a swimsuit order and like, one swimsuit out of 30 swimsuits worked. I knew, I mean, I put in a big order knowing I was going to return, but it was traumatizing. I was like, oh, my God. Like, I,

I, I actually need to send you guys a photo of the swimsuit I'm gonna wear. This I'm gonna wear. Coming up. I've never worn a triangle bikini top in my life.

Really?

[Kate]

Well, I was so flat chested growing up that it never worked. And then I got my boobs done and then I, now I feel like it looks too much. But it's also because, like, I just am not used to it. So, like, anything showing, but I feel like I'm like, oh, my God, I look insane. Anyways, I'll show it to you guys, but I kind of want to wear it. Just like own it and just wear it. Like, what?

[Erin]

One thing I was happy to see go that I fear is coming back. And this might be unpopular, but I was never a fan of skinny jeans. I was so excited whenever baggy jeans came back.

[Erin]

I agree, I agree. I Don't, I don't like that. I don't think they're flattering on me personally.

[Kate]

On almost anybody.

[Erin]

I, I just, they're not my fan.

[Nicole]

I've never liked them.

[Erin]

Nope.

[Nicole]

I've never felt comfortable in them. And maybe that's just the constraint that the whole cap sleeves of it all, like, it just felt like I was a sausage casing inside the pants. Granted, we were probably wearing them three sizes too small, but I was so I felt like I could breathe whenever baggy.

Yeah. Like, after the jeans go past my hips, I don't want it to go in. Okay. I want it to like go straight down or out. Okay.

[Nicole]

Widest part of. Would Stacy London say you remember what not to wear? Like, oh my.

[Kate]

Wait, do you guys remember like pleather leggings? Like how the Spanx, girl, I need Spanx.

[Erin]

The Spanx pleather leggings, that was how

we elevated our leggings, was make them

with like the thigh high suede boots that like tied in the back, like in mine were cheap from like Forever 21s. My foot was sliding around in that heel, so. Oh my God. It was just, it was like those

were our fancy leggings. Just like we had fancy flip flops, metallic ones. Just like we had dressy jeans. Did you guys have like a dressier pair of jeans?

[Nicole]

Oh, yes. You know, I did love a dressy jean with a boot. I, I, I'm all about a skinny jean with a, with a knee high boot. Love that.

[Kate]

Sure. Yeah.

[Erin]

Yes, yes, yes. With a going on top. Of course.

[Kate]

I don't want to see an ankle boot. An ankle boot does nothing for me. It does nothing for the body. Especially with the skinny jean Pilgrim.

[Nicole]

I wore an ankle booty with a dress for like five years straight.

[Erin]

And I, so I love my sister, but she still does that. And Kate, it's okay.

[Kate]

It was crazy. I was driving to the mall the other day and I saw a woman coming off work and I just saw her, she was wearing skinny jeans and ankle booties. And I was like, wow. Like, I just have to forget people are still wearing these looks. And you know what? If it works for you and you feel comfortable, rock it, you guys.

[Nicole]

Or is it back? And she, it's like, are you, are you've been wearing it all the way through the period of it not being cool and it's cool again.

[Kate]

Like, yeah, yeah. I'm listening to like a 14 year old online give her fashion take of the week. And I'm like, oh, I gotta get rid of These pants. So that's like. So she is probably winning in life. So not me. Should we do some collars? Because I feel like I have some fun stories about fashion that I would like to discuss.

[Erin]

[Erin]

Yeah, let's get into it.

[Kate]

So what I asked people was, like, their wildest Y2K fashion stories. Like mall stories. Like they remember work, retail stories with clothes, anything. So here's some stories. Okay. Everyone going to prom with the original sticky boobs. We were all 17 years old in 2005. Literally, at prom, everyone. Everyone's sticky boobs were dripping down their shirts and falling off with sweat in the bathroom. Everyone kept trying to put them on throughout the night, but probably about two hours, everyone just started ripping them off. And everyone got in trouble for going braless.

[Erin]

Wait, what year is this?

[Kate]

2005. I don't remember really sticky boobs, but I bet you there were cutlets and stuff.

[Erin]

Like, I'm trying to think when I first there was like, full on sticky bras that, like, attached in the middle.

