Let's talk about some journal prompts for reflection. A lot of the times we go through the day, work, life, just everything in general, and we don't have time to reflect back and think, what could we have done better for our personal lives? What could we have done better for our business? So I've got these five for you that you can use. I use a variety of these and I write them down. You can type them in, you can speak them, you do whatever you want. And when you're done, you can run them through ChatGPT and say, hey, expand on these, help me think through these. But you need to use these, they're very good. Welcome. I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. This is where I go about five to 10 minutes daily to help you do better in your life and in your real estate business. Here we go. Journal prompts for reflection and growth. I've got them all outlined. If you need this, message me on Instagram and I'll send this over to you. This is episode 656, Journal Prompts for Reflection. Number one, write about a conversation that bothered you. I just did this, let me tell you. There were a few, and I was like, why? Why did it bother me? Right? Write about conversation that bothered you. What was said? How did you feel? Why did it trigger that reaction? What might have driven the other person? Right? So, number one, it helps you understand yourself a little bit better, and it also helps you understand the situation about maybe where they're coming from. You may not know what's happening in their world, which is often the case, but it clarifies the situation. More importantly, it makes you more aware of how you're responding. That's number one. Number two, make a list of small things you're avoiding right now and why. So make the list first. I've done. I do this plenty of times. I'm like, what am I avoiding? In fact, I have this question at the end of the day, I'm like, what I. What did I avoid today that I know I should have done? Right? Make a list and then write why? Why'd you avoid it? Why'd you end up waiting until the very end to do it so that you're not do it? Why'd you do it? Why did you almost do it at the end of the day? Why didn't you do it? Why'd you skip it? Get clear. Are you scared? You know it's gonna take a lot more commitment? What's it gonna be? Number three, pick one worry and write down Every possible outcome, realistic, silly or exaggerated. Notice how it feels to see them on paper. Sometimes these worries and same thing with, with your goals that are crazy, right? But it makes you feel like I was worried about that. Or it's like, yeah, that's a serious one, but it creates more clarity, right? Think about that as you pick one worry or you pick all your worries. What's worrying me right now? You're like, oh, now it's clear. Now I know. In fact, out of those four things, that one is the main one. Now I can tackle it. Number four, what do you secretly wish people noticed about you? This is an interesting one. I hadn't tried this. This is my friend a few months back said, try this prompt. What do you secretly wish people noticed about you? It says a lot about you, right? What is it? Is it that you're smart? Is it that you're well dressed? Is it that you're articulate? Is it that you are a keen negotiator? Is it that you're a great communicator? What? Because that tells a lot about you to you. Write it down and expand on it. And number five, if you could spend a day as anyone else, who would it be and why? A lot of insight there for you on you. So do me a favor, if you need this, just message me on Instagram. I'll send this over to you and subscribe to my newsletter. We've been growing that one. We're getting close to 3,000, so I'm excited. It's a brand new newsletter just for real estate agents. Real estate prospecting. It's in the comments. No, it's in the description of wherever you're listening. Have an awesome day. Thanks for listening in.
