In this episode we talk about the idea that youth pastors may never see the fruit of their labor and how we should change that perspective. The scripture says we should know them by their fruit and if we have a healthy soil anything should be able to grow. In this episode we dive into the topic of family restoration. We have a role in the kingdom as youth pastors to reconcile families back to each other. We often blame the disconnection of kids to their families on hormones or puberty, but we have a 30 year olds still disconnected. We have the opportunity to lead kids through forgiveness and to reconciliation.
