The world we live in right now communicates and reports on and engages primarily on social media. Like, watch anything that happens first. It happens on social media above every other place. Knowing that, I'm asking you, how are you showing up on social media? I want you to be able to create video. I want you to feel comfortable. More importantly, I want you to know what you're going to talk about so that you actually show up and take action. Most of the time, we're like, we don't know what we want to say. We don't know what we want to show up as on social. Well, let me help you, because today I've got this. And you'll want to go to that if you have. Or if you love jumping. And it's all about trampolines. Right. Number three, the Fed. And right now you're watching. We're in September, the Fed's. The information's only going to get crazier jobs, jobs report comes out in October. Mortgage rates are probably going to hit a new number, which would be great, right? The point is they just cut the rate. What does it mean? Right, let's talk about this. What else should we be looking for? If we don't want to predict where rates are going, why is it important? I have Chat GPT outline, a great little transcript for you. People will engage with you. All right, and last one here, if you've only got 45 seconds, electrician, where do I start? This one, this one right here has been really good for us. All right, I'm going to just read what I've got. The number one mistake I've seen buyers make is after they buy a home, they don't put it into a trust right now. And I put, I'm not an attorney, but here are some benefits I know from doing that. Right? How easy is that? A good start. How easy is that? Right? And then I put DM me or comment below and I'll send a few choices of local or for local attorneys here in the city of Los Angeles that you can choose from. The point is, again, if you don't know how this works, go to ChatGPT, double, triple, verify what it's giving you. 60 second clip and write the benefits of why putting your home in a trust is great. And ask are there any, are there any drawbacks to putting it into a trust and maybe talk about both. The point is you're hitting people with valuable information and just by talking about this, you're allowing the algorithm to choose the people that are interested in what you're talking about. And mostly for what we outlined here are homeowners and people that want to buy. So this is how you have to start thinking. And you also have to remember the place that everyone goes to to find out what's happening next and to get their news. And just to be informed is social media. So please start using it that way.