[Nicole]

But I don't remember them that early.

[Erin]

I don't remember them in high school.

[Kate]

These, like, two oval things that connected like this. And that was the only option you had.

[Erin]

I remember doing that in college, but

[Kate]

I'm surprised we haven't touched on this one. But I got sent to the principal's office for wearing a quickie cola Abercrombie tee. Played dumb. Like I didn't know what it meant. Well, I don't even know what quickie cola means.

[Erin]

Quickie Cola. I don't. What's the cola?

[Nicole]

Is that, like, you remember whenever there was that period where Abercrombie and American Eagle would make, like, highly inappropriate graphic tees and we didn't realize how is that. What? Maybe that's referring to, like, the come and go car wash. Like, they would have all these.

[Kate]

I think it's like that. Well, okay, yes. But I just remember, like, all the Abercrombie teas were, like, sexual innuendos and we'd be marrying them and such.

[Erin]

Yes.

[Kate]

Okay. Former Abercrombie High school employee. My OCD thrived in the clearance room. Would look forward to getting to that gene wall all day. Did anyone here work retail?

[Erin]

Not in high school.

[Kate]

Okay. I think that's where I learned I also had ocd because I was, like, thriving, like, folding everything at Abercrombie. Like, I was, like, their best employee because I would get that. That store in shape.

[Erin]

God, I wish there was a picture.

[Nicole]

I just feel so bad for those people. Anytime I would come out of a dressing room, I would say that everything worked out, and I would go put it back myself because I always feel so bad for the people.

[Erin]

I know. I do, too.

[Nicole]

Back. I wish I could still do that.

[Erin]

Me too. Me too. Because I have words, retail, and like, yeah, yeah.

[Kate]

And I want them to know that I put it back nicely. I kind of want them to see that I'm like, oh, like, this girl knows how to fold. She knows how to, like, if I,

[Erin]

if I pick up a T shirt.

[Nicole]

He's worked retail.

[Erin]

Yeah, I'm folding it. Yeah.

[Kate]

Okay. Also, this person reminded me of an, of an outfit that we used to wear. And I thought this. I was like, oh, my God. A bandeau with a see through top over it. Thought I was that girl. And I feel like that was, like, such a 2011 era for me. Like, the bandeau with the front, that

[Erin]

was like the neon era.

[Nicole]

I felt in, like, chevron print.

[Erin]

Yes. Neon. Like, that was like neon party foam party time for me. Like, yes. See through. All the see through shirts.

[Kate]

Me and my girlfriend thought we were creating a trend by wearing our jeans inside out. We started six periods with it inside out. Then we all decided to switch them back to normal when we decided that it wasn't becoming a trend and it was just plain embarrassing. Could you imagine just going, Going their jeans?

[Erin]

That's kind of crazy.

[Nicole]

Yes.

[Kate]

Or they just, like, flipped their jeans inside out and called it a fashion trend. All right, you know, we're gonna shake things up, and I'm gonna give you another retail story that's gonna. You're gonna. Your jaw is gonna drop. Working in the fitting rooms at Gap. Went to clean up one of the rooms and found a T shirt balled up on the floor with Cumminant. Is this a great time to transfer to hear me out whose turns? And moving on.

[Nicole]

Hear me out. Bring back changing room sex.

[Aaron]

No.

[Kate]

Oh, yeah. For a second, I thought you were about to, like, go, whoa, wait. But there was this. Was.

[Erin]

Was it?

[Nicole]

Have I ever.

[Erin]

Wait, what? Was there only one person in there?

[Kate]

I don't know.

[Nicole]

I, I didn't continue.

[Kate]

I didn't ask her for details.

[Erin]

Oh, I don't know any more details or No, I don't, I don't.

[Nicole]

I don't need any more details.

[Kate]

Yeah, no, I, I, I didn't screenshot this girl's story, but I just want to share it. There was this girl saying that her and her friends went to the mall. They found these leggings that all had, like this black fold over top on them, but they all wanted to match, but they didn't get the same color. So one girl got red, one girl got blue, and she got nude halfway through the day. She was sent home or she had to change from school because everybody thought she was naked except for the black waistband. And I'm just like, oh, my God, the nude. I. I'm sure I wore nude leggings at one point and looked naked or.

