This one is a letter to your past clients. Hopefully we all have some. If you only have one, that's okay. You've got 100 a thousand, right? That's great as well. This letter is designed so that you're providing value. Right. And it's gonna go along the lines of, you guessed it, the directory. The famous Local Legends director. I'm Tristan. This is your daily real estate. It's a podcast. The show 5 to 10 minutes every day based on things that you need to be doing for your business to grow it or your mindset. Today, your business. Here we go. If you need this, which you probably will, unless you want to build your own on ChatGPT, you're cool too. I've used this over the last three years about and I have great feedback on it. I usually have. Well, in the last three years I've sent it two times to the same past client. Just morphed it a little bit so it didn't sound exactly the same. So if you need this, this is episode 676 and it's a letter to past clients. Here we go. I'm going to read it to you and then I'm going to give you the reasoning behind some things. It's a regular letter at the bottom I have a QR code section so you can put whatever QR code you can create one on Bit Ly Vistaprint, Canva. You can create QR codes anywhere. The top, your letterhead date, your client name. I hope this note finds you well. One of the ways I continue to support my clients long after the closing is by being a resource for anything related to to the home. I want to make sure I make that clear. Right. Hey, don't feel bad for reaching out to me. Anything. Whether you have a quick question about maintenance, are considering renovation or simply want a trusted referral. Right. Mri, maintenance, repairs and improvements. That's why they need us. I want you to feel comfortable reaching out to me. To make things even easier, I've created something called the Local Legends Directory. And you can steal my idea. Don't even worry about it, just use it. I have a Canva doc as well if you need that, just let me know. It's a hand picked list of reliable service providers, contractors, landscapers, plumbers, painters, cleaners, and more trusted by me and by other clients in our community. Here's how you can use it. Or here's a little bit more about it. Whatever you want to write there. If you know someone outstanding who should be added to the list, I'd love your recommendation. Send them my way or text me their info. You know what? I didn't have that before. Text, text me their info or call me. Next, it says if you ever need the directory, it's completely free. Just scan the QR code below or text me and I'll send it over to you. And then in closing, it says, thank you again for trusting me with your home purchase. Remember, I'm always just a call or text away whenever you need advice, support, or a connection to someone who can help. Warmly your name, your contact info, and a QR code to the directory. Now, you see, this approach is different than what we normally do as agents because we're usually reaching out to some of our past clients and asking for business. In this case, we're offering them help. And I want to layer more things on over the years to create more value. Right. And as you're listening to this, of course we'll add more. But this letter right here is where I would start. Anyway, if you need this, message me on Instagram. Gladly send it over to you and share this with somebody who you think needs this. Have an awesome day.
