Sometimes your day turns out better by you just thinking about how you can be more grateful. And I want you to take this seriously because in real estate, we have so many ups and downs. Throughout the day, I want you to please go through these four questions I've got for you that you can ask yourself hopefully, at the beginning of the day. And I'd rather you do it at the end of the day if you missed it completely. But really, these are designed for the beginning of the day just so that it really sets the tone for you, for your business, for your life, personally, financially, everywhere. All right, so I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. It's a podcast, It's a show, five to ten minutes every day. This is episode 672. If you need these questions, message me on Instagram and I'll send this over to you. Here are four daily, daily questions that you can use to grow your sense for gratitude or of gratitude. Number one, I'm going to read these out. What is one small thing today that I often overlook, but that makes my life easier or better? Now, when I answer this, I usually tend to gravitate to my family, so I usually indicate that my wife makes my life easier, my kids make my life better. Right? Both in some cases easier and better. And I want you to ask that because it really puts things in perspective as to what is the most important thing in your life and makes you more thankful for those things. Number two, who made a difference in my day, no matter how small, and how can I show appreciation for them? These are the questions that I typically ask in the morning during my routine, during my morning Marvel routine. M A R V E L. At the bottom, I've got these questions, and I'd say I get through these about three days out of the seven who made a difference in my day, no matter how small, and how can I show appreciation to them? So, number one, it gets you thinking. Who am I thankful for? Number two, how should I reach out to them and thank them? Note card, video, phone call, text, doesn't matter, right? It starts putting you in motion in that direction, which is really important. Number three, what challenge or. Or struggle am I facing right now that might actually be teaching me something valuable? So we don't usually see challenges as things that can make us better because we're right in the middle of it and it hurts a lot, right? Especially if it's something dramatic, something that is changing your life, and maybe it's something healthy related to your health. Maybe it's someone that passed that you loved. I don't know what it is. Maybe it's something small, smaller, where you're being challenged by a client and you don't like working with these types of clients. Maybe you don't have any business. Right? When you ask yourself this specific question, you start looking for solutions. And when you start action oriented things, you move forward. I've got a saying, and it's, it's anxiety. Anxiety creates paralysis and action creates momentum. That's what I want for you here on number three. All right, number four, what is one moment from today that I would miss if I didn't have it in my life? Hmm. Makes you think ahead so that when it happens, when it happens, you're more grateful for it and you're present at the moment. A lot of the times we just go through the day, someone emails, someone text, we had this problem, we had that. Now I have to go here, now I have to go there. Instead of getting to do these things and getting to be with your family, getting to work, getting to connect with people at a high level, anyway, this changes the way you look at things. This is episode 672 four questions to help you be more thankful. If you need this, message me on Instagram. Subscribe to the weekly newsletter.