[Nicole]

And this kind of transitions into my. Hear me out. The. When coral was hot. But coral is like skin adjacent. And there was the amount of times I thought some girl that was wearing coral skinny jeans just didn't have pants on. Like, yes. Okay, bring in the clock. I'm ready. Bring in the clock.

[Aaron]

Clock.

[Nicole]

Is she wearing the new Juicy couture? Okay, hear me, hear me out. Bring back dopamine colors. Bring back. Not skinny jeans necessarily, but I want bedazzling. I want rhinestones on things. I want colored jeans. I want galaxy print. I feel like. And also in the home, too. This transitions into the home. I just feel like the world became really beige. And I. I feel like a lot of people are sad because they just need a good statement necklace in their life. Bring back statement necklaces. Color dopamine dressing, Galaxy print. Done.

[Kate]

Okay, I agree with you for all these things, but if I'm trying to think on like, a deeper level, I do think in our economy maybe that we have to keep things beige because, like, we can't, like, be like, we don't. We can't have fun with all our style. We don't have, like. I don't. Maybe that's like too deep, but just like, I don't know, like, keeping things beige. Like, we don't. When you have like a cap, like, when you have outfits that could match with anything, you don't have to spend a lot of money. And I don't. I think just all the colors and stuff. Maybe in this economy it's not the

[Nicole]

time to be spending a lot, like, capsule wardrobes. It became about capsule wardrobes and, like, stuff.

[Kate]

Yeah, it's like match more so. Exactly.

[Nicole]

Then mix. Mix and match a green shirt with an orange pants. Then.

[Erin]

Okay, wait, this is go. This goes to a deeper thing about bringing back color because I've come across things where they compare, like, new movies now, you know, it's like the Netflix lighting with movies back in the 90s and everything is like losing its color. Everyone has like neutral colored cars and versus instead of like blue and Red. And, like, in that sense, like, the world in general is, like, losing its color, and it's very sad. And, like, commercials aren't as colorful and, like, all this sort of stuff.

[Nicole]

Buildings, buildings, bedding, like, everything. Walls, everything.

[Kate]

Playgrounds. Yeah, Yeah.

[Erin]

I mean, the Galaxy Leggings is a crazy take, but other than that, I

[Nicole]

would take that over everything being grayish. Like, and we didn't wear Millennial Gray. We did this to ourselves whenever we did Millennial. We made Millennial Gray at least.

[Erin]

And Gen X is responsible for Millennial Gray. And I will die. And I'm sick of people calling it Millennial Gray. Okay? This is not our fault. It was them who were flipping houses and painting everything gray, not us.

[Nicole]

We didn't have this yet, okay? It's all their fault.

[Erin]

It's not our fault.

[Kate]

It does make me sad, though, when I see, like, newborn babies and all their toys and cups and sippies are, like, wood tan.

[Nicole]

And thank goodness the comment sections have child psychologists in them, because there were people that will spray paint little tykes toys gray. And they're like, no, no. There's a psychological reason kids are like. They need color in, like, their brains need color. Like, stop making kids toys gray.

[Kate]

Also, I mean, I will say from an interior perspective, in our house right now, it is way too col. Like, there's just too much. I'm too. There's too many knickknacks. And, like, I want my next place to be white, sterile, which. But. So I'm not. But everybody else can have color. They can do their thing.

[Nicole]

And part of me wants to be like Nicole. Okay, then you do that. You don't get to dictate what other people. But I just feel like the world used to be a happier for a multitude of reasons. And maybe they. Like Erin saying, maybe it's like, it's very much. They're correlated. But, like, I just feel sad with

[Kate]

the galaxy pants, the gal, or, like, the cat. I remember having, like, cat leggings, Galaxy cat and pizza leggings.

[Nicole]

I feel like they came with a personality. Like, tell me your personality wasn't different when you wore those Galaxies Galaxy pants. Right? I think the way that we dress and the way that we. So the things that we surround ourselves dictate our mood. The world needs more freaking color and galaxy print.

[Erin]
